동태적 고객만족 모형의 전략적 활용 - 통신서비스를 중심으로 -

  • 최근의 통신서비스 시장은 경쟁의 도입과 기술의 발전이라는 두 축에 힘입어 양질의 서비스를 보다 저렴한 요금으로 소비자들에게 제공하고자 노력하여 왔다. 그러나 이러한 통신서비스의 질적 향상 노력에도 불구하고 여전히 통신서비스의 품질은 소비자들의 기대수준에는 미치지 못하고 있다는 지적이 있다 더욱이 문제가 되는 것은 소비자가 인지하고 있는 통신 서비스 품질의 기대수준은 시간의 흐름에 따라 동태적으로 변화하는 것이어서 한 시점에서의 통신 서비스 품질 수준의 측정으로는 정책적으로 큰 의미를 설명하기 어려운 실정이다. 이와 관련하여 많은 선행 연구들이 다양한 측면에서 시행되어져 왔지만 이제까지의 많은 선행 연구들은 대부분이 통신서비스의 특성을 제대로 고려하지 않고, 고객만족의 향상과 불일치를 가져오고 있는 성능품질만을 측정한다거나, 시간의 흐름에 따라 변화해 가는 소비자가 서비스에 대해 인지하고 있는 중요도나 기대수준을 고려하지 않고 있으며, 각 구성요소간의 동태적 인과고리에 대한 고려 없이 연구가 이루어져 전반적인 통신 서비스의 고객만족을 전체적인 시각에서 평가한 연구는 극히 드물다. 따라서 본 연구는 통신서비스의 고객만족을 피드백 관점, 동태적 관점, 사실적 관점의 시스템 다이내믹스 방법론을 적용하여 전반적인 동태적 고객만족 모형을 구현하고 이를 정책적으로 활용할 수 있는가에 대한 접근을 시도하였다. 고객만족은 결코 한순간에 머물러 있는 것이 아니며 체감품질 및 기대수준의 영향을 받아 지속적으로 변화해간다 따라서 어떻게 기대수준을 관리하고 고객의 기대에 부응하는 체감품질을 관리하는 것이 지속적인 고객만족을 획득할 수 있는 가를 시뮬레이션 모형을 통해 가시적으로 시스템의 행태를 구현함으로써 그 이해의 폭을 넓히고자 시도하였다.으로써 웹에서의 혁신적이며 크로스 사이트, 크로스 장르적인 컨텐츠 플래닝의 가능성을 시사하는데 의의가 있다고 하겠다.y used to some of interactive storytelling through hyper text in CD-ROM and web sites.   • A number of process algebras are not well suitable for real-time navigation/delivery systems due to the following reasons: 1) lack of representation of process distributivity over some geographical space and 2) the indistinction of representation of process mobility from process distributivity over the space. To make the process algebra suitable to the systems, it seems to be necessary to separate the space representation from the mobility representation. This paper presents a formal method for this purpose, namely, Calculus of Abstract Real-Time Distribution, Mobility, and Interaction (CARDMI). For analysis and verification of behavioral properties, CARDMI defines a set of the spatial, temporal and the interactive deduction rules and a set of equivalence relations. The rules and equivalences can be abstracted hierarchically due to the spatial abstraction, too. CARDMI can be applied to virtual navigation/delivery system for contents, too.

Design and Implementation of IoT-Based Intelligent Platform for Water Level Monitoring (IoT 기반 지능형 수위 모니터링 플랫폼 설계 및 구현)

  • The main objective of this study was to assess the applicability of IoT (Internet of Things)-based flood management under climate change by developing intelligent water level monitoring platform based on IoT. In this study, Arduino Uno was selected as the development board, which is an open-source electronic platform. Arduino Uno was designed to connect the ultrasonic sensor, temperature sensor, and data logger shield for implementing IoT. Arduino IDE (Integrated Development Environment) was selected as the Arduino software and used to develop the intelligent algorithm to measure and calibrate the real-time water level automatically. The intelligent water level monitoring platform consists of water level measurement, temperature calibration, data calibration, stage-discharge relationship, and data logger algorithms. Water level measurement and temperature calibration algorithm corrected the bias inherent in the ultrasonic sensor. Data calibration algorithm analyzed and corrected the outliers during the measurement process. The verification of the intelligent water level measurement algorithm was performed by comparing water levels using the tape and ultrasonic sensor, which was generated by measuring water levels at regular intervals up to the maximum level. The statistics of the slope of the regression line and $R^2$ were 1.00 and 0.99, respectively which were considered acceptable. The error was 0.0575 cm. The verification of data calibration algorithm was performed by analyzing water levels containing all error codes in a time series graph. The intelligent platform developed in this study may contribute to the public IoT service, which is applicable to intelligent flood management under climate change.

  • The customer relation marketing in which companies can utilize to control and to get the filtered information efficiently has appeared. It is applying data mining to build the management that can even predict and recommend products to customers. In this paper, we proposed the adaptive customer relation management strategies using the association rules of data mining. The proposed method uses the association rules composes frequent customers with occurrence of candidate customer set creates the rules of associative customers. We analyzed the efficient feature of purchase customers using the hyper graph partition according to the lift of creative association rules. Therefore, we discovered strategies of the cross-selling and the up-selling about customers.

Analysis of Accuracy and Loss Performance According to Hyperparameter in RNN Model (RNN모델에서 하이퍼파라미터 변화에 따른 정확도와 손실 성능 분석)

  • In this paper, in order to obtain the optimization of the RNN model used for sentiment analysis, the correlation of each model was studied by observing the trend of loss and accuracy according to hyperparameter tuning. As a research method, after configuring the hidden layer with LSTM and the embedding layer that are most optimized to process sequential data, the loss and accuracy of each model were measured by tuning the unit, batch-size, and embedding size of the LSTM. As a result of the measurement, the loss was 41.9% and the accuracy was 11.4%, and the trend of the optimization model showed a consistently stable graph, confirming that the tuning of the hyperparameter had a profound effect on the model. In addition, it was confirmed that the decision of the embedding size among the three hyperparameters had the greatest influence on the model. In the future, this research will be continued, and research on an algorithm that allows the model to directly find the optimal hyperparameter will continue.

Application of the Web Design Elements using the Aesthetic Evaluation (감성평가를 이용한 웹 디자인 요소의 활용방안)

  • New design method has been required for web designers to grasp the proper emotion, impression, and feeling of a web site and reflect these elements in web design. It is certain that such a new methodology can be a useful design tool, although web designers have only relied on their intuition and experience to induce users to perceive specific emotion of web sites. In this study, Kansei Engineering Type Ⅰ (Nagamachi, 2002 and Park, 2000) method was applied to develop the methodology. One hundred thirty six web sites believed to convey emotions effectively were first selected by recommendation of professional web designers and twenty two web sites were finally chosen and evaluated using questionnaire. The web sites were then objectively and quantitatively assessed by measuring the degree of utilization of the design elements, balance, overall density, and homogeneity. We examined the cause-and-effect between the results of emotional and quantitative analysis by multiple regression and introduced the design methodology based on the examination. The research method and procedures applied to this study would be applicable to design studies related to the emotional inducement.
