Basically, diagnosis is a comprehensive judgement of the biochemical data which were collected from the patient directly. Therefore, no matter what kinds of well-managed data control are there, if data sample itself is not perfectly appropriate for any reason. we can not rule out high possibility of misunderstanding or wrong diagnosis. Among many possible reasons inadequate sample were collected maybe three situation and circumstances could be assumed as follows. 1. Client did not know what they are supposed to do for sampling 2. Technicians are to qualified or less-experienced on the job 3. Wrong managing or careless treat of the biochemical data sample If it is true, we could manage these problems to be solved through the information sharing and education. In order to verify this hypothesis, actually 5,800 cases were studied from January to August this year. Owing to the thorough education the rate of unappropriated samples reduced to 0.4% from 1.2%. This outcome strongly support the hypothesis of the mutual relation between the proper sample and well-designed education in advance. The importance of information sharing on right process of sample collection should be emphasized.

다가오는 거대마젤란망원경 (GMT) 시대를 이끌어갈 신진 연구자들의 연구역량 증진을 위해, 2013년 8월 27일부터 30일까지 3박4일에 걸쳐 강원도 홍천 가람밸리 리조트에서 제3회 거대마젤란망원경 여름학교를 개최한다. 총 47명의 대학원생과 박사후연구원들이 참여하는 이번 여름학교에서는, GMT 개관, 1세대 관측기기 가운데 최초로 활용될 계획인 GMACS와 G-CLEF의 소개 및 그것들을 활용한 대표적인 과학연구 분야에 대한 강의가 이루어진다. 또한 계절학교 참가자들이 'GMACS 또는 G-CLEF를 활용한 관측연구 제안'이라는 주제로 직접 토론과 발표에 참가하는 조별 활동이 주된 프로그램으로 추가된다. 이러한 여름학교 프로그램은 신진 연구자들이 GMT를 활용한 다양한 연구 가능성을 경험하고 서로 능동적으로 교류할 수 있는 계기가 될 것으로 기대된다. 2013년도부터 새로운 방식으로 시도되는 제3회 거대마젤란망원경 계절학교 결과를 정리함으로써 앞으로 나아갈 계절학교의 방향을 점검해본다.

A few Humidifier have vibration problems caused by velocity of flow, piping vibration and karman vortex. The crack is generated on pipe wall and humidifier are damaged. Vibration analysis is conducted to prevent pipe damage during the design. But the other problem are caused after analysis of vibration. Therefore in this paper, the vibration and static analysis have been measured and analyzed for pipes and curve. Also modal test is conducted for analysis of natural frequency.

보 상류의 유속 및 수심과 같은 흐름 조건은 보, 하천 형상, 그리고 하류 흐름 특성에 의해 좌우된다. 본 연구에서는 하류 조건에 따라 보 상류의 흐름 특성에 미치는 영향을 검토하였다. 이를 위해 구형단면의 수로에 하천설계지침(2002)에 따라 보를 제작하여 설치하였으며 보에서의 임계수심 및 이에 따른 유량의 변화를 파악하였으며 실험결과를 기존 문헌과 비교$\cdot$분석하였다. 또한 자유 월류로 빠른 유속을 지닌 흐름이 수로의 마찰저항과 하류 배수효과에 의해 에너지 소멸로 나타나는 도수현상을 관측하여 발생특성을 파악하였다. 도수의 발생조건은 Posey와 Hsing(1938)에 제시한 결과와 유사한 결과를 보였으며 하류영향에 따른 도수 발생 위치는 하류단 수위와 일정한 관계를 갖고 있으나 유량과는 선형적인 관계를 보이지 않는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 임계수심 설정에 대해 Knap(1960)이 제시한 산정식과 비교한 결과 유량이 작은 경우 거의 일치하는 결과를 보였으나 유량이 증가할수록 오차가 커졌다. 임계수심 전$\cdot$후의 유량계수를 살펴본 결과 하류 조건에 의해 임계수심을 넘으면 유량계수가 자유 월류 시보다 약 $2\%\~6.5\%의 감소를 나타냈으며 공급유량이 $0.05m^3/s$ 일 경우 유량계수의 차이가 가장 큰 것을 알 수 있다.

This paper deals with finding the optimal ratio of height and length of Single-Sided Linear Induction Motors (SLIM) using Finite Element Method (FEM) for magnetic field analysis coupled with optimal design methodology. For effective analysis, FEM is conducted in time harmonic field which provides steady state performance with the fundamental components of voltage and current. The ratio of height to length providing the required output power is obtained by Response Surface Methodology (RSM) and optimal values are presented by the variation in output power. When output power is small, the ratio is high and as the power increases, the ratio shows a converged value. Considering the general application of linear motors, using a small ratio can be limiting, however, the shape ratio for maximum thrust can be identified.

