Paper has fibers and fines network structure and it is strongly affected by interface bond-ing between fibers. Paper structural properties can be determined depending on the inter-fiber bonding. Fines play an important role in Campbell and consolidation effect through wet pressing and drying operations. The fines are essential for the formation of bonds between fibers and for the improvement of strength properties of papers. Since the fines are components of the pulp, there are always two factors to be considered: the quality and quantity of the fines. The quality of fines might be a potential variable to give a more accurate picture of the papermaking potential of the pulp. The object of this study is to investigate the effect of different types of pulp fines on the properties of paper and to access the potential of fines for controlling the bulk of paper. Refined Sw-BKP, Hw-BKP and BCTMP fines were used to investigate the fines effect. Wet-web strength, breaking length, scattering coefficient, and hydrodynamic specific volume, and drying shrinkage were measured. According to the results, chemical and morphological compositions of fines do not strongly affect to wet-web forming by their similar Campbell effect, but strongly affect to drying operation which forms hydrogen bonding among fiber-fines-fiber matrixes. Paper bulk should be controlled by the extent of hydrogen bonding between fibers during drying operation.

Nowadays, the bleaching techniques of thermomechanical pulp(TMP) are fast developing on the strength of some benefits, mainly on low production cost and good fiber property. In this study, the optimum concentration of bleaching chemicals and the environmental load of bleaching wastes were considered to improve the bleaching efficiency of thermomechanical pulp using Korean redpine(Pinus densiflora) under the peroxide-based bleaching system. The optical property of TMP after bleaching was planned to use higher grade of paper, like printing & writting paper, not general newspaper. The concentration of bleaching chemicals, NaOH, $Na_2SiO_3$ and EDTA, in hydrogen peroxide bleaching system, on the basis of O.D. pulp was closely influenced on the improvement of TMP brightness. Final target of bleaching efficiency was set up to above 76%-ISO brightness. The optimal target brightness of Korean redpine TMP was reached to 76.45%-ISO under the conditions of $H_2O_2$ 7% with NaOH 2.20%, $Na_2SiO_3$ 0.63% and EDTA 0.02%. The concentration of NaOH, $Na_2SiO_3$ and EDTA was correlated functional to the residual peroxide content of wastewater, pH value and electric conductivity of TMP fibers after bleaching treatment. The optimal bleaching conditions by controlling the addition amount of chemicals were positively contributed to the brightness stabilization and environmental load of TMP.

In many regions of Korea, including the Four Major Rivers, the seriousness of the problem of algal blooms due to eutrophication of water quality is being raised. In this study, in order to solve these social problems, we manufactured a filter using natural mineral fusion (red illite, zeolite, germanium ceramic, selenium ceramic, carbon ceramic) and independently developed a tank system for green algae experiments to observe and determine the stages of change in water quality. In order to study ways to improve water quality through quantitative analysis, 1 ton of severely polluted green algae water from the Nak dong River region was stored in a water tank and exposed to ultraviolet rays in the same environment as the Nak dong River. Then, the same environment as the Nak dong River was created. The results were derived from a 5-week water quality test. The results of this experiment confirmed that green-colored cyano bacteria were significantly reduced just by the turbidity results. The results were obtained through a request to the Korea Testing & Research Institute located in Changwon-si, Gyeong sang nam-do. CI-(chlorine ion) and NH3-N(ammonia nitrogen) had the effect of saving every week. The device used in this study was made of natural minerals free of heavy metals that are harmless to the human body and nature through long-term consideration and exploration to kill and prevent various strains living in water. Green purification system using natural hydrogen generating mineral filter were effective a non-chemical and physical methods. The results of this study are one way to contribute to the serious problems caused by green algae in many countries, and will contribute to the water quality environment by preventing the waste of environmental resources, improving the health of the people, and increasing the ability to purify environmental water quality at home and abroad.

