The article discusses the use of modern technologies in the learning process. It has been determined that the modern period of the development of society is characterized by a strong influence of computer technologies on it, a new education system is being formed, focused on entering the world information and educational space. This process is accompanied by significant changes in the pedagogical theory and practice of the educational process associated with making adjustments to the content of learning technologies, which should be adequate to modern technical capabilities, and contribute to the harmonious entry of a teenager into the information society. Computer technologies are designed to become not an additional "makeweight" in training, but an integral part of a holistic educational process, significantly increasing its effectiveness

This study touched on the effect of the different electronic course designs on the programming skills of university students. The researcher used the experimental research design of a quasi-experimental of two experimental groups to achieve the objectives of the study. The first group underwent an electronic course designed in the holistic pattern, and the second group was taught a course in a sequential pattern. This experimental design was intended to measure the impact of these two learning modes on the learners' cognitive and performance achievement of programming skills. An achievement test and observational form were the data collection tools. Data were analyzed statistically using Pearson correlation, Mann Whitney Test, and Alpha Cronbach. The findings revealed statistically- significant differences between the mean scores of the students of the first and second experimental groups in favor of the former concerning the observational form and the latter in the cognitive test. Based on the findings, some recommendations are suggested. Due to their effectiveness in the educational process, expanding using the e-courses at universities is vital. The university teachers are highly recommended to design e-courses and provide technical and material support to the e-courses user to fulfill their design purpose.

The article explores linguo-stylistic influence markers in essayistic texts. The novelty of this investigation is provided by its perspective. Essayism is looked at as a style of thinking and writing and studied as a holistic philosophical and cultural phenomenon, as a revalent form of comprehension of reality that features non-lasting author's judgements and enhancement of the author's voice in the text. Based on the texts by V. Rosanov, G.K. Chesterton, and D. Dontsov, the remarkable English, Russian, and Ukrainian essay-writers of the first party of the 20th century, the article tracks the typical ontological-and-existentialist correlation at the content, stylistic, and semantic levels. It is observed in terms of the ideas presented in the texts of these publicists and the lexicostylistic markers of the influence on the reader that enable these ideas to implement. The explored poetic syntax, key lexemes, dialogueness, intonational melodics, specific language, free associations, aphoristic nature, verbalization of emotions and feeling in the psycholinguistic form of their expression, stress, heroic elevation, metaphors and evaluative linguistic units in the ontological-and-existentialist aspects contribute to extremely delicate and demanding nature of the essayistic style. They create a "lacework" of unpredictable properties, intellectual illumination, unexpected similarity, metaphorical freshness, sudden discoveries, unmotivated unities.

The main purpose of the study is to identify the key aspects of the formation of legal and professional competence of students of higher educational institutions in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The modern system of public relations tightens the requirements for the professional and legal competence of specialists in all spheres of life. The development of a unified nationwide strategy in the field of education focused on the formation and development of young people's skills for life in the information society, is aimed at finding ways to form an active position of a future specialist, developing an experience of a holistic understanding of the professional activity, systemic action in solving new problems and tasks. The methodology includes a number of theoretical methods. Based on the results of the study, the main elements of the formation of legal and professional competence of students of higher educational institutions in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.

This study aims to categorize articles in terms of childrearing focused on health and hygiene in Chosun-ilbo and Donga-ilbo in 1920s. As part of this aim we will look into the role of mothers reflected within these articles. Content analysis was used to accomplish the specific objectives of this study. All these articles emphasized the prudent role of mothers and pointed to the fact that holistic knowledge was needed to perform the role of a mother effectively. In other words, mothers had to know about child disease, hygiene, breast milk, nutrition, food, snacks, sleep, exercise and security. Interestingly, the most important matter emphasized in these articles was hygiene. In 1920s, the role of mothers in generally family life was held in high regards in Korean society. In particular, their role within the framework of young children’s health and hygiene was emphasized.

The article considers current information technologies in the organization of educational work in secondary schools in Great Britain. The forms and types of organization of educational work in secondary schools of Great Britain with the help of modern information technologies are covered. The purposes of education with the help of modern information technologies are singled out. Mental, physical, labor, moral, aesthetic and other types of education, merged in a holistic educational process, provide an opportunity to achieve the main goal - the formation of a comprehensive and harmoniously developed personality. All forms of educational work have their pedagogical significance, and each of them is valuable in the process of education. Democratization and partnership development are the leading principles of education in British schools at the present stage; multiculturalism and student independence. This is the ability to promote the role of different types of education, such as: labor, moral, legal, religious, family, environmental, aesthetic, civic, physical, mental education, which is now possible with the help of current information technology. In the marine industry although there has been significant growth towards safety, security and risk assessments or risk-based strategies such as marine insurance and regulations to avoid the risks of damage to properties and the environment or the prospect of premature death caused by accidents etc, the moves toward managing the risks which are linked directly to the business functions and decision making processes have been very slow. Furthermore in the marine industry most perceptions, methodologies and frameworks of dealing with hazards, risks, safety and security issues are for their assessment rather than their management. This trend reveals the fact that in different marine industry sectors such as logistics and shipping there is a lack of coherent risk management framework or methodology from which to understand the risk-based decisions especially for the purpose of design, construction, operation, management and even decommissioning of the marine related applications. On the other hand risk management is not yet viewed holistically in the marine industry in order to, for example, assign a right person, i.e. risk manager, who can act as a coordinator and advisor with responsibilities that are only specific to risk management. As a result this paper, by examining the present physical borders and risk-based activities in the marine industry, aims to propose an appropriate risk management methodology in addition to the emergent role of risk managers which will enable the industry users initially to become familiar with the concept of risk management at its holistic level. In the later stages this eventually can lead to development of risk management capabilities at an exclusive level and its integration into the marine industry functions in future.

