A gene (hpkA), encoding a histidine protein kinase homolog, has been identified in the upstream region of the espAB operon in Myxococcus xanthus. It encodes a 333 amino acid (35,952 Da) protein with a histidine protein kinase domain in the region from amino acid 90 to 317. Null mutations in the hpkA gene caused formation of loose irregular fruiting bodies, while wild-type strains developed tight hemispherical fruiting bodies under developmental conditions. Sporulation of the hpkA mutant was delayed by at least 12 h compared to that of the wild-type. It appeared that the hpkA mutation increased the expression of the espAB operon by more than 2-fold compared with the wild-type under developmental conditions. Expression of the hpkA gene was low under vegetative conditions, but was highly induced under developmental conditions.

This study was to analyze the Life-Cycle Physical Activity Therapy Programs (PATPs) in Hoseo Region and to suggest the Activation of the program. The subjects were the 81 PATPs performed in 36 of the Community Health Centers in the region. The basic data was collected by Official Documents, the Homepage of the Centers, Telephone Interview, and e-mail with the person in charge of the programs. All the data were classified to the administrative districts (Rural, Urban-Rural Intergration and Urban Region), the Life Cycles (Children, Youth, Adult and Old Adult) and the Health-related Fitness Variables (Strength/Muscle endurance, Flexibility and Aerobics). The ACSM's (American College Sports Medicine) Guidelines for Exercise Testing and Prescription were used to evaluate the PATPs. In the results, the number of the PATPs was too low compared to the population. Also, the PATPs were not considered to the Life-Cycle proportion of the population. The management of the PATPs was principally inadequate. The frequency and duration of the PATPs were deficient in order to improve the Health-related Fitness. In conclusion, the number of the PATPs should be increased proportionally compared to the population, operated and developed on the Specificity of the Life-Cycle Population in the administrative districts. Further, the PATPs should be managed on the scientific knowledge of physical activity therapy.

We describe here a multicentric spontaneous malignant schwannoma obtained from one male F344 rat, and this animal was the subject of a carcinogenicity study for which it was treated with diisodecyl phthalate. The animal of the control group not treated with diisodecyl phthalate showed dyspnea and severe lordosis. On the necropsy, two tan, firm, encapsulated masses were observed in the subcutis of the lumbosacral region and the left inguinal region of the abdominal cavity, respectively; the masses were $25{\times}17{\times}8$ mm and $16{\times}14{\times}8$ mm in size, respectively. Histologically, the tumor consisted of spindle and pleomorphic cells that grew in various patterns, that was, sweeping fascicles and herringbone and local organoid patterns. The pleomorphic neoplastic cells had more than two nuclei. Additionally, the diagnosis of malignant schwannoma was confirmed by the immune reactivity of the tumor cells for S-100 protein.

This study attempted to research the local food of various regions at a personal level by discovering how food has developed das part of a region's culture base. Discovery of the characteristic story behind the making of a region's characteristic food as local delicacies can inspire self-esteem in the culture, and enhance the real-life image as appropriate to a region, and thereby be made a part of local tourism and thus contributing to the local economy. For this reason, the native foods of the region of Chungcheongnam-do were researched in terms of the cultural sensibilities that inform the unique history of that region. The study was designed so as to aid in understanding food's characteristic value in Chungcheongnam-do and to give a historical representation of Chungcheongnam-do's image by means of storytelling techniques; thus, the local food's character can be presented alongside a story that appeals to the five senses. For this purpose, Chungcheongnam-do's representative native rice table was cast as the 'Hyunchoong rice meal table' - after the figure of admiral Yi Sun Shin of Asan area region, a representative image of Chungcheongnam-do - and 'Choosa rice meal table', after the figure of 'Choosa' Kim Jeong Hee of Yesan region, of which various literary works form a representative image of Chungcheongnam-do. 'Hyunchoong rice meal table' was composed of a health food centered menu which could supply sufficient nutrition as a food ration in times of war or winter shortage, thus providing an image of nutrition and power as appropriate to these situations. Also, to assess the health effectiveness of each rice table, the functionality of the ingredients were investigated as reported in 'Sik-ryo-chan-yo : a dietary treatment' which was published by Soon-Ui Cheon in the Chosun era and by which the foods of the early Chosun era won recognition as being both healthy profitable.

