This study analyzed the effect of cooperation activities among SMEs. In order to study empirical analysis, we classified the types of cooperation into four dimensions: technology cooperation, human resource cooperation, sales cooperation and financial cooperation. Review the role of the collaborative philosophy as a predictor. This study also analyzed the relationship between cooperation philosophy, cooperation activities and performance. The results of this study are as follows: First, the result of path analysis between cooperation philosophy and cooperation activities shows that cooperation philosophy has an important influence on technical cooperation, human resource cooperation, sales cooperation and financial cooperation. Second, the results of the relationship between cooperation activities and achievements, technical cooperation, human resource cooperation, and sales cooperation have an important influence on cooperation performance. The meaning of this study is as follows. Analyze empirical tests using the PSBP model from a partnership perspective. We are trying to verify the relationship with SMEs. Therefore, we can suggest a beneficial implication to explain the importance of cooperation activities between SMEs. Also, SME business units have a problem with technical information leakage when they form partnerships, but in order to overcome this problem, we can use cooperative philosophies and avoid negative views.

In this research, it will be examined on mathematical model of AMOS software program that ues for Covariance Structure Analysis. if we have not understood to mathematical model of Covariance Structure, we fail to understand Structural equation modeling. Similarly If We were not understand to mathematical model of AMOS Software, we do not use Software adequately. Therefore we examine two sorts of Software that be designed for Structural equation modeling or Covariance Structure Analysis. In this research, We will focus on 8 assumption of Structural equation modeling and compare AMOS(Analysis of MOment Structure) program with LISREL(Linear Structure RELation) program. We found that A Program of AMOS Software have materialized with RAM(Reticular Action Model).

In this study, in light of the reality that the need for systematic development of military service resource management and alternative service discipline / switching service discipline has been discussed for illegal liquidation of military service obligations (Tekketsu) in connection with the military service system, and pluralistic it is assumed judgment if centralized military manpower administration (MMA) the recruitment structure that is, military service resource management that to effectively manage. Military service resources decision to systematic management of resources military service, military service of centralized resource management that MMA is the center, the efficiency of the plan. It is determined that it can improve the precision, thereby increasing and the resource-specific Service Discipline instruction, fairness to ensure consistency in the resource management of Alternate Service Discipline / Switching Service Discipline among, high quality and accessibility of such people petition I thought there may be a service provider is realized, that centralization of MMA is also realized, trying to allo improved fairness associated with the performance of military service obligation. Therefore, in this study, we are exploring a scheme that is able to achieve the unification of the human resource management of military service entity to perform the duty of national defense.

Global expansion of regulation for carbon emission has brought new industrial regulations and trade barriers while the global economy is promoting economic stimulus through a variety of green investments such as renewable energy development, energy efficiency increase, and environmental improvement simultaneously. Korean government is trying to seek a new opportunity to grow through green investment in this change of business environment and businesses are facing the transition to low-carbon and eco-friendly structure for their survival. It is promoting not only industry structure changes and conversion but also demanding changes of workforce composition and requirement skills. In response to convergence of green economy, manpower development for future skills needs is provided the main impetus for response as well as promotion green growth. This study will analyze human resource development plan due to future skills needs emphasizing on automative industry. Also the study will be researched on the problems of present curriculum of undergraduate and look for improvements tasks. Upon the result, promotion plans for human resource development in other sectors of green car in response to future skills needs in green growth can be found.

The low birthrate and the need for national defense reform in Korea drive the Navy to develop efficient human resource planning such as a manpower forecasting model. However, to our knowledge, there is no study exploring the manpower forecasting model for naval ships in Korea. The purpose of this paper is to develop a model for forecasting manpower demand in naval ships. Data for analyses were drawn from 19 ships in the Korean Navy. Results indicate that mission type is significantly related to the number of manpower. Specifically, battleships need the more manpower than the battle support ships. The results also showed that the weight of hull structure-engine and the weight of the weapons system significantly increased the number of manpower. However, the weight of the combat system was not significant. In addition, whereas the automation level of hull structure-engine and the automation level of weapon system was found to be negatively related to the number of manpower, the automation level of combat system was positively related to it. The model developed here contributes to an advanced human resource planning of the Korean Navy. Implications, limitations, and directions for future research are discussed.

