본고는 유저 활동의 중요성, 유저간의 소통의 중요성, 플레이어 캐릭터의 성장과 변형을 통한 정체성 확립의 중요성을 중심으로 가상공간 커뮤니케이션의 특성을 분석하고, 이를 통해 원만한 사회관계를 활성화하고자 그 방안을 모색하고 유저들이 가상 사회 안에서 보다 책임 있는 행동을 유발하도록 제안하였다. 하루에도 수 천 명이 접속하여 교류하는 가상 공간에서 유저는 솔로스토리를 진행하며 타인과의 인간 관계를 통해 자신의 정체성을 찾게 된다. 무엇보다도 중요한 것은 가상 공간을 사회로 인식하고 타인에 대한 언행에 대해 연대 책임 의식을 갖는 유저들의 자세일 것이다.

A bank's competitive advantage helps in enhancing its ability to maintain a competitive advantage in product consumption, expand the consumption market, and effectively use business factors to maximize economic growth. The research aims to investigate the impact of organizational culture on the sustainable competitive advantage of commercial banks in Vietnam. The study adopts a quantitative research method, through structural equation modeling analysis (SEM). A survey was conducted on 608 participants who are staff at commercial banks in Vietnam. Research results show that organizational culture has both a direct and indirect impact on sustainable competitive advantage through factors of social responsibility and knowledge sharing. Based on these findings, the study gives some recommendations to contribute to the creation, maintenance, and development of sustainable competitive advantages of commercial banks. The findings of this study have shown the importance and impact of organizational culture on many aspects of a bank's sustainable competitive advantage. These are meaningful contributions in both theory and practice to help banks gain more insight into human resources management. The study also raises an issue on the need to care about and develop an organizational culture to bring professionalism, initiative, and fairness in all activities of commercial banks.

To study the developments and variations of unsafe behaviors in nuclear power plants thus reduce the possibility of human-related accidents, this paper, based on the Game Theory, focused on the changes in benefits of the Department of Management, Operational and Emergency in a nuclear power plant, and established the expected revenue functions of these departments. Additionally, the preventive measures of unsafe behaviors in nuclear power plants were also presented in terms of these 3 departments. Results showed that the violations of the Operation Department (OD) and the Emergency Department (ED) were not only relevant with the factors such as their own risks, costs, and the responsibility-sharing due to accidents, but also affected by the safety investments from the Management Department (MD). Furthermore, results also showed that the accident-induced responsibility-sharing of both the OD and the ED would rise, if the MD increased the investments in safety. As a result, the probability of violation behaviors of these 3 departments would be attenuated consciously, which would reduce the unsafe behaviors in the nuclear power plants significantly.

The main purpose of the study is to analyze the features of the influence of Agile management on the competence of the personnel of the socio-economic system in the digital economy. The research methodology implies the use of modern methods of analysis. Improving the business processes of an organization is associated with improving activities, the formation of effective management systems and processes, especially the organization's policy in the field of quality, rational use of resources, increasing the responsibility of management, social responsibility of the organization, etc. The modern knowledge economy places high demands on the effectiveness of behavioral models of employees of the organization. The role of the human factor in the production system is becoming more and more obvious. Therefore, it is important to study the competence of the personnel of any socio-economic system. Based on the results of the study, the key features of the influence of Agile management on the competence of the personnel of the socio-economic system in the digital economy were identified.

This current study was designed to explore the meaning of being a mother and a father in contemporary Korean society by examining their roles perceived by mothers and fathers with children at different developmental stages. A total of three hundred and ninety four couples with children aged from one to seventeen years were recruited for the study, and they were asked to complete a set of questionnaires about paternal and maternal roles each. A modified version of Generative Fathering Scales by Lee et al.(1999), was used to measure the roles perceived by fathers and mothers in two areas: (1) parenting responsibilities and (2) involvement in childrearing practices. The parental roles, as expected, were viewed differently by the surveyees with children at different ages: the younger child/ren a father has, the more involvement he emphasizes in childrearing. These results indicate that the roles of mothers and fathers should be considered in the context of developing children.

Environmental issues are increasingly important in consumer decision-making. This paper focuses on the consumer's role in consumption process-purchase, use, and disposal, which has significant environmental consequences. And this paper discusses several approaches to motivate consumer's awareness and responsibility for the environment and further his/her lifestyle change. The Green Consumer should be able to consider the implications of his/her lifestyle choices as well as his/her purchase, use, and disposal decisions. Consumer education and various consumer movements for environment preservation should keep the goal in perspective, which is not only to motivate consumer's long-term behavior change but also to consign his/her buying power and political power to help make changes where he/she really counts.

The followings are the findings of a study on university student's clothing disposition behavior depending on their personality and environmental consciousness: 1. University student's personality factors were classified into perceived consumer effectiveness, globalism, alienation, conservatism, and a sense of social responsibility. 2. The personality factors are found to have significant influences on both economic and altruistic disposition behavior. 3. In terms of the economic disposition behavior, people in the groups with high environmental consciousness tend to trade unused clothing with other things rather than to sell them for the benefit of economic gains. With regard to the altruistic disposition behavior, they also tend to give the clothing to their close people, for example family members or relatives, rather than to donate them to churches or charitable organizations.

In this study, two controversial Child Care Policies will be discussed based on the perspective of Economics: Accreditation of Child Care Centers and Liberation of Child Care Service Tuition. Liberation of Child Care Service Tuition is to provide parents and children with exact quality which they want at a differentiated price. Accreditation of Child Care Center is to enhance the quality of child care service by evaluating the quality of centers and grading centers into three classes. This study concludes that success or failure of the policies mostly depend on the investment capability of the government to increase the supply of child care centers. Employing these two policies requires the child care rate more than certain level and more financial investment from the government since the responsibility of providing child care services relies mostly on the government in Korea.

The purpose of this study is to examme the foreign and korean child care service. and to provide the political proposal for employ of working wives and enhancement of home welfare. The political proposals for working wives are as follows ; Now societal recognition that all children are the responsibility of our society is needed to provide the good quality child care service. Our society should support the child care service to be provided a variety of service by child care staff. and should promote the administration and direction in child care center and service. Most of all. societal support, administration and direction should be the same in home-based care and center-based care.
