Purpose: To establish more effective health counselling system by internet and to provide basic data for developing on-line education program for lupus patients. Method: This survey analyzed the contents of health counselling cases from September, 2002 to March, 2004. Among 108 questioners visited questioning/answering(Q/A) site in one lupus center home page. Contents of Q/A were classified and analyzed using SAS program. Results: Most frequent questioners were female and twenties, they needed to know diagnosing process, treatment principles and information regarding the clinic visits. During the study period, the average number of user's questioning were 166.2 cases and answering was 171.1 cases. Conclusions: These findings suggest that computer mediated health counselling may be useful supplement of health education for lupus patients. More research is needed to develop better health counselling service and education program on the web.

Purpose: This study aimed to compare differences on sexual satisfaction between non-smokers and smokers of Korean adult males. Method: The subjects of this study were 304 current smokers and 331 current non-smokers(stop smokers, never smokers) (58.0%). Because of the nature of the study, the participants were recruited through a home page advertisement of a brand newspaper company in Korea, and the survey was done through Internet system. The tool to measure participant's sexual satisfaction was adopted from the Arizona Sexual Experience Scale-Male. Result: Participant's age ranged from 20 to 49, mostly in their 30s-40s(96.1%). They were smoking average of 15 cigarettes per day. There were no significant difference on sexual satisfaction between current smokers and non-smokers( t=-.55, p>.05). However, there were significant difference on sexual satisfaction between ever smokers(n=481) and never smokers(n=154) (t=2.10, p<.05). There were significant differences an erectile and orgasm satisfaction according to number of cigarettes they smoked per day. 54.5% smokers who said that they have difficulty in keeping erectile state considered on smoking cessation within 30 days whereas 24.2% in those who said that keeping erectile state was easy. Conclusion: Informing about the high risk of sexual dysfunction with cigarette smoking should become a important part of smoking cessation education and for smoking adolescents.

The objective of this research is to evaluate the web standard as well as web compatibility of English homepage of tourist information manage local government. Thru this research, effective information and service can be provided to increasing foreign visitors and compatibility of English homepage can be strengthened. SortSite, a web compatibility measurement tool and UNICORN, a web standard measurement tool were utilized for this research. Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Opera were targeted for evaluating web compatibility and observance rate of Markup grammar and CSS grammar was checked for evaluating web standard. Research result showed that 46.7% of Chrome version ${\leq}34$ and 35 didn't observe the web compatibility while 95.6%, 53.3%, 53.3%, 53.3% and 55.6% of Internet Explorer version in order of 7.0, 8.0, 9.0, 10.0 and 11.0 didn't observe the web compatibility. Concerning Firefox, 75.6% and 48.9% of version in order of ${\leq}6.0$ and 7.0 didn't observe the web compatibility and 37.8% of Opera version ${\leq}12.17$ and ${\leq}21$ didn't observe the web compatibility. Regarding the web standard, 80% of English homepage didn't observe Markup grammar and 60% of them didn't observe CSS grammar. Therefore, urgent improvement of web compatibility and web standard is required.

오늘날 eCRM은 인터넷 홈페이지를 방문하는 고객 정보를 체계적으로 관리하고 활용하기 위한 기업용 정보 시스템으로 주목받고 있다. 본 논문은 국내 유수의 유가공 업체 N사가 eCRM을 도입하여 활용한 사례에 대한 연구이다. N사가 eCRM을 도입하여 웹 로그 분석을 실시하고 고객별 최적화 서비스 도구를 이용할 수 있게 되면서, 이를 통해 정보를 분석하고 마케팅 활동에 활용한 사례를 연구하였다. 특히 본 연구에서는 유가공 업체와 같은 제조업체에서 인터넷 홈페이지를 통한 프로모션 활동과 연계한 eCRM 솔루션 도입 과정에 대하여 분석하였다. 또한 eCRM을 기업에 도입한 후 활용 범위와 효과에 대하여 논하였다.

2차원 바코드의 일종인 QR코드는 간단한 URL이나 명함 등에 폭넓게 사용되고 있다. QR코드는 바코드보다 훨씬 많은 정보를 저장할 수 있다. 현재 QR코드는 일상생활 에서도 대중적인 서비스로 자리매김하고 있다. QR코드의 활용분야를 보면 홈페이지 링크방식으로 많은 기업들이 사용하고 있으며, 최근에는 제품상세설명, 모델하우스의 사용자재 설명, 도서관내의 서비스, 온라인 이벤트등의 많은 분야에서 활용되고 있다. 본 연구는 QR코드의 특성과 활용사례를 알아보고, 이를 기반으로 QR코드를 활용하여 생산 공정관리를 구축할 수 있는 방법에 대하여 연구 하도록 하겠다.

