글로벌물류기업의 효율성 분석 (The Data Envelopment Analysis of Global Logistics provider)

  • 글로벌 물류기업은 효율성 분석을 통하여 경쟁력을 비교 할 수 있다. 글로벌 물류기업은 물류시설과 물류서비스를 체계적으로 활용하여 경영의 효율성을 높여야한다. 본 연구에서는 글로벌물류기업 상위 40개를 연구대상으로 효율성을 분석하였다. 글로벌물류기업에 대한 효율성 분석을 위한 산출요소로 연간 매출액을 사용하였다. 투입요소는 고용원수, 정보시스템 운용수, 창고운용수를 사용하였다. 효율적인 글로벌물류기업으로 CCR과 BCC 모형에서는 Panalpina, C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Maersk Logistics/Damco, Hub Group, Lander Global Logistics이다. 초효율성 분석은 Panalpina, (2.352), Hub Group (1.654), Maersk Logistics/Damco(1.526), Transplace(1.401), C.H. Robinson Worldwide (1.358), UPS Supply Chain Solutions(0.947), J.B.HUNT(0.839), PHONEX INTERNATIONAL(0.783), Kuehne + Nagel(0.782), DB Schenker Logistics(0.769)순으로 보여주고 있다. 마지막으로 글로벌물류기업의 고용원수, 정보시스템 운영수, 창고보유수의 벤치마킹에 대한 프로젝트를 제시하고 있다.

A Study on the Activation Plan of Busan Port (Focused on northeast feeder network service cost, From LA to China and Japan)

  • The purpose of this research is to suggest the activation plan of Busan port. In the past years, Busan port enjoyed the golden days because of the China's rapid economic growth. But China's continuous development of ports, the trend of increasing container ship size and increasing direct call to China are coming threats to Busan port. So Korea needs to revise the 'Northeast Logistics Hub' strategy because it is considered that Korea ports continuously will handle China's transshipment cargoes. But now China's transshipment cargo share has decreased by direct call to China ports. It means that China has a lot of its local cargoes, so many ship companies change liner service route to handle China cargoes except Bussan ports although Busan port is included in the main trunk route. In the future, Bussan port will not be able to compete again about throughput with China ports if Busan port's transshipment cargo share decreases. So we must find out and develop Busan port's strength which is the competitive edge. By good luck, Busan port has a few opportunities such as the developed feeder network service and geographical advantages. Busan port has many feeder network service like spider's web in any northeast countries so we can suggest that if Japanese shippers use Busan port to distribute their cargoes to Japanese local areas, its transport costs are cheaper than when they use Japan's main ports. In this paper analyzed side of cost when they use Bussan port like hub to distribute their cargo to their local areas. Because most companies tried to reduce the total cost about logistics. Finally, this paper suggests when northeast shippers(China, Japan) use Bussan port which is more economical than their local main ports.

저장-프로시저 기반의 비즈니스 프로세스 상호운용을 위한 XMDR Hub 프레임워크 (XMDR Hub Framework for Business Process Interoperability based on Store-Procedure)

  • 기업 내에는 여러 가지의 비즈니스 프로세스가 존재한다. 이러한 비즈니스 프로세스들은 eAI 솔루션을 이용하여 구동되고, 조정되면서 비즈니스 목적을 달성하게 된다. 그러나 ERP, PDM과 같은 기존에 구축된 레거시 시스템들과 협업하여 상호운용해야 하는 경우가 많다. 일반적으로 비즈니스 프로세스를 처리하는데 있어서 내부적으로 레거시 시스템상의 데이터베이스에 SQL질의 기반의 저장-프로시저를 이용하여 실제 데이터가 상호운용되고 있다. 하지만 프로세스 내의 데이터를 상호운용하는데 스키마 변환, 매칭, 매핑과 같은 이질성 문제가 발생한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 SQL 질의 기반인 저장-프로시저 레포지토리를 이용하여 비즈니스 프로세스 상호운용이 가능한 XMDR 허브 기반의 프레임워크를 제시한다. 이를 이용함으로써, 비즈니스 프로세스를 수행할 때 레거시 시스템간의 데이터 상호운용이 용이해진다.

일본 컨테이너항만의 위기와 대응전략 연구 (A Study on Japanese Container Ports crisis and Strategy)

  • Recognizing that the main container ports' status is gradually inclining, the Japanese government is driving forward the super hub port project. This project has three goals, unifying Japanese ports separating nationally, diminishing the port costs by 30 percents less than the current port costs of their competitors, and cutting down the lead time of processing import-export freight into 24 hours, Singaporean level. The project will work to some extent, if succeeding, but the effect is doubtful if it will be the fundamental solution of Japanese ports' crisis. I wrote this paper since I thought that this Japanese policy would serve as a good reference of Korea, which had two container ports system and its prospect was not good through the fact that the Busan ports' rank of dealing with containers fell down to the fifth in 2003.

