현대 감성디자인에서의 사용자 감성체험 : 감성디자인의 프로그래밍을 위한 감성체험의 기본범주 및 관련요소 (User's Emotional Experience in the Contemporary Emotional Designs : Focused on the Analysis for Basic Aspects and Related Components of Emotional Experience for Design Programming)

  • 현대인들은 삶의 질 향상을 추구하고 있고 감성은 이런 질 높은 삶의 근본적인 요소라는 인식이 확대되면서 경제, 사회, 정치, 문화 전반에 걸쳐 감성을 반영하는 경향이 커지고 있다. 감성디자인은 이런 사회적 현상을 배경으로 한다. 본고는 감성디자인에 있어 '감성체험'이라는 인간중심적인 측면에 초점을 맞추어 연구를 진행하였다. 즉 디자이너가 감성디자인을 창출하고자 할 때 프로그래밍을 통해 구체화해야 하는 감성체험의 기본범주와 각 범주별 관련요소들에 대해 연구하였다. 본 연구는 문헌연구와 사례분석을 중심으로 진행되었다. 본고는 프로그래밍을 위한 감성체험의 기본범주를 첫째, 감성의 발생인자(사용자의 감성적 욕구), 둘째, 감성의 전달과정(사용자 관여 수준별 디자인접근법), 셋째, 감성의 체험모듈(사용자의 감성체험 경로)이라는 세 가지로 분류하였다. 감성의 발생인자는 생리적 감성, 심리적 감성, 사회적 감성, 문화적 감성으로 분석되었고, 감성의 전달과정은 기호적 접근(소극적 수용자), 경험적 접근(적극적 수용자), 상호작용적 접근(소극적 창조자), 참여적 접근(적극적 창조자)으로 분석되었다. 그리고 감성의 체험모듈은 지각하기, 느끼기, 생각하기, 행동하기, 관계짓기로 분석되었다.

  • While shifting from modern society to post-industrial society, social structure is changing from the period which pursues material affluence to that which pursues psychological abundance. Formation of various values along with pursuit of psychological abundance has made the illusion of standardization, massification, and popularization meaningless. Different from functionality oriented approach in the past, today's design requires diversified, multiple and integrated thinking and way in fast-changing social phenomena and stream, and lets human loose from the restriction of time and space thanks to technological development. It appears as new and various attempts along with paradigm shift of the wholle society, however the existing physical and actual things gradually transit to non-physical and non-actual things. Tendency of dematerialization has spread as far as esthetic and environmental genre on the basis of social and philosophical base along with change of consumption culture, and has displayed complex and de-genre aspect. Paradigm shift has expanded the range of communication by changing to user's independent awareness and sensitive concept, among them, light displays various changes of space by taking the role of new medium. Particularly, the light as the media expression beyond the phenomenon of light of traditional concept acts as an essential element to stimulate sensitivity and for experience as an immaterial element which shows this change of space most dramatically. This research aimed at recognizing space in complex dimension, exploring the relation between the light and space through media expression displayed in the realization of immateriality, expanding the meaning of light, and recognizing it as the possibility of creative and future-oriented light space creation which responds to technological development and social change.

공연예술 콘텐츠로서 무용에 나타나는 설화의 수용양상과 의미 (Acceptance Patterns and Meaning of Tales Appearing on Dance as a Performing Arts Contents for the Journal of Korean Contents)

  • 본 연구는 문화산업의 영역 중에서 급속 성장으로 주목을 받고 있는 공연예술로서의 무용에서 설화가 어떻게 수용되어 새로운 작품으로 형상화되고 있는지 그 양상을 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 이에 우리나라 고대 설화인 바리데기, 춘향설화, 연오랑세오녀를 중심으로 최근에 스토리텔링을 기반으로 창작되었던 주요 공연 사례를 분석하였다. 설화 속 이야기를 무용에 수용했을 때 유구한 구전에 의한 창작의 생명력과 각 설화에 담긴 풍부한 내용, 해석의 다양성은 기존의 시각을 바탕으로 새로운 해석의 가능성을 보여준다. 그 수용 방식은 크게 주제의 서사기법의 다양화, 도덕적 가치문제의 제재화, 전통과 민족의식의 수용으로 나타났다. 우주와 인간에 대한 근원적 관심을 만족시키고 가장 세계적이면서도 한국적인 무용콘텐츠를 창조하기 위해 설화가 지니는 이미지들은 시간을 초월하여 새로운 차원으로 재해석되고 있다.

