In this study, spatial characteristics of rainfall in Imha basin were investigated by cross-correlation analysis among rainfall gaging stations and rainfall-runoff analysis used in HEC-HMS model for analysis of influence on observed rainfall. The Kriging technique was applied to rain(all analysis in Imha basin to reflect spatial characteristics of regional rainfall. Their results are compared to rainfall-runoff data with spatially distributed rainfall data as well as the classical thiessen method. The results by kriging technique approached by geostatistical method could reflect spatial characteristics of regional rainfall properly in Imha basin.

The process of determining whether, when, where and how to intervene, of deciding on optimum allocation of resources and minimizing the cost is a very complex problem: different track sections tend to behave differently under the effects of loading; decision-making processes for maintenance work are closely interrelated technically and economically; decision-making for maintenance plans is based on a large quantity of technical and economic information, extensive knowledge and above all experience. For that reason, It is considered very important to develope objective and computer-aided decision-making support system for track maintenance plan. On this paper, we made a survey of the state-of-art of decision-making support systems for track maintenance which were developed and used abroad and reviewed requirements of system and present the plan of develope decision-making support system for track maintenance appropriate to local condition.

SCADA 시스템은 독립적인 폐쇄된 환경에서 운영되는 산업 제어 시스템이다. 국가기간시설에 주로 이용되는 이 시스템에서 문제가 발생할 경우, 그 문제는 대재앙으로 확산될 수 있다. 최근에는 이 시스템들이 폐쇄된 환경에서 개방형으로 바뀌어가는 추세로 변화하고 있기 때문에, 정보망과는 다른 특징을 가진 제어 시스템에 대한 분석과 그에 대한 보안성 강화가 필요한 시점이 오고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현 시점의 국내외 정보망 및 제어 시스템에 대해서 어떠한 정보보호 관리체계가 적용되고 있는지 분석하고, 제어망의 특수한 성질에 근거하여 현 관리체계에 대한 한계점을 설명한다. 그리고 정보망과는 다른 제어 시스템만의 특징을 바탕으로 국내 제어 시스템에 대한 새로운 관리체계 방안에 대해서 부분적으로 제안한다.

The winding insulation of low-voltage induction motors in adjustable-speed drive system with voltage-fed Inverters is substantially stressed due to the uneven voltage distribution and excessive voltage stress (dv/dt), which result in the premature insulation breakdown In this paper, the detailed insulation test results of 26 low-voltage induction motors are presented. Six different types of insulation techniques are applied to 26 motors. The insulation characteristics are analyzed with partial discharge, discharge inception voltage, AC current, and dissipation factor tests Also, insulation breakdown tests by high voltage pulses are performed, and the corresponding breakdown voltages obtained.

The new tuning rules of the PID controller for the rejection of load disturbance are proposed incorporating with real-coded genetic algorithms (RCGAs). The optimal gain parameters of the PID controller for a first-order plus time delay model are obtained based on a RCGA. Then tuning formula are derived using the tuned parameters sets potential tuning rule models and another RCGA. The performance criteria of the controller are adopted as ISE, IAE and ITAE. A series of simulation are carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed tuning rules.

전극분할 된 횡진동 모드 압전 진동자에 NIC 회로를 적용한 특성제어 방법을 두께 진동 모드 압전 진동자에 적용하여 그 가능성을 확인해 보았다. 동일한 특성을 가진 두 개의 두께 진동 모드 압전 진동자를 분극방향이 서로 마주보게 제작한 다음, NIC 회로를 적용하여 그 실험결과를 PSpice 모델을 이용한 시뮬레이션과 비교하였다. 그 결과 NIC 회로의 저항 $R-s$,의 변화에 따라 두께 진동 모드 압전 진동자의 품질계수는 제어되었으며, NIC 회로를 적용하지 않은 경우보다 품질계수가 약 18.9배 정도 향상되었다.

정보통신 인프라의 발전으로 상품에 대한 구매 의존도가 실제상점에서 웹 쇼핑몰로 변화하고 있다. 이러한 결과로 웹 쇼핑몰들이 기하급수적으로 증가하고 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서, 고객이 원하는 상품을 신속하고 안전하며 편리하게 구매할 수 있도록 서비스의 질적 향상을 위한 시스템 개발의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이를 위해선 고객들이 원하는 바를 충족시키고 만족시킬 수 있는 소비자(이하, 고객) 행동패턴의 획득과 폼 배치가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 HCI 이론과 고객 행동론을 이용한 고객행동패턴 획득, 상품 레이아웃 이론을 이용한 웹 재구성, 웹서버의 워크로드 특성 및 클러스터링들을 조사, 활용 및 개량하여 고객시스템 튜닝 방법론(폼 배치 및 구조 설계방법 제시, 고객 행동패턴 획득 시스템 개발)을 제시하였다.

In this paper, switching surge voltage distribution in stator windings of induction motor driven by IGBT PWM inverter is studied. To analyze the irregular voltage of stator winding, equivalent circuit model of inverter-cable-motor was proposed and high frequency parameter is computed by using finite element method (FEM). Electromagnetic transient program (EMTP) analysis of the whole system for induction motor and PWM inverter is proposed. In order to experiment, an induction motor, 380 [V], 50 [HP], with taps from one phase and a switching surge generator was built to consider the voltage distribution.

There are some rebate programs for energy efficient appliances, which are lightings, vending machines, ASDs, motors, transformers, pumps, to reduce national energy consumption in Korea. In existing studies, some diffusion models have been applied to the rebate program case. But those studies could not consider various cases in duration, amounts, whether or not, of rebates. Hence, new diffusion models considering the time-variant diffusion status are proposed for high-efficient appliance rebate programs in this paper. The case study shows the application of these model into some high-efficient appliances.
