친환경 지능형 건축 Component system 개발을 위한 요소기술 분석 (Analysis of key technology for the development of environmentally-friendly intelligent housing component system)

  • 전 세계적으로 환경에 대한 관심이 고조되는 가운데 각 산업에서의 환경보호를 위한 노력이 꾸준히 진행되고 있다. 건설분야에서도 환경보존 을 노력이 지속되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 친환경성, 고내구성, 가변성, 갱신성능 그리고 쾌적성 등의 종합적인 성능을 갖춤으로써 미래형 건축물의 기본요소가 될 수 있는 친환경 지능형 건축 Component system 제안을 위한 요소기술 분석에 초점을 맞추었다. 친환경 지능형 건축 Component system 개발을 위해 요구되는 성능을 파악한 후 그 성능을 구현시키기 위한 요소기술을 분석한 결과, SI주택과 Home Automation 기술이 주요 요소기술로 도출되었다. 그리고 이론 및 문헌 고찰을 통해 도출된 요소기술의 개념 및 개발동향에 대하여 대해 살펴본 후 최종적으로 이러한 기술요소의 융합을 통한 친환경 지능형 건축 Component system 을 제안하였다.

철도차량 접촉사고자 보호 에어백 개발연구 (Development and Feasible Study of Train to Pedestrian Protection Airbag)

  • This paper deals with the development and feasible study of the train to pedestrian protection airbag. The concept of the airbag system is to protect the pedestrian like as workers on railroad. The airbag system includes cushions, gas generators, a housing, sliding fixture, anti-bouncing airbag, and a leg protection bumper. Those things were designed and fabricated. The performance of the airbag system was evaluated in the sense of the static deployment test, drop test, dynamic motion test and field(train level) test. The deployment logic, TTF(Time to fire), and the inner pressure of the cushion were also investigated for the airbag.

  • 함정 전투체계의 운용개념 및 탐색 레이더의 운용성능을 고려하여 설계된 안테나는 반도체형 송수신기들로 구성된 능동배열안테나 시스템이다. 안테나 시스템을 구성하는 전자장비들을 배치하면, 전체 형상은 상당히 큰 크기의 박스 형태가 된다. 함정 마스트에 장착되어 기계적으로 회전하는 안테나 시스템은 가혹한 외부 환경으로부터 내부 장비를 보호하기 위해 밀폐된 하우징을 사용한다. 하우징의 외부형상을 결정할 때, 기존 설계는 강풍이 존재하더라도 정상 회전 유지가 중요한 설계 고려 요소이다. 최근에 함정의 생존성을 증대시키기 위해 저피탐 설계가 요구된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 저피탐 설계요소를 추가하여 제안된 4 가지 모델에 대해서 외부 형상 설계를 분석하였다.

Machine Learning Approach to the Effects of the Superstore Mandatory Closing Regulation

  • Purpose - This paper is aimed to analyze the effects of the mandatory closing regulation targeting large retailers, which has been implemented since 2012 to protect small retailers. We examine the changes in consumers' choice of retailers and their purchasing patterns of agri-food following the implementation of such regulation. Research design, data, and methodology - Household spending patterns were identified through the historical data of household food purchase, consumer panel provided by the Rural Development Administration. Clustering was employed to determine the household spending patterns. Moreover, the different household spending patterns before and after the regulation were comparatively studied. The patterns of consumers' choice of retail stores and shopping baskets by the type of retailers, derived from the respective datasets before and after the regulation, were compared to analyze the effects of the regulation. Results -After the regulation, some consumers who used to shop at large retailers before the regulation changed their shopping places to small retailers. However, the product categories that consumers had mainly purchased before the regulation were rarely changed even after the regulation. Conclusions - Although the regulation helped migrate some of the consumers to small retailers, the regulation seemed to have failed to stimulate consumers to purchase the goods, normally bought at large retailers, from traditional markets. In other words, traditional markets are not effective substitutes for regulation-affected retailers.

