  • 세계는 산업화 사회에서 순식간에 초고속 정보통신사회로 급격하게 변해가고 있으며 이러한 시대적, 환경적 변화는 교육분야에도 일대의 전기를 맞이하게 되었으며 변화를 요구하게 되었다. 그 결과 지식 정보화 사회에 적합한 소양과 적응력을 기르기 위한 대안으로 정보통신기술(ICT)을 활용한 교육이 등장하였으며 이를 위한 다양한 하드웨어와 소프트웨어가 개발되어 적용되고 있다. 그러나 지금까지 진행된 측면이 인프라 구축이라는 여건 조성에 초점이 맞추어 졌으며, 개발 보급된 소프트웨어도 교수적 측면의 단순 제시용 프로그램이 다수였으며, 보급된 소프트웨어에 대한 학습자와 교사의 평가나 체계적인 관리 체계가 미흡한 것이 문제점이라 할 수 있겠다. 그래서 본 연구는 학습자 중심의 적극적인 학습 참여를 이끌 수 있는 학습용 게임에 대한 교사들과 학생들의 환기를 주의시키고, 이들 학습용 게임형태의 소프트웨어에 대한 체계적인 관리와 평가를 겸한 서비스에 대한 제안을 함으로써 현재 교육현장에서 진행중인 ICT 활용 교육을 활성화하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 클라우드 컴퓨팅이란 인터넷 기술을 활용하여 모든 인프라 자원(소프트웨어, 서버, 스토리지, 네트워크 등)을 서비스화(as a Service)하여, 언제, 어디서든, 장치에 독립적으로 네트워크를 통해 사용하고, 사용한 만큼 비용을 지불하는 컴퓨팅으로써, 대표적인 서비스 업체로는 구글과 아마존이 있다. 최근 아파치 재단에서는 구글의 GFS와 동일 또는 유사한 시스템을 만들기 위해 HDFS 오픈소스 프로젝트를 진행하고 있다. HDFS는 빈번한 하드웨어 고장에도 원본 데이터를 복구할 수 있는 가용성을 보장하기 위해 파일 데이터를 블록 단위로 나누어, 다시 datanode에 복제하여 저장한다. 이 기법은 복제가 많아 질수록 가용성은 높아지나 스토리지가 증가한다는 단점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 행렬의 특성을 이용한 새로운 분산 저장 기법을 제안한다.

  • 최근 초고속 통신망과 같은 우리나라의 발달된 인터넷 인프라를 활용할 수 있는 e-Learning 콘텐츠 활발히 개발되고 있다. 본 논문은 기존에 개발된 콘텐츠와 평가를 포함한 교수,학습 활동 계획을 관리할 수 있는 ICT 교육 통합 지원 시스템을 구성하는 서브시스템 중 교수,학습 콘텐츠 관리 시스템을 설계, 구현하였다. 이를 위하여 이미 개발되고 중앙교수학습센터 및 시,도 교수학습 지원센터 등에서 제공되고 공유되는 학습자료를 활용하기 위해 KERIS 등에서 제시한 표준을 본 시스템의 설계에 반영하였다. 교수,학습 콘텐츠 관리 모듈은 학습객체를 분류 저장 데이터베이스화 하였으며 실제 활용이 매우 쉬어 특별한 훈련이나 교육을 받지 않아도 기초적인 수준의 PC 활용 능력만 있다면 누구나 쉽게 교수,학습 콘텐츠를 수집하여 활용할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 시스템은 기 개발된 학습객체의 재사용으로 인한 효율성 증가는 물론 교과, 단원 학습 주제별로 구조화하여 저장 관리하여 교사의 교수활동 준비 시간을 줄임으로써 실제 학교 현장에서 활용하여 ICT 활용 교수,학습 활동 개선에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

  • With changing to the new information technology society, education has also been urged to utilize the Information Ccmmunication Technology(ICT). Thanks to the recent efforts by the government, a large number of schools has been equipped with advanced educational technologies. While there has been a lot of studies on how to use ICT more effectively, relatively few is the studies about the activating factors of ICT utilization. More than often than not, those studies have been conducted about the survey of current situations of ICT utilization and have never had implemented based on the theory of diffusion of innovation. As a result, the current study surveyed the previous studies about encouraging and resistance factors of ICT utilization in light of the theory of diffusion of innovation and environmental encouraging factors by Ely. Then, the efforts were made to present suggestions to encourage the utilization of ICT in schools.

