Recently, many firms have introduced information and communication technology (ICT) into supply chain. However, existing studies have not yet insisted definite conclusion with respect to ICT impact on supply chain. Thus, this study subdivides supply chain performance which previous researchers have studied comprehensively while suggesting perspective of the use of firm's ICT capabilities. We classify ICT capabilities into four types of group and then analyze the difference between groups regarding each factor of supply chain performance by ANOVA analysis and Tukey method. As a result of analysis, the group in which all ICT capabilities are high shows the highest level of integration and flexibility performance among supply chain performances. On the other hand, the group in which all ICT capabilities are low presents the lowest level of integration and flexibility performance. We also provide more precise and specific information with practitioners by analyzing the difference between groups with regard to detailed measurements on integration and flexibility variables.

본고에서는 ICT 분야의 R&D 기획과 목표로서 중요한 정보로서 표준과 특허, 그리고 표준 기술을 권리 범위로 하는 표준 특허에 대해 알아본다. 또한 ICT 분야의 R&D 기획과 성과 도출을 위한 방법론으로서, 표준화 기구에서 현재 제정된 표준의 한계를 이해하여 미래의 표준안을 예측하고, 표준화 선도 기업의 R&D 방향을 파악하며, 현행 표준이 커버하지 못하고 있는 공백 부분이나 향후 표준으로 제정될 수 있는 진보된 기술을 도출하기 위해 표준 기술과 표준 특허 정보를 입수하는 방법을 알아본다. 결론으로서, 상호 호환성을 기반으로 하는 ICT 기술은 국제표준 정보에서 출발한다는 사실을 이해하고, 향후 ICT기술의 R&D가 국제적인 기술의 추세에 발맞추어 가치 있는 성과의 창출에 보다 부합되도록 하기 위한 전략적 방안을 제시한다.

정보통신기술(ICT)은 우리 일상생활에 너무나 깊숙이 스며들어 이제 정보통신기술 없이는 행정서비스, 경제활동, 사회참여, 문화활동 등을 향유하는데 많은 제약이 따르는 시대로 접어들었다. 정보통신기술에 접근하고 이용할 수 있는 사람과 그렇지 못한 사람들의 정보격차 (Digital Divide)가 경제격차와 사회문화적 격차를 유발하여 사회 불평등을 심화시키고 궁극적으로 사회통합을 저해할 가능성이 크다. 정보통신 접근성(ICT Accessibility)은 신체적, 인지적 제약으로 정보통신기기나 서비스에 접근하는데 어려움이 있는 장애인이나 고령자가 일반인과 차별 없이 정보통신의 유용성을 향유할 수 있도록 정보통신기기나 서비스에 대한 접근을 보장해 주는 것을 의미한다. 우리나라는 미국이나 유럽 등 선진국들에 비해 정보통신 접근성을 위한 법 제도적인 출발이 늦었지만, 최근 수년간 관련 법률의 제정, 정보통신 접근성 보장을 위한 지침 및 표준의 제정 등 다각적인 노력을 경주하여 빠른 속도로 선진국 수준을 향해 나아가고 있다. 지금까지 '한국형 웹 콘텐츠 접근성 지침 2.0', '금융자동화기기 접근성 지침' 등 12개에 이르는 표준을 제정한 바 있으며, 정보통신 보조기기의 개발 보급, 관련 전문인력 양성 및 교육 홍보 등을 통해 정보통신 접근성 수준 향상을 위한 노력을 지속해 왔다. 앞으로도 모바일 시대, 디지털 융합의 스마트 시대에 대응하여 다양한 정보통신기기 및 서비스에 대한 접근성 표준 제정, 관련 기술의 연구 등을 지속적으로 추진하여 모든 사람이 정보화의 혜택을 누리는 디지털 통합 (Digital Inclusion) 시대를 열어나가야 할 것이다.

Nowadays, cutting-edge information communication technology is the genuine core technology of the fourth Industrial Revolution and is still making great progress rapidly among various technology fields. The biggest issue in ICT fields is the machine learning based Artificial Intelligence applications using big data in cloud computing environment on the basis of wireless network, and also the technology fields of autonomous control applications such as Autonomous Car or Mobile Robot. Since value of the high-tech ICT technology depends on the surrounded environmental factors and is very flexible, the precise technology valuation method is urgently needed in order to get successful technology transfer, transaction and commercialization. In this research, we analyze the characteristics of the high-tech ICT technology and the main factors in technology transfer or commercialization process, and propose the precise technology valuation method that reflects the characteristics of the ICT technology through phased analysis of the existing technology valuationmodel.

The "Information and Communication Technology Education Guidelines" was revised in December, 2005. However, students are still not taught the contents in the "Information and Communication Technology Education Guidelines Rev." and are not taught the contents in the "Understanding of the Information Processing" area among them in particular. Therefore, we analyzed the contents in the "Understanding of the Information Processing" area of the elementary ICT textbooks published on and after June 2006. In the result, the contents of many textbooks are not based on the "Information and Communication Technology Education Revised Guidelines" and programming languages using elementary school are too many. The revision of the elementary ICT textbooks must be settled without delay and the certification systems of elementary ICT textbooks must be improved.

본 연구는 재난에서 사용되고 있는 정보통신기술( ICT) 연구 국내논문 100개 및 해외논문 100개를 수집한 후, R 프로그램을 이용한 텍스트 마이닝 분석을 통해 국내 재난관리 네 가지 단계에 따른 ICT 기술 관련 연구 동향을 파악하고, 해외 재난관리의 ICT 기술 연구 동향을 분석 활용하여 우리나라 재난에서의 ICT 기술 활용방안을 새롭게 구성해 제언하는 것이다.

학생들에게 사고의 다양성과 창의성을 신장시킬 수 있는 가장 좋은 대안의 하나가 정보통신기술(ICT)을 활용한 수업을 들 수 있는데 아직까지 정보통신 기술을 활용한 수업이 실제적으로 학생들에게 어떠한 인지적, 정의적 영향을 미치는가에 대한 구체적인 연구결과는 없다. 따라서 상호작용이 풍부한 ICT 활용 수업이 정보화 사회가 요구는 자기 주도적 학습 능력을 얼마나 신장시키는지를 규명하기 위해 ICT활용 수업을 실시하기 위한 기초 자료를 제작한 후 홈페이지를 통한 정보 안내하기, 인터넷을 활용한 문제해결학습, 정보분석형 가상실습, 공동 협력 프로젝트 수업, 웹토론형 수업을 실시하여 ICT활용교육이 정보활용, 정보검색 능력, 학업성취도 향상 등에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 연구하였다.

The curriculum for teacher ICT in-service training has several problems in terms of running and managing training content. The majority part of the program consist of teaming software application manual. Additionally, the program is not organized and some contents overlap. Furthermore teachers are not obliged to participate in training. Especially, it needs to be revised because it is many difference between revised ICT curriculum and 'ICT skill standard for teacher(ISST)'. This study investigates the current curriculum for teacher ICT in-service training, analyzes problems in running and managing training content, and suggests need for revising the curriculum for teacher ICT in-service training.
