  • RTE(Real Time Enterprise)라는 경영 기법이 21 세기에 대두 되면서 많은 기업들이 환경을 구축하기 시작 하고, 보험사들도 ERP 구축을 통하여 RTE 환경을 이루고자 노력하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 한국 보험사에 구축된 사례를 바탕으로 관리 회계 관점에서의 ERP 와 Legacy 시스템간의 인터페이스를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 유지 보수 단계의 문제점과 시스템 자원 이용의 비효율성 및 시스템 확장에 대한 요구 사항을 쉽게 수용 할 수 없는 구조로 구축 되었음을 알 수 있었다. 이에 대한 해결책으로써 Data Hub 신설 및 코드 항목의 독립 등을 포함한 효과적인 모델을 제시 하며, 그 결과로Disk 이용을 26 % 절약 하고, 유지 보수의 용이성 및 시스템 확정의 용이성을 확보 할 수 있다.

  • The purpose of this study is to define the optimized layer pattern of composite wind turbine blade by using a commercial FEM program and to perform the fatigue test of T-Bolt. FEM analysis is done by using a PATRAN and ABAQUS to get a information about stress distribution ,critical deformation shape and get a critical load factor in local buckling analysis. As a result of the linear and nonlinear structural analysis, layer pattern of blade was optimized. T-Bolt is a connecting part of wind turbine blade and rotor hub, therefore T-bolt is cirtical part of wind turbine blade. T-bolt fatigue test is conducted to get a information of life cycle of T-bolt. The test is done by using a hydraulic actuator system

  • The skid-steering method that applied a number of mobile robot currently is very effective in narrow area. But it contains several problems of its natural properties, slip, occurred by different direction between vehicle's driving and wheel's rotary.   • In this paper, a new sensorless vibration control scheme is proposed for a flexible manipulator system. A robust sliding mode controller incorporating with a ‘reaction moment observer’ used for the estimation of the reaction moment reciprocally acting on flexible arm and hub inertia is introduced to achieve desired control target. The rigid body dynamics of the single-link flexible manipulator is simply considered in the design of the sliding mode controller. Then, the reaction moment is estimated by the proposed reaction moment observer to suppress the residual vibration of the flexible arm. The performance of the proposed control scheme is verified by computer simulation and experiment.

  • Although there existed many types of manual/power hybrid wheelchairs, their use was not widespread because of their inconvenience in converting drive system and in folding frames. To carry a wheelchair in the car or to convert driving methods, some hard work of disassembling or exchanging wheels was required for most of currently available hybrid wheelchairs. In this study, the standard foldable manual wheelchair was reformed to a power wheelchair by installing the newly developed Axial Flux Permanent Magnet(AFPM) type of brush less direct current(BLDC) motor on each rear hub of wheelchair. This wheelchair could be driven by manual or electric power without exchanging. wheels, thus no additional work was needed for carriage or for power conversion. The developed wheelchair was evaluated for durability, stability, maneuverability, cost, and reliability in accordance with the Korean standards. The results indicated that the developed hybrid wheelchair was good enough for commercialization comparing to other imported wheelchairs.

  • Flexure bearings have been used in linear-resonant compressors to maintain a non-contacting clearance seal between the piston and cylinder. There are two types of tangential cantilever bearing and spiral arm bearing with flexure bearings. A newly devised linear flexure bearing (KIMM-Ml) for compression refrigeration machines is disclosed having improved tight gas clearance maintaining capability for better system performance. KIMM-Ml is an integrated device comprising an axially moving diaphragm with circumferentially arranged arc-shaped flexure blades secured between rim and hub spacers, which turn out to have higher radial stiffness than the one with circumferential tangential cantilever flexure blades. It is expected for KIMM-Ml to play a key role in designing long life, special purpose compression refrigeration machines by providing frictionless, non-wearing, linear movement and radial support for the machines as well as a gas clearance seal by maintaining extremely tight clearances between piston and cylinder.

  • With development of Asia's economy, the ports in trunk route have increased its handling capacity According to previous studies, main determinants to become hub-port are referred to location, connection inland transport with hinterland, port service availability and efficiency, cost of port handling, socio-economic stability and port information system etc. This study aims to investigate the changes in factors determine port's competitiveness particularly in Asian neighbor ports such as Hong Kong port and Shenzen port, and Singapore port and the Port of Tanjung Pelapas in Malaysia by comparing and analyzing main indicators relating to those ports. In conclusion, main reasons which gained competitiveness by newly developed ports such as Shenzen port and the Port of Tanjung Pelapas were port price and massive hinterland space offered.

원심펌프 회전차의 성능해석에 대한 전산해석적 연구 (Computational Study on the Performance of the Impeller Centrifugal Pump)

  • This paper reports the impeller performance of centrifugal pump, modified HES65-250. Developed CFD code uses SIMPLE algorithm, power-law scheme, standard k-$\epsilon$ turbulence model in curvilinear coordinate system. The calculations are conducted for 5 cases, from 0.6 to 1.4 of flow rate ratio with 0.2 increment. The flow characteristics inside of impeller are analysed. The results show that reversal flows exist at the inlet of impeller which have small rotary stagnation pressure. The obtained results are compared with the experimental data at impeller exit and shows good qualitative agreement.

유연한 단일축 로보트 팔의 위치제어 (A Study on Position control of a Flexible One-Link Robot Arm)

  • In this paper, an output feedback is used to reduce the effect of the vibration in the control of a flexible one-link robot arm. A PD control method with a time varying gain is proposed to improve the performance of the system in tip deflection and settling time for the step reference input. By making the change of feedback gain smoothly, th input torque can be made smooth. When there is a payload with unknown mass, an interpolation method which uses the inrehgrated value of the transient response of the hub angle is proposed for the estimation of teh payload mass. This method can be used when the reference input is known and we can get highly accurate estimate for the unknown payload. It is also demonstrated that flexible one-link arm can be controlled prettry accurately by an output feedback in a noisy environment without knowing the mass of the payload.

  • 본 논문에서는 무선 전력 전송 시스템의 어플리케이션을 실내 어플리케이션으로 확장하여 무선 에너지 허브 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 무선 에너지 허브 시스템은 높은 전력 밀도 및 비용 효과를 얻기 위하여 일반적인 무선 전력 전송 시스템에 비해 적은 Power Stage 및 능동 소자를 가지며 부하 단에서 요구하는 여러 가지 부하 종류에 대응할 수 있다. 또한 에너지 허브 시스템의 편리성을 높이기 위하여 2차 측 기구의 허용 가능한 배치 면적을 늘릴 수 있는 디자인 방법을 제시한다. 본 무선 에너지 허브 시스템은 500 W 급 시험 시스템을 통하여 시스템의 효용성 및 디자인 방법을 실험적으로 검증하였다.
