철학과 사상, 서사와 효과, 문화와 예술 영역으로 양분되어 논의되었던 포스트모더니즘의 담론은 디지털 테크놀로지의 발전으로 인하여 그 영역이 모호해졌다. 디지털 테크놀로지의 발전은 문화예술전반에 걸쳐 매체예술을 비롯하여 미학적 접근에 대하여도 변화를 가져왔다. 리얼리즘을 중심으로 디지털 이미지에 대한 해석은 기존의 이미지의 재현논리의 중심에서 디지털 기술이 만들어내는 이미지에 대한 특징 분석 및 해석과 함께 디지털 이미지들을 어떻게 수용해야하는가의 문제로 변화하고 있다. 하이퍼 리얼리티를 강조하는 디지털 이미지는 기존의 영화의 미학적 접근방식이 아닌 쇼트 단위로의 접근이 이루어져야 한다. 디지털 이미지는 프레임 단위 안에서 이미지의 현실 재현성을 강조하고 있으므로 기존의 총체적인 내러티브상의 영화 이미지의 미학적 특성에 대한 접근과는 다르게 이루어져야한다. CGI가 만들어내는 디지털 이미지는 프레임단위에서 재현되는 핍진성의 척도와 시뮬레이션, 극사실주의 개념으로써 해석이 이루어져야 하며 특히 환영성이 강조되는 영화에서는 내러티브상의 사실주의적 접근보다는 회화적 차원에서의 현실 재현적 차원으로의 미학적 접근이 이루어져야 한다.

90년대 후반부터 불기 시작한 한류는 콘텐츠의 가치와 상업성에 대해 눈뜨는 계기를 만들어 주었다. 정부에서는 콘텐츠 산업의 활성화를 위한 진흥원을 설립하였고, 대학에서는 짧은 시간에도 불구하고 콘텐츠 관련 학과가 양적으로 성장하던 시기로써 콘텐츠 산업과 인재양성의 부흥기였던 셈이다. 특히 대학의 콘텐츠 관련 인재양성은 게임, 드라마, 영화, 애니메이션, 캐릭터 등의 콘텐츠 산업에서 괄목할만한 성과를 내는데 기반이 되고 있다. 콘텐츠 개발과 생산은 수도권을 중심으로 이루어지고 있다. 지방의 진흥원과 대학이 연계하여 인재양성의 목표를 위해 협력한다면 기업과 지자체 그리고 대학이 더불어 사는 성공적인 산관학이 될 수 있다. 본 연구는 서울과 멀리 떨어져 있는 지방인 경남과 전남의 콘텐츠 관련 대학을 조사하고, 콘텐츠 관련 진흥원을 조사 연구하는 것이 목적이다. 직할시를 포함한 경남 전남의 콘텐츠 관련 진흥원과 대학을 정리하고 연구함으로서 그 다음 연구나 제안이 가능하게 하자는데 의의가 있다.

사진의 역사에서 컬러사진이 탄생한 후 색채가 다양하고 화질이 좋은 컬러사진은 점차 사진계의 주류가 되었다. 현대 중국 역시 개혁개방을 거쳐 국민의 사상이 점차 해방되고 컬러사진의 시대를 맞아 컬러사진은 더욱 대중화 되었다. 이처럼 컬러 사진이 대중화 된 시대가 되었지만, 이후 디지털 사진이 대중화 되면서 흑백사진은 중국에서 다시 사람들의 관심을 끌게 되었다. 디지털을 이용하여 손쉽게 흑백으로의 전환이 가능해 지면서 더욱 많은 사진가들이 흑백사진에 대해 관심을 갖게 되었다. 나아가 디지털사진으로 사진의 대중화는 흑백사진으로 하여금 새로운 흐름을 맞게 하였는데, 이에 따라 예전 필름시대의 흑백사진과는 다른 작품들이 선보였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 중국사진가들의 다큐멘터리 흑백사진작품에 대한 비교를 통하여 중국 근대의 흑백사진을 분석하였다.

