지역산업연관분석을 이용한 국립자연휴양림의 지역경제 파급효과 분석 (Estimating the Local Economic Impact of National Natural Recreation Forests Using Regional Input-Output Model)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 국립자연휴양림이 지역경제에 미치는 경제적 파급효과를 지역산업연관분석에 적용하여 자연휴양림의 조성 정책의 타당성을 확인할 수 있는 전략적 수단을 발굴하고자 시도되었다. 지역산업연관분석은 한국은행(2009)에서 발표된 지역산업연관표를 활용하여 자연휴양림의 생산, 소득, 부가가치, 고용파급의 승수효과 분석을 통하여 지역내(內)와 지역외(外) 경제적 유발효과를 분석하였다. 그 결과 하나의 국립자연휴양림이 지역에 미치는 경제적 파급효과는 지역내(內)에서 연간 생산파급은 3,380백만원, 소득파급 328백만원, 부가가치파급은 1,017백만원, 고용파급은 22명인 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 지역외(外)에 미치는 연간 생산파급은 687백만원, 소득파급은 85백만원, 부가가치파급은 245백만원, 고용파급은 6명인 것으로 나타났다.

  • 본 논문은 함정 전투체계 피아식별기 연동 소프트웨어에 대한 표준 연동 아키텍처를 제안한다. 제안된 표준 연동 아키텍처는 기존의 11종 피아식별기 연동 소프트웨어의 수정 공수 및 신뢰성시험 수행시간 단축을 위해 고안된 방법으로, 의존도가 높은 체계 및 장비 정보들을 식별하고 표준 요구사항 및 기능을 새로 정의하였다. 이를 기반으로 차기 함정전투체계 표준 연동 아키텍처(NSCP)를 적용해 1차 설계를 진행하였다. 이후 휘처 모델(Feature Model)을 통해 다중 체계 및 장비 연동에 대한 추가 공통요소와 가변요소를 도출하고 S.O.L.I.D 원칙을 고려해 최종 아키텍처를 설계하였다. 제안된 피아식별기 표준 연동 SW는 공통 아키텍처를 통한 관리 효율성 증대와 소스코드의 재사용성 및 확장성 증가, 신뢰성시험 수행시간 단축을 통한 개발비용 감소 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

GIS와 VE, LCC 개념에 의한 동적 상수도관망 대안 결정 (Capacity Expansion Modeling of Water-distribution Network using GIS, VE, and LCC)

  • Planning support systems(PSS) add more advanced spatial analysis functions than Geographic information systems(GIS) and intertemporal functions to the functions of spatial decision support systems(SDSS). This paper reports the continuing development of a PSS providing a framework that facilitates urban planners and civil engineers in conducting coherent deliberations about planning, design and operation & maintenance(O&M) of water-distribution networks for urban growth management. The PSS using dynamic optimization model, modeling-to-generate-alternatives, value engineering(VE) and life-cycle cost(LCC) can generate network alternatives in consideration of initial cost and O&H cost. Users can define alternatives by the direct manipulation of networks or by the manipulation of parameters in the models. The water-distribution network analysis model evaluates the performance of the user-defined alternatives. The PSS can be extended to include the functions of generating sewer network alternatives, combining water-distribution and sewer networks, eventually the function of planning, design and O&H of housing sites. Capacity expansion by the dynamic water-distribution network optimization model using MINLP includes three advantages over capacity expansion using optimal control theory(Kim and Hopkins 1996): 1) finds expansion alternatives including future capacity expansion times, sizes, locations, and pipe types of a water-distribution network provided, 2) has the capabilities to do the capacity expansion of each link spatially and intertemporally, and 3) requires less interaction between models. The modeling using MINLP is limited in addressing the relationship between cost, price, and demand, which the optimal control approach can consider. Strictly speaking, the construction and O&M costs of water-distribution networks influence the price charged for the served water, which in turn influence the. This limitation can be justified in rather small area because price per unit water in the area must be same as that of neighboring area, i.e., the price is determined administratively. Planners and engineers can put emphasis on capacity expansion without consideration of the relationship between cost, price, and demand.

공기분사 기법을 이용한 충돌형 제트 분사기의 연소 안정성 평가에 관한 수치적 연구 (A Numerical Study on Combustion-Stability Rating of Impinging-Jet Injector Using Air-Injection Technique)

  • Combustion stability rating of jet injector is conducted numerically using air-injection technique in a model chamber, where air is supplied to oxidizer and fuel manifolds of the model five-element injector head. A sample F(fuel)-O(oxidizer)-O-F impinging-jet injector is adopted. In this technique, we can simulate mixing process of streams flowing through oxidizer and fuel orifices under cold-flow condition without chemical reaction. The model chamber was designed based on the methodologies proposed in the previous work regarding geometrical dimensions and operating conditions. From numerical data, unstable regions can be identified and they are compared with those from air-injection acoustic and hot-fire tests. The present stability boundaries are in a good agreement with experimental results. The proposed numerical method can be applied cost-effectively to stability rating of jet injectors when mixing of fuel and oxidizer jets is the dominant process in instability triggering.

