In order to improve the safety of nuclear power plant, we performed a human factors review for the CFMS(Critical Function Monitoring system) design of nuclear power plant. Three works were performed in this study. In first work, we developed human factors engineering program plan(HFEPP) and human factors engineering verification and validation plan (HFE-V & V plan) to effectively perform CFMS design and review. In second work, we identified human engineering discrepancies(HEDs) for CFMS design through human factors design review and proposed those resolutions. In the third work, we developed the evaluation and management methodology for identified KEDs. Methodology developed in this study can be used in other complex system as well as in CFMS design review.

In the recent past, maritime safety research has been applied primarily to technological requirements and progression of regulations on standards of safety from which the ISM Code has resulted. Despite the engineering and technological innovations, significant marine casualties continue to occur, which indicates that human factors are an area requiring more focused attention. This paper aims to study the clear concept and its details of human factors in ship operating system through the investigation of researches presented so far. The purpose of studying human factors is to identify how the crew, the owners, the classification societies, and the regulatory bodies can work together to sever the chain of errors which are associated with every marine casualty. The human factors in ship operating system may be defined as the study and analysis of the interaction between the operator and system variables composing the system, most importantly the procedures and the crew and management follow.

Zoonoses are the diseases that are transmitted to human being from vertebrate animals either from livestock animals or from wildlife. Recently, zoonoses are increasingly common as a result of incremental human-animal contact. Propagative infections in wild animals and livestock are transmitted to human beings who are encountered with them. In general, wild animals can transmit infectious agents to livestock, and then livestock further transmit them to human being is a simple model of on how zoonotic diseases get transmitted to human being. This model emphasizes the importance of early detection of zoonoses by surveillance at its incipient stage. Cooperation between the respective ministries plays an important role in the identification of zoonoses and planning for the formulation of better preventive and control policy and strategy. We will be able to predict the occurrence of zoonotic diseases in human on the basis of disease trends in wildlife and livestock once when we obtain the surveillance data and data generated by respective ministries through sound cooperation and collaboration.

The concept of quality is revisited to evidence its applicability beyond the product and economic transaction level, to cover every kind of human and social relation. A very important extension indeed in this globalization era, where an increasingly interconnected world badly needs rules and means to improve quality, both at economic and political level. To that aim, some commonplaces about quality need to be exposed to criticism and the close connection between ″value″ and ″quality″ concepts must be highlighted. Generalization of the quality related concepts could appear to be just a theoretical issue were it not for the fact that it opens the door to the extension of ″quality management″ concepts to every kind of organization: from the company to the state to the planet. ″Managing for quality″ appears to be a fundamental issue for all human-made systems.

Purpose: This study is designed to explore web-site service quality factors in job information site for high quality human resource, and to test relationship among web service quality, image, user satisfaction, relationship quality, and loyalty intention. Methods: A survey tool was questionnaire that had obtained validity and reliability through literature survey and pretest survey, and sample 214 was analyzed through SEM using SPSS21.0 and AMOS21.0. Results: Web design and information offer affect Image and user satisfaction. Also, relationship quality turned out to be an important mediator between image and loyalty intention and between customer satisfaction and loyalty intention. Conclusion: This study shows that two factors in via of relationship quality, were important factors that related companies have to emphasize to raise performance, Also, in order to raise loyalty intention of customer, marketer should exert to well manage relationship quality having significance as a mediator.

This paper presents, with some actual cases of employing clear case, as a R&D project configuration management tool, a new methodology for the evaluation and enhancement of project performance in R&D organization. The purpose of this paper is to provide a review of the background information regarding to the impact of personal control over the physical work environment on satisfaction with work environment and creativity at work. Today creativity has a significant and special place in business especially in innovative organizations which need creative people to generate new, and useful ideas for produce new products, services, work methods, systems etc. Moreover the design and appearance of workspace and individual ability to control the ambient conditions of the workplace have significant effect on their behavior, satisfaction and overall outcome including creativity. So the result of this study will contribute towards enhancing the understanding of the effect of office design to enhance employees' creativity.

This study was a preliminary investigation into improving the environmental and healthy quality of childcare centers. The purpose of this study was to determine the management condition on indoor environment and hygiene of childcare centers in Cheongju. Questionnaire survey was carried out from 11st to 26th of August 2004 by mail. Respondents were consisting of 55 teachers, an executive of each childcare center in Cheongju. From the survey results, there were some problems in 'empty period after remodeling work for preventing sick house syndrome', 'humidity controling', 'glare controling', 'indoor or outdoor noise controling', 'cleaning frequency of each room', 'washing method of toys', 'laundry frequency of rag doll and bedclothes'. So, we need to establish the regulations or give some educations and informations about indoor environment and hygiene to administrators of childcare centers.

This study develops reeducation programs to satisfy needs conducted by the analyses of potential customers and present R&D education programs. The results of this study were derived using the data collected from 200 R&D researchers and control managers occupied in research centers. By analyses of the survey, results showed that the professional R&D reeducation institution and specialized education programs according to career and position were needed. To bring solution of the researcher's reeducation, the establishment of R&D Supreme Academy is essential for effective human resource development and management in R&D.
