  • The modern society is changed into mass production, complicated circulation society and mass consuming society because of the development of the fast science technology since the occurrence of the industrial revolution. Also, the human life style is changed into the abundant consumption society because of the appearance of the various products. The society change like the above provide comfortable life to us. but We are facing with danger for the bad food, illegal medicines and bad products. So, To solve the danger like the above, The Product Reliability Law be made. The both The enterprise and consumer need The Product Reliability Law to protect one's own interest. The consumer is claiming to use the product of safety of the resonable price and good quality in modern society, So, 1 studied on countermeasures of domestic enterprise to increase the competitive power of the enterprise according to Product Reliability Law

  • Parametric studies have been conducted into the variability of the factors affecting the ultrasonic testing applied to weldments. The influence of ultrasonic equipment, transducer parameters, test technique, job parameters, defect type and characteristics on reliability far defect detection and sizing was investigated by experimentation. The investigation was able to build up substantial bank of information on the reliability of manual ultrasonic method for testing weldments. The major findings of the study separate into two parts, one dealing with correlation between ultrasonic techniques, equipment and defect parameters and inspection performance effectiveness and other with human factors. Defect detection abilities are dependent on the training, experience and proficiency of the UT operators, the equipment used, the effectiveness of procedures and techniques.

  • In the case of incumbent training, unlike training for the unemployed, it is difficult to show the results of training. In this study, factors affecting the performance of vocational competency development training were selected and the main factors were derived. Data were collected through Focus Group Interview(FGI), and regression analysis was performed through factor analysis and reliability analysis. As a result, empathy, training participation type, reliability, working experience, and training operation type were derived as factors affecting job satisfaction. did. Confidence and training participation patterns were derived as factors affecting training satisfaction, and the results showed that the larger the variable, the more positive it was. Therefore, as factors affecting the vocational competency development training performance, there are empathy, training participation type, reliability, work experience, training operation type, certainty, and training participation type. It was confirmed that the results had an effect.

  • This study developed a human robot master arm, which has a structure similar to the human arm, with the object of taking over human works. The robot arm was structured to reproduce human actions using three axes on each of the shoulder and the wrist based on mechanics, and the actuator of each axis adopted an ordinary DC motor. The servo system of the actuator is a one body type employing an amp for electric power, and it was designed to be small and lightweight for easy installation. We examined the posture control characteristics of the developed robot master arm in order to test its interlocking, continuous notions and reliability.

  • This paper proposes a prototype of a safe and reliable wheelchair robot with Human Robot Interaction (HRI). Since the wheelchair users are usually the handicapped, the wheelchair robot must guarantee the safety and reliability for the motion while considering users intention, A single color CCD camera is mounted for input user´s command based on human-friendly gestures, and a ultra sonic sensor array is used for sensing external motion environment. We use face and hand directional gestures as the user´s command. By combining the user´s command with the sensed environment configuration, the planner of the wheelchair robot selects an optimal motion. A Quantitative Model of System-Man Interaction Based on Discrete Function Theory

  • A quantitative model for a control system that integrates human operators, systems, and their interactions is developed based on discrete functions. After identifying the major entities and the key factors that are important to each entity in the control system, a quantitative analysis to estimate the recovery failure probability from an abnormal state is performed. A numerical analysis based on assumed values of related variables shows that this model produces reasonable results. The concept of 'relative sensitivity' is introduced to identify the major factors affecting the reliability of the control system. The analysis shows that the hardware factor and the design factor of the instrumentation system have the highest relative sensitivities in this model. T도 probability of human operators performing incorrect actions, along with factors related to human operators, are also found to have high relative sensitivities. This model is applied to an analysis of the TMI-2 nuclear power plant accident and systematically explains how the accident took place.

  • This study is to develop a cognitive paradigm including a new model of common cause human behavior error domain and to analyze their causal factors and their properties of common cause huamn error characteristics in software engineering.l A laboratory study was performed to analyze the common causes of human behavior domain error in software develoment and to indentify software design factors contributing to the common cause effects in common cause failure redundancy. The results and analytical paradigm developed in this resuarch can be applied to reliability improvement and cost reduction in software development for many applications. Results are also expected to provide training guideliness for software engineers and for more effective design of ultra-high reliabile software packages.

  • This research is on how people's trust in human-like AI-based service will influence customer engagement (CE). This study will discuss the relationship between trust and CE and explore how people's trust in AI affects CE when they lack knowledge of the company/brand. Items from the philosophical study of trust were extracted to build a scale suitable for trust in AI. The scale's reliability was ensured, and six components of trust in AI were merged into three dimensions: trust based on Quality Assurance, Risk-taking, and Corporate Social Responsibility. Trust based on quality assurance and risk-taking is verified to positively impact customer engagement, and the feelings about AI-based service fully mediate between all three dimensions of trust in AI and CE. The new trust scale for human-like AI-based services on social media sheds light on further research. The relationship between trust in AI and CE provides a theoretical basis for subsequent research.

  • 화학공정산업에서 화재, 폭발, 독성물질 누출의 대형사고로 인한 막대한 인적 물적 손실을 효과적으로 방지하기 위하여 기계적 오류와 연계하여 사람의 행동을 동적으로 제어하는 것이 필요하다. 석유화학공단을 비롯한 에너지산업시설에서의 대형사고는 기계적인 결함과 더불어 사람의 행동과 관련되어 있음에도 불구하고, 대부분의 연구는 시스템의 위험을 감소시키기 위하여 안전장치의 결함과 인간의 행동에 대하여 서로 연계를 지우지 않고 독립적으로 연구를 수행하여 왔다 본 연구에서는 화학공정산업의 안전을 향상시키기 위한 방법을 제시하기 위하여 기계적 고장과 인적오류를 동시에 고려하여 인적오류를 제어하고, 중요한 수행영향인자에 대하여 고찰하였다.
