  • Exhaustion and environmental problem are big problem of 21th century is flint energy and the importance of energy to alternate flint energy as being risen is embossed more. Photovoltaic system is occupying big flow along with wind force development among is many substitute energy has shortcoming that energy conversion efficiency falls behind than another thing substitute energy, This research investigates electron beam to specification energy to Module that was generalized and schematized difference of curved line after existing V-I efficiency characteristic curve and irradiation. And will analyze cause of Module's efficiency addition and subtraction by electron beam investigation.

  • 그래핀(Graphene)은 열전도도가 높고 전자 이동도(200,000 cm2V-1s-1)가 우수한 전기적 특성을 가지고 있어 전계 효과 트랜지스터(Field effect transistor; FET), 유기 전자 소자(Organic electronic device)와 광전자 소자(Optoelectronic device) 같은 반도체 소자에 응용 가능하다. 최근에는 아크 방출(Arc discharge method), 화학적 기상 증착법(Chemical vapor deposition; CVD), 이온-조사법(Ionirradiation)등을 이용한 이종원자(Hetero atom)도핑과 화학적 처리를 이용한 기능화(Functionalization)등의 방법으로 그래핀의 전도도를 향상시킬 수 있었다. 그러나 이러한 방법들은 기판의 표면을 거칠게 하며, 그래핀에 많은 결함들이 발생한다는 단점이 있다. 이러한 단점을 극복하기 위해 자가조립 단층막법(Self-assembled monolayers; SAMs)을 이용하여 기판을 기능화한 후 그 위에 그래핀을 전사하면, 자가조립 단층막의 기능기에 따라 그래핀의 일함수를 조절 가능하고 운반자 농도나 도핑 유형을 변화시켜 소자의 전기적 특성을 최적화 할 수 있다 [1-3]. 본 연구에서는 PET(polyethylene terephthalate) 기판에 SAMs를 이용하여 유연하고 투명한 그래핀 전극을 제작하였다. 산소 플라즈마와 3-Aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES)를 이용하여 PET 기판 표면 위에 하이드록실 기(Hydroxyl group; -OH)와 아민 기(Amine group; -NH2)를 순차적으로 기능화 하였고, 그 위에 화학적 기상 증착법을 이용하여 합성한 대면적의 균일한 그래핀을 전사하였다. PET 기판 위에 NH2 그룹이 존재하는 것을 접촉각 측정(Contact angle measurement)과 X-선 광전자 분광법(Xray photoelectron spectroscopy: XPS)을 통해 확인하였으며, NH2그룹에 의해 그래핀에 도핑 효과가 나타난 것을 라만 분광법(Raman spectroscopy)과 전류-전압 특성곡선(I-V characteristic curve)을 이용하여 확인하였다. 본 연구 결과는 유연하고 투명한 기판 위에 안정적이면서 패턴이 가능하기 때문에 그래핀을 기반으로 하는 반도체 소자에 적용 가능할 것이라 예상된다.

NH2그룹에 의해 그래핀에 도핑 효과가 나타난 것을 라만 분광법(Raman spectroscopy)과 전류-전압 특성곡선(I-V characteristic curve)을 이용하여 확인하였다. 본 연구 결과는 유연하고 투명한 기판 위에 안정적이면서 패턴이 가능하기 때문에 그래핀을 기반으로 하는 반도체 소자에 적용 가능할 것이라 예상된다.

Mechanical Anisotropy of Pocheon Granite under Uniaxial Compression (일축압축하에서 포천화강암의 역학적 이방성)