This paper presents a teleoperation system that combines computer network and an autonomous mobile robot. We control remotely an autonomous mobile robot with vision over the Internet to guide it under unknown environments in the real time. The main feature of this system is that local operators need a web browser and a computer connected to the communication network and so they can command the robot in a remote location through the home page. The hardware architecture of this system consists of an autonomous mobile robot, workstation, and local computers. The software architecture of this system includes the client part for the user interface and robot control as well as the server part for communication between users and robot. The server and client systems are developed using Java language which is suitable to internet application and supports multi-platform. Furthermore. this system offers an image compression method using JPEG concept which reduces large time delay that occurs in network during image transmission.

공공도서관은 주민들의 문화수준을 향상시키기 위하여 주민들이 접근 할 수 있도록 도서관과 관외 봉사 거점을 많이 설립하고 이들을 거점으로 주민들이 독서활동을 할 수 있는 독서회를 조직하고 그 독서회를 중심으로 활동하는 것이 독서활동을 활성화하는 효율적인 방법으로 판단되어 공공도서관은 주민을 대상으로 계층별 및 주제별에 따라 또는 주민들이 자신의 취미나 특기에 따라 활동할 수 있는 독서회를 조직하도록 한다. 그리고 공공도서관은 관내 모든 독서회를 대상으로 하는 종합적인 총괄프로그램을 구성하여 운영한다. 또한 공공도서관은 독서회원들이 활동하는데 필요한 정보를 서로 주고받을 수 있도록 홈페이지를 개설해 운영하고,‘뉴스레터’의 발행으로 독서회 활동을 정리하면서 관리한다면 훌륭한 효과를 얻을 수 있을 것으로 판단하였다.

This thesis is purposed on developing security product co-evaluation statistics administrate program which is can administrate or analysis CC accreditation product using by DEVS modeling via portal site of member of CCRA. Via developing security product evaluation statistics administrate program, it can analysis the trend of all countries of the world in many ways, and noticed the ways of evaluation and accreditation of most countries via scheme analysis. Except this, it can analysis the situation of accreditation trend of any countries via data analysis of ICCC 2009. Also, For trend analysis to evaluation technique of CCRA member, it analyzed up to date technology and policy of the evaluation organization and the Certification Authority of most countries. And it peformed analysis the most trend of information security of evaluation authorization in CCRA member countries. In this program, It provide the function of trend statistics analysis which can statically analyzed the evaluation accreditation trends of most countries and automatical statistics by categorization ( by Product, Class and statistics in national) and report creation functions which can easily extraction and use the needed data. It has been updated the related informations until latest accredited product using by CC(Common Criteria) portal home page's data.

This study was conducted to evaluate the possibility of gamma radiation for reducing egg allergies through the observation of conformational and allergenic changes of egg ovomucoid (OM) in basic pH conditions. An OM solution of 2.0 mg/mL was individually prepared with different pH conditions, pH 7.0, 9.0 or 10.0, and was irradiated with the absorbed dose of 10 kGy. Irradiated OM solutions were tested by Ci-ELISA formatted with egg-hypersensitive patients'IgE. Binding abilities of IgE to OM in irradiated solution decreased with the increase of pH. Turbidity of the solution highly increased by irradiation and the increase of pH. A yellowish color was observed in the irradiated OM solution of basic condition. Coagulation of OM by irradiation decreased with the increase of pH, when observed by SDS-PAGE.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of marketing activities to apparel brand community on interaction of the community. Subjects of 317 members for 9 selected apparel communities responded the questionnaire in the home-page or in the attached file. Data were analyzed by exploratory factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, scheffe-test. The results were as follows: Significant differences among three community groups classified based on the levels of interactions(interaction of company to members and interaction among members) were found in several types of marketing activities(award to activities, added services, conveyance of community's purpose and acceptance of negative responses) to apparel brand community. These types of marketing activities were operated in communities with high level interactions higher than in communities with low level interactions. Therefore, marketers need to operate these types of community marketing activities to increase interactions which can contribute members' satisfaction of interest, transaction and relationship needs through apparel brand online community.
