기업가의 도덕성이 기업가정신 및 사회적 책임을 통한 재무적 성과와 사회적 성과에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Entrepreneurial Morality on Financial Performance and Social Performance through Entrepreneurship and Social Responsibility)

  • Purpose This study aims to analyze how entrepreneurs' morality affects entrepreneurship and social responsibility. The purpose of this study is to analyze the differences of entrepreneurship and social responsibility on corporate financial performance and social performance by measuring entrepreneurial morality index. Design/methodology/approach The research model is based on the existing literature related to morality, entrepreneurship, social responsibility, and corporate performance. In order to verify the research model, empirical analysis was conducted. The collected data were analyzed by Smart-pls 2.0 based on the structural equation model based measurement model verification and the structural model verification two - step approach. Using the bootstrapping method of PLS, 500 samples were constructed and hypothesis verification was performed. Findings The results of this study are as follows. In the case of general manufacturing companies, business people are more focused on improving corporate performance than morality, and have a somewhat consistent effect with entrepreneurial spirit that does not have a space of morality. When entrepreneurship is strengthened, financial performance and social performance. Business entrepreneurs in social enterprises are more aware of social responsibility than entrepreneurship, so they achieve both financial performance and social performance at the same time. As a result of this study, it was found that there is a difference in perception depending on the morality of the business people, entrepreneurship, social bookkeeping, and management performance according to the type of company.

회귀분석을 이용한 집단 간 통계적 유의성 검증에 관한 연구 (A Verification on the Statistical Significance between Groups Using Regression Analysis)

  • 본 연구는 스마트폰 사용자의 지속적 사용의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 모델에서 집단 간 차이가 있는지를 비교하고자 하였다. 집단 간 차이 분석은 다양한 방법론이 존재하지만 본 연구에서는 회귀분석 $R^2$의 크기 비교를 통해 검증하고자 한다. 집단 간 차이분석을 위해 선행연구를 통해 수집된 한국과 중국 스마트폰 이용자의 지속적 사용의도에 대해 유의미한 차이가 있는지에 대한 가설검증을 통해 증명하고자 한다. 분석결과는 중국과 한국의 스마트폰 사용자들의 인식 차이가 있는지 없는지 알아보는 방법론으로 유용하게 사용된다. 이러한 절차에 따라서 먼저, Fisher의 Z변형점수(z-transformation)를 계산하는 공식과 Z점수 검증통계량 계산 공식을 이용하여 산출하였다. 그런데 이 방법론은 상관계수를 이용한 조절효과 검증에서 이용하기도 한다. 또한 분석결과를 바탕으로 이론적 시사점을 제시하였다.

부트스트랩 기법을 활용한 한국 수입 상품의 원산지검증 불복사례 실증분석 (An Empirical Analysis on the Appeal Case of Origin Verification for Korean Import Goods Using Bootstrapping Technique)

  • FTA 협정에 따른 특혜관세 적용은 FTA 역외국과 비교하여 상대적 관세인하 효과로 나타나고 이는 회원국 간 수출입 규모의 증가로 이어진다. FTA 관세 제도의 안정적인 활용을 위해서는 무엇보다 관세 당국의 교역 대상 상품에 대한 명확한 원산지 적용 및 적격 여부 판단이 전제되어야 한다. 본 연구는 관세청, 조세심판원 등 관세 당국의 조세행정 집행과정 중에 확인되는 결정문을 바탕으로 원산지검증 제도에 따른 불복청구 절차를 분석하였고, 이를 통해 과세전적부심사청구 불채택 건에 대한 재심청구 비율이 아시아 국가와 서구 사회에서 어떻게 다르게 나타나며, 쟁점 사항이나 검증당사자에 따라 재심청구 빈도나 기각률이 또한 어떻게 다른지에 대한 실증 분석을 실시하였다. 더불어, FTA 국가 간 원산지검증 불복 사례의 희소성 문제를 극복하기 위해 부트스트랩 기법을 활용하여 정량적 분석을 실시하였다. 본 논문의 시사점을 요약하면, 첫째, 서구와의 국제거래가 더 높은 재심청구율을 보인다는 가설을 검정하였고, 둘째, 원산지기준 충족 여부, 직접운송 여부, 인증수출자 여부, 품목분류 적정 여부가 핵심 쟁점 요인으로써 재심사 요구와 유의한 인과관계가 있음을 보였다. 셋째, 재심사 요구와 검증 그룹 간 유의성은 관계가 없음을 밝혔으며, 마지막으로, 품목분류오류는 기각률에 상당히 유의한 영향을 미쳐 관련 사건의 경우, 재심 청구에도 불구하고 기각이 될 확률이 상당히 높다는 실무적 함의를 도출하였다.

