공유경제를 위한 IoT 기반의 휴먼 인터랙티브 광고 서비스 구현 (Development of an IoT-Based Human Interactive Advertising Service for Sharing Economy)

  • 본 논문에서는 공유경제를 위한 IoT 기반의 휴먼 인터랙티브 광고 서비스(IoT-HiAS, IoT-Human Interactive Advertising Service)를 구현한다. HiAS 디바이스가 웹캠을 통해 디바이스의 전방을 촬영하고 MobileNet을 사용한 SSD 모델을 통해 사람을 실시간으로 검출한다. 검출된 사람을 카운팅하여 설정한 기준 이상의 사람 수가 검출되면 빔 프로젝터를 통해 유휴자원에 광고를 재생한다. 광고가 재생됨과 동시에 디바이스 전방의 광고 시작 시점을 캡쳐한 이미지와 검출된 사람의 수를 IoT 클라이언트를 통해 HiAS 서버의 oneM2M 표준을 준용한 IoT 서버로 전송한다. 광고가 끝나면 디바이스 전방을 촬영하여 이미지를 IoT 서버로 전송한다. 전송받은 데이터를 HiAS 서버의 소셜 네트워크 서비스(SNS, Social Network Service) 에이전트를 통해 광고주 및 광고제작자에게 알림 메시지를 전송하여 IoT 기반의 휴먼 인터랙티브 광고 서비스를 구현하였다.

당뇨병 환자의 자가관리를 위한 모바일 기반의 휴먼코칭 헬스케어서비스의 효과 (Effects of Mobile based-Healthcare Service using Human Coaching to the Self-care of Diabetes)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 간호사가 모바일 기반의 휴먼코칭 헬스케어서비스 제공이 당뇨병 환자의 자가관리 능력에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위함이다. 당뇨병 진단을 받은 311명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며 수집된 자료는 SPSS Win 23으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 모바일 기반의 휴먼코칭 헬스케어서비스 제공에 의한 혈당계 활용도는 남녀의 차이가 있었고 이는 통계적으로 유의한 차이(${\chi}^2=6.059$, p= .048*)가 있었다. 둘째, 모바일 기반의 휴먼코칭 헬스케어서비스 제공에 의한 혈당계와 활동밴드 활용도는 정적 상관관계가 있었고 통계적으로 유의하였다(r=.660, p<.01). 셋째, 모바일 기반의 휴먼코칭 헬스케어서비스 제공에 의한 혈당계 활용률 추이를 확인한 결과 1주차부터 49주차까지 79%에서 41% 이상으로 유지되었다. 결론적으로, 본 연구에서 모바일 기반의 휴먼코칭 헬스 서비스가 참여자들에게 자기건강관리 능력을 향상에 접근성이 쉽고 비용 효과적인 것으로 일부 확인되었다.

  • 한국의 민간경비는 법 제도적 장치와 양적 성장에도 불구하고 최근 사건 사고의 발생으로 사회적으로 큰 충격을 안겨주고 있는 등 양적 성장에 비해, 질적인 성장은 크게 미치지 못하고 있다. 특히 지난 2월 숭례문 방화사건으로 국가 주요시설물과 문화재 등에 대한 경비문제가 부각됐으며, 국민의 생명과 재산을 지키기 위해서는 현재와 같은 치안체계에서는 국민 대다수가 요구하는 치안서비스에 경찰이 적절히 대응하지 못하는 사례가 빈번히 발생하게 되면서 치안수요자들은 부족한 치안력을 보완하기 위한 방법으로 민간경비를 활용하고 있다. 치안력 보완을 위해 민간경비업체가 성행하고 있지만 이러한 민간경비업체의 성행과 더불어 일부 대형 경비업체를 제외하고 상당수 경비업체가 영세성에서 벗어나지 못하고 있으며, 일부 문제 있는 영세업체에서는 자질이 부족한 인력을 고용하여 문제가 발생하는 등 인력관리의 문제와 더불어 불법행위도 저지르고 있어 사회적으로 불신을 받고 있는 등 대책마련이 시급하다는 지적이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인력관리의 중요성에 대한 깊은 인식과 더불어 인적자원 확보관리에 대한 개선방안을 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 첫째, 인력자원의 선발 채용시스템의 기준을 강화할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 우수한 인적자원의 확보로 안전서비스의 질적 향상을 유도하여야 하며, 셋째, 효율적인 승진관리의 운영으로 조직구성원들에 대한 사기앙양이다. 넷째, 우수인력 유입을 위한 전문자격제도의 도입이 필요하다.

