This research emphasized that the importance of transformational leadership such as charisma, inspiration motivation, individual consideration, and intellectual stimulation. Moreover, it focused on verifying the effects of these four elements on green innovation through corporate environmental responsibility. In addition, the mediating role of CSR was clearly identified as a key variable that can lead to green innovation. To verify this, an empirical study was conducted on employees of companies in the Chinese service companies. Empirical studies have shown that all four elements of this trait are positively correlated with green innovation. CSR also has a positive impact on green innovation performance. CSR played a partial mediating role in the relationship between the four elements of transformational leadership and green innovation. Finally, based on this research, the useful meaning of human resource management is presented to Chinese entrepreneurs and employees, and the future research direction was discussed.

High Altitude Long Endurance(HALE) solar powered UAV is the vehicle that flies for a long time as solar power energy sources. It can be used to replace satellites or provide continuous service because it can perform long-term missions at high altitudes. Due to the property of the mission, it is very important for HALE solar powered UAV to have maximum flight time. It is required for mission performance to fly at high altitudes continuously except a return for temporary maintenance. Therefore mission availability time analysis is a critical factor in the commercialization of HALE solar powered UAV. In this paper, we presented an analytic model and logic for available time analysis based on the design parameters of HALE solar powered UAV. This model can be used to analyze the possibility of applying UAV according to the UAV's mission in concept design before the UAV detail design stage.

As the well-being mindset to keep our minds and bodies free and healthy more than anything else in the society we live in is spreading, the meaning of health care has become a key part of the 4th industrial revolution such as big data, IoT, AI, and block chain. The advancement of the advanced medical information service industry is being promoted by utilizing convergence technology. In digital healthcare, the development of intelligent information technology such as artificial intelligence, big data, and cloud is being promoted as a digital transformation of the traditional medical and healthcare industry. In addition, due to rapid development in the convergence of science and technology environment, various issues such as health, medical care, welfare, etc., have been gradually expanded due to social change. Therefore, in this study, first, the general meaning and current status of digital health care medical information is examined, and then, developmental tasks to activate digital health care medical information are analyzed and reviewed. The purpose of this article is to improve usability to fully pursue our human freedom.

Background: Plastic waste generates pollutants in the process of incineration or landfilling, and accumulates in water or marine organisms, causing adverse effects on the environment and the human body. Recently, various eco-friendly oral hygiene products (Eco-OHPs) such as bamboo toothbrushes and biodegradable plastic toothbrushes have been developed. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the current level of awareness and purchasing status of eco-OHPs among adults who are interested in eco-friendly products. Methods: This study included adults aged >19 years who regularly visited eco-friendly shops and online sites; the online survey links were distributed during their visits to eco-friendly Internet cafés and companies. Of the 22 questions, seven assessed the participants' general characteristics, three assessed the general oral hygiene care products used, six assessed the level of awareness of Eco-OHPs, and six assessed the purchasing status of Eco-OHPs. Frequency analysis, chi-square test, and regression analysis were performed using SPSS software. Results: Among the respondents, 108 (51.4%) were aware of Eco-OHPs, and 79 (37.6%) had experience purchasing Eco-OHPs. The most common reason for not purchasing was the lack of information about related brands or products (74, 56.5%). The most common platform used in obtaining information was the Internet (general: 31.5%, eco-friendly: 46.3%), such as Social Network Service, Internet cafes, and blogs. The experience in purchasing Eco-OHPs was affected by whether the respondents recognized the possibility of contributing to environmental preservation, availability of vendors, product safety, and the number of eco-friendly products purchased. Conclusion: In order to expand the use of Eco-OHPs, various efforts such as promotion of eco-friendly characteristics, determination of related vendors, reliable analysis of product safety, and expansion of product experience opportunities are required.

Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the current status of nutrition education via a free learning semester program (NE). The understanding of the program, the potential difficulties, and future initiatives for NE improvement were also investigated. Methods: A total number of 161 nutrition teachers from Gwangju and Jeonnam filled in a questionnaire and participated in this survey, which was performed from July to August 2019. Results: Our results showed that 8.1% of the nutrition teachers had taught nutrition education in free learning semester programs. The most frequently implemented model was subject selection, followed by club activities. Most of the nutrition teachers comprehended the purpose of NE. The attitude of nutrition teachers to NE differed by the understanding of its purpose. Positive attitude was evident due to a better understanding of the purpose by nutrition teachers. Nutrition teachers reported the most common difficulties of NE were the lack of preparation due to the heavy workload and the lack of a standard running program. The most effective method of NE was the activity classes. The experience of practicing NE influenced the choice of contents for each operating model. Nutrition teachers that were experienced in NE conducted via free learning semester programs preferred the selected topics model, but those without experience chose the career search model. Conclusions: Although some obstacles exist, nutrition teachers had a positive attitude and perceived well the importance of NE. Therefore, the awareness for the significance of NE of nutrition teachers needs to be improved. For better NE practice, it is necessary to reduce/ manage the workload of general food service. Furthermore, the development of standard running and promotion programs, and teacher training programs should be ensured.

