환자안전보고학습시스템 자료를 활용한 의료정보기술 및 전자의무기록시스템 관련 환자안전사건 분석 (Analyzing Health Information Technology and Electronic Medical Record System-Related Patient Safety Incidents Using Data from the Korea Patient Safety Reporting and Learning System)

  • Purpose: At present, there are a variety of serious patient safety incidents related to problems in health information technology (HIT), specifically involving electronic medical records (EMRs). This emphasizes the need for an enhanced electronic medical record system (EMRS). As such, this study analyzed both the nature of and potential to prevent incidents associated with HIT/EMRS based on data from the Korea Patient Safety Reporting and Learning System (KOPS). Methods: This study analyzed patient safety incidents submitted to KOPS between August 2016 and December 2019. HIT keywords were used to extract HIT/EMRS incidents. Each case was reviewed to confirm whether the contributing factors were related to HIT/EMRS (HIT/EMRS-related incidents) and if the incident could have been prevented (HIT/EMRS-preventable incidents). The selected reports were summarized for general clarity (e.g., incident type, and degree of harm). Results: Of the 25,515 obtained reports, 2,664 incidents (10.4%) were HIT-related, while 2,525 (9.9%) were EMRS-related. HIT/EMRS-related incidents were the third largest type of incident followed by 'fall' and 'medication incidents.' More than 80% of HIT/EMRS-related incidents were medication-related, accounting for approximately one-third of the total number of medication incidents. Approximately 10% of HIT/EMRS-related incidents resulted in patient harm, with more than 94% of these deemed as preventable; further, sentinel events were wholly preventable. Conclusion: This study provides basic data for improving EMR use/safety standards based on real-world patient safety incidents. Such improvements entail the establishment of long-term plans, research, and incident analysis, thus ensuring a safe healthcare environment for patients and healthcare providers.

AFORS HET 프로그램을 이용한 HIT Cell 태양전지 고 효율화 방안 (AFORS HET Simulation for High Efficiency of HIT Solar Cell)

  • HIT Solar Cell은 단결정 실리콘 웨이퍼가 초박막 amorphos 실리콘 층으로 싸여있는 구조이다. HIT Solar Cell에서 amorphos 실리콘의 두께와 도핑 농도는 태양전지의 효율을 결정하는 매우 중요한 요인이다. 본 논문에서는 높은 효율을 갖는 태양전지 설계를 위해 AFORS HET 프로그램을 이용하여 TCO_a-Si:H(p)_a-Si:H(i)_c-Si(n)_Al 구조를 설계했다. 후에 a-Si:H(p)의 두께와 a-Si:H(i) 의 두께를 가변하며 효율을 측정하였고, p-i-n 구조에서 n+ 층을 추가함에 따라 변하는 효율을 측정하였다. 최적화 한 결과 $V_{oc}$ = 693mV, $J_{sc}$ = 3891mA/$cm^{-2}$, FF = 8363%, $E_{ff}$ = 22.55% 의 고효율을 얻었다.

Interaction of genetic background and exercise training intensity on endothelial function in mouse aorta

  • The purpose of this study was to characterize the genetic contribution to endothelial adaptation to exercise training. Vasoreactivity was assessed in aortas from four inbred mouse strains (129S1, B6, NON, and SJL) after 4 weeks of moderate intensity continuous exercise training (MOD), high intensity interval training (HIT) or in sedentary controls (SED). Intrinsic variations in endothelium-dependent vasorelaxation (EDR) to acetylcholine (ACh) as well as vasocontractile responses were observed across SED groups. For responses to exercise training, there was a significant interaction between mouse strain and training intensity on EDR. Exercise training had no effect on EDR in aortas from 129S1 and B6 mice. In NON, EDR was improved in aortas from MOD and HIT compared with respective SED, accompanied by diminished responses to PE in those groups. Interestingly, EDR was impaired in aorta from SJL HIT compared with SED. The transcriptional activation of endothelial genes was also influenced by the interaction between mouse strain and training intensity. The number of genes altered by HIT was greater than MOD, and there was little overlap between genes altered by HIT and MOD. HIT was associated with gene pathways for inflammatory responses. NON MOD genes showed enrichment for vessel growth pathways. These findings indicate that exercise training has non-uniform effects on endothelial function and transcriptional activation of endothelial genes depending on the interaction between genetic background and training intensity.

