Utilization of IS is increasing in businesses: many organizations have established information systems(IS) and are using it as a means to innovate and communicate their businesses. But the expansion of IS utilization lead to the negative influence of ICT-induced stress on information system users. This study suggests IS utilization ability, IS self-efficacy, and pace of change as precedence factors of ICT-induced stress, and explains that ICT-induced stress influences Employee Productivity. The result shows self-efficacy and Pace of Change had significant effects on ICT-induced Stress. Also it had negative effects on Employee Productivity. In conclusion the study proposed that information system users' Performance decreases by ICT-induced stress.

Smart factory has the function of integrated management of production process management, logistics management as a intelligent factory, it is also emerging as the core of new industry which converges ICT and manufacturing business. We suggested Smart factory logistics management system which embedded position tracking technology and the system converges ICT and IoT. This suggested system can manage all the processes from production to release by tracking route and position based on signal strength of bluetooth 4.0 beacon tag. For the more, we will expect to apply to the various type of factory environments like detachable installation, optimized management using sensor.

In the recent war between Ukraine and Russia, low-orbit satellite communication played a major role, and Korea laid a foothold for low-orbit satellite communication services with the successful launch of Nuri in May 2023 and entered a full-scale civilian space age competition. In order to create an ecosystem for ICT digital transformation and data convergence in the field of low-orbit satellite communication, this paper conducts user sentiment analysis by importing posts from Reddit, one of the world's SNS, and extracts need-related sentences through need mining to identify user needs, performs topic modeling to classify topics, and prepares an action plan according to these topics. We hope that this study will be used as a policy resource for the development and innovation of new business models in the field of low-orbit satellite communication, bridging the digital information gap and solving social problems, contributing to sustainable digital transformation and enhancing soft power.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of learner's characteristics on the student's achievement in Information Communication Technology (ICT) teaching-learning environment. The subjects of this study were a total of 140 8th students in middle school in Taejeon province. The methods of teaching were the ICT teaching-learning, Academic achievement test. the learning style inventory. self-concept test and cognitive style test were used as the instruments to determine the effect. Such statistical analyses as the pearson co-relation, multi regression and t-test through SPSS WIN version 11.0 were used to determine the relationship between learner's characteristics and student's achievement. The results of this study were as follows: first, learner's emotional and social factor of learning style influenced positively the student's academic achievement in ICT teaching-learning environment. Second. learner's academic factor of self-concept had an positive influence on the student's academic achievement in ICT teaching-learning environment. Third, there were differences of student's academic achievements according to the student's cognitive style in ICT teaching-learning environment.

Humans and various devices are interconnected using the Internet of Things and are used in various ways. In this study, a synchronization control system with remote locations was constructed using ICT, and a signal system for pedestrians was implemented using the system. PLC circuits were used to implement controllers, through which wireless control signal transmission and reception, LED lamp emission control, and power control were performed. It was confirmed that signal synchronization from the main controller to the remote sub-controller was possible by establishing a controller and pedestrian traffic light system, and lamp signal synchronization of the pedestrian traffic light system installed on both sides of the road was implemented. As a result, it was confirmed that 1:1 remote control or 1:N remote group control was possible, and this result can be used in various fields.

우리 삶의 다양한 분야에서 ICT 기술을 적용하여 편의성과 활용성이 증대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 최근 다양한 응용에 활용되고 있는 아두이노(Arduino)를 기반으로 사람의 움직임에 따라 이용할 수 있는 Accelerometer와 FSR 센서를 사용하여 RGB LED Strip을 제어하고 여러가지 색상을 다양한 패턴으로 나타나게 하며, 해당 움직임을 모니터링할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다. 이는 사람의 움직임 또는 동작을 취하는 다양한 신체부위에 적용해 볼 수 있다.

인터넷 특히 웹의 등장과 더불어 응용 애플리케이션 환경도 인터넷을 중심으로 한 분산 네트워크 시스템이 자연스럽게 주를 이루고 있다. 이러한 환경속에서 서로 다른 기종간의 통신을 위하여 등장한 기술이 웹서비스인데 그 발전 과정에서 SOAP 기반의 웹서비스와 RESTful 기반의 웹서비스 형태로 제공되고 있다. 최근에는 RESTful 기반의 웹서비스가 가벼우면서 접근방법의 용이함으로 인해 많은 지지를 받으며 SOAP 에 비해 각광을 받고 있다. 하지만, REST 는 SOAP 에 비해 서비스에 대한 명세를 알릴 수 있는 표준의 부재와 관리가 어려운 단점이 있다. 그 중에서 서비스 명세에 대한 표준으로 SOAP 에서는 WSDL 이 존재하고, REST 에서는 WADL 이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 WADL 를 실무에서 활용할 수 있도록 스펙에 따라 구현해보고 그 방법을 제시한다.

Recently, the COVID-19 Pandemic is not an infectious disease-level disaster, but a complex disaster, making it difficult to respond with traditional disaster response management methods. As a result, experiencing psychological stress and trauma such as COVID-19 has emerged as a new social problem. In preemptively predicting and effectively responding to these psychological disasters and crises, the necessity and direction of non-face-to-face disaster psychological support using ICT technology in traditional services are discussed.

In this paper, we researched the excellency of 3D graphic nursery contents which is developed by mobile AR technology. AR technology has currently people's attention because of the potential to be core contents of future ICT industry. We applied AR nursery contents for kid's subtitle language selection in Korean, Chinese and English education. The original fairy tale consisted of 6~8 scenes for the 3D contents production, and was adapted and translated. Dubbing was dubbed by the native speaker using the standard pronunciation, and the effect sound was edited separately to fit the scene. After composing a scenario, constructing a 3D model, constructing a interaction, constructing a sound effect, and creating content metadata, the Unity 3D game engine is executed to create a project and describe it as a script. It provides a fun and informative tradition of fairy tales with abundant content that incorporates ICT technology, accepting advanced technology-based education, and having opportunities to perceive software in daily life.

It is anticipated that the introduction of ICT to street-level welfare administration will smoothen communication processes between frontline officials and recipients by intensifying welfare information sharing and distribution. However, through a case study of ICT-mediated street-level welfare administration in South Korea, this article claims that ICT can deteriorate frontline official-recipient relationship into more distrustful and disempowered directions. This study demonstrates that ICT tends to replace face-to-face rapport building between officials and recipients with mechanical checking and complaining processes. ICT-based welfare administration can also disempower the autonomous interactions of street-level actors by surveiling every working step of frontline officials and the daily lives of recipients. Through an investigation into street-level bureaucracy in an information society, this study criticizes the dehumanization tendency of ICT-mediated human services and raises a question in the roseate vision on social welfare informatization.