The prospects of current and coming solar-photovoltaic (PV) technologies are envisioned, arguing this solar-electricity source is beyond a tipping point in the complex worldwide energy outlook. Truly, a revolution in both the technological advancements of solar PV and the deployment of this energy technology is underway; PV is no longer an outlier. The birth of modern photovoltaics (PV) traces only to the mid-1950s, with the Bell Telephone Laboratories' development of an efficient, single-crystal Si solar cell. Since then, Si has dominated the technology and the markets, from space through terrestrial applications. Recently, some significant shift toward technology diversity have taken place. Some focus of this presentation will be directed toward PV R&D and technology advances, with indications of the limitations and relative strengths of crystalline (Si and GaAs) and thin-film (a-Si:H, Si, Cu(In,Ga)(Se,S)2, CdTe). Recent advances, contributions, industry growth, and technological pathways for transformational now and near-term technologies (Si and primarily thin films) and status and forecasts for next-generation PV (nanotechnologies and non-conventional and "new-physics" approaches) are evaluated. The need for R&D accelerating the now and imminent (evolutionary) technologies balanced with work in mid-term (disruptive) approaches is highlighted. Moreover, technology progress and ownership for next generation solar PV mandates a balanced investment in research on longer-term (the revolution needs revolutionary approaches to sustain itself) technologies (quantum dots, multi-multijunctions, intermediate-band concepts, nanotubes, bio-inspired, thermophotonics, ${\ldots}$ and solar hydrogen) having high-risk, but extremely high performance and cost returns for our next generations of energy consumers. This presentation provides insights to the reasons for PV technology emergence, how these technologies have to be developed (an appreciation of the history of solar PV)-and where we can expect to be by this mid-21st century.

해외의 많은 축제들은 '도시이미지 마케팅' 차원에서 기획되는 경향이 짙으며, 우리나라에서도 이러한 추세가 서서히 반영되고 있다. 김천국제가족연극제 역시 대한민국 행복중심도시를 표방하는 김천시의 '도시이미지 마케팅'과 맞닿아 생겨난 축제 가운데 하나이다. 이러한 차원에서 기획된 축제의 대부분은 중도에 흐지부지되는 경우가 많지만 김천국제가족연극제는 타 연극제와의 차별화 전략을 통해 관객 개발에 있어서 관객확보의 성공적 사례로 12회를 이어가고 있다. 본 논문은 김천국제가족연극제의 역사와 현황을 바탕으로 특징과 차별성을 짚어보고 5년 연속 관객점유율 100%을 이어가고 있는 관객개발 방법을 분석하고자 한다. 지역 공연예술축제가 지닌 예술성과 지역성과의 결합을 통해 관객들에게 '보여주는' 간접적 참여에 그치는 연극제가 아니라 관객들이 직접 '만지고 느끼는' 참여 유희성 자발성을 지닌 연극제로서 발돋움함은 당연하다. 이에 김천국제가족연극제의 발전을 위한 개선방안과 과제를 제시하는데 그 의의가 있다.

The recent development of embodiment technology of the medical images makes most medical institutions introduce PACS in haste. However, while many older HIS and PACS systems are not yet capable of some of the integration, several new systems are moving rapidly in that direction. Typical PACS system architecture begins with the HIS since this is where the correct patient demographic information and in many cases the orders originate. So, PACS developed convenience of users and to satisfy user's demand because of financial limitations and administrator-oriented considerations in the process of development. Therefore, we have developed a CDA (Clinical Document Architecture) based PACS with HIS, by which we can search and refer to the patient's medical images and information with few restrictions of time and space for diagnosis and treatment. Target model of this research limited to 135 of hospital have 200 beds. We'll make more effort to develop the application which insures the better quality and information of medical images. Medical Image History manages the patient's image files and various medical informations like film chart in connection with time. This trial will contribute to the reduction of the financial loss caused by unnecessary devices and improve the quality in the medical services. The demand on the development of the program which refers to the medical data quickly and keeps them stable will be continued by the medical institute. This will satisfy the client's demand and improve the service to the patients in that the program will be modified from the standpoint of the users.

