국내 친환경 건축 모델하우스에 대한 비교 연구 (The Comparative Study for Green Building model house design in Korea)

  • The "Eco-friendly", "Green" concepts was began around 1992 after the Rio Environmental Summit, and the need for sustainable development globally widespread. The green building certification system was began around 2000 and the concept of green building was started in the late 1990s. The green building, which welcomes a period of radical change, is for the survival of the Earth "climate change" and reducing energy consumption in building sector. In this architecture of eco-friendly concept, the green building is rapidly expanding and existing as a ecological environment preservation. Moreover, the realization of zero energy house is to mandate for new buildings in 2025. The aim of further eco-friendly is through the prior ecosystems to restore and product energy for the 9 Green Building model houses in this paper. Building in the concept of ecology is to show about change into 7R's from the 3R's. The "Reduce", "Reuse", "Recycle" consisting of "3R's" is correlated with the traditional to the present Green Building Design. U.S. NCARB (National Council of Architectural Registration Boards) change into the concept of 7R's as "Receive", "Restore", "Respect" and "Remember", added to "3R's". In this paper, the 9 Green Building model houses do not meet the criteria of 7R's. But, the Green Tomorrow of Samsung C & T Corporation meet the 6 criteria for 7R's. This company is most comfortable at low carbon Green Building model houses. Conclusionally, introduction of eco-friendly technologies and amenities for the health of human and natural community life is to advance eco-friendly construction and enhance brand value of housing. By the way, The problem of eco-friendly architecture is initial investment and maintenance. Therefore, eco-friendly architecture and government has to try solving of this difficulty.

공동주택 단위주거의 친환경 계획요소에 대한 전문가 의식조사 (Practitioners' Awareness of Planning Features for Environment-Friendly Apartment unit)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out awareness of the environment-friendly planning elements for residential unit space among practitioners. The respondents in this questionnaire survey were 140 practitioners in architecture and interior design field. The major findings of this study were as follows; most of the respondents were aware of the impact of indoor built environment on residents' wellness. In addition, the survey respondents viewed that the factors for planning environment-friendly high-rise apartments were represented by gardening and energy-saving while their perception on the concept excluded comprehensive components affecting residents' life quality. Over 50% of respondents had an experience of applying environment-friendly planning elements in their works, and high frequency appeared on the general planning elements which had been applied special awareness as pro-environmental features. The respondents considered environment-friendly planning elements as important. Specially, space planning and system were considered more likely important in interior design field. In application of environment-friendly planning elements, cost, lack of consumers' awareness of and underdevelopment of environment-friendly materials were of concern. Therefore, the consumer's cognition needs to be improved for wide application about environment-friendly planning element, and then consumers are willing to pay additional construction cost of environment-friendly apartments. At the same time, the current practice that housing developers pass the additional cost on to residents needs to be changed. Then, the quality of life in high-rise residential settings can be improved. More importantly, the exchange and development of the reliable information on environment-friendly planning elements need to be made, and technical support and long-term policy for the development are required. This research showed current status of knowledge and practice in sustainable planning of unit apartment and proved basic information for future direction.

지분형 주택분양제도의 성공적인 도입을 위한 영향요인 분석 (Evaluation of Influence Factors in order to introduce Share-styled Apartment House Successfully)

  • 정권 교체기마다 주택 및 부동산 정책은 항상 논쟁의 대상이 되어 왔다. 우리나라의 경우 특히, IMF 금융위기의 회복기를 거치면서 부동산 버블현상이 조성되었고, 이는 무주택 서민들의 내 집 마련에 대한 부담과 불안감을 가중시켰다. 이에 대한 대책으로 정부에서는 2008년 상반기에 아파트 소유에 투자의 개념을 접목한 '지분형 주택분양제도'를 도입하여 서민형 아파트를 대상으로 2008년 하반기부터 시행을 계획하였으나, 투자자들로 하여금 적정 수익을 보장하기가 어렵고, 10년의 전매 제한이 있는 등 실효성에 대한 불투명 때문에 아직 준비단계에 머무르고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지분형 주택분양제도의 도입에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 공급자, 투자자, 실구매자 계층으로 나누어 계층별 영향요인간 중요도를 조사하고, 또한 각 분야의 전문가들을 대상으로 한 개선방향 인식 분석자료를 바탕으로 정책적 방향과 개선과제들을 연구하였다.

