스마트그리드는 저탄소 녹색성장이 전지구적 과제로 등장하면서 온실가스 배출을 최소화하는 그린에너지 산업 혁신의 핵심으로 출현하였다. 대한민국은 에너지 위기 및 기후 변화에 대웅하고 안정적 전력 공급과 효율적 수요 관리 그리고 신성장동력원으로써 필요성을 내세워 스마트그리드를 정책 및 기술 개발을 추진 중에 있다. 스마트그리드는 전통적인 송배전 역량 강화와 전력 IT화에 따른 사용자 서비스 확장의 2가지 측면에서 진화방향을 모색중이다. 특히 기존의 전력망에 정보통신(Information and Communication Technology : ICT)기술을 융합한 인프라를 기반으로 하여, 전력공급자와 소비자 사이의 전력거래에 대한 정보를 양방향, 실시간으로 교환하여 에너지를 효율적으로 이용하는 전력 서비스로서의 역할에 관심이 모아지고 있다. 본 고에서는 ICT 기술이 융합된 스마트그리드 구조와 네트워킹과 정보 인프라로서의 스마트그리드 정보통신 기술에 대하여 간단하게 정리해 보고자 한다. 스마트그리드 내에 다양한 응용 서비스가 연계된 통신구조에 대하여 알아보고, 적용 가능한 다양한 통신기술에 대하여 살펴본다. 또한 현재 운영중인 스마트그리드 표준화 조직 및 표준화 동향에 대하여 살펴보고, 그 중 전력시스템과 종단 응용 서비스 및 부하를 포함하는 에너지기술, 정보기술운영 관점에서의 스마트그리드 상호운용성 및 표준 현황에 대하여 기술해 보고자 한다.

클라우드 컴퓨팅이 확산되면서 핵심기술인 가상화 기술(Virtualization)에 관한 관심이 높아지고 있으며, 적용 범위도 단말기부터 서버, 네트워크까지ICT 인프라 전 분야로 확장되고 있다. 그러나, ICT인프라 자원의 가상화 구현을 위해서는 물리적 하드웨어 자원을 논리적으로 추상화하기 위해 하이퍼바이저 등의 새로운 가상화 계층을 구축할 수 밖에 없는데, 정보보호 측면에서 기존 보안기술이 모니터링할 수 없는 보안 사각지대가 되어 새로운 보안 취약성 및 공격경로를 발생 시킨다. 이러한 가상화 계층의 취약성분석 및 대응을 위한 관련 기술 개발 및 연구가 주목 받고 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 가상화 기술의 특성과 가상화 계층의 주요 보안위협 및 대응기술에 대해서 살펴 보고자 한다.

The introduction of BIM in domestic construction industry has become more active. Library development and standardization in civil-engineering are unexhausted. This research develop and standardize prototype library for railway infrastructure. We define target facility for library based on railway standard drawings and select BIM software according characteristic of each facility. In this research, we develop libraries composed of 199 files and 489 types for alignment, roadbed and track and make specifications as defined attribution item and description. As we consider for application to diverse use case, develop prototype library in low LoD. We expect that library can increase 3D design productivity and ensure consistency of quality.

As it develops into a hyper-connected society, the role of information and communication is greatly increasing. In the event of a communication disaster, it will cause a significant impact on social infrastructure, suspension of the national critical infrastructure services, and the lives of the people. In addition, the information communication sector needs systematic management to create an information communication environment that is safe from disasters because dependence on the information communication sector has increased rapidly as the industrial structure has advanced. In this paper, we analyzed the types and risks of disasters that may occur to the information communication infrastructure that play important roles in national critical infrastructure, such as information communications, finance, health and healthcare, for systematic management. In the event of a disaster in the information communication infrastructure, it is believed that it will have a significant impact on the national critical infrastructure service suspension and people's lives.

