  • 본 연구는 인공지능 연구개발과정에 많은 인적자원이 필요함을 인지하고 현 개발방식 고려할 사항에 대해 논의한다. 결론적으로 인공지능 개발의 효율성 향상을 위해서는 소수의 관리자와 많은 일반작업자들의 분업화가 이루어져야 가능하며, 이는 마치 일종의 경공업의 형태와 유사하다고 생각된다. 따라서 본 연구진은 컴퓨터라는 기계장치로 데이터라는 디지털 자원을 다루어 생산의 효율성을 높이는 인공지능 개발과정을 4차산업시대의 디지털 경공업이라고 명명한다. 이전 산업혁명시대에서 경험한 것과 마찬가지로 인적자원을 효율적으로 배분화하고 활용한다면 디지털 경공업은 2차산업혁명 못 지 않는 발전을 기대할 수 있을 것이며, 이를 위한 인력양성이 시급하다고 판단된다.

  • Management of kitchen is consist of various management factor, for instance, physical resources, financial resources, information resources, and human resources. Because these kind of resources determine efficiency of kitchen management, human resource management is important aspect of kitchen operation. In this paper of view, recently human resource management has been considered by kitchen manager. Kitchen Managers who are interested in human resource, focus on efficiency. Also human resource management underlined not only efficiency, but interrelationship of emplyee. Today, considering with the environment of management, operation of kitchen is important section on hotel management in relation to the profit of it. In the future, therefore kitchen will be strategic profit center on hotels. According to in this tendency, as profit business center kitchen assumed a aspect of efficiency mechanism. This thesis aimcs to point out the actual status of human resource management in the hotels, and suggests the improvement there of by analyzing the system. This research is organized into five sections. section one introduces its objectives. scope and mothodology. Section two provides the theory of human resource management on the kitchen of hotels. And section these analyzed about the factors of human resource management. Section four, suggests the alternatives of the improvement on human resource management, section Five describes the conclusion of this thesis. Today, importance of human resource is viewed multipoint aspects in relation to efficiency of organization and interrelationship of employee, especially the arrangement of human resource is fairly handle and allocation of the human resource and personal appraisal. On the other hand, human resource managers have to be responsible for the cost control and customer's attraction by developing human resources. In order to advance human resource management on kitchen of hotels, following alternatives are considered with efficiency of management and interrelation of employee. The first, the manager of hotels has to consider the passive support of development of human resource. The second, the manager of hotels should develop the various training program for the extonsive ability of employee. The third, in order to improvement of human resource management, manager should establish the system for human resource management view of efficiency and employee's interrelationship.

80kV HVDC 송전선로 선종에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Conductor of 80kV HVDC Transmission Line)

  • 제주 ${\pm}80kV$ 가공선로는 다양한 가공송전선 중에서 송전용량을 증대시킬 수 있으면서도 기계적인 특성이 뛰어나고(이도특성 우수) 경제성이 있는(지지물 설치비용 및 운영 유지보수 비용 저렴) 전선을 고려하였다. 그 결과, 제주 ${\pm}80kV$ HVDC 가공선로 본선과 귀로선은 최종적으로 ACCC/TW 전선으로 선정하였다. 전선의 단면적은 교류와 직류를 동시에 운전하게 될 제주 시험선로의 특성을 고려하여 송전용량을 주안점으로 두어 154kV 교류 ACSR $330mm^2$에 송전용량에 상응하는 ACCC/TW 전선으로 도체 단면적 $160mm^2$ 전선을 채용하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 각종 전문가 선정의 전문성, 공정성, 투명성 및 신뢰성 제공과 최적으로 전문가 그룹에 적합한 전문가를 구성하기 위한 전문가 선정 방법론을 제안한다. 이를 위해, 전문가를 3차원적으로 탐색 및 정량적인 값으로 평가할 수 있는 전문가 후보군 선정 알고리즘을 제시하였으며, 선정된 전문가 후보군들을 조합 최적화 문제에 많이 응용되고 있는 유전자 알고리즘을 이용하여 전문가 선정 방법을 보였다.