With the increasing of aging population, a lot of researches on monitoring systems for solitary senior citizens are under study. In general, a monitoring system provides a monitoring service by computing the information of vision, sensors, and measurement values on a server. Design considering data security is essential because a risk of data leakage exists in the structure of the system employing the server. In this paper, we propose a intelligent monitoring system for solitary senior citizens with vision-based security architecture. The proposed system protects privacy by ensuring high security through an architecture that blocks communication between a camera module and a server by employing an edge AI module. The edge AI module was designed with Verilog HDL and verified by implementing on a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA). We tested our proposed system on 5,144 frame data and demonstrated that a dangerous detection signal is generated correctly when human motion is not detected for a certain period.

Purpose: This study aimed to comprehensively analyze the recent revision of the Outcome and Assessment Information Set (OASIS)-D to version E in the United States to identify the most recent trends in home health care and provide suggestions for implementing home health care in Korea. Methods: This study is a comprehensive literature review. We compared all items in OASIS-D and OASIS-E and identified the most significant changes. Additionally, we have discussed the context in depth. Results: The addition of items related to health literacy and medication reconciliation, strengthening assessment in the cognitive and mood domains, and improving items related to pain assessment were identified. These major revisions resulted from a greater emphasis in the healthcare field on social determinants of health. Additionally, the COVID-19 outbreak highlighted the importance of monitoring and managing the symptoms of home care patients in the community. Conclusion: The key items of the OASIS amendment and their background analysis proposed in this study could serve as a cornerstone for the revision of home health care assessment tools or the development of systematic common assessment tools in Korea.

The rapid aging of the veterans has reached a level that cannot handle the demand for veterans care through the existing veterans care infrastructure. Therefore, it is urgent to improve the quality of the overall service of veterans due to the deterioration of the quality of nursing services for veterans with various underlying diseases compared to general patients and the long-term waiting for admission to the veterans care center. In this situation, about 640,000 people are admitted to veterans care institutions, but only about 5% of them can enter the veterans care center smoothly. As of June 2020, the number of people waiting to enter the veterans care center exceeds 1,000, including 520 at Suwon Veterans Nursing Home, 1 at Gwangju Veterans Nursing Home, 47 at Gimhae Veterans Nursing Home, 39 at Daegu Veterans Nursing Home, 86 at Namyangju Veterans Nursing Home.. Therefore, in order to predict those who want to enter the Veterans Nursing Home and wait for admission, and to find an important basis for resolving the long-term atmosphere, the ratio of future care providers is predicted in 2022-2050 and 2022-2024 to establish a cooperative system. As a result, 6,988 people in 2022, 6,797 people in 2023, and 6,606 people in 2024 can be admitted when 'preferred linkage', and 12,057 people in 2022 when 'expanded linkage'. It was found that 11,837 people in 2023 and 11,618 people in 2024 could be admitted. This was derived by estimating the percentage of people who wish to enter the Veterans Nursing Home when linking private nursing homes, and eventually "additional acceptance" of 22.5% in 2022, 20.9% in 2023, 19.4% in 2024, and 38.8% in 2023, 36.3% in 2023, and 34.1% in 2024 are most efficiently available.

The expansion of the scope of product liability is necessary because the industrial environment has changed following the enactment of the Product Liability Act. Unlike human-coded algorithms, artificial intelligence is black-boxed according to machine learning, and even developers cannot explain the results. In particular, since the cause of the problem by artificial intelligence is unknown, the responsibility is unclear, and compensation for victims is not easy. This is because software or artificial intelligence is a non-object, and its productivity is not recognized under the Product Liability Act, which is limited to movable property. As a desperate measure, productivity may be recognized if it is stored or embedded in the medium. However, it is not reasonable to apply differently depending on the medium. The EU revise the product liability guidelines that recognize product liability when artificial intelligence is included. Although compensation for victims is the value pursued by the Product Liability Act, the essence has been overlooked by focusing on productivity. Even if an accident occurs using an artificial intelligence-adopted service, however, it is desirable to present standards according to practical risks instead of unconditionally holding product responsibility.

The purpose of this study was to develop the psychology-based naturalistic competency curriculum so that forest-related experts could fully play the role of a mediator between nature(forest) and human(visitors). The curriculum was designed in three parts: a pleasant life, a wise life, and a meaningful life. Contents were focused on recognizing and naming one's senses and emotions in nature, discovering nature-related memories and Naturalistic Intelligence, experiencing the flow in nature and activating the Default Mode Network. The curriculum supplemented by expert's advice was implemented as job training for forest-related experts, and the curriculum was finally revised by examining the understanding and utilization of the participants. As a result, the curriculum in three areas of emotion, cognition, and practice was completed. It is expected that this curriculum will be upgraded through evaluation in the future so that forest-related experts can provide more qualitative service by strengthening their naturalistic competency.