The Material·Part·Equipment industry is mostly an industry centered on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and is an important industry for revitalizing the local economy, which is the source of manufacturing competitiveness. In this study, we tried to derive the implications necessary for the development of the Material·Part·Equipment industries by analyzing the competitiveness of the Material·Part·Equipment industries in the Chungcheong region. To this end, we analyzed the industrial development stage and competitiveness of each region (Daejeon, Sejong, Chungnam, and Chungbuk) based on business scale factor, industrial growth rate, industrial specialization, and regional competitiveness for the Material·Part·Equipment industries in the Chungcheong region. Using data such as the number of employees, the number of businesses, and the amount of production in 2014 and 2019, significant industrial groups by region were identified considering the level of industrial specialization and regional competitiveness. In addition, by identifying the positions of these significant industrial groups in the stage of industrial development, suggestions for the development of the Material·Part·Equipment industries in the Chungcheong region were presented.

This study observes the difference in the actual regional ripple effect of the decrease in admission resources due to the decrease in school age population, which has been weak in empirical studies, and how much the decrease in competition rate by department nationwide provides a significant shock to the decrease in enrollment rate in the population unit. An empirical quantitative analysis was attempted. As a result of applying the panel-tobit regression model, a clear gap was confirmed in the decrease in the registration rate due to the decrease in the competition rate both nationally and in the provinces, and in particular, a highly significant relationship was derived with the decrease in the recruitment rate. In particular, the sensitivity of the risk of unrecruitment due to a decrease in competition rate was the highest in the Jeolla region (0.499), followed by the Gangwon region (0.475) and the Gyeongsang region (0.471), and the metropolitan region (0.158) was confirmed to be the most stable. This suggests that the gap in insufficient funding has gradually widened by region over the past 10 years, and that the shock wave becomes more pronounced in the provinces farther away from the metropolitan area. Based on this study, if we deviate from the standardized application of university development policies for the metropolitan area and regional universities, and present a customized higher education strategy for each region, it will be an opportunity to prevent local extinction due to a decrease in the school-age population and achieve coexistence with higher education institutions and regions at the same time.

최근 펫팸족(Pet-Family)과 같이 반려동물을 가족처럼 생각하는 가구가 증가하면서 반려동물 시장이 크게 성장하고 있다. 이러한 이유로 본 논문에서는 반려동물의 객체 식별을 통한 객체 분할과 신체 좌표추정에 기반을 둔 반려동물의 행동 분류 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 CCTV를 통해 반려동물 영상 데이터를 수집한다. 수집된 영상 데이터는 반려동물의 인스턴스 분할을 위해 Mask R-CNN(Region Convolutional Neural Networks) 모델을 적용하고, DeepLabCut 모델을 통해 추정된 신체 좌푯값을 도출한다. 이 결과로 도출된 영상 데이터와 추정된 신체 좌표 값은 CNN(Convolutional Neural Networks)-LSTM(Long Short-Term Memory) 모델을 적용하여 행동을 분류한다. 본 모델을 바탕으로 행동을 분석 및 분류하여, 반려동물의 위험 상황과 돌발 행동에 대한 올바른 대처를 제공할 수 있는 기반을 제공할 것이라 기대한다.

This paper presents a study of an integrated infrared (IR) photo sensor for display application. We fabricated hydrogenated amorphous silicon thin film transistor (a-Si:H TFT) and hydrogenated amorphous silicon germanium thin film transistor (a-SiGe:H TFT) which were bottom gate structure. We investigated the dependence of a-SiGe:H TFT characteristics on incident wavelengths. We proposed photo sensor which responded to wavelengths of IR region. Proposed pixel circuit of photo sensor was consists of switch TFT and photo TFT, and one capacitor. We developed integrated photo sensor circuit and investigated the performance of the proposed sensor circuit according to the input wavelengths. The developed photo sensor circuit with a-SiGe:H TFT was suitable for IR.

Delta doping method can separate the threshold voltage control region from the charge transport region in a-Si TFT, whereby the threshold voltage of a TFT could be modified. Threshold voltage could be changed by delta doping, while field effect mobility was estimated to be 80% of that of standard TFT.

The purpose of this study was the development of traditional food recipes from local food contents related to the historical and cultural heritage in the representative long-lived area Damyang. The information on digging 'story' was collected through the region's representative local native journal, searching for related websites, analyzing old literatures, and interviewing traditional household; 'telling', the part of conveyance, was organized by reviewing the literatures, including historical condition, regional food materials, cuisine, region symbolism, etc. After nutritional analysis, the prepared, balanced, and healthy Korean food dishes using the traditional food contents were displayed. In Damyang, the story was extracted from Heuichoon Ryu (柳希春, 1543-1577) - figura of Damyang - and his collection, 'Miam's diary', and described about native food. The traditional history of many foods that were used mainly as rewarding during one's trouble, showing good faith, and delivering gratitude is recorded in Miam diary. A little effort has been made to express the classical scholar's clean and neat dining table which was the mixed Damyang's clean image and nobleman's straight integrity in the middle of the Choson Dynasty. Nutrition fact of 'Miam's table' was based on the Daily Reference Values of Koreans aged 65 or older.