공공건설사업 직할시공제 적용의 문제점 및 효율적 적용 방안 (Efficient Application of Multi-Trade Contract Method to Public Construction Project)

  • 보금자리주택 건설에서 분양가 인하의 하나의 방안으로 직할시공제가 도입되었다. 특정 발주방식을 대규모 공공건설사업에 적용 할 경우 본격적인 적용이전에 해당 발주방식에 대한 각계의 논의를 수렴하고 해당 발주방식이 사업성과에 미치는 영향을 다각도로 분석할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공공건설사업에의 직할시공제 적용에 따른 공사비, 공사기간, 품질, 리스크 등 사업성과에 미치는 영향을 전문가 면담과 해외사례 조사를 통해 분석하고, 이러한 문제점들을 해결하고 공공건설사업에의 직할시공제의 효율적 적용을 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 먼저 직할시공제하에서는 발주자의 업무가 대폭적으로 증가하므로 해당 공공발주자 조직에서 증가된 업무 수행이 가능한지를 점검해야 하고, 이에 따른 발주자 조직과 업무절차의 변화가 필요하다. 아울러 직할시공제의 효율적 적용을 위해 다중시공기반 CM방식 등 다양한 수행방식을 적용 할 필요가 있으며, 공사관리 절차 및 시스템 구축, 협력업체 강화 등이 필요하다.

공동주택에서 각 실 문의 개폐에 따른 환기 특성 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Open and Closed Room Doors on Apartment Ventilation Characteristics)

  • The objective of this study is to propose basic design guidelines for more effective air ventilation system in apartments. It is well known that ventilation depends on whether the room doors are open or closed as well as people's living patterns. This study considers 84 ㎡-sized apartment which has extended living room without balcony. Ventilation of bathroom and kitchen is not considered. The height of the building, external air pressure and air infiltration through the windows are also neglected. The regulation on indoor air quality made it mandatory that the air change per hour be more than 0.7. Four models are suggested to study the effect of open and closed doors. Models 1 and 3 are open door types and models 2 and 4 are closed door types. The open types have 50 mm hole near the top of the door to substitute exhaust outlet. The ventilation effectiveness was evaluated by 3-dimensional numerical simulation using finite volume method by a commercial software. This work compares air flow, temperature of air, age of air and the efficiency of ventilation of apartments with wooden doors of bedroom 1 and 2, which are open or closed.

자산기반매핑을 이용한 가난정보 구축에 관한 연구 (Asset-based Mapping Approach to Design for Poverty Informations)

  • 자산관리 및 자산매핑은 공학, 산업, 경영 및 금융등 여러 분야에서 관심 있게 연구되고 실무에 활용되고 있지만 각기 다른 차원에서 해석되고 있다. 대부분 물리적, 자원적 그리고 디지털 자산에 대한 관리 및 운영 그리고 유지보수에 상당한 연구성과가 있지만, 개인, 가구 또는 사회가 근본적으로 필요로 하는 여러가지의 유형 및 무형자산에 대한 관리는 기존의 자산관리 개념으로는 한계가 있는 듯 싶다. 본 연구에서는 개념적 핵사드 자산모델 제시하고 자산증가, 감소 등 여러 변화를 설명할 수 있는 기하학적 표현을 시도하였다. 특히 물리적 및 자연적 자산이 가난을 벗어나게 할 수 있는 중요한 요소로 판단되어 3차원적 수치지도를 자산관리에 도입하고 또한 가난정보구축을 지원할 수 있는 새로운 접근의 자산기반 정보를 소개하였다.

CPV모듈의 2차 광학계 특성에 따른 성능분석 (Performance Analysis of CPV Modules for Optimizing Secondary Optical Elements)

  • Concentrator photovoltaic (CPV) system consists of high-quality complex optical elements, mechanical devices, and electronics components and can have the advantages of high integration and high-efficiency energy sources. III-V compound semiconductor cells have proven performance based on high reliability in the aerospace field, but have characteristics that require absolute support of the balance of systems (BOS) such as solar position trackers, receivers with heat sinks, and housing instruments. To determine the optimum parameters of secondary optical elements (SOEs) design for CPV systems, we designed three types of CPV modules, classified as non-SOEs type, reflective mirror type, and CPC lens type. We measured the I-V and P-V characteristics of the prototype CPV modules with the angle of inclination varying from 0° to 12° and with a 500-magnification Fresnel lens. The experimental results assumed misalignment of the solar position tracker or module design of pinpoint accuracy. As a result, at the 0° tilt angle, the CPC lens produced lower power due to the quartz transmittance ratio compared to that by other SOEs. However, for tilt angles greater than 3°, the CPC lens type module achieved high efficiency and stability. This study is expected to help design high-performance CPV systems.