지각된 의료서비스 품질이 구전의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Perceived Medical Service Quality on Word-of-Mouth Intention)

  • Objectives : This study empirically verified the effects of service provided by medical service providers on customer satisfaction and favorable word-of-mouth intention. Moreover, it measured the mediation effects of customer satisfaction in the relationship between medical service quality factors and favorable word-of-mouth intention and proposed implications in terms of marketing. Methods : The research hypothesis was verified with a structural equation, and the Sobel test was used to analyze of customer satisfaction in the relationship between medical service quality factors and word-of-mouth intention. Results : From the hypothesis verification results, physical and human factors among the quality factors of medical service affected customer satisfaction.Additionally,customer satisfaction interacted as a factor influencing favorable word-of-mouth intention. Conclusions : Medical service providers should work to enhance the satisfaction of customers in terms of human and physical factors by providing quality medical service that is different from other providers and by improving the quality of medical service and the environment which could lead to effective word-of-mouth intention.

Establishment of an Incentive System for Prohibition of Lending Firefighting Qualifications and Rental Agencies

  • This study suggests a solution of an incentive system from the viewpoint of the external effect on the renting of firefighting qualifications and on rental agencies. Currently, the Human Resources Development Service of Korea does not have a penalty for neglecting to perform a search into qualification lending and rental agencies. In the short term, the penal clause should be strengthened so that companies and qualification holders cannot borrow or lend their qualifications. In addition, the Human Resources Development Service of Korea will increase the number of personnel dedicated to investigating the loaning of qualifications. It is necessary for the government to establish a penalty for neglecting to investigate the lending of qualifications for the Human Resources Development Service of Korea. In the long term, the state needs to make only minimal regulations. Also, the state needs to make companies and qualification holders feel like they benefit more when they are not borrowing or lending qualifications. The anticipated effect of this study is that the government will intervene appropriately by applying firefighting qualifications according to market principles. It can also be used as a basis for the revision of related laws on the renting of national technical qualification certificates and the investigation of rental agencies.

사용자 취향, 감성 및 상황인지 기반 음원 추천 서비스 구현 (A Design of real sound recommendation service based-on User's preference, emotion and circumstance)

  • Due to the rapid development of Information and communication, the technology of multimedia presentation technology is evolving into the service that user can actively, realistically enjoy and play based on user's preference and taste not only for User's passive service. Especially, the industry related the realistic multimedia service that supports targeting Human emotion with the property of Human hearing is expected to be formed of the high value-added premium market. Audio technology is affected on human's emotion and the viewing environment around than video technology. Also the audio technology compared to video technology is a research part that appeals to human emotion and emphasize on psychological aspects. With this viewpoint, the development of intelligent and realistic audio technology needs highly specialty. In this study, "intelligent real-sound presentation technology" that support high quality and realistic audio and the "core technologies" that are composing of this will be introduced.