오늘날 인권은 국제법 체계에서 가장 복잡하면서도 두드러진 쟁점이며, 주거권도 세계인권선언을 비롯하여 국제인권규범에서 기본인권으로 인정되고 있다. 본 연구는 85개 국제인권법 및 인권규범을 대상으로 인권으로서 주거권 규정을 종합적으로 검토한다. 주거권 일반, 노동자의 주거권, 사회적 취약집단의 주거권, 국제지역기구의 주거권으로 나누어 국제규범에 나타난 주거권의 내용과 특징을 분석한다. 주거권은 보편성, 불가분성, 상호의존성이라는 인권일반의 성격을 마찬가지로 가지고 있으며, 적절한 주거권이란 단순한 물리적 공간의 보장이라는 의미를 넘어 점유의 법적 안정성, 생활편익시설의 이용가능성, 비용의 적정성, 입지의 적합성 등 총체적인 의미로 해석하고 있다. 다양한 규범에 나타난 주거권에 대한 접근은 발전권적 관점, 양성평등의 관점, 차별금지의 원칙, 참여권적 관점 등을 종합적으로 반영하고 있으며, 인간존엄 및 안정과 평화 속에서 주거생활을 향유하는 것을 지향하고 있다.

Discussions on sustainability in the fashion industry highlight the need for a holistic and strategic approach. This study investigated consumers' perception of fashion companies' sustainability and its relationship with value and perceived consumer effectiveness as well as with consumer trust, preference, and purchase intention. The assessment scale of fashion companies' sustainability was developed for this study and data were obtained from 645 consumers in their 20's to 60's in Korea. As a result, consumers' value and perceived consumer effectiveness had significant effects on consumers' perception of fashion companies' sustainability. Universalism, security/benevolence and perceived consumer effectiveness were variables that had significant effects on all four dimensions of sustainability. Consumer's perception of fashion companies' sustainability significantly influenced consumer trust, preference and purchase intention. Especially, environmental, societal, and cultural sustainability (rather than economic dimension) were shown to have a greater impact on consumers' trust, preference and purchase intention.

본 연구는 스마트카드 가상화(ViSCa: Virtualization of Smart Cards) 플랫폼 기반의 모바일 결제 서비스를 제안하고 타 사례와 비교분석을 한다. 스마트카드 가상화 플랫폼 기반의 모바일 결제 서비스는 단말 가상화 기술을 이용하여 스마트카드 하드웨어를 가상화하고, 모바일 클라우드 기술을 통해 가상화된 스마트카드에 대한 통합 관리를 목표로 하는 Smart Cards as a Service (이하 SCaaS)이다. 스마트카드 가상화 플랫폼 기반 모바일 결제 서비스는 스마트카드를 가상화하여 클라우드에 저장한 후, 애플리케이션(이하 앱)을 통해 사용자 인증을 거쳐 모바일 클라우드에 저장된 스마트카드 중 한 가지를 선택하여 결제한다. 연구 범위 설정 및 사례 선정을 위해 선행연구에서 진행한 모바일 결제 서비스 분류 방식을 토대로 제안하는 서비스와 관련 있는 특징별, 서비스 유형별 그룹을 도출하였다. 공통적으로 기존 결제수단(신용카드) 정보를 모바일 기기에 저장하여 오프라인 매장에서 결제하는 특징을 지닌 것으로 나타났다. 도출된 그룹은 금융거래정보의 저장 위치에 따라 앱과 연결된 서버에 저장하는 '앱 방식'과 모바일 기기 내부의 보안요소(Secure Element, SE)에 금융거래정보가 담긴 IC(Integrated Circuit, 집적회로) 칩을 탑재하는 '모바일 카드 방식'으로, 2 가지 서비스 유형으로 나타낼 수 있다. 모바일 결제 서비스의 채택 요인 및 시장 환경 분석과 관련된 선행연구를 토대로 경제성, 범용성 보안성, 편리성, 응용성, 효율성, 총 6가지 비교분석을 위한 평가 요인을 도출하였으며, 스마트카드 가상화 플랫폼 기반 모바일 결제 서비스와 도출된 그룹에서 선정된 사례 5 가지를 비교 분석하였다.
