이 글의 목적은 하이브리드 전쟁(hybrid warfare)의 양상을 분석하고 그 과정에서 제시되는 도덕적 문제로서 행위자의 도덕적 책임을 평가하는 원리인 jus in bello의 한계를 제시하는 것이다. 전통적 전쟁에서 제시되는 전쟁의 도덕성에 관한 이론으로서 정의전쟁론(just war theory)은 널리 수용됐으며 특히 jus in bello는 전쟁에 참여 또는 관계하는 개인의 행위에 관한 도덕적 정당성의 기준을 제시한다. 하지만 다양한 전쟁 양상이 복합적으로 작용하는 하이브리드 전쟁은 전통적 전쟁과 대비하여 그 차이가 명백하며 이 차이는 전쟁에서 나타나는 행위에 대한 도덕적 평가와 책임의 귀속을 결정하는 데 어려움을 초래한다. 하이브리드 전쟁에서 발생하는 도덕적 문제를 적절하게 해소하기 위해서는 기존의 도덕적 정당화에 관한 이론의 한계가 구체적으로 무엇인지 밝힐 필요가 있다. 이를 위해 이 글에서 우리는 먼저 하이브리드 전쟁에 대한 개념적 이해를 제시하고 전통적 전쟁과 하이브리드 전쟁의 차이점을 구체화한 후 jus in bello를 구성하는 3가지 원리에 비추어 하이브리드 전쟁에서 그 적용의 한계를 보이겠다.

본 연구에서는 수용성 아크릴을 합성한 다음 수성 카제인 수지를 합성하여 기합성 완성된 아크릴 수지에 카제인 수지의 적하량을 점차 증가시켜 변화하는 물성을 피혁(Lamb leather)에 표면 코팅하여 물성을 측정 분석하였다. 내용제성 측정 결과 높은 내용제성 물성을 지닌 아크릴 수지와 카제인 수지의 함량이 물성 변화에 끼치지 않았으며 모두 높은 물성치를 나타내었다. 인장 강도 측정치에서는 아크릴 단독 코팅의 측정치가 $1.399kg_f/mm^2$로 가장 낮은 수치를 나타내었으며, 카제인 수지의 합량이 제일 높은 WAC-3가 가장 높은 인장력 $1.426kg_f/mm^2$을 나타내었다. 또한 내마모도 측정에서는 WAC-3가 제일 높은 69.774 mg.loss로 우수한 물성변화를 나타내었고, 연실률의 경우 아크릴 단독 코팅인 WAR이 820 %로 가장 높은 수치를 나타내었다.

본 연구는 러시아-우크라이나 전쟁(2022)의 특징인 유튜브 등 SNS 추천알고리즘 필터버블 강화현상과 하이브리드 전쟁의 승패 요인에 관한 연구이다. 이 전쟁은 하이브리드전으로 규명되며, SNS 추천알고리즘 기반 뉴미디어의 활용은 정치적 레버리지를 넘어서 전쟁의 승부를 결정짓는 요소로 부상하고 있다. 이로 인해, 필터버블 현상이 시청자들에게 노출되는 정보의 제한을 가져온다는 확증편향의 사전적 의미를 넘어서고 있다. 우크라이나 젤렌스키 대통령이 키예프에서 항전을 독려한 유튜브 동영상의 경우 702만의 조회 수를 기록했지만, 푸틴의 연설은 80만에 그친 것은 추천알고리즘이 푸틴의 연설을 노출하지 않았다는 방증이다. 이러한 SNS 추천알고리즘의 노출 전쟁은 미국(유튜브, 트위터, 페이스북)과 중국(틱톡) 빅테크 기업의 알고리즘 전쟁으로 발전되는 경향을 보인다. 미국기업의 영향으로 우크라이나는 국제적인 지원을 받을 수 있게 되었고, 러시아는 중국기업의 영향으로 푸틴의 지지율이 80 프로가 넘는 상반된 결과가 도출되고 있다. 이러한 알고리즘 권력화는 '필터버블'에 의해 여론의 확증편향에 기반을 두고 있기에 이 왜곡 현상에 대한 새로운 가이드라인 설정을 이른 시일 안에 제시해야 한다는 정당성이 이번 러시아-우크라이나 전쟁을 통해서 주목받고 있다.

Linking Ukraine's education system with the trends of global digitalization is mandatory to ensure the sustainable, long-term development of the country, as well as to increase the sustainability of the education system and the economy as a whole during the crisis period. Now the main problems of the education system in Ukraine are manifested in a complex context caused by Russian armed aggression. In the context of war, problems include differences in adaptation to online learning among educational institutions, limited access to education for vulnerable groups in the zone of active hostilities, the lack of digital educational resources suitable for online learning, and the lack of basic digital skills and competencies among students and teachers necessary to properly conduct online classes. Some of the problems of online learning were solved in the pandemic, but in the context of war Ukrainian society needs a new vision of education and continuous efforts of all social structures in the public and private environment. In the context of war, concerted action is needed to keep education on track and restore it in active zones, adapting to the needs of a dynamic society and an increasingly digitized economy. Among the urgent needs of the education system are a change in the teaching-learning paradigm, which is based on content presentation, memorization, and reproduction, and the adoption of a new, hybrid educational model that will encourage the development of necessary skills and abilities for students and learners in a digitized society and enable citizens close to war zones to learn.

한국 해군은 짧은 역사에도 불구하고 많은 전함을 운용하고 있다. 잠수함, 구축함, 호위함, 고속함 등 다양한 유형의 함정을 보유하고 있다. 각각의 함정은 운영 요구 사항에 적합한 추진시스템을 사용한다. 하이브리드 추진시스템은 함정의 기술발전에 따라 기계추진시스템에서 기계-전기추진시스템으로 발전하고 있으며, 향후 통합 전기추진시스템도 도입될 것으로 기대된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 한국 해군이 운용하는 주요 함정의 추진체계를 조사하고, 향후 해군력의 변화를 예측하여 향후 해군 함정추진체계를 제안한다.

