전북지역 초등학교 남.여 교사의 식습관과 영양지식 (A Study on Food Habit and Nutrition Konwledge of Elementary School Teachers in Jeonbuk Area)

  • This study was carried out to investigate dietary habits and nutrition knowledge of teachers, who are in charge of actual education of nutrition knowledge and dietary habits for students, of the elementary schools. Five hundred male and female teachers, who attended the programs for teacher's qualification of 1st and 2nd grades and function education during summer vacations, were surveyed using of questionnaire at Jeollabuk-do Educational Training Institute. A lot of teachers have had undesirable dietary habits. The most frequently(65.4%) used sources of nutrition knowledge were mass media such as TV, radio, magazines and newspapers, About 93% of teachers recognized nutrition education for the students, and 75.6% of them answered that their dietary habits may have an influence on students' dietary habits. Or, teachers' nutrition knowledge level was found to be low in general. The improvement of dietary habits and their nutrition knowledge of the teachers are very important because their dietary habits and nutrition knowledge have an influence on formation of students' dietary habits.

R&D 혁신역량과 기업성과 간의 관계 연구 (The Empirical Study on Relation between R&D Innovation Capability and Performance in Knowledge-Based Service Firms)

  • Purpose: This empirical study is focused on the relationship between innovation capability (R&D and Human Resource innovation) and performance in knowledge-based service firms. Methods: We build research model to test how each of innovation capability on technology and human resource is influenced on their financial and non-financial performance in the knowledge-based service industries. Based on the previous research, we hypothesized the factors are regarded innovation capabilities of the firms as the scale of R&D and human resources. Because this study is especially targeted to the performance of knowledge-based service firms. With the survey on 424 main knowledge-based service firms, the multi-regression analysis was performed. Results: The result showed that the scale of R&D and human resources capabilities are main factors for knowledge-based service firms' performance, which reflects the current industrial structure. Conclusion: This study empirically demonstrated that human resources are most important to the growth of knowledge-based service firms.

Knowledge of Human Papillomavirus Infection, Cervical Cancer and Willingness to pay for Cervical Cancer Vaccination among Ethnically Diverse Medical Students in Malaysia

  • The primary objective of this study was to assess the knowledge of medical students and determine variation between different cultural groups. A secondary aim was to find out the willingness to pay for cervical cancer vaccination and the relationships between knowledge and attitudes towards Human Papillomavirus vaccination. A cross-sectional survey was conducted in a private medical university between June 2014 and November 2014 using a convenient sampling method. A total of 305 respondents were recruited and interviewed with standard questionnaires for assessment of knowledge, attitudes and practice towards human papilloma virus and their willingness to pay for HPV vaccination. Knowledge regarding human papilloma virus, human papilloma virus vaccination, cervical cancer screening and cervical cancer risk factors was good. Across the sample, a majority (90%) of the pupils demonstrated a high degree of knowledge about cervical cancer and its vaccination. There were no significant differences between ethnicity and the participants' overall knowledge of HPV infection, Pap smear and cervical cancer vaccination. Some 88% of participants answered that HPV vaccine can prevent cervical cancer, while 81.5% of medical students said they would recommend HPV vaccination to the public although fewer expressed an intention to receive vaccination for themselves.

  • Knowledge-based services are largely dependent upon human-driven works. Therefore, considering human characteristics is required when modeling processes for knowledge-based services. As an emerging technology for Business Process Management, Human Interaction Management and its supportive process management can be an alternative to deal with human-driven processes. However, current HIM does not suggest concrete method for modeling conditions that are essential to realize supportive process management. And the condition modeling of HumanEdj, the only HIM software implemented, reveals the problem of complexity. As a solution, this paper suggests a fact-oriented ontological approach to process modeling. The approach uses human-friendly form of facts for condition modeling.

보건 계열 대학생의 인유두종바이러스 예방접종 관련 건강신념과 지식정도 (A Study on the Level of Health Beliefs and Knowledge about Human Papilloma Virus(HPV) Vaccination among Health College Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the knowledge level of human papilloma virus and performance of anti-cervical cancer vaccine among health college student in Korea. A quantitative, descriptive design was used to study 471 students in Ulsan, recruited from April 1 to May 30, 2011. The data were analyzed SPSS program, using descriptive statistics, t-test and ANOVA. The percentage of the participants who received HPV vaccination was 4.0%. The average level of health belief and knowledge about human papilloma virus were 3.05, 5.01 points. Therefore, it is needed to reduce HPV infection through concrete educational programs and advertisement. Also, this educational programs need to include strategies the knowledge of human papilloma virus.

지식 축적과 AI 기술을 기반으로 한 인류 역사 모형 (Human History Model Based on Knowledge Accumulation and AI Technology)

  • 21세기 인류는 AI 실용 시대를 열어 가고 있다. 이제껏 인류는 산업 구조가 고도화 되어도 지식 생산의 추상화 작업 만큼은 자신의 고유 영역이라 보았는 데 그 믿음에 의구심을 갖게 되었고, 이에 현대인은 인간과 기계 지능을 구분하고 자신의 정체성을 새롭게 구축해야 하는 상황에 놓이게 되었다. 이에 본 논문은 현대 인류의 정체성을 과거로부터 축적한 지식의 결과라는 관점에서 살피고자 하였다. 이러한 논의를 지구와 인류 출현으로부터 시작하는 "단계별 지식 축적 방식의 변화" 라는 역사 모형으로 요약하여 제시하였다. 이 분석 모형의 1 단계는 지구 상에 인간 지능 출현까지의 "DNA 지식 축적" 이다. 2단계는 스스로 지식을 생산할 수 있게 된 인간의 생물학적 지능에 의한 "문명 지식 축적" 과정이다. 현재는 3단계로 분류되며 AI 기술을 이용한 "기계적 지식 축적"단계로 진입하고 있다고 보았다. 본 논문은 인류 역사를 이러한 단계별 지식 축적 모형으로 제안하며 관련한 논의를 기술하였다.