독신가구의 경제생활에 대한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on the Economic Life of Single Households)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the economic lives of single households with the age of 30 through less than 50. The economic life was examined in three aspects; income, assets, and consumption expenditures and patterns. One hundred sixty single households were surveyed, with questionnaires for 15days from April 1 to April 15 of 2002, and analyzed with descriptive statistics. The results were as follows: about 30.8% of total single households in the sample were in the income group of 1,500,000 thought less than 2,000,000 won. The size of income for the 30's was less than that for the 40's. Compared with male single households, female single households were more in both low and high levels of income. The saving rate tended more or less to be low. The more the age, the higher the saving rate. As for debt, the 40's single households, male single households, high school single households (compared to the 30's single households, female single households, university and graduate single households, respectively) were relatively higher. In general, the single households tended to have debts due to preparation for housing, credit over use. The assets tended to be managed by themselves. The economic preparation for the old life was done by banking system rather than insurance. The average monthly living costs was higher in the age of the 40's single than the age of the 30's single. The living costs of the female single households was higher or lower than those of the male single households. As for consumption patterns, there was the most in the expenditure allocation for food away from home, then for culture entertainmentㆍsocial life, and for clothing and shoes. As for the convenience of the consumption life in overall, there were more responses in moderation and inconvenience than in convenience.

공공공사 성과측정을 위한 사후평가항목 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Reformation Proposal of Post-Evaluation Indicator for Performance Measurement in the Public Construction)

  • 국내 건설산업은 활발한 해외시장 개척 및 정부의 주택보급정책 등에 의해 양적인 성장을 이루어 왔으나 최근 경쟁력 중심의 새로운 전략적 성장에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 공공건설사업의 성과측정을 필요로 하게 되었다. 현재 건설공사 완료 후 타당성 분석결과를 검증하고 공사내용 및 효과를 조사 ${\cdot}$분석하여 향후 유사 건설사업에 활용하기 위하여 2000년 3월부터 ${\lceil}$건설기술관리법 시행령 제 38조의18${\rfloor}$${\lceil}$건설공사 사후평가 시행지침('01.05.10, 건관 58824 -318)${\rfloor}$에 의한 '건설공사 사후평가'제도를 제정하여 시행하고 있으나 이에 대한 인식도 및 활용도가 미미한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 건설공사 사후평가시스템을 추후 유사 공사에 적극적으로 활용 될 수 있도록 평가항목 및 절차에 대한 개선방안 및 예비평가항목을 제시하였다.

오염농도 분포 해석을 통한 공동주택의 자연환기성능 향상을 위한 평면계획 (Planning of Apartment Units for Improving Natural Ventilation Performance based on the Analysis of Indoor Pollutant Concentrations)

  • Before occupation of an apartment housing, the builders are required to inform the test result of IAQ to the public. However, there is no simplified method to predict IAQ before measurement of pollutant concentration. In this study, a simplified way of predicting IAQ based on the distribution of indoor pollutant concentration is proposed. 7 different cases of air change rate have been simulated through CFD analysis to get the distribution ratio of each pollutant material and then simplified functions were used with CRIAQ1 values derived from CFD simulation to evaluate by comparing the influence of each material in the indoor pollutant concentration. Again, a lot of efforts which can improve the indoor air quality have been performed. Materials used in indoor space are labeled with their pollutant emission level. Installation of ventilation system in residential buildings will be regulated by a building codes sooner or later. But it is important to understand the fact that layout of walls, location or size of openings will influence the indoor air flow and pollutant concentration. And location of emitting material influences to indoor air pollutants distribution. But until now there is few recognition and consideration of these factors. Therefore, in this paper the effects of these factors is proved and some kind of guideline is made for designers after a comparison of typical apartment floor plan and a new type plan with their average pollutant concentration and its distribution of each room. CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics) program was used to show the indoor air flow and pollutant concentration distribution. For this purpose, a typical $100m^2$ apartment floor plan was chosen as a case study model and several alternatives were reviewed to improve the IAQ performance. The simulation took place in the condition of natural ventilation through windows.
