Efficient Market Hypothesis (EMH), states that at any point in time in a liquid market security prices fully reflect all available information. This paper presents a study of proving the hypothesis through daily Twitter sentiments using the hybrid approach of the lexicon-based approach and the naïve Bayes classifier. In this research we analyze the currency exchange rate movement of Indonesia Rupiah vs US dollar as a way of testing the Efficient Market Hypothesis. In order to find a correlation between the prediction sentiments from Twitter data and the actual currency exchange rate trends we collect Twitter data every day and compute the overall sentiment to label them as positive or negative. Experimental results have shown 69% correct prediction of sentiment analysis and 65.7% correlation with positive sentiments. This implies that EMH is semi-strong Efficient Market Hypothesis, and that public information provide by Twitter sentiment correlate with changes in the exchange market trends.

The prominence of IoTs (Internet of Things) and exponential advancement of computer networks has resulted in massive essential applications. Recognizing various cyber-attacks or anomalies in networks and establishing effective intrusion recognition systems are becoming increasingly vital to current security. MLTs (Machine Learning Techniques) can be developed for such data-driven intelligent recognition systems. Researchers have employed a TFDNNs (Tensor Flow Deep Neural Networks) and DCNNs (Deep Convolution Neural Networks) to recognize pirated software and malwares efficiently. However, tuning the amount of neurons in multiple layers with activation functions leads to learning error rates, degrading classifier's reliability. HTFDNNs ( Hybrid tensor flow DNNs) and MRNs (Modified Residual Networks) or Resnet CNNs were presented to recognize software piracy and malwares. This study proposes HTFDNNs to identify stolen software starting with plagiarized source codes. This work uses Tokens and weights for filtering noises while focusing on token's for identifying source code thefts. DLTs (Deep learning techniques) are then used to detect plagiarized sources. Data from Google Code Jam is used for finding software piracy. MRNs visualize colour images for identifying harms in networks using IoTs. Malware samples of Maling dataset is used for tests in this work.

Detection and monitoring of wildfires are essential for limiting their harmful effects on ecosystems, human lives, and property. In this research, we propose a novel method running in the Google Earth Engine platform for identifying and characterizing burnt regions using a hybrid of Sentinel-1 (C-band synthetic aperture radar) and Sentinel-2 (multispectral photography) images. The 2022 Uljin wildfire, the severest event in South Korean history, is the primary area of our investigation. Given its documented success in remote sensing and land cover categorization applications, we select the Random Forest (RF) method as our primary classifier. Next, we evaluate the performance of our model using multiple accuracy measures, including overall accuracy (OA), Kappa coefficient, and area under the curve (AUC). The proposed method shows the accuracy and resilience of wildfire identification compared to traditional methods that depend on survey data. These results have significant implications for the development of efficient and dependable wildfire monitoring systems and add to our knowledge of how machine learning and remote sensing-based approaches may be combined to improve environmental monitoring and management applications.
In partially free word order languages like Korean and Japanese, the rule-based method is effective for text chunking, and shows the performance as high as machine learning methods even with a few rules due to the well-developed overt Postpositions and endings. However, it has no ability to handle the exceptions of the rules. Exception handling is an important work in natural language processing, and the exceptions can be efficiently processed in memory-based teaming. In this paper, we propose a hybrid of rule-based method and memory-based learning for Korean text chunking. The proposed method is primarily based on the rules, and then the chunks estimated by the rules are verified by memory-based classifier. An evaluation of the proposed method on Korean STEP 2000 corpus yields the improvement in F-score over the rules or various machine teaming methods alone. The final F-score is 94.19, while those of the rules and SVMs, the best machine learning method for this task, are just 91.87 and 92.54 respectively.