  • This study was carried out through survey based on job candidates of marine-bio, marine logistics, and GIS in order to train the human resources with the IT combined ability in the field of fisheries and oceans in Busan. Also, it included the survey on the field of the human resource development which businesses require in Busan. The analysis showed that food industry was most preferred by job candidates and the most required efforts for self-development to employ was to improve their English skills. The most preferred area was Busan and their salary requirements were in the 25 million to 30 million Won range. In findings on survey of businesses, businesses showed a profound interest in HACCP qualification in sea food and logitics manager qualification, and thought that the abilities that job candidates must have were communication and creativity rather than major and skills.

  • Volunteer services in communities work to provide human and material resources needed in social welfare centers and help the centers efficiently and effectively respond to diverse needs in society as well as provide quality services to clients. With this in mind, this study presents a few political suggestions on their utilization. First, potential volunteer development should be done in communities. Second, users of diverse volunteering services should be developed. Third, centers should pay attention to promotion of volunteers and the volunteers should be completely educated before services are rendered.

  • The persons who realize e-Business should have capabilities of understanding in both information technology and business processes. It is expected that current education policies and systems could not meet needs of e-Business human resources in Korea. In this paper, we define and categorize human resources for e-Business as to application areas and expertise levels. An intensive field survey has been conducted. Based on the survey results, several strategic and practical alternatives are suggested for development of e-Business human resources in Korea.

  • This paper presents the policies Korea adopted to educate and train scientists/researchers and technicians/skilled workers. The Korean policies for the increase of human resources in science and technology that stimulated an upgrading of skills in industry and adapted to technical advancements are identified. An important factor is that the supply and demand mechanism created a virtuous circle so that the science and technology education and training policies were responsive to economic demands. In addition, policies to foster a human resource capacity have enhanced the contribution of human resources in science and technology for innovation and economic growth.

  • China has a very large area, but the total and average amount of forest resources are always relative scarcity, retrospect the forest history, when the activities of human beings existed on the earth, the forest resources began to reduce gradually, it indicates that the amount of the forest resources have grate connection with the activities of human beings, especially from the foundation of New China, long term out-of- order logging and unsustainable development make the forest resources and ecological environment be destructed seriously. However, although Chinese forest resources still face a large number of complicated problems, it has already begun to recover and been into the right orbit through listing and analysis a series dates. Generation of Embryonic Stem Cell-derived Transgenic Mice by using Tetraploid Complementation

  • The standard protocol for the production of transgenic mouse from ES-injected embryo has to process via chimera producing and several times breeding steps, In contrast, tetraploid-ES cell complementation method allows the immediate generation of targeted murine mutants from genetically modified ES cell clones. The advantage of this advanced technique is a simple and efficient without chimeric intermediates. Recently, this method has been significantly improved through the discovery that ES cells derived from hybrid strains support the development of viable ES mice more efficiently than inbred ES cells do. Therefore, the objective of this study was to generate transgenic mice overexpressing human resistin gene by using tetrapioid-ES cell complementation method. Human resistin gene was amplified from human fetal liver cDNA library by PCR and cloned into pCR 2.1 TOPO T-vector and constructed in pCMV-Tag4C vector. Human resistin mammalian expression plasmid was transfected into D3-GL ES cells by lipofectamine 2000, and then after 8~10 days of transfection, the human resistin-expressing cells were selected with G418. In order to produce tetraploid embryos, blastomeres of diploid embryos at the two-cell stage were fused with two times of electric pulse using 60 V 30 $\mu$sec. (fusion rate : 93.5%) and cultured upto the blastocyst stage (development rate : 94.6%). The 15~20 previously G418-selected ES cells were injected into tetraploid blastocysts, and then transferred into the uterus of E2.5d pseudopregnant recipient mice. To investigate the gestation progress, two El9.5d fetus were recovered by Casarean section and one fetus was confirmed to contain human resistin gene by genomic DNA-PCR. Therefore, this finding demonstrates that tetraploid-ES mouse technology can be considered as a useful tool to produce transgenic mouse for the rapid analysis of gene function in vivo.