공동주택 개발사업 수주를 위한 사업타당성 분석모델 개발 (Development of Feasibility Analysis Model for Developer-requested Housing Projects)

  • 최근 건설경기가 침체됨에 따라 건설사들은 고부가가치의 자체개발사업 비중을 높이려는 경향을 보이고 있는 실정이나, 여전히 시행사가 제안한 사업을 수주하는 형태의 공동주택 개발사업이 주를 이루고 있다. 공동주택 개발사업의 성패에 큰 영향을 미치는 사업타당성 분석에 관한 많은 연구들이 진행되었지만 주로 경제적 수지측면에서의 타당성 검토에 높은 비중을 두고 있었으며, 공동주택 개발사업 전반에 걸친 분석항목 및 평가기준에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 또한 분석항목들이 너무 세분화되어 있으며 이론적인 부분에 치중함에 따라 실무에 적용하기에 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 건설업체가 공동주택 개발사업 수주 시 사업타당성 분석을 보다 효율적으로 수행하고 결과의 정확성을 높여 성공적인 수주를 할 수 있도록 사업추진 절차의 흐름에 따른 사업타당성 분석항목 및 정량화된 평가기준을 설정하고 이를 체계화한 모델을 개발하였으며 사례적용을 통해 모델의 신뢰성을 평가하였다. 연구를 통해 분석항목을 대항목, 중항목, 소항목으로 분류하였고 중요도 설문결과 분양성 검토, 수지분석, 사업부지, 자금조달의 항목이 중요하게 고려해야 할 요소로 평가되었다. 한편 분석모델을 3개 사업에 적용한 결과, 모델의 신뢰성은 충분한 것으로 판단되나 추후에 보다 많은 사례에 적용하여 검증해야 할 것이다.

  • In this paper, polymer housing arrester has very good characteristics in design versatility as well as excellent resistance to moist ingress and pollution performance. For the presented of the characteristics evaluation and technology of disk spring and knuckle structure of FRP to filament winding seems to protect the arrester elements from moisture absorption. The achievement in the research and technology will contribute to the showed very good characteristic in adhesion of terminal cap and FRP cylinder for outdoor arresters and domestic products of high voltage power distribution arrester.

청소년 친화적인 공동주택 공간특성에 관한 연구 - 수원 A지역 현상설계안을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Spatial Characteristics for Adolescents-friendly in the Apartments Design - Focused on the Design Competition of Suwon A District -)

  • For the young period, privacy is a crucial factor in establishing one's own identities, values and relationships. The capacity of residential environment to protect individual's privacy takes considerable part in influencing psychological and physiological development of adolescents. This study analyzed adolescents residential values and the elements of spatial plans for the passage and outdoor in Apartment Design Competition of Suwon A district in 2008. One hundred and ten middle and high school students living in Metropolitan area were selected and questionnaire was conducted during February 7 to February 15 in 2009. The data was analyzed by SPSS 11.0 program using one-way ANOVA and crosstab. The study results were summarized as follows; First, the adolescents valued 'safety' the most, regardless of their age and gender and the safety of adolescents commuting should be considered. Second, protecting their own private territories was next important element among other elements. Privacy can be protected by using movable walls, changing the doorway, dividing parents' and adolescents independent territory. Third, in terms of convenience, choosing location of children's room and walking way should be considered. Forth, from the survey, demand for indoors leisure activity was highly valued and required for aesthetic point of view. Considering the sculptures and facilities must satisfy the aesthetics and practicality. Fifth, in terms of social needs, 61.6% of people answered positively to the community facilities for social relationship. Residential environment affects enormous part of adolescents emotional and academic development. Therefore, designing residential areas for adolescents friendly should reflect the demands for safety, territory, convenience, aesthetic and social life.

우리 나라의 하수도현황과 전망 (State of Swerage Systems and Prospects in Korea)

