The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of achromatic shirt and chromatic tie combination on image of menswear. This experiment was designed by shirt color(N9, N7, N4, N2), tie color(red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple), tie tone(vivid, light, dull, dark), and perceiver gender(a male, a female). The experimental materials developed for this study were a set of stimulus and response scales. The stimuli were 96 upper body photographs and 26 7-point bi-polar adjectives were used to evaluate the image. The subjects of this research were 480 male and 480 female college students. The data was analyzed by using SPSS program. Analysis methods were four-way ANOVA. The items of the adjectives were classified into 4 image factor: potency, activity, attractiveness, and visibility. Shirt color, tie color, tie tone influenced on the 4 image dimension greatly by interaction as well as independently. Dull or dark tone tie had an effect on the formation of potency image. And white color shirt, vivid or light tone tie had an effect on the formation of activity image. White or black shirt had a positive effect on attractiveness, and black shirt or vivid tone tie was effective for visible image.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper was to inquiry a philosophical foundation for the nursing ethics according to the Levinas' ethics which had emphasis on face to face interpersonal relationship and responsibility for the vulnerable other. Method: First of all, for the foundation of nursing ethics, a understanding of human vulnerability was a starting point; the nurse's bodily sensibility was regarded as a basis for the possibility of the ethical interpersonal relationship. Then, based on Levinas's ethics, it was explained how the moral responsibility for the calling of the suffering other could occur in nursing situation. Result: Nursing implied the altruistic ethical dimension on the subject of the responsibility for the vulnerable other. A nurse as ethical subject in her sensitive passivity is affected by the suffering other and exposed to the other. A nurse herself/himself has to response to the ethical demand of suffering other and to take responsibility for it. After all, based on the Levinas's ethics, the ethical interpersonal relationship could be characterized as the face to face relation, and responsibility for the suffering other. Conclusion: In view of that, his ethical approach could be a proper theory for the explanation of the face to face relationship and altruistic feather of the nursing ethics based human bodily sensibility.

본고는 패전 후 일본의 대표적인 문예재판인 '채털리 재판'을 중심으로 평화헌법(신헌법)이 보장하는 인권을 사수하려고 하는 변호인 측과 검찰 사법권으로 대표되는 공권력과의 대립을 판결문을 중심으로 고찰한 것이다. 판결문을 통해서 드러나는 재판소의 외설문서의 판단기준은 '성행위의 비밀성'과 '사회통념'인데, 이들을 판단할 때 재판소는 편파적이고 애매한 기준을 부여하고 있다. 또한 재판소는 이 작품의 예술성과 외설성에 대해서 양자는 전혀 다른 차원의 것임을 인정하면서도 예술성을 공공의 복지를 기준으로 공권력인 재판소가 판단해야 한다고 주장한다. 이에 대항하여 변호인 측은 평화헌법이 보장한 표현의 자유는 무제한적이며, 중요한 것은 작품의 내용이 비인도덕인지 아닌지 라고 역설하였다. 이러한 변호인 측의 주장은 패전 이전의 상황을 연상시키는 공권력에 맞선 것으로, 단지 풍속 단속에 대해서 항의하는 차원이 아닌 과거의 일본을 재현하지 않으려고 한 투쟁이었다고 할 수 있다.

Purpose: This study aims to understand the impact of e-commerce's advantage among SME's digital channel in Malaysia. To achieve the objective, this study used Technology, Organization, Environment (TOE) framework, Diffusion of Innovation (DOI) theory and Resource-Based View (RBV) theory. Research design, data and methodology: This study is quantitative method involve 195 SMEs online business in Malaysia. The integrated framework highlights the conceptual insight in multidimensional technology context (i.e. relative advantage, compatibility, and complexity); organizational context (i.e. top management support, innovation capability, branding capability, market-sensing capability, and human and organization capability); and environmental context (i.e. government support and supplier pressure). Results: The findings revealed that complexity, branding capability, human and organization capability, government support, and supplier pressure have significant positive relationship with e-commerce advantage. Meanwhile, relative advantage, compatibility, innovation capability, and market-sensing capability have significant negative relationship with e-commerce advantage. However, top management support has found no significant relationship with e-commerce advantage. Conclusions: The extended theoretical framework dimension improves existing knowledge on e-commerce advantage as well as the prospect of SMEs digital channel.