Alkaline Peroxide Mechanical Pulping (APMP) of Pinus densiflora harvested from domestic mountains was explored. APMP contributes to various advantages including pulp quality, elimination of the need for a bleaching process, and energy savings. Sequential treatment of impregnation of bleaching chemicals and refining not only overcome the concern of alkaline darkening of wood chips during chemical impregnation, but it also brightens the chips to the desired brightness levels suitable for writing and printing papers. APMP pulping from Pinus densiflora was greatly influenced by the dosage levels of hydrogen peroxide and sodium hydroxide. Alkaline peroxide treatment was carried out by applying one of three levels of hydrogen peroxide (1.5, 3, and 4.5% based on the oven-dried weight of the wood chips) and one of three levels of sodium hydroxide (1.5, 3, and 4.5% based on the oven-dried weight of the wood chips). Other chemicals including a peroxide stabilizers and metal chelation were constantly added for all treatments. Chemical treatment with a liquor-to-wood ration of 9:1 was carried out in a laboratory digestor. Compared to BTMP, APMP pulping displayed outstanding characteristics including the less requirement of refining energy, the better improvement of tensile strength, the more reduction of shives, and the greater increase of pulp brightness. In particular, when 4.5% of hydrogen peroxide with impregnation during 90 minutes was used, the brightness of APMP reached 64.9% ISO. Even though bulk of APMP was decreased with the increase of sodium hydroxide, a better and improved balance could be achieved between optical and strength properties. The spent liquor obtained from the discharge of the impregnation process at the dosage level of 4.5% hydrogen peroxide exhibited an equal level of residual peroxide with BTMP. In conclusion, APMP pulping showed successful results with Pinus densiflora due to its better response to the development of optical and physical properties compared to TMP pulping.

In response to the recent increase in demand for hydrogen stations, the Ministry of Trade and Industry has enacted and promulgated special notifications to enable the installation of hydrogen stations in the form of the combined complex in existing automotive fuel supply facilities such as LPG, CNG, and gas stations. Hydrogen multi energy filling stations haven't been operated yet in Korea till the establishment of special standards, so it is necessary create special standards by considering all Korean environmental characteristics such as four seasons and daily crossings. In this study, we collected and analyzed the charging data of Ulsan LPG-Hydrogen Multi Fueling Station installed for the first time in Korea. The data are hourly temperature and pressure data from compressors, storage vessels and dispensers. We used the data collected for a year, including the highest temperature and the lowest temperature in Ulsan to compare seasonal characteristics. As a result, it was found that the change of the outside temperature affects the initial temperature of the vehicle's container of the hydrogen car, which finally affects the charging time and the charging speed of the vehicle. There was no effect on vehicle containers because the limit temperature suggested by the Korean Hydrogen Station Standard(KGS FP217) and the US Filling Protocol(SAE J2601) was not exceeded.

Domestic eco-friendly vehicles currently account for 5.8% of the total registered vehicles in Korea. Hydrogen vehicles, one of the representative eco-friendly vehicles, have grown rapidly as they have been expanded to the market based on the government's policy to boost the hydrogen industry. Therefore, it is time to expand the safety review of hydrogen vehicles in various directions according to the increase in supply. In this study, the effect of internal heat damage was analyzed when a jet flame was generated by a hydrogen car in a road tunnel. It was simulated using Fluent, and the amount of jet flame injection was selected in consideration of the hydrogen tank capacity of commercial hydrogen vehicles for road tunnels. In addition, the study was conducted with the direction of the jet flame and the nozzle distance from the tunnel wall as variables. From the results, when the jet flame erupted in the road tunnel, high radiant heat emission of more than 20 kW/m2 was generated in most areas within ±5 m in the longitudinal direction based on the vehicle (spray nozzle) and 5 to 7 m in the lateral direction based on the adjacent tunnel wall.