중국의 문화관광 공연작품 <장한가>에 나타난 영상이미지 효과 분석 (Analysis on Video Image Effect in , China's Performing Arts Work of Cultural Tourism)

  • 본 연구는 중국 최초의 대형 역사 무용극을 표방한 서안의 <장한가> 라는 작품 속에 들어있는 영상이미지의 공연효과를 분석하고자 한 것이다. 즉 <장한가> 작품 속에 들어 있는 특정 주제, 소재들을 표현함에 있어 어떠한 영상이미지를 사용하여 공연의 효과를 거두고 있는가에 대한 것이다. 영상이란 '사물의 모습이 반영된 상', 특히 영화, 텔레비전, 사전 등의 이미지를 의미하는 말로 그 범위는 매우 넓으며 image의 어원은 imitary에 근거를 둔 것으로 구체적 또는 심적으로 나타낼 수 있는 시각적 표시를 말한다. 따라서 영상이미지는 '영상'과 '이미지' 라는 동의어의 결합으로 볼 수 있는데 여기서 영상이란 단순히 시나리오의 문학성, 연극성, 미술성 등과 같이 전통적인 예술장르의 종합이 아니라 모든 예술의 본원적 기능을 통합하고 인간존재의 오묘한 이미지 활동을 연결한 결과로서의 총체라고 보는 것이다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. <장한가>에 표현되는 영상 이미지의 효과로 첫째, 시대성과 문화를 반영한 함축적 의미의 표현 효과 둘째, 상상적 동일시 효과, 셋째, 장면전환의 효과 넷째, 몰입을 통한 극적 재미의 효과, 다섯째, 공연의 입체감을 통한 시각적 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다.

  • 최근 여러 학문 분야에서는 논의되고 있는 인공지능(AI)의 문제는 과학적 문제임과 동시에 중요한 철학적 문제이다.본고는 컴퓨터과학자 혹은 인지과학자들이 내리고 있는 AI의 정의들을 분석함으로써 그 속에 함축되어 있는 논쟁점들을 발굴하고,관련된 논변들을 검토함 으로써 AI탐구가 지니는 의의를 명확히 해보려는 데 그 목적이 있다.AI에 대한 정의들은 AI연구가들의 관심과 목표 그리고 그 주장의 강도에 따라 여러 유형으로 분류될 수 있지만 대개가 인간지능을 어떻게 파악하고 있는지,지능과 뇌의 관계가 무엇인지,그리고 그것을 컴퓨터를 통해서 모의하고 복제한다는 것의 논리적 구조가 무엇인지에 대한 이해와 밀접한 관계가 있다.이점에서 AI연구에 있어서 관건이 되는 것은 컴퓨터 기술의 발전과 같은 경험상의 문제라기 보다는 오히려 논리나 개념분석과 같은 선험적인 문제와 밀접하게 연관되어 있다.

정상견 무릎의 관절경 검사소견 (Arthroscopic Findings of the Canine Stifle Joint)