유전자 알고리즘을 이용한 경제적 LAN 설계 (Economic Design of Local Area Networks using Genetic Algorithms)

  • In this paper, the design problem of local area networks is defined as finding the network topology minimizing cost subject to reliability constraint. The design problem includes issues such as multiple choices of link type for each possible link, multiple choices of hub type for each hub, and allocation of the users to the hubs. To efficiently solve the problem, a genetic approach is suggested. According to the experiments, the proposed approach improves search performance.

  • 기존의 배풍기 효율을 높이기 위해서 모터와 제어방식 그리고 임펠러 형상에 변화를 주는 시스템 설계에 관한 연구다. 본 논문에서는 임펠러 속도는 5500rpm으로 증가시키고 크기는 320mm에서 250mm로 줄였으며 효율과 최대 풍량을 향상키기기 위해 임펠러의 Hub/Tip 비율을 줄이며, 날개각도에 변화를 주는 방식을 제안한다. 여기서 Hub/Tip 비율이 줄어들면 임펠러 날개의 면적이 늘어나 유량이 증가하게 되고, 임펠러 중심 거리에 따른 날개 각도를 변화시키면 배풍기 속도에 대한 풍압과 풍량이 달라져 배풍기의 효율을 높일 수 있다. 설계된 구동용 SRM과 임펠러의 설계에 따른 운전 특성을 시뮬레이션을 통해 해석하고자 한다.

  • China has experienced repid economic growth since it opened its economic market. Apparently, China tends to follow the worldwide trends and it plans to play a leading role in the world. As China has become a global manufacturing center as well as a manufacturing powerhouse with its high economic growth rate, China's logistics industry has entered a stage of fast growth and the demand of logistics infrastructure and third party logistics service are increasing rapidly. This study is to present some efficient entering strategies of Korean logistics firms in China by examining the current situations of logistics industry in China and some business strategies of international logistics firms in China. From the research which sees consequently investigated a various policy, a system and a law about chinese logistics industry and present condition of the Chinese goods enterprise and instance analysis of the large Chinese corporation that branch out to undeveloped markets led and a Chinese logistics industry and problem point escape hereafter the heightening of competitiveness plan which is rational under presenting boil.

  • The government have plans to improve the railway transport capacity and transport hub for the sustainable national transport and logistics system. Specially, there are much efforts to improve transportation capacity such as high speed transportation of rail freight, enlargement of BT train, development of double stack train, etc. between railway transport hubs. If the transport capacity between railway logistics hubs is increased as planned, we must increase the handling capacity of railway hub terminals. But there are limits to enlarge the terminal infrastructure because of investment scale, location circumstances and urban development plans. To ensure the capacity, with the minimum required enlargement of infrastructure, it is necessary to extremely increase the efficiency of terminal operations. For improving the efficiency, we have to introduce the efficient terminal operation systems based on u-IT and operation optimize technologies. In this paper, we analyse the issues and problems of railway terminals(including ICD) and suggest the concept of intelligent railway terminal and the construction components of technology.

스마트무인기 축소형 비행체 개발 (Development of the Scaled Vehicle of Smart UAV)

  • 스마트무인기의 기본 비행성능 파악과 비행제어 알고리즘의 검증을 위하여 40% 축소형 비행체를 개발하였다. 축소형 비행체는 실물기와 유사한 형태의 짐발 허브와 드라이브 장치를 채택하였으며 강제 공랭 방식의 왕복엔진을 장착하였다. 축소형 비행체 주요 부품에 대한 다양한 시험을 수행하였고 조립된 축소형 비행체의 지상시험 및 호버링 시험을 통하여 주요 성능과 기계적 내구성을 확인하였다.

동북아 물류중심국가를 향한 초고속 해상수송체계 구축연구 (A Development Plan for High Speed Container Carriers System to Attain the Logistic Hub-Center on the Far-Eastern Pacific)

  • A strategic planning to attain a Marine Logistic Transportation Center on the Far-Eastern Pacific is investigated and is being reviewed at the NTRM Vision IV. Utilizing high speed super-sized container carriers, 15,000TEU and 35knots, between the two hub-ports, a western coast city of the United States and Kwangyang/Busan of South Korea, are motivated by now highly successful shipbuilding and maritime industries. SMART, 330MW thermal power plant under planning, will greatly expedite the transfer of cargoes across the Pacific. A sizable effort is required to achieve the goal, but the reward will also be very great, technically, economically, socially and geo-politically.