선택적 융선 정합에 의한 강건한 지문 인증기법 (Robust Fingerprint Verification By Selective Ridge Matching)

  • 지문인식의 주요 기법으로 사용되어 온 점 패턴 정합 기법은 영상의 질이 열악할 경우 정합 결과의 신뢰성을 보장하기 어려운 단점이 있다 본 논문에서는 유사한 융선 패턴 쌍의 변환 파라메터를 Hough 변환에 의해 산출하여 정합 쌍을 구하고 지문 방향정보를 선택적으로 사용하는 정합률 산출기법에 의해 정합 결과의 검증하는 지문언식 기법을 제안하였다 제안한 기법은 특이점의 개수와 좌표의 변화에 민감하지 않은 특성을 가지므로 열악한 지문영상에서도 낮은 거부율을 유지하면서 0%에 가까운 FAR(False accept rate)를 보장할 수 있다.

  • The Purpose of this study is to grasp the general effects of measurement-related investment by industrial firms. We presupposed the hypothesis that the measurement-related investment affects the decrease of product inferiority rates and analyzed the investigation results by means of PIMS(Profit Improvement of Market Strategy) model. As the results, we found out that the firms with positive measurement-related investment showed for less inferiority rates of products considerably. This study put an emphasis on the verification results showing that the considerable increase of measurement-related investment decreases the product inferiority rate by the statistical methods.

컴퓨터 모니터용 유리 패널의 문자 마크 인식 (Recognition of Patterns and Marks on the Glass Panel of Computer Monitor)

  • In this paper, a machine vision system for recognizing and classifying the patterns and marks engraved by die molding or laser marking on the glass panels of computer monitors is suggested and evaluated experimentally. The vision system is equipped with a neural network and an NGC pattern classifier including searching process based on normalized grayscale correlation and adaptive binarization. This system is found to be applicable even to the cases in which the segmentation of the pattern area from the background using ordinary blob coloring technique is quite difficult. The inspection process is accomplished by the use of the NGC hypothesis and ANN verification. The proposed pattern recognition system is composed of three parts: NGC matching process and the preprocessing unit for acquiring the best quality of binary image data, a neural network-based recognition algorithm, and the learning algorithm for the neural network. Another contribution of this paper is the method of generating the training patterns from only a few typical product samples in place of real images of all types of good products.

디저트 카페의 상품 선택 속성이 만족과 장기 지향성에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Selection Attributes for Goods of Dessert Cafe on Product Satisfaction and Long-term Orientation)

  • The purpose of the study was to provide useful implications for management of dessert cafe by discovering selection attributes for product satisfaction and long-term orientation. Using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 220 Version, the collected data from customers of dessert cafe in Seoul and metropolitan areas were analyzed for frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and covariance structure analysis. As results of hypothesis verification, firstly, service standard and product diversity had a significant effect on product satisfaction of dessert cafe. Secondly, tastes and nutrients influenced positively long-term orientation of dessert cafe. Meanwhile, service standard, mood, and product diversity did not have a significant effect on long-term orientation. Thirdly, product satisfaction affected positively long-term orientation. The results of the study provided useful implications for management of dessert cafe.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine how the features of network in the Internet fashion community affect the diffusion of fashion information to members in the online community with other variables (informative features, consumer features). Communities that actively exchange fashion information among their members were selected for the social network analysis and hypothesis verification. As a result, we found that a few information activists influenced most of the information receivers in the network features of fashion communities. Also, we found that the informative features (usefulness, reliability), consumer features (NFC, innovation) as well as the network features (connectivity, power), have a significant influence on the diffusion of Internet fashion information which verified the importance of the network features in the study on the Internet.

  • The study has following objectives: First, an objective of this studies proves relations between a entrepreneurship and an innovation performance. Second, in innovation performance relationships of social capital this studies proves a mediating effects of a social capitall through theory study, an empirical analysis. In accordance with results of a hypothesis verification, first, a entrepreneurship affects positively a innovation performanc. Second, in accordance with analysis results of a social capital, an entrepreneurship, a innovation performance verified a mediating effects of a social capital. This results mean that the more a social capital an organization has among members, the higher an innovation performance.
