최근 SAN과 NAS와 같은 기술의 발전과 함께 대용량의 데이터를 효과적으로 백업하기 위한 요구들이 증가되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 백업을 위해 제안된 개방형 표준 프로토콜 NDMP를 이용하여 SAN 환경에 적합한 백업 소프트웨어를 설계하고 구현한다. 본 백업 소프트웨어는 일반 과일 시스템의 백업은 물론 데이터베이스, 원시 데이터의 백업이 가능하다. 또한 SAN 환경에 적합하도록 Lan-free 백업과 온라인 백업을 지원한다.

Osteochondral lesion usually occurs in the elbow, knee and ankle joints. Many articles about osteochondral lesion of the talus in the ankle joint have been reported. We experienced a rare case of partially detached osteochondral lesion of the tibial plafond treated with excision and multiple drilling.

For intelligent vehicles, recognizing the sounding is an important task. In this paper we propose an road area detection system. This system uses u-disparity and v-disparity map. v-disparity map is used to find the road area. u-disparity is used to cluster the area that is an object. The test results and overall system is discribed in this paper.

At a nuclear power plant, environmental radioactivity monitoring is routine work for the radiation safety management For the environmental monitoring of tritium($^3$H) activity in water sampled liquid scintillation counting( LSC) method is applied to measure low- energy beta activity from tritium in the samples. The $^3$H activity is measured using the BECKMAN 5801 system at the KRISS( Korea Research Institute of Standards and Science) for evaluating the lower limits of detection( LLD) of $^3$H measurement and the measuring capability of low-level $^3$H activity at four nuclear Power Plant sites. The LSC systems used for low-level $^3$H activity measurements at the nuclear Power Plants are confirmed to satisfy throughout an intercomparison study under the experimental arrangements by the KRISS.

In this work, perfusive particles are used to form a micro column in a microfluidic chip and flow properties of the micro column are investigated. The packing flow velocity and the column/particle size ratio are shown to be important parameters affecting the packing density of the micro column. Experimental results show that the effect of the column/particle size ratio on the flow resistance of the micro column is negligible. This contrasts with previous works on the effect of the column/particle size ratio on the total pressure drop across the column.

Waste Thermal Pyrolysis Melting process was proposed and has been studied in order to prevent air pollution by dioxin and fly ash generated from combustion process for disposal of waste. In this study, applicability as the fuel of diffusion burner of synthesis gas formed from Waste Thermal Pyrolysis process was addressed. Results showed that there is no big difference in the flame shape between MNDF and SNDF, and lift off was detected in MIDF but flame is more stable in SIDF which contains hydrogen with high combustion velocity as flow rate in first nozzle is increased. And radiation heat flux in inverse diffusion flame of synthesis gas was found to be more by 1.5 times than that in inverse diffusion flame of methane because of higher mole fraction of $CO_2$ with high emissivity in product gas.

To examine effects of oriental pharmaceutical preparations on immunity, four of such preparations which are currently being used were examined. After their fluid extracts were injected intraperitoneally to ICR mice, the counts of total cell number, PMN and macrophage in the peritoneal cavity were made by using non-specific esterase staining method, and plaque-forming cells (PFC) were measured by using the modified method of Cunningham and Jerne. The results showed that 'Bo-Jung-Ik-Ki-Tang', 'Ih-Jung-Tang', 'Ohn-Kyeong-Tang' and 'Ke-Ji-Bok-Ryeong-Hwan-Ka-Dae-Hwang' increased both the macrophages and the total cells of the peritoneal cavity and that these preparations increased the number of PFC in the spleen. Therefore the data indicate that they potentiate both of the cell­mediated and humoral immunities in the mice.

Tenosynovial chondromatosis is a multinodular cartilaginous proliferation that arises from the tenosynovial membranes. It is rare, benign neoplasm, most commonly affects the tendon of the wrist and hand. It is clinically important because of its high rate of recurrence with a unique histopathological pattern which not infrequently displays considerable focal cellular atypia and hypercellurality nevertheless it is benign, but it has not been well recognized because of its rarity. We report here a rare case of tenosynovial chondromatosis of the tendon sheath of flexor hallucis longus and flexor digitorum longus in plantar area.