Drawing on gamification affordance theory, this study examines the relationships among key affordances of avatar fashion styling, perceived enjoyment, and engagement behavior intentions-defined as the intention to share content on avatars in the metaverse platform-and the moderating role of metaverse familiarity. Based on survey data collected from 198 Korean ZEPETO users with avatar fashion styling experience, the hereby proposed research model was tested with structural equation modeling. The results demonstrated that self-expression and competition positively influenced perceived enjoyment, which subsequently affected customers' engagement behavior intention. Furthermore, metaverse familiarity as a moderating effect intensified the positive association between affordances and perceived enjoyment as well as between perceived enjoyment and engagement behavior intentions. The individual interaction effect of each affordance dimension on perceived enjoyment was different, with self-expression having a greater influence on enjoyment among the high-familiarity group and competition having a greater influence on enjoyment among the low-familiarity group. Considering that users with low metaverse familiarity might have higher needs for social interaction for adaptation, competition, being more socially triggering, might have affected these users more crucially.

Understanding the anatomy of suprascapular area helps the clinicians and surgeons in management of any disability at the shoulder region. This work aimed to clear the different morphological and morphometrical types of suprascapular notch (SSN). Unknown 120 dry human scapulae of both sides and 60 formalin-embalmed cadaveric upper limbs (40 males and 20 females) were used in the present study. Three main morphological forms of SSN were reported: J, U, and V-shaped. J-shaped notch showed the highest incidence followed by U-shaped then V-shaped one. Morphometrically, type (III) notch was the most prevalent in both dry bones and cadavers, while the incidence of type (II) was the lowest form. Also, the measurements of superior transverse diameter, middle transverse diameter and vertical dimension of the different types of the notch showed no side or sex significant difference. The suprascapular foramen with ossified superior transverse scapular ligament (STSL) was seen in 5.8% of dry bones and 10% of cadaveric specimens. Fan and band-shaped ossified transverse scapular ligaments were reported. Absence of SSN was seen in 10.8% of dry bones, 7.5% of male and 10% of female specimens with left side predominance. V-shaped, absence, and ossified STSL were considered as predisposing factors of suprascapular nerve entrapment syndrome. Knowledge of the morphology and morphometric parameters of SSN is of great clinical significance for anatomists, radiologists, physiotherapists, orthopedics and neurosurgeons to perform good diagnosis and best planning for surgical or arthroscopic interventions within the shoulder region.

In the design guideline for the existing elderly house, the guideline related to kitchen is very important in the secure and functional aspect. In spite of importace, the present elderly house's Kitchen plan is being designed based on foreign universal design guideline or common housing form instead of considering physical social and psychological qualities of the korean elderly. Therefore, In this study based on the guideline of the previous studies related to domestic elderly house and kitchen plan for elderly house, we found physical social and psychological qualities of the korean elderly. Acooording to these characteristics we suggested guideline on kitchen plan for Elderly House. Those suggested here will be applied to design guidelines of elderly housing on kitchen plan in future.

The first attempt in architectural design theory to consider the perceptual and metaphysical dimension separately with a fully modern scientific manner, which exist in contrast to the Renaissance idea, was Claude Perrault, who emphasized the cognitive factors as an important scientific human issue in building design in 1683 in his book "Ordonnance". Even today many elaborated works to reveal the mysterious design processes based on a set of rational approaches have been introduced since the Design Method movement in 1960's. Their pioneering and challenging efforts to rationalize design process have been mostly rely on the cultural issues whether it takes a qualitative or quantitative stance. On the other hand, however, today's computer generated free form architecture seems not to be aware of those lessons learned from the past and, therefore, this study conducted an extensive research through exploring on morphological building forms with cultural issues to fill up the missing and/or lacking characteristics of today trend in building design.

$\mu$BGA(Ball Grid Array) is growing in response to a great demand for smaller and lighter packages for the use in laptop, mobile phones and other evolving products. However it is not easy to find its defect by human visual due to in very small dimension. From this point of view, we are interested its development of a vision based automated inspection algorithm. For this, first a 2D view of $\mu$BGA is described under a special blue illumination. Second, a notation-invariant 2D inspection algorithm is developed. Finally a 3D inspection algorithm is proposed for the case of stereo vision system. As a simulation result, it is shown that 3D defect not easy to find by 2D algorithm can be detected by the proposed inspection algorithm.

The purpose of this study was to identify the constructive principle and techniques of Vionnet's works. According to analysis of Vionnets works, it was found that Vionnet conceived of the human body as a continuous shaping of a cylinder. Vionnet's drapery denied the planner presumption of woman and gave real three-dimension to form and to fashion. The techniques of Vionnet's works were as fallow : (1) She introduced the diogonal "bias cut" and changed dress design by her sensuous use of fabrics. (2) She eliminated interfacing to keep the silhouette and the fabric soft. (3) She manipulated the fabric to remove the excess for fit and decoration at the same time. (4) She treated the fabric with a synthesis of geometry and grace. (5) The sale luxury allowed was to note the choice of seams, facings, hems, and stitches. (6) Vionnet's dresses were not lined.
