This paper deals with a capacitated ring-star network design problem (CRSNDP) with node capacity constraints. The CRSNDP is formulated as a mixed 0-1 integer problem, and a 2-phase heuristic solution procedure, ADD & VAM and RING, is developed, in which the CRSNDP is decomposed into two subproblems : the capacitated facility location problem (CFLP) and the traveling sales man problem (TSP). To solve the CFLP in phase I the ADD & VAM procedure selects hub nodes and their appropriate capacity from a candidate set and then assigns them user nodes under node capacity constraints. In phase II the RING procedure solves the TSP to interconnect the selected hubs to form a ring. Finally a solution of the CRSNDP can be achieved through combining two solution of phase I & II, thus a final design of the capacitated ring-star network is determined. The analysis of computational results on various random problems has shown that the 2-phase heuristic procedure produces a solution very fast even with large-scale problems.

We proposed the concatenation of logistics' Information to constructing the intelligent logistics city that is to manage efficiently cargo distribution as providing at real-time information of cargo location trace and management through the Telematics/RFID. Case of the Incheon of the "Air Logistics Hub", this area is on an increasing trend on the quantity of cargo transport of the Air & Sea cargo system until 2006. As intelligent project of the Air's and the Sea's field is independently developed at each area, it is a problem on the concatenation of logistics' information such as freight location trace and management, operation management and route information of cargo vehicles. Therefore, we propose the advanced transport service model for the concatenating smoothly of Air & Sea cargo system. In this paper, we only manage the model of Air & Sea cargo system of the advance logistics city.

신 행정수도 건설은 지난 16대 대통령선거에서 노무현 후보가 당선됨으로써 참여정부의 핵심 국정과제로 부상했다. 그러나 신 행정수도 건설에 대한 회의론 내지 반대론을 제기하는 사람들이 적지 않다. 신 행정수도 건설의 실현가능성에 의문을 품는 사람들, 통일 이후 신 행정수도 건설을 고려하자는 신중론자들, 그리고 신 행정수도 건설이 수도권 문제 해결과 지역균형발전을 위한 적절한 정책수단이 아니라는 반대론자들이 있다. 이런 상황에서 참여정부의 일차적 당면과제는 회의론자들과 반대론자들을 설득해 신 행정수도 건설에 대한 국민적 지지기반을 넓히는 일이다. 이를 위해 본 논문은 신 행정수도 건설의 논거를 제시하고 이 공약의 성공적 이행을 위해 고려해야 할 몇 가지 과제들에 관해 논의한다. 먼저, 수도권 집중의 실태와 폐해를 살펴보고, '전국이 고루 잘 사는 나라'의 비전을 스위스 사례를 들어 제시한 다음. 역대 정부의 지역균형발전정책 및 지방분권정책의 성과를 점검한다. 이어 신 행정수도 건설의 의의가 '서울 존(尊) -지방 비(卑)' 의 서울주의 차별문화를 청산하고, 서울을 하나의 지방으로 인식시키는 국토평등화의 계기를 마련하며, '분권분산형 국가'와 '동북아 허브(Hub)국가' 건설을 추동하는 데 있음을 강조한다. 더불어 신 행정수도가 통일한국의 항구적 행정수도로 건설되어야 할 이유를 논변한다. 마지막으로, 신 행정수도 건설에 수반된 몇 가지 과제들. 즉. 국민의 동의 절차. 신 행정수도의 인구규모, 신 행정수도의 법적 지위, 신 행정수도 건설과 지방분권 및 지방혁신의 관계 등에 대한 필자의 견해를 밝힌다.

본 논문은 모로코의 종교적 배경과 역사문화적 특징을 이해함으로써 모로코 이민자들의 정착문제나 다양한 목적의 모로코 협력을 위한 방안을 체계화하고자 하였다. 모로코는 교역에서 개방적이고, 사회 문화적 면에서는 전형적이다. 스페인과 프랑스 등 서구 유럽문화의 교류를 해왔지만 전형적인 무슬림을 유지한다. 특히 모로코가 과거 삼각교역의 중심지로써, 디아스포라와 물류 허브였고 북미로 진출하였다. 앞으로도 글로벌 다각교역의 문화확산의 교두부역할은 한다. 지금은 모로코 교역이 프랑스를 비롯한 유럽지역을 중심으로 형성되어 있다. 이는 아프리카 지역의 개방화와 산업화의 진전으로 한국을 비롯한 세계 각국에서도 접하게 된다. COVID-19이후 소프트파워가 여성 접근성을 높이고 있다. 모로코에 대한 비즈니스적인 진출이나 서비스 금융 및 지역적 차원의 접근을 위한 글로벌 삼각 전략지로써, 우리는 한국의 소프트파워인 문화적 산업 및 서비스를 현지에서 수용하게 됨을 방증한다.