Deuterium (D) is an isotope with one more neutron number than hydrogen (H). Heavy elements rarely change their chemical properties with little effect even if the number of neutrons increases, but low-mass elements change their vibration energy, diffusion rate, and reaction rate because the effect cannot be ignored, which is called an isotope effect. Recently, in the semiconductor and display industries, there is a trend to replace hydrogen gas (H2) with deuterium gas (D2) in order to improve process stability and product quality by using the isotope effect. In addition, as the demand for D2 in industries increases, domestic gas producers are making efforts to produce and supply D2 on their own. In the case of high purity D2, most of them are produced by electrolysis of heavy water (D2O), and among D2, hydrogen deuteride (HD) molecules are present as isotope impurities. Therefore, in order to maximize the isotope effect of hydrogen in the electronic industry, HD, which is an isotope impurity of D2 used in the process, should be small amount. To this end, purity analysis of D2 for industrial processing is essential. In this study, HD quantitative analysis of D2 for high purity D2 purity analysis was established and hydrogen isotope RM (Reference material) was developed. Since hydrogen isotopes are difficult to analyze with general gas analysis instrument, they were analyzed using a high-precision mass spectrometer (Gas/MS, Finnigan MAT271). High purity HD gas was injected into Gas/MS, sensitivity was determined by a signal according to pressure, and HD concentrations in two bottles of D2 were quantified using the corresponding sensitivity. The amount fraction of HD in each D2 was (4518 ± 275) μmol/mol, (2282 ± 144) μmol/mol. D2, which quantifies HD amount using the developed quantitative analysis method, will be manufactured with hydrogen isotope RM and distributed for quality management and maintenance of electronic industries and gas producers in the future.
The paper dealt with the fact that the green deal took place when the demand for electrical energy surged. However, the procurement of electric vehicles and much of the electric energy of the future still depends on fossil fuels. Accordingly, the importance of the IT industry is highlighted, and the demand for hydrogen-electric vehicles and related industries increases. The method of this study investigated the relevance of EV charging as a future next-generation power source rather than the electric energy demand of the IT industry. This study derives the correlation between industrial electricity and household energy PPP according to economic growth through empirical regression analysis. As the result, it was found that the amount of change, including electric and next-generation electric vehicles, was significant for on thirds of the countries in the change in purchasing power compared to GDP. This affects overall purchasing power as twelve out of thirty two countries with EV demand (Italy, Canada, Switzerland, Poland, Slovenia, Germany, Slovakia, Finland, Sweden, Czech Republic, Estonia, Denmark) are more sensitive to electric energy. This is related to the charging of EVs or hydrogen as the next-generation power of the future rather than the electric energy demand of the IT industry. By preventing waste of unused electricity of IT-electric energy sources and charging-preserving hydrogen electricity, it seems indispensable to prepare for the national IT power conservation buffer facility for supply and demand in future growth.
Most stable conformers of some antiinflammatory fenamates were obtained by conformational free energy change calculations. Conformational energies for the molecules as unhydrate d state were estimated first, and those as hydrated state were calculated then to simulate the molecules in aqueous solution using a hydration shell model. The initial geometries of the molecules were obtained either from X-ray crystallographic data or from homologous molecular fragments. The bond lengths and angles were not varied, but all the torsion angles were varied step by step during the conformational free energy surface searching. The results show that there are several feasible conformations for a compound. And the molecules are somewhat stabilized by hydration (-${\delta}G_{hyd}{\cong}$13 to 16kcal/mole), but the conformations were not changed significantly by the hydration itself. There seems to be a strong tendency of intramolecular hydrogen bonding between imino hydrogen and carboxyl oxygen of the compounds. As a result, the carboxyl group cannot be rotated freely, and the rotation of the second aromatic ring is the main reason for the conformational variations of the compounds. The ECEPP force fields via the program CONBIO were used throughout this study.

Water-Electrolyzed gas is a mixed gas has the constant volume ratio 2 1 Hydrogen and Oxygen gained from electrolyzed water, and it has better characteristics in the field of economy, efficiency of energy, and environmental intimacy than acetylene gas and LPG used for existing gas welding equipment. So nowdays many studies of Water-Electrolyzed gas are progressed, and commercially used as a source of thermal energy for gas welding in the industry. For Water-Electrolyzed Source, it was used diode rectifier or SCR rectifier for get DC source. This method which is not looking to improve a source for impossible current control or voltage and limited control intervals. In this paper, it was relized and designed In source of pulse type for complementing existing - DC source type, also by experiment it was acquired producting characteristics of Hydrogen -Oxygen Gas through feature of source
