Outfitting system in ship design has huge kinds of standard part. Data base of and automatic design procedure of part master should be included in ship cad in order to reduce the design time. Present study shows an process of part master DB construction of pipe equipments using 3-dimensional CAD environment Attribute and properties of part masters are chosen from JIS standard. As the schema of part masters are stored in data base, 3D geometric model is parsed from the schema.

A 49-year-old male was found unconscious at his accommodation and visited the emergency room. He was on antipsychotic and antidepressant drugs (vortioxetine hydrobromide, mirtazapine, sertraline hydrochloride, quetiapine, and alprazolam) for schizophrenia and major depression. At the time of discovery there were signs of overdose of the drugs around the patient. A physical examination revealed, pain, pallor, and edema in the left buttocks and lateral thigh. Active ankle movements below the left ankle were not possible and sensations in the tibia and peroneal nerves were lost. The pressure in the buttock compartment was measured at 42 mmHg. Magnetic resonance imaging revealed edema and high intensity signals in the left hip muscles and surrounding soft tissue. An emergency fasciotomy was performed and partial restoration of the lower extremity sensation and muscle strength were achieved after 24 hours.

Spinal epidural hematoma (SEH) can occur naturally or traumatically and is most common in patients with an underlying disease of the vascular structure or coagulation disorder. Most SEHs occur naturally for no apparent reason, and epidural hematoma caused by trauma is less common, comprising 1.0%-1.7% of total spinal injuries. Few reports of SEH induced cauda equine syndrome resulting from low-energy injury caused by osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures are available. The authors experienced a case of delayed SEH after hemorrhage due to a low-energy injury in an elderly patient. No cases in Korea have been reported; therefore, this case is reported with a review of the relevant literature.

The incidence of septic arthritis after knee arthroscopy surgery has rarely been reported in approximately 0.04% to 3.4%. Moreover, septic arthritis after arthroscopic meniscal repair is more rare. There have been some reported cases, but in Korea, it has not been reported thus far. Herein, we report two cases of septic arthritis after arthroscopic meniscal repair with review of literature.

본 논문은 하나의 제어 IC로 이중출력 각각 독립 제어가 가능한 LLC 공진형 컨버터를 제안한다. 기존의 이중출력 LLC 공진형 컨버터의 경우 master 출력전압만 제어가 가능하므로, slave 출력의 정밀제어를 위해 별도의 DC/DC 컨버터가 필요하며, 이는 시스템의 전력 변환 효율을 떨어뜨리고 제작단가를 증가시키는 단점이 있다. 반면, 제안된 회로는 LLC 공진형 컨버터의 이중출력을 하나의 제어 IC로 주파수 및 시비율 각각 가변하는 방식으로 개별적 제어가 가능하므로 부하 및 입력전압 조건과 무관하게 모든 출력 전압의 제어를 정밀하게 할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 따라서 별도의 DC/DC 컨버터 사용이 불필요하므로 고효율 및 저가격의 특징을 가질 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 제안된 회로의 타당성 검증을 위해 이론적 분석결과를 제시하고 40W급 LED 조명회로에 적용한 실험 결과를 바탕으로 그 우수성을 확인한다.

When the track designer analyze the track structure uses many known & unknown parameters. Unknown parameters, equivalent rail support spring factor, unit rail support spring factor, track damping coefficient, should be assumed. Known parameters are section properties (area, section factor, etc), material properties(modulus of elasticity, mass, etc) and track conditions(wheel load, loading conditions, gauge, etc.). In the assumption of track design parameters, some parameters can be overestimated or under estimated. The purpose of this study is to verify design parameters used in track design, in the way of experimental measurements. Data of displacements, banding stresses, loads, accelerations are measurable at track site. From these data, unknown parameters are derived. Compare these assumed and derived parameters, estimate the entire track stability.

We developed an machine vision method for navigation control of a traveling automatic guided vehicle(AGV) on desired trajectory with guided marks. The formulated EDF accumulates the edge magnitude for edge directions. The EDF has distinctive peak points at the vicinity of trajectory directions due to the directional and the positional continuities of desired trajectory. Examining the EDF by its shape parameters of the local maxima and symmetry axis results in identifying whether or not change in traveling direction of an AGV has occurred. Simulation results show that the presented method is useful for navigation control of AGV.

Active Power Filters(APF) have been developed for several years to solve the harmonics disturbance problems on power system networks. This paper studies observer based digital algorithm and PWM technique for three phase current source APF by simulation. Both switching or outside white noises affect seriously at control signal for APF control system. Hence observer algorithm to reduce noises is used. A technique of generation gating patterns for the CSI topologies based on carrier PWM techniques is applied. The requirements imposed on gating signals are satisified by the appropriate combination of single phase switching patterns and short pulse generator.

Particulate matter (PM), which refers to the mixture of particles present in the air, can have harmful effects. Damage to cells by PM, including disruption of organelles and proteins, can trigger autophagy, and the relationship between autophagy and PM has been well studied. However, the cellular regulators of PM-induced autophagy have not been well characterized, especially in keratinocytes. The Aryl Hydrocarbon Receptor (AhR) is expressed in the epidermis and is activated by PM. In this study, we investigated the role of the AhR in PM-induced autophagy in HaCaT cells. Our results showed that PM led to AhR activation in keratinocytes. Activation of the AhR-target gene CYP1A1 by PM was reduced by co-treatment with ${\alpha}$-naphthoflavone (${\alpha}-NF$), an AhR inhibitor. We also evaluated activation of the autophagy pathway in PM-treated keratinocytes. In HaCaT cells, treatment with PM treatment led to the induction of microtubules-associated proteins light chain 3 (LC3) and p62/SQSTM1, which are essential components of the autophagy pathway. To study the role of the AhR in mediating PM-induced autophagy, we treated cells with ${\alpha}-NF$ or used an siRNA against AhR. Expression of LC3-II induced by PM was decreased in a dose dependent manner by ${\alpha}-NF$. Furthermore, knockdown of AhR with siAhR diminished PM-induced expression of LC3-II and p62. Together, these results suggest that inhibition of the AhR decreases PM-induced autophagy. We confirmed these results using the autophagy-inhibitors BAF and 3-MA. Taken together, our results indicate that exposure to PM induces autophagy via the AhR in HaCaT keratinocytes.