  • Jurassic granite from Pocheon area were tested to investigate the effect of microcracks on mechanical properties of the granite. Three oriented core specimens were used for uniaxial compressive tests and each core specimen are perpendicular to the axes'R'(rift plane),'c'(grain plane) and'H'(hardway plane), respectively Among vacious elastic constants, the variation of Poisson's ratio as function of the directions was examined. From the related chart between ratio of failure strength and Poisson's ratio, H-specimen shows the highest range in Poisson's ratio and Poisson's ratio decreases in the order of C-specimen and R-specimen. The curve pattern is nearly linear in stage $I\simIII$ but the slope increases abruptly in stage H-3. As shown in the related chart, diverging point of a curve is formed when ratio of failure strength is $0.92\sim0.96$ Stage IV -3 is out of elastic region. The behaviour of rock in the four fracturing stages was analyzed in term of the stress-volumetric strain me. From the stress increment-volumetric strain equations governing the behaviour of rock, characteristic material constants, a, n, Q, m and $\varepsilon_v^{mcf}$, were determined. Among these, inherent microcrack porosity$(a, 10^{-3})$ and compaction exponent(n) in the microcrack closure region(stage I ) show an order of $a^R(3.82)>a^G(3.38)>a^H(2.32)\;and\;n^R(3.69)>n^G(2.79)>n^H(1.99)4, respectively. Especially, critical volumetric microcrack strain($\varepsilon_v^{mcf}$) in the stage W is highest in the H-specimen, normal to the hardway plane. These results indicate a strong correlation between two major sets of microcracks and mechanical properties such as Poisson's ratio and material constants. Correlation of strength anisotropy with microcrack orientation can have important application in rock fracture studies.

Comparison of miR-106b, miR-191, and miR-30d expression dynamics in milk with regard to its composition in Holstein and Ayrshire cows

  • Objective: Milk composition varies considerably and depends on paratypical, genetic, and epigenetic factors. MiRNAs belong to the class of small non-coding RNAs; they are one of the key tools of epigenetic control because of their ability to regulate gene expression at the post-transcriptional level. We compared the relative expression levels of miR-106b, miR-191, and miR-30d in milk to demonstrate the relationship between the content of these miRNAs with protein and fat components of milk in Holstein and Ayrshire cattle. Methods: Milk fat, protein, and casein contents were determined in the obtained samples, as well as the content of the main fatty acids (g/100 g milk), including: saturated acids, such as myristic (C14:0), palmitic (C16:0), and stearic (C18:0) acids; monounsaturated acids, including oleic (C18:1) acid; as well as long-, medium- and short-chain, polyunsaturated, and trans fatty acids. Real-time stem-loop one-tube reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction with TaqMan probes was used to measure the miRNA expression levels. Results: The miRNA expression levels in milk samples were found to be decreased in the first two months in Holstein breed, and in the first four months in Ayrshire breed. Correlation analysis did not reveal any dependence between changes in the expression level of miRNA and milk fat content, but showed a multidirectional relationship with individual milk fatty acids. Positive associations between the expression levels of miR-106b and miR-30d and protein and casein content were found in the Ayrshire breed. Receiver operating characteristic curve analysis showed that miR-106b and miR-30d expression levels can cause changes in fatty acid and protein composition of milk in Ayrshire cows, whereas miR-106b expression level determines the fatty acid composition in Holsteins. Conclusion: The data obtained in this study showed that miR-106b, miR-191, and miR-30d expression levels in milk samples have peculiarities associated with breed affiliation and the lactation period.

Electric Circuit Analysis for PV Array on Short-Circuit Failure of Bypass Diode in PV Module (PV모듈의 바이패스 다이오드 단락 고장 시 태양광어레이 회로 특성분석)

  • As the installation of photovoltaic systems increases, fire accidents of PV system grow every year. Most of PV system fires have been reported to be caused by electrical components. The majority of fire accidents occurred in combiner box, which is presumed to be short-circuit accidents due to dustproof and waterproof failures or heat deterioration of blocking diode. For this reason, the blocking diode installation became optional by revised PV combiner regulation. In this paper, according to the revised regulation, reverse current that generated by voltage mismatch was measured and analyzed in PV array without a blocking diode. The factors that cause voltage mismatch in array are assumed to be shaded PV module and short circuit failure of bypass diode. As the result of experiment, there is no reverse current to flow under shading condition in module, but reverse current flows on the failure of bypass diode in module. According to the module's I-V characteristic curve analysis, open voltage was slightly reduced due to operation of bypass diode in shading. However, it showed that open circuit voltage has decreased significantly in the failure of bypass diode. This indicates that the difference in open voltage reduction of voltage mismatch factor causes reverse current to flow.
