남북한 간 ICT산업 표준화를 통한 교류협력은 상호 공동의 경제적 이익을 추구할 수 있는 실질적인 분야이다. 특히 ICT산업표준은 경제협력의 촉매제가 될 수 있으며, 체제에 대한 부담이 덜하고 양측의 협력을 통해 적은 비용으로 큰 파급효과를 기대할 수 있으며, 남북 경제통일의 기초가 될 수 있다. 아울러 정부 및 민간 차원의 실질적 교류를 여는데 용이하면서도 필수적인 사업이기도 하다. 본 연구에서는 남북한 ICT산업 교류협력을 위한 양측의 기술 및 산업현황, 실현가능성 등을 분석하여 표준화 과제를 도출하였다. 남북한 ICT산업 교류협력을 위한 우선과제는 낙후되어 있는 북한의 기술수준을 선진화하기 위한 노력이 필요하다. 이에 남한의 첨단 정보화 인프라를 적극 제공하여 기술격차를 줄이는 것이 선행되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 남북 ICT산업의 국가기술규격 및 표준의 통합과 기술적 제도적인 중 장기적 협력체계를 통합방안을 제시하였다.

ICT capacity building education in developing countries with poor infrastructure is a solution to help solve ICT gaps and improve economic performance. However, there is a clear difference between countries' geographical and industrial level in terms of geographical and industrial aspects. Therefore, it is necessary to design customized educational contents for each country according to the status of various industries in each country rather than uniform and unilateral ICT capacity building education. This should be followed by a basic understanding of the current situation. The purpose of this study is to identify the level of ICT technology and curricula for female students at Life University of Cambodia among developing countries, and to find out the subjects related to industry in that region and to propose policies for continuous operation.

The priority policy measures to draw peaceful unification is to induce North Kore to open the Internet. In order to induce the Internet open for exchange and cooperation in ICT industry of the two Koreas, a preparation task was drawn after analyzing ICT standard, current state of Internet and industry, and feasibility of North Korea. The priority task for the exchange and cooperation in ICT industry of North and South Korea requires an effort to develop North Korea's underdeveloped technology level. Thus, to decrease the technology gap must precede, providing state-of-the-art ICT infrastructure of the South. In this paper, the inducement to draw the Internet open of North Korea through technical specifications and standardization in ICT industry of the North and South was studied.

초연결 사회는 Information & Communication Technology(ICT)를 바탕으로 하는 만물인터넷 또는 사물인터넷으로 사람, 프로세스, 데이터, 사물이 서로 연결되어 지능화된 통신인프라를 통해 새로운 가치와 혁신의 창출이 가능해지는 사회로 변화하게 된다. 이러한 초연결 사회의 유무선 통신서비스를 단일 통신인프라에서 제공할 수 있는 기술이 필요하다. 이를 구현하기 위해서는 분산된 네트워크 장비들을 소프트웨어적으로 용이하게 통합운영 관리할 수 있는 Software Defined Networking(SDN) 기술과 컴퓨팅, 서버 스토리지 및 네트워크 자원을 가상화하고, 오픈 인터페이스를 통하여 소프트웨어적으로 네트워크 기능제어가 가능한 Network Functions Virtualization(NFV) 기술에 의한 지능형 융합 통신인프라가 매우 중요하다. 본고에서는 초연결 통신인프라를 위한 클라우드 컴퓨팅 가상화 기술, NFV 기술동향 및 NFV Use Cases에 대한 내용을 통하여 향후 초연결 서비스 제공을 위한 통신인프라 구축 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

미래인터넷 연구가 우리나라에서 본격적으로 시작된 지 8년차에 접어들고 있다. 초기에 미래인터넷의 실체에 대한 다양한 의견들과 clean-slate로 갈 것인지 evolution을 할 것인지에 대한 논란이 계속된 것으로 기억된다. 현 시점에서 그 때 상황을 되돌아 보면 어떤 생각들이 그나마 유사하게 맞는 것이었는지 알 수 있어 흥미롭기까지 하다. 본고에서는 이런 미래인터넷이 태동해서 논의되었던 필요성들을 사물인터넷 혹은 만물인터넷 중심의 초연결사회의 관점에서 조망해 본 후에, 실제적으로 이런 사회를 대비하여 점차 가시화되고 있는 중요한 인프라요소 및 구축 방향을 모색한다. 이를 ICT 인프라 차원에서 다시 바라보면 최근 구축과 운용의 중심이 하드웨어에서 소프트웨어 중심으로 급속하게 전환되는 큰 변화가 본격화하고 있다. 즉 미래 사회가 요구하는 초연결에 기반한 서비스 실증을 개발/운영 병행체제 (DevOps: Developers & Operators)를 통해 신속하고 실질적으로 가능케하고 산업발전을 지원하는 인프라를 통한 개방형 혁신이 가시화되고 있다. 정리하면 본고에서는 미래인터넷으로 시작된 네트워크 인프라의 변화와 현재 현황을 살펴보고 어떤 방법론과 체계에 의하여 빠르게 발전하는 초연결사회의 요구사항을 수용하면서 서로 협업할 수 있고 경제발전을 견인하는 인프라로서의 기능과 역할을 담당할 수 있는지에 대하여 논하고자 한다.