  • Arthroscopy is a valuable diagnostic and operative tool in equine and human orthopedics. The arthroscope is a difficult instrument to use and requires patience, practice, and persistence in order to obtain good results. This technique was found to be less traumatic than arthrotomy, invasiveness, rapid recovery and the feasibility of surgically correcting many arthropathies. The use of the arthroscope in the dog provides a new dimension in the study and diagnosis of joint derangements. The purpose of this report is to introduce the use of the arthroscope in the dog-more specifically, in the stifle of the dog. A diameter 2.7 mm fore-oblique viewing arthroscope, cold light source, video and video printer are used. With the fore-oblique viewing type it is possible to view directly as well as slightly to the side and the range of viewing can be increased by rotating the arthroscope around the object The scope is connected with a cold light source by means of a fiber-optic light guide. The stifle joint was flexed to 20~30$^{\circ}$. The joint were lavaged with lactated Ringer's solution during arthroscopic examination. Arthroscopy of the stifle was performed prior to arthrotomy in 1 dead dog and 4 healthy dogs, and other 3 dogs was performed only arthroscopic examination. In this study only the conventional approaches were used and in most cases it was possible to view all the intra-articular structures via the lateral infrapatellar approach. In the stifle joint, endoscopic observation was performed to find lateral femoral condyle, patella, medial femoral condyle, trochlear groove, tibia, fat, cranial cruciate ligament, caudal cruciate ligament lateral meniscus, tendon of long digital extensor muscle, medial meniscus, and medial collateral ligament Post-arthroscopic examination, the lameness had disappeared within 12~24 hours. Pain and swelling in the stifle joint had disappeared within 24~36 hours. Post-arthroscopic secondary infection was never encountered in the dogs. In conclusion, arthroscopic insertion technique in canine stifle joint using a diameter 2.7 mm 30$^{\circ}$ arthroscope was established and arthroscopical views of all anatomical structures in the normal stilfe joint were obtained through lateral infrapatellar portal.

Preliminary Evaluation of the Activity Concentration Limits for Consumer Goods Containing NORM

  • Background: To protect the public from natural radioactive materials, the 'Act on safety control of radioactive rays around living environment" was established in Korea. There is an annual effective dose limit of 1 mSv for products, but the activity concentration limit for products is not established yet. Materials and Methods: To suggest the activity concentration limits for consumer goods containing NORM, in this research, we assumed the "small room model" surrounding the ICRP reference phantom to simulate the consumer goods in contact with the human bodies. Using the Monte Carlo code MCNPX, we evaluate the effective dose rate for the ICRP reference phantom in a small room with dimension of phantom size and derived the activity concentration limit for consumer goods. Results and Discussion: The consumer goods have about 1600, 1200 and $19000Bq{\cdot}kg^{-1}$ for $^{226}Ra$, $^{232}Th$ and $^{40}K$, and the activity concentration limits are about six times comparing with the values of building materials. We applied the index to real samples, though we did not consider radioactivity of $^{40}K$, indexes of the some samples are more than 6. However, this index concept using small room model is very conservative, for the consumer goods over than index 6, it is necessary to reevaluate the absorbed dose considering real usage scenario and material characteristics. Conclusion: In this research, we derived activity concentration limits for consumer goods in contact with bodies and the results can be used as preliminary screening tool for consumer goods as index concept.

압전 후막의 전단 변형을 이용한 나선형 MEMS 발전기 (A Novel Spiral Type MEMS Power Generator with Shear Mode Piezoelectric Thick Film)

  • Energy harvesting from the environment has been of great interest as a standalone power source of wireless sensor nodes for ubiquitous sensor networks (USN). There are several power generating methods such as thermal gradients, solar cell, energy produced by human action, mechanical vibration energy, and so on. Most of all, mechanical vibration is easily accessible and has no limitation of weather and environment of outdoor or indoor. In particular, the piezoelectric energy harvesting from ambient vibration sources has attracted attention because it has a relative high power density comparing with other energy scavenging methods. Through recent advances in low power consumption RF transmitters and sensors, it is possible to adopt a micro-power energy harvesting system realized by MEMS technology for the system-on-chip. However, the MEMS energy harvesting system hassome drawbacks such as a high natural frequency over 300 Hz and a small power generation due to a small dimension. To overcome these limitations, we devised a novel power generator with a spiral spring structure. In this case, the energy harvester has a lower natural frequency under 200 Hz than a normal cantilever structure. Moreover, it has higher an energy conversion efficient because shear mode ($d_{15}$) is much larger than 33 mode ($d_{33}$) and the energy conversion efficiency is proportional to the piezoelectric constant (d). We expect the spiral type MEMS power generator would be a good candidate as a standalone power generator for USN.