학교와 병원 영양사 인적특성의 비교: 중요도와 빈도를 중심으로 (Comparison of Human Attributes for School and Hospital Dietitians : by Importance and Frequency Scale)

  • Job analysis was done by the method of interview and survey to find out the human attributes needed for dietitans' job performance. The knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics including personality were major items in the questionnaire. The questionnaire was distributed to 340 schools and hospital dietitians. Among these, 201 were compeletely filled out, returned and statistically analyzed according to the frequency scale and importance scale respectively. The results were as follows : 1) The age, education, job experience and monthly pay of hospital dietitians were higher than those of school dietitians. This was partly due to the reflection of short chronicle of school foodservice. 2) The most important human attributes for rwo groups were commonly shown as sincere and faithful personality, good human relationship and responsibility for business outcome. 3) Computer skill and menuplanning ability were human attributes of the most frequently used by school dietitians, whereas knowledge of diet therapy, clinical nutrition, and pathology of disease were frequently used by hospital dietitians. 4) The correlation coefficients between two groups were as follows : Spearman's rho value of personality, skills and abilities, and knowledge were 0.806, -0.432,-0.203 respectively, according to the importance scale. 5) An overall view from t test between two groups, various human attributes, especially knowledge were more frequently used by hospital dietitians.

인체조직기증에 관한 교육 중재가 간호사의 지식, 태도, 교육 관련 자기효능감에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Educational Intervention of Human Tissue Donation on Nurses' Knowledge, Attitudes and Self-efficacy)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to examine the effects of an intervention program for human tissue donation with nurses, modified from the Korea Foundation for Human Tissue Donation, to promote human tissue donation via nurses' knowledge and attitudes toward human tissue donation, and self-efficacy for teaching tissue donation. Methods: A non-equivalent control group quasi-experimental design was adopted, and data were collected from 82 nurses (41 of each group: experimental and comparison) working at a general hospital in Inchon, South Korea. Results: In a multivariate analysis (MANOVA), the integrative effect on outcome variables from the intervention program was statistically significant (p<.001). Accordingly, an ANOVA was performed to determine which individual outcome variable showed a significant effect with intervention, and it was found that the effects of intervention on all the outcome variables (knowledge and attitude, and self-efficacy for teaching human tissue donation) were significant (p<.001). Conclusion: The results of the study showed that the intervention had positive effects on knowledge and attitudes toward tissue donation, and self-efficacy for teaching tissue donation among nurses. These outcome variables derived from the intervention might be essential for eliciting positive behavior toward human tissue donation.

  • 지식(Knowledge)을 보관하는 것을 저장(Store)이라하고 저장된 지식을 이용하는 것을 활용(Forward)함에 있어 이를 극대화하기 위한 다양한 관점에서의 저장과 활용에 관한 법칙을 연구하는데 있다. 즉, '인간과 지식', '인간과 재화', '인간과 정반합의 법칙', '인간의 아키텍처 형성 과정', '인간과 지식'의 5가지 관점에서의 관계 법칙을 분석하고 조직의 지식창출을 통한 지식경영, 직관력 배양, 신속한 의사결정, 다양한 지식의 이해 등을 통하여 지식 저장과 활용의 관계 법칙을 극대화 시킬수 있다는 것을 연구한다. 또한. 이렇게 얻어진 지식경영시스템은 조직 내 지식의 가치를 극대화하기 위하여 구성원들의 지식창출에 대하여 다양한 정보를 체계적으로 정리, 전 사원들에게 유통시켜 업무에 활용토록 하는 정보관리 인프라로서 첨단 정보 기술의 조합을 통해 조직 내에 축적되는 각종 지식과 노하우를 효율적으로 관리하고 이를 상호 공유할 수 있도록 한다.

학교 및 병원 영양사의 직무분석 : 인적특성의 요인구조 비교 (Job Analysis of School and Hospital Dietitians : Factor Analysis of Human Attributes)

  • This study was mainly done by factors analyzing to find out the structure and the dimension of the results of a previous study; analyzing the school and hospital dietitians'human attributes needed for successful job performance(Song 1998). The results were as follows: 1) Through factor analysis, the 12 knowledge items were categorized into 4 groups ; ‘basic knowledge of food and nutrition’, ‘knowledge of clinical nutrition and diet therapy’, ‘knowledge of medial science’, and ‘knowledge from experience and common sense’. These 4 knowledge factors were more frequently used and importantly recognized by hospital dietians compared with school dietitians. 2) The 38 skill and ability items were categorized into 7 groups ; ‘ability of program development and research’, ‘ability of counseling and nutrition education’, ‘ability of production control and facility management’, ‘ability to use computer’, ‘ability to cooperate with others’, ‘ability to manage consignment marketing’, and ‘ability of managing situations and informations’. Different skills and abilities were required for each group. 3) The 11 personality items were categorized as 3 groups ; ‘respoinsibility and sincerity’, ‘positive personality’, and ‘affirmative and inquisitive personality’.
