For decades, Vietnam has been concerned about the need to improve human capital to meet the demands of a knowledge-based economy. The analysis of the country's current situation of human resources in terms of structure, quantity, and the quality shows that Vietnam's human resources are under-qualified compared with other countries in Southeast Asia, such as Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore. This poses significant challenges to the economy because the development of human resources is always an urgent requirement for a new economy with fast growth, like in the Vietnamese economy. To attract foreign investment capital and develop more strongly, human resources in Vietnam must have progressed in both quality and quantity. Therefore, the author conducts this study to find out the factors that directly affect the quality of human resources, thereby evaluating and offering appropriate solutions to improve the quality of current human resources in Vietnam. More specifically, through quantitative analysis and survey with data about 4000 employees in Ho Chi Minh City, the author has discovered that there are four important factors that make the difference in labor quality, which are age, gender, marital status, and education level of the workers.
The purpose of this study was to review university students' attitudes towards value-based consumption and their influences on it to the types of LOHAS lifestyle. The statistical analysis was based on a questionnaire survey by 275 subjects. Several attitude variables included in the study such as 'attitudes toward LOHAS lifestyle', 'environment', 'charity', 'need of business ethics', 'investment into socially responsible business', and 'good consumption'. By the results of the study, first, students' attitudes and concerns about the environment were positive, however, not expanded to the absolutely positive attitudes for their future society. Second, there is no clear relationship between their participation in the community and their attitudes to the LOHAS lifestyle. Third, university students' consumption was not based on the values of LOHAS, but on the attitudes to their own well-being. Fourth, groups with lower income and with no religious tendency revealed more positive attitudes toward LOHAS lifestyle than other groups. Fifth, there are some relations between LOHAS lifestyle and the individual's economic role performances such as the attitudes to 'environment', 'charity', 'need of business ethics,' 'investment into socially responsible business', and 'good consumption'.

The floor vibration aspect for building structures which are in need of large open space are influenced by the interrelation between natural frequency and working loads. Structures with a long span and low natural frequency have a higher possibility of experiencing excessive vibration induced by dynamic excitation such as human activities. These excessive vibrations make the residents uncomfortable and the serviceability deterioration. Need formulation of loads data through actual measurement to apply walking loads that is form of dynamic load in structure analysis. The loads induced by human activities were classified into two types. First type is in place loads. the other type is moving loads. A series of laboratories experiments had been conducted to study the dynamic loads induced by human activities. The earlier works were mainly concerned to parameters study of dynamic loads. In this Paper, the walking loads have been directly measured by using the measuring plate in which two load cells were placed, the parameters, the load-time history of walking loads, and the dynamic load factors have been analyzed. Moreover, the shape of the harmonic loads which were gotten by decomposition the walking loads have been analyzed , and the walking loads modeling have been carried out by composition these harmonic loads derived by functional relation.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify factors related to Vietnamese customers who use Korean medical and tourism services. The study was based on the Anderson Models Methods: Participants were 173 Vietnamese who were living in Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi in Vietnam. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, ${\chi}^2$, t-test and Multiple Logistic Regression. Results: Research necessary factors had the most significant effect among the preceding factors, possible factors and necessary factors. Human service and outstanding natural beauty of necessary factors had significant influence on customer intention to use. According to the result of the stepwise logistic regression analysis, the most important item in medical services was human service OR=1.89 (p=.014), and for tour services, outstanding natural beauty OR=4.30 (p=.033). The explained variance for customer intention to use was 91.9%. Conclusion: These results suggest the need to improve the human service and outstanding natural beauty to retain customers' intention to use.

As the provision of long-term care policy takes root and with a gradual increase in elderly population, the use of elderly care service has become a growing norm. More than ever, there exists an urgent need for a paradigm shift in the building of an institutional basis for the improvement of care service, from the prevalent practice of 'need based service' toward the concept of 'human rights based service'. A great focus is being shed on care-workers, at the 'front line' of advocating human rights, as their human rights advocacy behaviour is seen as a key variable in providing high quality care service for elders. This study aims to examine how care-workers' individual human rights awareness levels, and the influence of their respective organizations, as an environmental factor, affect their human rights advocacy behaviour. The study includes a comprehensive analysis of the interactions between the regulatory effect of environmental factors (service orientation?) on an organizational level, human rights awareness (individual level) and the service environment (organizational). The analysis sample consisted of 782 registered non-profit corporation of long-term care facilities all over the country in 2014. The findings of the thesis suggest that human rights awareness at individual levels has a significant influence on human rights advocacy behavior. The interaction of human resources management in service orientations was also found to influence human rights advocacy on a significant level. Both human rights awareness at individual level and service orientations at organizational level were thus determined as key variables for improving the human rights awareness of care worker in long-term care facilities in Korea.

The purpose of this study was to identify the knowledge level of human papilloma virus and performance of anti-cervical cancer vaccine among health college student in Korea. A quantitative, descriptive design was used to study 471 students in Ulsan, recruited from April 1 to May 30, 2011. The data were analyzed SPSS program, using descriptive statistics, t-test and ANOVA. The percentage of the participants who received HPV vaccination was 4.0%. The average level of health belief and knowledge about human papilloma virus were 3.05, 5.01 points. Therefore, it is needed to reduce HPV infection through concrete educational programs and advertisement. Also, this educational programs need to include strategies the knowledge of human papilloma virus.
Humans usually employ more joints than they actually need, and thus they can be categorized as a kinematically redundant system. Therefore, the behavior of the human body can be analyzed by several redundancy resolution algorithms. Different from typical industrial robots that are fixed to the ground, the COG/ZMP condition should be taken into account in the human body motion in order not to fall down. Thus a COG/ZMP stability index is employed as a measure of stability. Kinematic redundancy inherent in the human body can be exploited to satisfy the COG/ZMP condition. Simulation result shows that the COG/ZMP condition can be satisfied by exploiting the null space motion of the kinematically redundant human body model.

In order to examine the influences by the extreme weather changes on the human physical conditions, we need to undertake human biometeorology research such as the assesment on the extreme heat's influences on human health. Most of the preceding studied have been found to be focused on the influences by extreme heat on the human body, they used statistics on the daily mortality. But thismethod estimate an indirectly influences by extreme heat on the human body. So, to be able to predict the possible directly influences by the extreme heat on the physical conditions. We measure thermal stress by extreme heat.

As the old saying goes "a picture is worth a thousand words" data visualization is essential in almost every industry. Companies make Data-driven decisions and gain insights from visual data. However, there is a need to investigate the role of data visualization in human resource management. This review aims to highlight the power of data visualization in the field of human resources. In addition, visualize the latest trends in the research area of human resource and data visualization by conducting a quantitative method for analysis. The study adopted a literature review on recent publications from 2017 to 2022 to address research questions.