초.중.고 학교급식에 따른 영양사의 가공식품 이용실태와 인지도 조사 (A Study on Purchase Patterns and Recognition of Processed Foods in Elementary. Middle and High School Meal Service Dietitians)

  • The results of this study on Purchase Patterns and Recognition of Processed Foods of School Meal Service Dietitians of elementary, junior and senior high schools in Chonbuk and Deagu Area are as follows : First, the rate of single cooking of the schools surveyed is 100% in Deagu and 66.9% in Chonbuk, and Chonbuk has more small-meal service schools which caused a higher labor cost than Deagu, Secondly, schools in Deagu has purchased not completely processed vegetables and fish and shells than Chonbuk, and Chonbuk(66.9%) has served more Kim-chi products than Deagu(41.6%). Thirdly, nutritional effects and preference have been considered as school dietitians make plans for the menu. Fourthly, the opinions of the school dietitians about processed food are in the order of high sodium content, convenience and the use of preservative, and Chonbuk has responded positively to the articles of future oriented quality, cooking usage and variety while Deagu has thought of it as an economical. The expected effects from the use of processed foods are in the order of saving labor time and student preferences. Fifthly, meat products have been frequently used and more frozen meat products have been used in Deagu and senior high school than Chonbuk and elementary and junior high schools, last, preferences on processed food are in the order of frozen sea food, noodles. dried sea food, processed vegetable and fruit, dairy goods and others. Senior high school dietitians have preferred packed meat products and other frozen processed food more than elementary and junior high school dietitians. The rate of serving processed food had a different depending on the number of students. In this study, dietitians recognize the harmful effects of processed foods over the merits, which means that the rate of using processed food is low. The proper usage of processed foods is thought to improve the preference of students, to have cooking time shortened and to help manage the meal service sanitarily and efficiently. Therefore, companies producing processed foods should do their best to develop safety and health oriented foods to gain the credibility, and the government should make new regulations for people to purchase and obtain processed foods without any doubt.

한부모의 성역할인식과 가족복지서비스 이용이 자아존중감에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Gender Role Attitudes and Family Service Utilization on Self-Esteem among Single Parents)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of gender role attitudes and family service utilization on self-esteem among single parents. This study used data from the seventh wave of Korean Welfare Panel Study and analyzed 90 single parents. Hierarchical multiple regression analyses showed that health status, economic situation, gender role attitudes, and non-monetary family welfare service had significant effects on single parents' self-esteem. Single parents who had higher traditional gender role attitudes show lower levels of self-esteem. Also use of a non-monetary family service increased the levels of self-esteem. However, use of a monetary family service was not significantly associated with the levels of self-esteem. The findings indicate that services and programs to promote single parents' gender role flexibility should be developed. Also, it is necessary to establish a service system to reduce multiple role stress among single parents.

삶의 질 향상을 위한 일상생활환경의 만족도에 관한 연구 - 충남 홍성군을 중심으로 - (A study on the Satisfaction of QOL in Daily Living Environment - in the area of Hongseung-gun -)

  • The purpose of this research is to analyze the perception and satisfaction of QOL (Quality of Life) in daily living activities in the area of Hongseung-gun. The subjects included 467 residents in the area. The results of this study are as follows: First, the factors affecting the satisfaction with daily living activities were three types such as social system & welfare service, living convenience & cultural service, and public administration & medical service. Second, those who are young, females, highly educated, and holding professional jobs showed lower satisfaction of QOL than their counterparts. Lastly, the surveyees were more satisfied with public administration & medical service than social system & welfare service and living convenience & cultural service. The results of this study can be applied to the decision-making of public administration and welfare-policy.

직장교육에 대한 인식 및 만족도에 관한 연구 -전문적 여성 종사자를 중심으로- (Working Females' Perceptions and Evaluations on Employer-Supported Child Care Service: Centered on Professional Working Females)

  • The purpose of the present study was to examine how working females evaluated and perceived the employer-supported child care services, and how the evaluations and perceptions were different depending on their socio-demographic characteristics. A survey was administered to 164 working females, mostly, in professional jobs, to investigate their satisfaction to the employer-supported child care service and current child care policy. Major findings are as follows: Working females showed higher degrees of satisfaction on the employer-supported child care service and showed lower degrees of satisfaction on the current child care polidy. The more they work in professional jobs and the more they have high educational background, the more they showed satisfactions to the employer-supported child care services.