In this paper, I applied grounded theory in exploring how Twitter became the battlefield for China's public diplomacy campaign. China's new move to global social media platforms, such as Twitter and Facebook, has been a controversial strategy in public diplomacy. This study analyzes Chinese Foreign Spokesperson Zhao Lijian's Twitter posts and comments. It models China's recent diplomatic move to Twitter as a "war of words" model, with features including "leadership," "polarization," and "aggression," while exerting possible effects as "resistance," "hatred," and "sarcasm" to the global community. Our findings show that by failing to gage public opinion and promote the country's positive image, China's current digital diplomacy strategy reflected by Zhao Lijian's tweets has instead constructed a polarized political public sphere, contradictory to the country's promoted "shared human destiny." The "war of words" model extends our understanding of China's new digital diplomacy move as a hybrid of state propaganda and self-performance. Such a strategy could spread hate speech and accelerate political polarization in cyberspace, despite improvements to China's homogenous network building on Twitter.

본 연구는 지상군용 지능형 포탄을 포함한 장갑차량 공격용 K-9 포탄의 전시 소요량을 산정하는 국방 시뮬레이션의 방법론을 개선하려는 것이다. K-2008에서 사용된 분석용 국방 시뮬레이션에 의한 방법에서는 입력자료의 부정확성과 모의논리의 왜곡으로 인하여 산정량이 과도하며, 산출된 각 무기체계별 기대점유비율이 장차전의 실상에서 일반적으로 기대하는 바와 상당한 차이를 보여주고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 입력자료 및 모의논리의 왜곡현상의 원인을 분석하고 이를 바로잡기 위하여 훈련용 및 분석용 국방 시뮬레이션 모형을 상호 연계하여 사용 및 검증하는 하이브리드 국방 시뮬레이션 모형의 필요성을 제시하려는 것이다.

In the process of modernization from the traditional Korean Han-bok to today's modernized fashion. The Republic of Korea received the most influences form the United States among other western countries. The U. S. A. was the primary country who helped to release S. Korea from Japanese colonization in 1945, and provided the most economic and military aids after the Korean War in 1950. The purpose of this case study is to find out the traits of Americanization in modern Korean fashion through sociocultural evidences and reference pictures. The Americanization can be defined as the U. S. A. influencing cultures of other countries, and sometimes resulted in the substitution of a given culture with American culture. Americanization generally is a part of westernization. The analogous terms for Americanization, are Coca-colonization, McDonaldization, Starbuckslization, and Hollywoodization. The theories related to Americanization are theory of economic determination, global system theory, conspiracy theory, modernization theory, and theory of dependence. However, Americanization of Korea cannot be explained in one single theory, but only can be explained as a hybrid of two cultures. There also is a critical viewpoint of de-Americanization. Americanization of Korea were studied in three important chronicles, a period of modernization (1945-1950s), a period of industrialization & popularization(1960s-1970s), and a period of consumerization(1980s-present). The traits of Americanization in the process of modernizing Korean fashion, were found as simplicity, functionality, popularity(kitsch & mimicry), anti-traditional ethics(unchastity & skin revealing), and materialism(lavishness & trends).

[ $MgB_2$ ] thin films were fabricated using hybrid physical-chemical vapor deposition (HPCVD) method on silicon substrates with buffers of alumina grown by using atomic layer deposition method. The growth war in a range of temperatures $500\;{\sim}\;600^{\circ}C$ and under the reactor pressures of $25\;{\sim}\;50\;Torr$. There are some interfacial reactions in the as-grown films with impurities of mostly $Mg_2Si$, $MgAl_2O_4$, and other phases. The $T_c$'s of $MgB_2$ films were observed to be as high as 39 K, but the transition widths were increased with growth temperatures. The magnetization was measured as a function of temperature down to the temperature of 5 K, but the complete Meissner effect was not observed, which shows that the granular nature of weak links is prevailing. The formation of mostly $Mg_2Si$ impurity in HPCVD process is discussed, considering the diffusion and reaction of Mg vapor with silicon substrates.

Reason for contemporary ethnic-look's remarkable world popularity is viewed as due to counteraction of disordered world conditions such as war, terror, and economic depression. These conditions led people to desire the returning to primitive human society where freedom and peace are preserved. The background of ethnic look emergence is influences of post-modernism, eastern and western culture hybrid, and ecology. This study will mainly focus on the analysis of present ethnic fashion trend and, with following to this, their images will be analyzed and categorized. The result of ethnic trend, especially that of Asian's and African's, from 2000 to 2005 is like this: representative Asian ethnic fashion tendency is focusing on Japanese and Chinese. In Japanese style, oversized silhouette was derived by Kimono and wide belt was appeared by influence of Kimono's Obi. Chinese ethic style are analyzed as adapting feministic silhouette and details from Chinese traditional clothes, Chipao. Additionally, in some of the Chinese ethnic-look, there are mixtures with Japanese, North American, and African's images. Mixing with pop images and ancient ones are also emerged. In the African ethnic look, people used colorful cloth and new materials which is considered as integration of primitives and modern science. From the study, it is possible to conclude that current modern ethnic fashion can be defined as blends with one country's image to the other, mixture with new technology, and acceptance to the multi-national folk fashion. These trends are widely revealed and extended in the world fashion. In the following result of the analysis, there were four outstanding images lying underneath in the present ethnic-look. That is eclectic, traditional, natural, and mysterious images.