  • This paper introduces an online collaboration infrastructure in order to build a nationwide collaboration ecosystem in research and education areas. The proposed infrastructure involves domestic research institutes, education institutions and related commercial service vendors. It also includes various systems and services which can promote their online collaboration. Especially it provides the user authentication framework based on identity federation which facilitates the share of various ICT resources across different organizations, thereby enabling the efficient R&D collaboration. We deploy and validate the user authentication framework of the infrastructure on KREONET.

  • The new innovation model that deals with agenda as sustainability, quality of life, societal challenges is emerging as NIS(National Innovation System) is needed to transit to post catch-up and creativity. To achieve this objective, there is a growing need for enhancing usage of ICT, end-user's needs, prolification of R&D results and social impact. Living Lab is the new innovation model that end-user's participation, co-work/network within actors and usage of user's experience and This study deal with Living Lab related R&D of ICT-based service from co-work with end-users. Example cases are Turku Archipelago Living Lab in Finland, and Living Lab projects in EU, EIT ICT Labs and ELLIOT. And the focus of case analysis is that reflection of user's needs and experience, and aspect of ICT usage.

  • Construction of multi-site Cloud Infrastructure with OpenStack, the most popular cloud open source project with various ICT infrastructure technologies, has operational inefficiency due to installation complexity and geographical limitation. To address this inefficiency, we gradually developed automated installation/configuration tools to automate installation/configuration of Linux and OpenStack by complying with DevOps methodology over a multi-site OpenStack testbed called OF@KOREN SmartX Playground. However, the pre-developed installation tools can be used only for limited cases. Therefore, we designed and developed a prototype of SmartX Provisioning Framework which could conducts Playground-wide provisioning flexibly by following three steps of resource management in Software-defined Infrastructure. We verified the efficiency of the provisioning functionality of the framework by demonstrating an example of automated multi-site cloud construction.

Analysis of Overseas Educational Informatization Infrastructure Evaluation Indicators (해외 교육정보화 인프라 평가 지표 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine overseas educational informatization infrastructure evaluation indicators and create data for establishing and developing educational informatization policy directions in the future. We analyzed the cases of OECD PISA, UNESCO, ITU, the German Wetelsmann Foundation, the U.S. Department of Education, and China as educational indicators. As a result of the analysis, evaluation items for electrical and telecommunication facilities such as the school's Internet connection network were commonly found in all indicators, and the ratio of learners to PCs (LCR) was also found in 3 out of 4 indicators. Through this study, it is expected that it will be of great help in conducting educational informatization evaluation suitable for the rapidly changing modern society and developing evaluation tools.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the perception and demand of industrial sites necessary for the development of ICT-based products for young child, to seek effective support plans for ICT-based young child product developers that help with smart child rearing in the era of low birthrate. To this end, first, it was found that various and active promotions of specialized organizations or centers that have jointly utilized equipment are necessary. Second, it was found that many companies were willing to use equipment for the development of ICT-based young child's products. Third, the demand for corporate support was to provide information, equipment utilization, technical guidance and biometric information. Based on these results, it was proposed to expand related infrastructure that can efficiently support the development of ICT-based products for young child.

  • The development of information and communication technology(ICT) has made our lives more convenient and has caused many changes in various areas of our lives.. In particular, ICT enables information and physical accessibility of people with disabilities and eliminates the inconvenience of entry into the labor market, and ICT-based teleworking has improved employ-ability for people with disabilities by facilitating physical accessibility away from traditional work environments and job assignments. This paper presents some domestic and foreign cases of teleworking for the people with disabilities. Also it states several suggestions, as developing jobs in ICT field, educating and training of its field, and making related documents and supporting systems for activating ICT-based work environment and job placement.