지난 수십년간 의료기기는 비약적인 발전을 거듭하며 의료서비스에 이바지하여 왔다. 최근의 기술동향으로는ICT(Information and Communication Technology) 기술의 발전이 전통적인 진단과 치료 방법에서 새로운 의료서비스의 형태로 진화를 유도하고 있다. ICT 기술과 의료기기의 융합을 통하여 진단, 치료, 의료정보화 및 개인건강관리 분야에 이르기 까지 신속하고 정확하고 효율적인 의료서비스 개선을 추구하고 있다. 인구의 고령화, 만성질환자 증가, 의료비상승, 의료진의 부족이 예상되는 미래환경에서 ICT 기술의 기여도는 점점 더 커질 것이다. 전세계적인 정보통신망 인프라의 활성화와 개인용 스마트 디바이스의 보급으로 정보와 기기에 대한 접근성이 훨씬 용이해지고 웰빙에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 개인 건강관리에 대한 서비스 요구가 높아지고 있다. ICT 종주국으로서 의료기기 산업에서도 국내기업의 활약을 기대하며 ICT 융합 의료기기의 현황을 소개하고자 한다.

u-City is a new concept and phenomena of applying Information & Communications Technology(ICT) into real cities in Korea. In order to effectively integrate a city with high-tech ICT infrastructure, cutting-edge ICT is being integrated into physical urban environments from the planning and construction stage of a city. There are positive expectations regarding its effect on urban planning and citizens' lives. However, construction of u-city has technical limitations as well as institutional obstacles. This paper aims at identifying problems of current u-city practices and suggesting appropriate solutions for those problems. To do so, it first collects opinions from diverse experts. Then, it draws problems and suggests solutions in terms of u-infrastructure, u-service, policy and implementation process.

We investigate and analyze the effect of population density on digital divide in Africa by applying the panel data analysis therein. From the estimation results based on the panel data analysis, it has been found that population density as well as both levels of income and education has a significant effect on the digital divide in African region. In particular, the fact that the variable of population density makes a significantly influential role implies that the construction cost of information infrastructure in Africa behaves such a considerable obstacle to Africa wishing to enter into information society. In conclusion, throughout the integration of the estimation results in the paper, the following implications for economic cooperation with Africa can be drawn. The estimation results mentioned above strongly imply that the variable referred to as population density should be considered in selecting which countries to assist for construction of information infrastructure.

Internet of Things (IoT) devices connected to the network without appropriate security solutions have become a serious security threat to ICT infrastructure. Moreover, due to the nature of IoT devices, it is difficult to apply currently existing security solutions. As a result, IoT devices have easily become targets for cyber attackers, and malware attacks on IoT devices are actually increasing every year. Even though several security solutions are being developed to protect IoT infrastructure, there is a great risk to apply unverified security solutions to real-world environments. Therefore, verification tools to verify the functionality and performance of the developed security solutions are also needed. Furthermore, just as security threats vary, there are several security solution s that defend against them, requiring suitable verification tools based on the characteristics of each security solution. In this paper, we propose an high-speed malware propagation tool that spreads malware at high speed in the IoT infrastructure. Also, we can verify the functionality of the security solution that detect and quickly block attacks spreading in IoT infrastructure by using the high-speed malware propagation tool.

This study is to examine the influence of Asian countries on the economic field, and to explain the characteristics and purposes of China's Belt and Road Initiative using data analysis. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the influence and characteristics of China's One-to-One Road Initiative on the economic sector by examining trade and investment in Asian countries adjacent to China. In particular, the One-to-One Road initiative is proceeding in a way that connects China and neighboring countries. It is to understand the dependence of the Asian countries in China on the Chinese economy. In addition, it is intended to derive implications by grasping and evaluating what the level is based on data. This study also attempts to grasp the influence and ripple effects of the one-on-one strategy on the Chinese economy and the North Korean economy, where dependence is deepening. Recently, the strategy for Asian countries through a one-to-one initiative in China has been restructured in the framework of the construction of the "21st century Maritime Silk Road" and emphasizes the cooperation mechanism led by the country. In progress of the one Belt and One Road, Chinese ICT companies are remarkable. This study looked at the influence of China's digital one Belt and One Road on Asian countries.