  • 다주기 Ko-재하/제하 시에 수평응력의 변화특성을 관찰하기 위하여 7종류의 시험모형을 선 정하였고, Ko조건을 크게 만족할 수 있도록 특별히 고안한압밀링 형태의 Ko-시험기를 제작하여 실내 건조된 모래에 대하여 실험을 수행하였다. 시험모형은 동일한 재하/제하 응력의 반복, 최대선행응력을 초과하는 반복 재하/제하, 그리고 최대선행 연직응력 내의 반복 재하/제하 Ko시험으로 구분된다. 실험결과에서 다주기 이력모형도 역시 기존의 단주기 이력모형을 확대하여 사용할 수 있음을 보였다. 여기서, 제하시의 지수 (a 및 a*)와 재재하 시의 계수(mr 및 mr*)는 응력이력의 형태, 반복회수 및 상대밀도에 따라 주로 지배되었다.

제조 셀 모델 플랜트의 운영 소프트웨어의 개발 (Development of an Operating Software for the Manufacturing Cell of a Model Plant)

  • This paper developed an operating software for the manufacturing cell of a model plant. The model plant, which was manufactured by Fishertechnik, consists of an assembly cell, a machining cell, and supplementary material handling equipments. Each I/O module of the model plant communicates with the INTERBUS controller devices via High-level Language Interface(HLI). The machining center has two machining cells, which consists of 4 machines respectively, two 3-axis portal transporters, and a rail guided vehicle(RGV). The Petri-Net was used to investigate the dynamics of each machining cell, e.g., the relation of material handling equipments and machines. The operating software was analyzed and designed by Object Oriented Technique. The software was implemented using Delphi 3.0 under Windows 95/NT operating system.

  • A numerical study was made to choose the better turbulence model for the flow in the discharge flow path from a diffuser to a wall. In this study standard $\kappa-\epsilon$ model(SKE), RNG $\kappa-\epsilon$ model(RNG), and Reynolds stress model(RSM) were applied. In case of the flow with relatively high Reynolds number at a diffuser inlet, the pressure loss coefficients by RNG have a tendency to be near to those by SKE at small ratio(below about 0.35) of $h/D_o$, but to those by RSM at large ratio(above about 0.35). At large ratio RNG begins to enlarge the effects of rapid strain and streamline curvature. RNG & RSM are recommended as the appropriate turbulence models for this case. But it is noticeable that the velocity gradient pattern in RNG is same as in SKE, and also that the total pressure distribution in RNG is same as in RSM only at swirling flow area, same as in SKE only at main flow area.

  • In this paper, the Multi-FNNs(Fuzzy-Neural Networks) architecture is identified and optimized using HCM(Hard C-Means) clustering method and genetic algorithms. The proposed Multi-FNNs architecture uses simplified inference and linear inference as fuzzy inference method and error back propagation algorithm as learning rules. Here, HCM clustering method, which is carried out for the process data preprocessing of system modeling, is utilized to determine the structure of Multi-FNNs according to the divisions of input-output space using I/O process data. Also, the parameters of Multi-FNNs model such as apexes of membership function, learning rates and momentum coefficients are adjusted using genetic algorithms. An aggregate performance index with a weighting factor is used to achieve a sound balance between approximation and generalization abilities of the model. To evaluate the performance of the proposed model we use the time series data for gas furnace and the NOx emission process data of gas turbine power plant.

  • In this paper, a verification method and model for a PCI-Express device are described. PCI-Express technology is one of new I/O interconnection technologies which is intended to replace conventional PCI based technology, and is introduced by PCI-SIG in 2002. For a fast prototyping, a verification suite which includes a behavioral model and stimuli is needed before actual design is finished. And also it should be simple in structure and accurate enough to verify the design. In this paper, an Early Verification Suite (EVS) which complies with PCI-Express protocol is developed and tested.

  • In this paper the construction of a model that represents the behavior of an Electric Vehicle is described. Both the mechanical and the electric traction systems are represented using Multi-Bond Graph structural approach suited to model large scale physical systems. Then the model of the controllers, represented with a functional approach, is included giving rise to an integrated model which exploits the advantages of both approaches. Simulation and experimental results are aimed to illustrate the electromechanical interaction and to validate the proposal.