Barwise & Cooper (1991)는 Hans Kamp(1981)의 DRS(Discourse Representation structure)를 기초로 EKN(Extended Kamp Notation)을 개발하였다. 본 논문은 EKN을 통해 실제 자연언어의 의미를 분석하는 데 그 목적이었다. 특히 이 논문은 양화사 의미해석의 기본개념이 되는 자원상황(resource situation), 치역(range), 사건(event) 등의 개념을 구체화하여 영어나 한국어 명사구의 누적성과 의존성에 관련된 의미를 분석한다. '세명의 학생이 (비디오 가게에서) 영화 일곱편을 빌렸다'라는 표현은 '학생'과 '영화'의 배분성 ${\pm}$ 과 집합성 ${\pm}$ 에 의한 일곱가지 해석 이외에 '세명의 학생이 각자 빌린 영화들이 일곱가지'라는 누적적 해석도 가능하다. 이러한 명사구의 누적적 해석에 대하여 분석하고, 'John always wears a tie,. They, were all silk,'에서 'a tie'와 'they'가 공지표화(i) 되기 위한 통사적 요건(성, 수의 일치)을 충족하지 않는 의존적 복수에 대하여도 분석한다.

The domestic professional engineer qualification system has been changed after the enactment of the law in 1963. However, the domestic professional engineers have been unaccepted and unrecognized internationally. In addition, the domestic professional engineer system is operated in accordance with the individual laws of each ministry, but the official qualification examination is conducted by the Human Resource Development Service of Korea. Thus, the domestic professional engineer system has many problems in system itself and operating. In this research, we compare the domestic qualification system with the systems of other foreign countries, and propose how to improve the qualification system. This study limits the scope to the qualification examination for P·E. We suggest 3 ways to improve the qaulification examination; (1) The structure of the qualifications, (2) The testing method, and (3) The unification of the qualification system and operation.

One of the promising sectors of the economy today is tourism in all forms and types. The multiplier effect of tourism is huge: the income received from one tourist exceeds the amount of money spent by him at the location on the purchase of services and goods in the range from 1.5 to 4 times. Countries known as world centers of tourism have made it a state policy, taking on the functions of forecasting, coordinating and controlling. The architectural monuments of the city historical structure are a pretty resource for tourism. Cultural tourism as a type of sociocultural human activity is one of the popular and mass types of tourism. The number of people wishing to get acquainted with historical and cultural sights is growing every year. In the cultural aspect, tourism has an impact on the spiritual and material spheres of human life, his way of life, value system, social behavior.Thus, the main task of the study is to analyze the features of the architecture of tourism and tourist complexes. As a result of the study, current trends and prerequisites for the architecture of tourism and tourist complexes were investigated.

Background: Ikonnikov's whiskered bat (Myotis ikonnikovi) is found throughout the Korean Peninsula, as well as in Kazakhstan, Russia, Mongolia, China, and Japan. It is small-sized and primarily inhabits old-growth forests. The decrease and fragmentation of habitats due to increased human activity may influence the genetic structure of bat populations. This study was designed to elucidate the population genetic structure of M. ikonnikovi using mitochondrial genes (cytochrome oxidase I and cytochrome b). Results: The results showed that M. ikonnikovi populations from Korea have high genetic diversity. Although genetic differentiation was not detected for the COI gene, strong genetic differentiation of the Cytb gene between Mt. Jeombong and Mt. Jiri populations was observed. Moreover, the results indicated that the gene flow of the maternal lineage may be limited. Conclusions: This study is the first to identify the genetic population structure of M. ikonnikovi. We suggest that conservation of local populations is important for sustaining the genetic diversity of the bat, and comprehensive studies on factors causing habitat fragmentation are required.

This paper examines the evolution issues of regional tourism resources in complicated and networked industry the perspective of co-evolution types and dualism. Regional tourism structure has been changing more and faster according to various attractions and internal and external environment; natural resources, facilities, festivals and events, drama and movies, and public resources, etc. This paper approaches Olikowski's dualism perspective as a theoretical view about the alliance network between region's attractions and tourism industry in Korea. Exploratory analysis was explained the dualism cases performed on the matrix between resource characteristics and alliance complexity on human resources based on regional tourism industry.