In Recent years the way we analyze the breast cancer has changed dramatically. Breast cancer is the most common and complex disease diagnosed among women. There are several subtypes of breast cancer and many options are there for the treatment. The most important is to educate the patients. As the research continues to expand, the understanding of the disease and its current treatments types, the researchers are constantly being updated with new researching techniques. Breast cancer survival rates have been increased with the use of new advanced treatments, largely due to the factors such as earlier detection, a new personalized approach to treatment and a better understanding of the disease. Many machine learning classification models have been adopted and modified to diagnose the breast cancer disease. In order to enhance the performance of classification model, our research proposes a model using A Hybrid Modified K-Means Clustering with Modified SVM (Support Vector Machine) Machine learning algorithm to create a new method which can highly improve the performance and prediction. The proposed Machine Learning model is to improve the performance of machine learning classifier. The Proposed Model rectifies the irregularity in the dataset and they can create a new high quality dataset with high accuracy performance and prediction. The recognized datasets Wisconsin Diagnostic Breast Cancer (WDBC) Dataset have been used to perform our research. Using the Wisconsin Diagnostic Breast Cancer (WDBC) Dataset, We have created our Model that can help to diagnose the patients and predict the probability of the breast cancer. A few machine learning classifiers will be explored in this research and compared with our Proposed Model "A Hybrid Modified K-Means with Modified SVM Machine Learning Algorithm to Enhance the Cancer Prediction" to implement and evaluated. Our research results show that our Proposed Model has a significant performance compared to other previous research and with high accuracy level of 99% which will enhance the Cancer Prediction.

In pattern classification, feature selection is an important factor in the performance of classifiers. In particular, when classifying a large number of features or variables, the accuracy and computational time of the classifier can be improved by using the relevant feature subset to remove the irrelevant, redundant, or noisy data. The proposed method consists of two parts: a wrapper part with an improved genetic algorithm(GA) using a new reproduction method and a filter part using mutual information. We also considered feature selection methods based on mutual information(MI) to improve computational complexity. Experimental results show that this method can achieve better performance in pattern recognition problems than other conventional solutions.
In this paper, an interfacing method to control rehabilitation assitance system with bio-signal is proposed. Controlling with EMG signals method has certain advantage on signal-collecting, but has some drawbacks in the function resolution of EMG signals because data-processing process is not efficient. To improve function-resolution and to increase the efficiency of EMG signal interfacing with rehabilitation assistance system, Multi-layer Perception which is highly effective with static signal and hidden-Markov model for dynamic signal resolving are fused together. In proposed method. The direction and average speed of the rehabilitation assitance system are controlled by the trajectory control and estimation of the moving direction result from the fused model. From the experiment, proposed GMM and 2-level MLP hybrid-classifier yielded 8.6% perception-error rate, improving function resolution. New acceleration control method constructed with 3 nested linear filter produced continuous acceleration paths without the information of destination point. Thus, the mass output caused by non- continuous acceleration-deceleration was eliminated. In the simulation, the necessary calculation, in the case of multiplication, was reduced by 11.54%.

In current time, anomaly detection is the primary concern of the administrative authorities. Suspicious activity identification is shifting from a human operator to a machine-assisted monitoring in order to assist the human operator and react to an unexpected incident quickly. These automatic surveillance systems face many challenges due to the intrinsic complex characteristics of video sequences and foreground human motion patterns. In this paper, we propose a novel approach to detect anomalous human activity using a hybrid approach of statistical model and Genetic Programming. The feature-set of local motion patterns is generated by a statistical model from the video data in an unsupervised way. This features set is inserted to an enhanced Genetic Programming based classifier to classify normal and abnormal patterns. The experiments are performed using publicly available benchmark datasets under different real-life scenarios. Results show that the proposed methodology is capable to detect and locate the anomalous activity in the real time. The accuracy of the proposed scheme exceeds those of the existing state of the art in term of anomalous activity detection.
In this paper, we present a object detection and tracking method based on image context analysis. It is robust from the image variations such as complicated background, dynamic movement of the object. Image context analysis is carried out using the hybrid network of k-means and RBF. The proposed object detection employs context-driven adaptive Bayesian framework to relive the effect due to uneven object images. The proposed method used feature vector generator using 2D Haar wavelet transform and the Bayesian discriminant method in order to enhance the speed of learning. The system took less time to learn, and learning in a wide variety of data showed consistent results. After we developed the proposed method was applied to real-world environment. As a result, in the case of the object to detect pass outside expected area or other changes in the uncertain reaction showed that stable. The experimental results show that the proposed approach can achieve superior performance using various data sets to previously methods.