Though the interest for the construction of ubiquitous city (u-City) has been increased in many researches, many of those efforts are still done somewhat separated ways such as from the perspective of architectural design of urban city or from the perspective of underlying ICT (Information and Communication Technology) implementation. Since there are various services and technical components involved in u-City implementation, those separated approaches can cause much troubles while implementing u-City. In addition to this, because u-City components are continually changing and expanding, to cope with this evolution, many researches about the infrastructure of u-City should be done in a systematic way while integrally considering various perspectives of u-City. In this research, by combining WBEM/CIM standards to GMA (Grid Monitoring Architecture), we could provide WBEM/CIM design that is usable for u-City implementation. In contrast to the conventional research that is still abstract, our study presents concrete and implementable u-City infrastructure model. We hope our result will be a valuable reference for the other u-City infrastructure-related researches.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the relationship between ICT(Information & communication technology) infrastructure, investment environment, and innovation performance from a national perspective. Design/methodology/approach We derived 5 hypotheses based on the literature review. To measure each concept, We converted the scores of each country provided by the Global Innovation Index into a 7 Likert scale and performed a regression analysis. Findings According to the empirical analysis result, this study confirmed that knowledge and technology output mediated the relationship between ICT infrastructure and creative goods and services. In addition, this study confirmed that the investment environment has a moderating effect between ICT infrastructure and knowledge and technology output.

최근 탄소중립을 위한 친환경 자동차 권장 정책으로 인해서 전기차와 수소차 이용자가 증가하고 있다. 그러나 기존 내연기관차, 또는 전기차와 비교했을 때 수소차에 대한 인프라는 매우 부족한 현실이다. 따라서 출장이나 여행 등 기존 주거지를 벗어나는 상황에서는 수소차 충전소를 찾는데 어려움을 겪을 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 수소차 이용자들에게 편의를 제공하기 위해서 전국의 수소차 충전소의 위치를 구글 지도에서 보여주고 충전소의 사진과 전화번호를 쉽게 확인할 수 있는 애플리케이션을 설계 및 구현하였다.

This study proposes strategies for economic development through mobile in Africa where mobile emerges as an infra to solve socioeconomic problems. It analyzes economy and ICT industry in Africa and studies several cases that are utilized in agriculture, finance, education, and healthcare. It also examines economic development theory and the impact of broadband on economic growth and development. It is necessary to leapfrog to mobile to achieve an information society and a compact industrialization based on ICT because fixed-line is very poor and expensive in Africa. Building a mobile broadband infra, supporting a dissemination of low-end smartphones and a government's support for mobile contents are necessary to achieve a leapfrogging development through mobile in Africa. The findings of this study provide additional insights for Korean ICT companies to consider a business in Africa.

2009년 발생한 DDoS 사태는 정보통신 인프라에 대한 높은 의존도를 나타내는 국내 산업에 있어 보안사고가 심각한 업무 중단 사태를 나타낼 수 있음을 보여주었고 정보통신 인프라 측면에서 사업연속성에 대한 대비체계가 필요함을 시사하고 있다. 국제 표준화 기구인 ISO(International Standard Organization)에서는 보안 사고에 국한된 개념이 아닌 사업연속성을 방해하는 모든 재난 및 재해에 대한 대비체계를 미국, 영국, 호주, 일본 등 재난관리 선진국의 표준을 총망라하여 TC(Technical Committee) 223을 통해 표준(안)으로서 제시하고 있다. TC223 표준(안)의 핵심은 사건, 사고에 대한 대비 및 운영 연속성 관리를 의미하는 IPOCM(Incedent Preparedness and Operational Continuity Management) 프레임워크이며 이러한 IPOCM의 개념은 정보통신 인프라 측면에서 사업 연속성에 대한 가이드라인을 제공하는 SC(Standard Committee) 27의 "ISO/IEC 27031 Guidelines for ICT readiness for business continuity" 표준(안)에 기반을 제공하고 있다. 이러한 국제 표준화 동향을 토대로 본 논문에서는 사업연속성을 위한 국내 정보통신 인프라 대비체계에 포함될 주요 구성요소와 구축 요구사항을 제안하고자 한다.