병렬처리를 위한 고속 Ray Tracing 프로세서의 설계 (Implementation of Ray Tracing Processor for the Parallel Processing)

  • The synthesis of the 3D images is the most important part of the virtual reality. The ray tracing is the best method for reality in the 3D graphics. But the ray tracing requires long computation time for the synthesis of the 3D images. So, we implement the ray tracing with software and hardware. Specially we design the hit-test unit with FPGA tool for the ray tracing. Hit-test unit is a very important part of ray tracing to improve the speed. In this paper, we proposed a new hit-test algorithm and apply the parallel architecture for hit-test unit to improve the speed. We optimized the arithmetic unit because the critical path of hit-test unit is in the multiplication part. We used the booth algorithm and the baugh-wooley algorithm to reduce the partial product and adapted the CSA and CLA to improve the efficiency of the partial product addition. Our new Ray tracing processor can produce the image about 512ms/F and can be adapted to real-time application with only 10 parallel processors.

액션 게임 캐릭터의 타격감 동작 연구 -TMNT2 사례분석을 중심으로- (A Study on action game character's motion of Hit Impact - Focusing on the TMNT2 case analysis -)

  • 본 연구에서는 '타격감'에 대한 게임 요소 중 시각적인 부분인 게임 캐릭터의 동작 애니메이션을 분석해 보았다. 분석을 위해 선정한 게임은 '타격감'이 약하다고 생각되는 아케이드 게임 속 캐릭터의 동작을 중점적으로 분석하고 원인을 찾아보았다. 또한 '타격감'이 향상되었다고 평가를 받는 의 가정용 이식작의 캐릭터 동작을 아케이드 버전과 비교해서 어떠한 차이점이 있는지 분석해 보았다. 분석 결과 아케이드 버전에서 타격감이 미약했던 이유는 주로 타격 및 피격 동작의 잘못된 타이밍과 판정에서 비롯된 것이었으며, 동시에 물리적인 반응과 경직, 카메라 연출 및 타격 이펙트가 보완되면 타격감 향상에 유의미한 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 걸 알 수 있었다.

경항통 설문지를 이용한 한의학적 진단 및 분류체계에 관한 연구 (Research on Oriental Medicine Diagnosis and Classification System by Using Neck Pain Questionnaire)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this thesis is to help the preparation of oriental medicine clinical guidelines for drawing up the standards of oriental medicine demonstration and diagnosis classification about the neck pain. Methods : Statistical analysis about Gyeonghangtong(頸項痛), Nakchim(落枕), Sagyeong(斜頸), Hanggang (項强) classified experts' opinions about neck pain patients by Delphi method is conducted by using oriental medicine diagnosis questionnaire. The result was classified by using linear discriminant analysis (LDA), diagonal linear discriminant analysis (DLDA), diagonal quadratic discriminant analysis (DQDA), K-nearest neighbor classification (KNN), classification and regression trees (CART), support vector machines (SVM). Results : The results are summarized as follows. 1. The result analyzed by using LDA has a hit rate of 84.47% in comparison with the original diagnosis. 2. High hit rate was shown when the test for three categories such as Gyeonghangtong and Hanggang category, Sagyeong caterogy and Nakchim caterogy was conducted. 3. The result analyzed by using DLDA has a hit rate of 58.25% in comparison with the original diagnosis. The result analyzed by using DQDA has a accuracy of 57.28% in comparison with the original diagnosis. 4. The result analyzed by using KNN has a hit rate of 69.90% in comparison with the original diagnosis. 5. The result analyzed by using CART has a hit rate of 69.60% in comparison with the original diagnosis. There was a hit rate of 70.87% When the test of selected 8 significant questions based on analysis of variance was performed. 6. The result analyzed by using SVM has a hit rate of 80.58% in comparison with the original diagnosis. Conclusions : Statistical analysis using oriental medicine diagnosis questionnaire on neck pain generally turned out to have a significant result.

국내 어류에서 분리된 Megalocytivirus의 유전형 분류 및 상관관계 분석 (Genetic relatedness of Megalocytivirus from diseased fishes in Korea)

  • 본 연구에서는 2012년부터 2018년 1월까지 국내 어류에서 참돔이리도바이러스병 (red sea bream iridoviral disease; RSIVD) 으로 확정 진단된 주요 분리주에 대하여 major capsid protein (MCP) 유전자의 염기서열을 바탕으로 Megalocytivirus의 유전적 관계를 명확히 했다. 또한, Megalocytivirus와 숙주 세포간 상호작용에 영향을 줄 수 있는 특이 유전자 2종, Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) 및 Histidine triad motif인 HIT-like 단백질 (HIT)에 대한 염기서열 분석을 통해 유전적 상관관계를 고찰하였다. 국내 어류에서 분리된 39개의 megalocytiviruses는 2가지 유전형인 red sea bream iridovirus (RSIV)형과 turbot reddish body iridovirus (TRBIV)형으로 분류되었으며, RSIV형의 megalocytiviruses는 다시 유전아형인 RSIV-subgroup 1형과 2형으로 분류되었다. 그리고 VEGF 유전자 염기서열 분석 결과에서는 RSIV형의 바이러스에서 변이가 발생되었음을 확인할 수 있었으며, HIT-like 단백질 유전자는 RSIV형의 Megalocytivi rus에서만 발견되는 것을 알 수 있었다.

