Investigation of Actural State of Plastic Greenhouse Structures in Korea (플라스틱 하우스의 구조 실태의 조사 연구)

  • The objective of this study was to disclose the problem of structural safety and the state of utilization of standard types of plastic film house through investigation of actural state of plastic greenhouses for the southern part of the Korean peninsula. And also, the application method of standard types were proposed. The results obtained are summarized as follows 1. Plastic film houses investigated were not designed by the structural design conditions of loads and materials. 2.The construction method of greenhouses was not standardized. 3.Single type of standard greenhouses was nearly used and double types were applied to the standard type. 4.The standard frames of plastic film house were appeared to have structural lack of stability at the design snow and wind loads for most regions. 5.Safety snow depths and safety wind velocities were proposed for the frame intervals and pipe diameters of standard greenhouses.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the housing form characteristics of Korean Chinese living around Chagbaek mountain in Chinese. The field survey of housing layout and form of houses and interview and observation methods were was used with the data which were obtained form literature and statistical materials of Chinese government. Their houses are called Guytle-house and their analysed characteristics are summarized as follows ; the housing plans are one room type and they tend to have wide site area, abundant storage spaces and efficient energy saving structure.

  • This study is the seventh of series that have been interpreted as the view of regionalism for the block plans and floor plans of the traditional houses spreaded in Kyoung-Sang-Buck-Do Privince, and is investigated its subject in Sung-ju area. The purpose of study is to be analyzed the block types of the houses and the floor plans of An-chae(ladys inner house) and declared the typical case on the characteristics on each housing elements to Buk-Bi-Go-Teak on the conclusion. The block plan of the high-leveled traditional houses in Sung-ju area is typically the courtyard type that is opening at sides that 3 to 5 of I-shaped or L-shaped buildings are composed. The floor plan of An-chae is mostly typed I-shaped and its bay system is semi-lineal type(Teo-Kan-Gip).

  • This research considers the characteristics of the plan of the vernacular form of dwelling in KoCheon-Ri village, situated in the Yong-Dong mountain region. As part of this study, an analysis of local diversity is carried out. The current existing village houses in Kocheon-Ri can be categorized according to their floor structure, either as a wooden-floored or an Ondol-floored Kyup-jip(a double row house type). It was found that the wooden-flooded Kyup-jip house has been transformed into Ondol-floorded Kyup-jip due to a range of various factors. In order to clarify the characteristics of the vernacular dwelling type occurring in a particular area, it is important to determine the typical form that appears within the broader area. However, differences is also essential.

  • Recently, the importance of the living environment for elderly people and its network is increasing. At the same time, the small-scale and multi-functional apartment house in which they can live is continuously required in Japan. For these reasons, it is appearing a new type of housing, Group-Living, where one lives together with others. It represents a way of communal living which is based on service at home. There are various problems such as felicity of each space, connections between the different areas, insufficiency of positioning on the aged welfare. Hence this research targets are grasp the present condition of Group-Living, to inquire the Space composition and types of it in Tokyo Area, and to suggest the direction of improvement of the small-scale and multi-functional apartment house for the aged.

  • The construction of vinyl greenhouses are increasing because of economic feasibility, construction period, and construction regulations. However, the vinyl greenhouses are apt to collapse by snow load since they have a small member as a temporary structure. The 3 types of buckling such as global, member and nodal buckling could be occurred to arched structures according to characteristics of cross section. To examine the member buckling, the precision of analysis need to be enhanced. In that case, we can examine the characteristics of the those buckling. The purposes of this study are to verify buckling characteristics of structures using the method of high precision analysis with a center node of member. The results of high precision analysis bring member buckling, and in the analysis method having the center node of member, the value of strength is getting lower than a previous study.

Effect of relative humidity in swine house on pathogenesis of swine pleuropneumonia (돈사의 상대습도가 돼지흉막폐렴의 병인에 미치는 영향)

  • The effect of relative humidity in swine house on swin pleuropneumonia was examined in piglets experimentally infected with Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae serotype 5. A total of 20 piglet were grown under 30~40%, 41~50%, 51~64% and 65~80% relative humidity chambers after intratracheal inoculation of A pleuropneumoniae. Characteristic fibrinous pleuropneumonia was observed in the pigs grown at the low relative humidity groups. The detailed results were as follows : 1. Growth performance and environment conditions were lower than high relative humidity groups. 2. Characteristic histopathological findings were fibrinous pleuritis and pneumonia accompanied congestion, hemorrhage, thrombosis and edematous change. 3. Antigenic distribution of inoculated bacterium was found mainly in alveolar macrophages or accumulated foci of macrophages adjacent to necrotic area. 4. Characteristic electron microscopic findings were proliferation of type II pneumocyte with increased lamella bodies and activated alveolar macrophages with pseudopods and widening of interstitium.

공동주책의 에너지소비와 이산화탄소 배출특성

  • This study is to present the typical energy consumption criteria and $CO_2$ exhaust rate in multi-family housing complex by analyzing the energy consumption characteristics. The contents and methodology of this study are as follows; -Examining the documents of maintenance accounts, investigate the cost and its items expended by the annual maintenance in multi-family housing complex. -Survey each consumption of energy sources, maintenance area, location of multi-family housing complex, heating type, and so forth. -After classifying with heating type of multi-family housing complex investigated, Scrutinize the energy consumption by each source. -Analyze the characteristics of energy consumption and $CO_2$ exhaust through multiple regression analyses of maintenance property. -Suggest the typical energy consumption criteria (Mcal/$m^2$.year, Mcal/house.year) and $CO_2$ exhaust rate (kg-c/$m^2$.year, Kg-c/house.year) in multi-family housing complex. the results will come into basic data for estimating energy consumption in multi-family housing complex according to maintenance characteristics.

  • This study is to describe the changes of spatial structure of Korean traditional housing in urban context with the following preconditions. Firstly, Chosun Hanyang's urban housing should be classified as it's own type. Secondly, Chosun's traditional housing accomplishes a complete urban housing type in Japanese colonial period through the stream of time. And the purpose of this study is as followings. First is to find out the process of changes of urban housing in urban context from the latter period of Chosun Dynasty to 1960's. Second is to find out the origin of spatial structure of urban house which is being kept throughout the above changes. Third is to find out the unique characteristics of urban house and the fundamental differences with folk houses in province.

  • Planning/planning stage Construction cost prediction is very important. In particular, flexible thinking is required to predict the construction cost by reflecting rapid market changes and current conditions. Therefore, in this study, we tried to consider the process for calculating the construction cost of an apartment house in a more accurate planning/planning stage. First, cases were collected based on the classification system by construction type. Second, the construction cost was predicted using the case-based reasoning technique. Third, the composition ratio by construction type of the most similar case was applied to the derived construction cost. Finally, the construction cost was predicted based on practical corrections reflecting the market and field conditions.