  • This study reviewed the current status and problems of sewerage system in Korea and then proposed possible methods to correct the problems. Also, evaluation of future development in sewerage system is included. It can be summarized as follows : 1. Investment in sewerage system is relatively low . 0.23% of GNP, Considering that the investment portion is 0.35% in OECD and 0.63% in Japan, it should be increased further. 2. The reasons wily the investment in sewerage system is low can be ' (1) Low priority is given to the investment in sewerage system. Local government builds and operates its own wastewater treatment plant. Local government as well as residents prefer to invest their money in roadwork, housing and parks to in wastewater treatment facilities because of greater investment effects. (2) Besides capital investment, more maintenance cost is needed for sewerage system. Proper operation of wastewater treatment facilities requires a well-trained operator. Because of public conception that operation of wastewater treatment facility is a dirty job, it is difficult to find a well-trained operator. (3) It is difficult to estimate the effect of sewerage system (4) Cost required to build and maintain wastewater treatment facility should be paid by people, who benefit from the facility. People to benefit are sometimes different from people to pay. 3. Advanced treatment is necessary to protect the bay aura and raw water source as well as to prevent eutrophication of lakes and ponds. 4. Wastewater treatment facility were mainly build in big cities during the decade of 1980. Followings should be solved first to expand the facilities. (1) Rapid repair and construction of sewer. (2) Technical development of wastewater treatment . Prevention of efficient and economical wastewater . Development of efficient and economical wastewater treatment techniques . Development of high-efficiency treatment using bioreactor . Reuse of wastewater treatment plant effluent (3) Sludge treatment and disposal . Composting of sludge cakes . Development of techniques to reduce the volume of sludge cake : incineration and reuse of sludge ash and slag. (4) Utilization of wastewater treatment facilities . Construction of community parks or sports families(ie, on the tops of the covered aeration tanks and sedimention tanks) Construction of wastewater treatment facilities under ground and of parking facilities and community parks above ground. (5) Education of wastewater treatment personal.

개발제한구역관리계획의 환경성 강화방안 연구 - 수도권 개발제한구역관리계획을 대상으로 - (A Study on the Environmental Enhancement of the Development Restricted Zone(DRZ) Management Plan)

  • Under the 「National Land Planning and Utilization Act」, Development Restriction Zones(DRZ) is one of the designated use district where the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport deems it necessary to control urban development in order to prevent urban sprawl and conurbation and ensure a healthy living environment for citizens by conserving the natural environment surrounding metropolitan cities. DRZ was first designated around the Seoul Metropolitan city in 1971, and had been expanded to the 14 metropolitan areas across the country since 1977. The designated areas were accounted for about 5.4% of the total national land and its importance was demonstrated by contributing to control urban sprawl, curbing real estate speculation, and providing green space to citizens. However, DRZ has been repeatedly relaxed its regulations and allowed development under government. As a result, much of the green areas was damaged and several cities were merged and extended(conurbation). In particular, deregulation implemented for the purpose of securing land as part of national projects and local outstanding business(i.g. constructions of national rental housing, industrial complex, and international stadium) have caused continuous environmental damage around the metropolitan cities. In addition, the habitat fragmentation is in serious situation. Thus, the systematic plans for managing DRZ are necessary, since it is concerned that urban environment become deteriorate in the mid- to long-term. This study aims to continuously protect the urban environment from lifting DRZ. Therefore, firstly, we examined the environmental status through analyzing DRZ Management Plan which shall be drawn up by the Special Metropolitan City Mayor, the Metropolitan City Mayor or the Mayer/Do governor having jurisdiction, every five years to collectively manage DRZ. Secondly, we investigated the actual condition in DRZ based on the case study of Management Plan in Metropolitan areas(i.e. Seoul Metropolis, Gyeonggi-do, and Incheon Metropolis). Finally, we suggested the seven feasible improved political plan for managing DRZ.

플라스틱 온실의 폭설피해 방지를 위한 가지주 장치 개발 (Development of a Temporary Pole Supporting System to Protect the Plastic Greenhouses from Heavy Snow Damage)

  • The pipe framed and arch shape plastic greenhouse, which is the most popular greenhouse in Korea, is relatively weak in snowdrift. Reinforcement of rigid frame or column is required to reduce the damage from heavy snow in this type. But additional rigid frames or columns decrease light transmissivity or workability, and increase construction cost. So it is desirable to prepare some temporary poles and to install them when the warning of heavy snow is announced. This study was carried out to develop the temporary pole supporting system using galvanized steel pipes for plastic housing and to evaluate the safe snow load on a temporary pole. A pipe connector, which is inserted in the top of pipe used in the temporary pole and supports the center purline, was designed and manufactured to be able to carry the upper loads safely. And a bearing plate was safely designed and manufactured in order to carry the loads acting on it to the ground. When temporary poles of ${\phi}$ 25 pipe are installed at 2.4m interval, it shows that the single span plastic greenhouses with 5~7 m width are able to support the additional snow depth of 13.9~25.3 cm beyond the snow load supported by main frame.