The role of polyamines in skeletal myoblast differentiation was investigated using the polyamine metabolic inhibitor methylglyoxal bis(guanylhydrazone)(MGBG). Concentrations of intracellular free spermidine and spermine increased 2 to 2.5-fold at the onset of myoblast fusion. The systhesis of actin, and creatine kinase activity both dramatically increased during myotube formation. However, MGBG at a concentration of 0.5 mM not only abolished the increase of intracellular free polyamines, but also reduced cell fusion to almost half the level of untreated cells, without noticeable morphological alteration. The production of actin, and creatine kinase activity were almost completely abolished by MGBG. The inhibition of myoblast fusion by MGBG was partially recovered with 0.1 mM of spermidine or spermine added externally. Results indicate that polyamines are necessary for normal myoblast differentiation. Since the first indication of myoblast differentiation is alignment of muscle cells and membrane fusion of adjacent cells, and since polyamine depletion completely inhibited the synthesis of actin, which might be associted with membranes, polyamine might be involved in myoblast differentiation through membrane reorganization events.

White noise 가 혼합된 음향은 듣는 사람에게 감성 조절 효과에 대한 보고가 있다. 그러나 White noise 의 어떤 요소가 감성을 조절하는지는 명확하지 않다. 본 연구는 White noise 와 음향을 혼합할 때 마스킹(Masking) 정도에 따른 이완 감성 변화를 밝혀보고자 하였다. White noise 의 마스킹 효과를 다르게 한 2 곡의 음악을 제작하고, 20 대 남녀 40 명을 대상으로 음악을 들려주는 실험을 실시하였다. 음악 효과에 대한 반응인 자율신경계(PPG, GSR, SKT)와 중추신경계(8ch EEG)의 생리신호를 측정하고 음악을 듣기 전후의 주관적 응답을 수집하였다. 음악을 듣지 않았을 때, 원본 음향 들었을 때 그리고 White noise 혼합한 음향을 들었을 때의 반응에 대해 ANOVA(Analysis of Variance)를 실시하였다. 생리신호는 개인간 편차를 고려해 평준화(Normalization) 한 뒤 생리신호 변화 패턴에 따라 분석하였다. 결과적으로, 주관적 응답과 생리신호 모두 White noise 의 마스킹 효과를 작게한 음향에서 이완의 정도가 더 큰 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 White noise 와 원본 음향간에 마스킹 효과가 작은 음향일수록 White noise 의 혼합으로 인한 이완효과가 큰 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

Development of cumulus is studied by numerically integrating the equation of motion equations of conservation for water vapor mixing ratio, and the thermodynamic energy equuation. We use the terrain-following coordinate system called z'-coordinate system, in which we can easily treat any calculation domain with terrain configuration such as mountains. The model domain of calculation is restricted vertically to 4.Skin and horizontally to 100 km, has a bell-type mountain in the centeral part. Four cases are considered, one in a neutral environment, second in a slightly stable environment, third in a environment decreasing water content with low value of initial water vapor mixing ratio, the fourth in a case with higher vapor gradient. The more the atmosphere is unstable, the more cumulus develops easily and the more water vapors is abundant, the more cumulus develops easily too. More detailed cloud microphysics parameterizations and wet deposition must be conridered to use in air pollutants prediction model.

$IP^2$, as an extended concept of the next generation IMT network, is a concept of basically supporting mobility using two steps of IP address (i.e. IPha (IP Host address) and IPra (IP routing address)) in IP backbone network. Current $IP^2$system has a shortcoming of excess usage of network resources caused by sending paging messages to all cells in LA (Location Area) in paging procedure. Considering the evolving direction of network, which is taking mobility with various speed and integration of devices into consideration, this shortcoming must be overcome. In this paper, we proposed a method to reduce time and memory for paging by maintaining current information of MN (Mobile Node) not in Active state with proxy server. Performance evaluation based on NS-2 simulations has shown that the efficiency of network resources is improved in the proposed method.

Recently, plans to revitalize rural areas in addition to farming are actively having been groped since given agricultural conditions destituted. One of the plan is the 'Rural Tourism' which to sell to urbanites by merchandising rural and pleasant characteristics possessed by rural areas. As a part of the rural-urban exchange, analyzed the features of the experience programs operated by each village by selecting 152 rural-mountain villages where is supporting and presented results by synthesizing above conclusion. The results acquired through such research are as following. Currently, villages operate mainly with the experience program related to general agricultural life styles by synthesizing special features of experience programs with high frequency in operations as the present status of the rural-mountain villages and showed negative trends dependant to the existing natural resources and easy in operations. Moreover, the operation of the experience which are expected to publicize the village and create large incomes were insufficient, analyzed not to be stimulate purchasing activities by lack of connections among experience programs and only simple staged experiences are mainly operated due to low operation frequency of experience programs which can be operated with special interests or professional characteristics.