In order to create a national myth and be able to control international society, America with her short national history, used popular culture to accomplish these goals. The medium fit this purpose the best was the use of superhero characters based on comics. Born and developed from the 1930s through the 1960s, which could be seen as America's national crisis era, superhero characters were thorough advocates of American justice and was perfect for the role of spreading the legitimacy of American ideology. From the 1970s, superhero characters became part of movies and became even more influential through the Hollywood's massive film industry and the box office success. American ideology in superhero characters symbolically appeared in movie costumes. Starting with Superman and Batman, the very first and typical superhero characters' costumes work as metaphors for realization of American justice. After the 1980s, superheroes were newly developed through a genre called graphic novel and the most representative piece of this genre is Alan Moore's Watchmen. In the Watchmen, which was also turn into a movie in 2009, six changed superhero characters appear ranging from a non-human superhero, villain superhero, superhero with mental disorder and superhero with sexual impotency, the characters were never-seen-before superheroes with different aspects that connote introspection and philosophical ideology. The changed type of heroes and ideology became another form of heroes, and this brought changes to character costumes that were never considered before. The superhero costumes that used to symbolize America now express different types of superhero by borrowing exotic mythical elements, undressing, pastiche and daily life clothes. The superhero characters and their changes in costumes from Watchmen imply American popular culture's introspective tendency. Amongst these changes, we need to raise our critical vision towards popular culture.

Material properties such as coolant specific heat, film heat transfer coefficient, cladding thermal conductivity, surface diffusion coefficient of the multi-bubble are improved in MACSIS-Mod1. The axial power and flux profile module was also incorporated with irradiation history. The performance and feasibility of the updated driver fuel pin have been analyzed for nominal parameters based on the conceptual design for the KALIMER breakeven core by MACSIS-MOD1 code. The fuel slug centerline temperature takes the maximum at 700mm from the bottom of the slug in spite of the nearly symmetric axial power distribution. The cladding mid-wall and coolant temperatures take the maximum at the top of the pin. Temperature of the fuel slug surface over the entire irradiation life is much lower than the fuel-clad eutectic reaction temperature. The fission gas release of the driver fuel pin at the end of life is predicted to be $68.61\%$ and plenum pressure is too low to cause cladding yielding. The probability that the fuel pin would fail is estimated to be much less than that allowed in the design criteria. The maximum radial deformation of the fuel pin is $1.93\%$, satisfying the preliminary design criterion ($3\%$) for fuel pin deformation. Therefore the conceptual design parameters of the driver fuel pin for the KALIMER breakeven core are expected to satisfy the preliminary criteria on temperature, fluence limit, deformation limit etc.

컴퓨터 그래픽스 기술의 발달로 영화 초기에 사용되던 특수효과의 대부분은 컴퓨터 그래픽스 기술을 사용한 비주얼 이펙트 기술로 대체 되었다. 이러한 변화에 따라 현대 영화의 이펙트 장면은 감독과 비주얼 이펙트 제작자의 상호 소통에 의해 합의가 이루어진 후 제작된다. 하지만 감독과 비주얼 이펙트 제작자는, 스토리를 전달하기 위한 내러티브 언어와 컴퓨터 그래픽스의 기술 언어라는 각자의 언어를 사용한 커뮤니케이션으로 인해 제작과정의 많은 시행착오를 겪게 된다. 이 연구에서는 감독과 비주얼 이펙트 제작자의 원활한 커뮤니케이션을 돕기 위한 자료검색 시스템을 제안 하고자 한다. 제안된 시스템은 내러티브와 비주얼 이펙트 사용의 적절함을 인정받은 영화 14편에서 비주얼 이펙트가 사용된 장면을 찾아 내러티브와 비주얼 이펙트를 유형별로 분석하고, 사용된 컴퓨터 그래픽스 기술을 데이터베이스화하여 그 장면을 검색 할 수 있도록 만든 어플리케이션이다. 감독과 비주얼 이펙트 제작자는 이 어플리케이션을 통해 원하는 비주얼 이펙트 장면을 찾아 빠르게 장면에 대한 합의에 도달하여 합리적인 제작 파이프라인을 구축할 수 있도록 도울 것이다.