삼차원 전산화단층촬영사진과 측모두부 방사선규격사진의 계측자에 따른 계측오차에 대한 비교분석 (Comparison of the observer reliability of cranial anatomic landmarks based on cephalometric radiograph and three-dimensional computed tomography scans)

  • Introduction: Accurate diagnosis and treatment planning are very important for orthognathic surgery. A small error in diagnosis can cause postoperative functional and esthetic problems. Pre-existing 2-dimensional (D) chephalogram analysis has a high likelihood of error due to its intrinsic and extrinsic problems. A cephalogram can also be inaccurate due to the limited anatomic points, superimposition of the image, and the considerable time and effort required. Recently, an improvement in technology and popularization of computed tomography (CT) provides patients with 3-D computer based cephalometric analysis, which complements traditional analysis in many ways. However, the results are affected by the experience and the subject of the investigator. Materials and Methods: The effects of the sources human error in 2-D cephalogram analysis and 3-D computerized tomography cephalometric analysis were compared using Simplant CMF program. From 2008 Jan to 2009 June, patients who had undergone CT, cephalo AP, lat were investigated. Results: 1. In the 3 D and 2 D images, 10 out of 93 variables (10.4%) and 11 out 44 variables (25%), respectively, showed a significant difference. 2. Landmarks that showed a significant difference in the 2 D image were the points frequently superimposed anatomically. 3. Go Po Orb landmarks, which showed a significant difference in the 3 D images, were found to be the artificial points for analysis in the 2 D image, and in the current definition, these points cannot be used for reproducibility in the 3 D image. Conclusion: Generally, 3-D CT images provide more precise identification of the traditional cephalometric landmark. Greater variability of certain landmarks in the mediolateral direction is probably related to the inadequate definition of the landmarks in the third dimension.

유행의상과 예술의상의 조형적 특성 비교-미래주의 예술의상을 중심으로- (The Comparison of formative Characteristics Clothing in Fashion and Art to Wear.-focused on Art to Wear of Futurism in 1910~1930)

  • Futurists objected the existent style, that is the conventional fashion, and took part in these disciplines of fashion to make clothes the instruments being able to represent the individuality. Giacomo Balla and fortunato Depero, pain-ters who in 1915 were to work with Diaghilev's company, were the first to see clothing as a dynamic interfaced between th body and the atmosphere, between physical gestures and the urban context, which could be translated into encounters between forms and colours, volumes and architecture. For them, clothing began to exist as an object and an event, something to be removed from a mainly static conception and made mobile, active. The interaction between movement and clothing was based on the relativity of perception : the appearance and disappearance of the body produced points without dimension or duration which served, as Balla wrote in the Futurist Mnaifesto of Men's Clothing to“renew incessantly the enjoyment and impetuous movement of the body”. The historical achievement in the effort for the reformation of Futurist, Art to Wear. First, for Futurist, clothing is removed from a static conception and focused on dynamics. Second, Balla used asymmetry in men's clothing. Moreover he supposed dynamic men's clothes by using optical intersection. Third, the after image of Chronophotograph represented rapidity. This rhythmic expression is the fore-runner in Optical and Kinetic Art of Visual Art. Fourth, Futurist emphasized flexibility in fashion. They aimed to create‘Clothing Machines’whose parts would interact to aceelerate the real and virtual, inner and outer movement of the human being. Fifth, the variety and short life of cutting skills and colors are focused and‘Fast Substance’in fashion is admitted by Futurists. Futurist concern with clothing was not lim-ited its appearance in terms of cut and colour. What important was also the way it appeared and disappeared according to fashion. It was a“fast substance”, able to reflect rapid, sudden changes of social and aesthetic taste. To reach to the aim of internationalization, Gesamtkunstwerk in our Art to Wear, it is extremely meaningful to examine art fashion which is created under the conception of Gesamtkunstwerk production of avang garde artist in the early 20th century and look at formative conscious of truth, goodess and beauty synthetically which they faced on their works of art.