High-intensity Fitness Training Among a National Sample of Male Career Firefighters

  • Obesity and fitness have been identified as key health concerns among USA firefighters yet little is known about the current habits related to exercise and diet. In particular, high-intensity training (HIT) has gained increasing popularity among this population but limited quantitative data are available about how often it is used and the relationship between HIT and other outcomes. Using survey methodology, the current study evaluated self-reported HIT and diet practice among 625 male firefighters. Almost one-third (32.3%) of participants reported engaging in HIT. Body composition, as measured by waist circumference and percentage body fat, was significantly related to HIT training, with HIT participants being approximately half as likely to be classified as obese using body fat [odds ratio (OR) = 0.52, 95% confidence interval (CI) = 0.34-0.78] or waist circumference (OR = 0.61, 95% CI = 0.37-0.98). Those who engaged in HIT were more than twice as likely as those who did not (OR = 2.24, 95% CI = 1.42-3.55) to meet fitness recommendations. Findings highlight directions for future prevention and intervention efforts.

병렬처리 HIT 기법과 로드밸런싱 WLC기법이 적용된 HWbF(Hit and WLC based Firewall) 설계 (HWbF(Hit and WLC based Firewall) Design using HIT technique for the parallel-processing and WLC(Weight Least Connection) technique for load balancing)

  • 본 논문에서 설계한 HWbF(Hit and WLC based Firewall)은 PFS(Packet Filter Station)과 APS(Application Proxy Station)으로 구성된다. PFS는 로드 밸런싱을 이용한 PLB(Packet Load Balancing) 모듈을 이용해 패킷들을 분산시켜 패킷 전송 지연을 방지하고 병목현상을 줄이도록 설계하였고 APS는 로드 밸런싱을 이용한 PCSLB(Proxy Cash Server Load Balancing)모듈을 이용해 효율적인 프록시 캐쉬 서버를 관리하고, 패킷 트래픽량을 이용해 DoS 공격을 탐지하도록 설계하였다. 따라서, 본 논문에서 설계한 HWbF는 기존이 방화벽의 단점이었던 패킷 전송 지연을 방지하고 병목현상을 줄여 패킷 처리속도를 향상시킨다. 또한, 패킷 트래픽 임계값을 패킷 트래픽 량에 따라 자동 조절함으로써 기존의 평균값과 고정 임계치에 대한 각각의 DoS 공격 오탐지율(TCP)이 50%와 25%에서 제안한 수식에 의해 각각 38%와 17%으로 감소시켜, DoS 공격 트패픽의 탐지능력을 향상시킬 뿐만 아니라 프록시 캐쉬 서버의 부하도 줄인다.

  • 빅히트 엔터테인먼트는 방탄소년단(BTS)이라는 글로벌 아티스트 뮤지션을 국내에서 처음으로 제작, 혁신적인 가치를 창출하는 국내 최고의 콘텐츠 기업으로 유명하다. 빅히트 엔터테인먼트는 지속적인 혁신을 창출하고 꾸준히 음악적 성과를 만들어냄으로서 가장 경쟁이 극심한 엔터테인먼트 산업에서도 선도적 기업으로 인정받고 있다. 본 연구는 빅히트 엔터테인먼트의 콘텐츠 혁신을 설명하기 위해 해당 기업의 혁신 성과를 추동하는 두 개의 핵심 축인 방시혁 대표의 기업가적 리더십과 플랫폼 전략을 깊이 있게 살펴보고자 한다. 깊이 있는 사례연구를 통해 본 연구는 CEO의 기업가적 리더십이 빅히트 엔터테인먼트의 지속적인 콘텐츠 혁신을 이끌고 핵심 자원을 활용하는데 기여한다는 점을 밝혔다. 또한, 빅히트 엔터테인먼트는 자체 위버스 플랫폼을 통해 다양한 음악과 엔터테인먼트 콘텐츠를 창출함으로써 꾸준히 새로운 가치를 고객에게 제공하는데 성공했다. 연구 결과를 토대로 엔터테인먼트 산업에 필요한 학문적 공헌도와 실무적 시사점을 본 연구는 도출하였다.
