This article examines the historical view of Benito $P{\acute{e}}rez$ $Gald{\acute{o}}s$ in his historical novel named "Zaragoza" and "$C{\acute{a}}novas$" by comparing with Numancia of Cervantes. In front of the national survival crisis, $Gald{\acute{o}}s$ recognizes that it is necessary that Spain should recover humanity and morality on basis of the krausist ideal. The krausists warned subjective idealism, stressing on free-will and moral conscience in a harmonious balance of rationality. Without refusing patriotism, they warned egoistic patriotism deformed by national selfishness or nationalism. Giner de los Ríos insisted on a necessity of harmonizing national inclination and universal one. $Gald{\acute{o}}s$ emphasizes that the identity of Spain is not possession of privileged class but sweat and tears of the mass of people in daily life. He represents Efemera as the ideal history on the basis of Unamuno's 'intrahistoria', by which, instead of $Luk{\acute{a}}cs^{\prime}$ progressive history, we can peep into a historical poetics of human free nature and vividness of discontinuous and endless shifting. According to the sub-history, we come to the conclusion that $Gald{\acute{o}}s$ and Cervantes would lay emphasis on sub-history, aiming to essence of Spanish soul originated from national landscape and people's daily life.

Inclusive innovation refers to different types and forms of innovation activities or performance by which we can get more for lesser cost and which could cater and meet the needs and demands of more people. The essence of inclusive innovation is to help poor, marginalized and underprivileged sections of society to improve their livelihoods and enable them to climb up the socio-economic ladder. In the current phase of economic slowdown, increasing unemployment and inequalities, World Bank, OECD and various governments are turning towards inclusive innovation as a new source of optimism or even as a new innovation strategy. Whilst it is being reframed or packaged as a novel or a new strategy, one can trace its historical roots to the AT movement and the Gandhian ideas of economy and society in the 1940s and 1950s. These ideas have inspired and influenced a range of individuals, institutions and civil society groups in inclusive innovation.

This paper looks into the ideological discourse embedded in D. H. Lawrence's Sons and Lovers. Sons and Lovers is an autobiographical novel which necessarily carries the author's own experiences. For this reason, it reflects the social and historical background upon which the narrative is displayed. Sons and Lovers is full of the historical characteristics of the late-nineteenth- and early-twentieth-century England. This essay closely reads the class struggles of the time in Sons and Lovers. In most of Lawrence's novels, the class struggles appear in the form of the marriage of two people from different classes. In Sons and Lovers, the hegemonic conflicts between Walter Morel and Gertrude Morel clearly show the class struggles of the time. Also, this paper disentangles the complicated stories of William and Paul and shows the general tragedy of English young men of the time. In the end, it will show that Sons and Lovers is a fully loaded ideological discourse.

After coming to power, Xi Jinping has continuously announced his political conviction, novel view of values, new thoughts and theories through the various kinds of mass media. A comprehensive understanding of these contents allows us to examine Xi Jinping's intention of building Chinese national ideology, and the process of change and settlement of his ideas. This paper aims to explore the following issues based on the Xi Jinping's statements. Chapter 2 examines the process and time-background where the ideas of Marx·Mao Zedong, and China specific ideology of Socialism become the sources of Xi Jinping's Ideology formation. Chapter 3 deals with the contents and function of the China dream which is the fundamental aim of Xi Jinping's Ideology formation. Chapter 4 focuses on the historical value of Xi Jinping's Ideology formation.

The epoch-making event of history called "JE JU 4.3" took place in JE JU beautiful island on liberation political situation in 1948. The cruelties of this event were reported awful life loss over 30,000, cruel slaughter by government, scorched villages in mountain area, silence exaction and disadvantage of implication for long time over 40 years. But, the real features are in still a fog.. Recently, the searching movement has arised owing to democracy atmosphere and literature works with "JE JU4.3" materials were published from 1988 and the government announced official apologies in 2003. The novel "The Sun-set on Halla Mt", one of those works, is accessible to real history due to its time/space back ground and the real name of persons who were related with this event. It is important for readers to consider the difference between real history and fiction story. Because a historical novel should be evaluated by writer's theme rather than history character.

This paper reviews the magnetic refrigeration technology that is a novel cooling method utilizing magnetic field to obtain low temperature. The key component of the refrigeration is a novel magnetic refrigerant which should possess sufficiently large magneto-caloric effect so that a pseudo-Carnot magnetic refrigeration cycle can cover reasonably large temperature span. Otherwise, a regenerative concept should be employed to expand the temperature span of the refrigeration cycle. There is a growing interest in magnetic refrigeration as a viable refrigeration technology not only for cryogenics as well as room temperature range. This paper covers historical developments, fundamental concepts, key components, application classification, and recent research trend of magnetic refrigerators.

The purpose of this paper is to reconsider and revaluate Ste. Genevieve Library designed by Henri Labrouste as a criticism of Classicism. Considered as the epitome of the early structural Rationalism the modern historian tried to focus only on the iron structure of the library. Arguably, the structural concern was one of the ideas that the architect wanted to manifest in the library. As a rebel against a view of the Acad$\acute{e}$mie des Beaux-Art the notions of H. Labrouste were radical. He criticized an autistic Classicism with an echoing Claude Perrault's doubt about the myth of classical beauty. These radical ideas firstly showed in his report of the Grand Prix de Rome and must have been developed through several discussions for a novel: Notre-Dame de Paris by V. Hugo. 'Ceci tuera cela', one of the chapter of the novel, was generally known as the death of architecture due to the invention of the printing press around Renaissance period. We, however, consider that even though the historical background of the novel is the Gothic period the ideas, which was discussed with Labrouste, related to the death of architecture was not the architecture itself but classical architecture recomposed during Renaissance period. As the first design work the library must be reflected his ideas, which were developed, and manifested his criticism of the Classicism indirectly.

J.D. Salinger's 1951 novel, Catcher in the Rye, has generally been known as a story of a young rebel, Holden Caulfield, who tries to break away from reality in the fifties, a decade prevalent with the strict rule and faultfinding culture of what he is taught at school: to simplify and unify. This novel often refers to a journey of an outsider who commits to playing a catcher in the rye, a fantasy world of innocence, infinity, and youth. As the story unfolds, Holden's ontology is rendered to show how vulnerable his affective ontology is to the ideological reality of containment and conformity. This informs how Holden is a pathological character that reifies the performative crisis of the postwar US Cold War ideology. That said, this paper examines the extent to which this novel can be possibly read as a narrative of illness to expose Holden's pathological conditions of illness, hysteria, and psychosis. Thus, it looks at his medical symptoms whose pathogens I attempt to analyze in terms of his affective potential of being ontologically engaged to the historical context, or the political unconscious, of the postwar US in the early Cold War years.

The decades after the French Revolution witnessed the prolific production and consumption of apocalyptic literature, tinged with the optimistic vision of political progress and human perfectibility. However, the Romantic writers were cautious to embrace the idea of the end of history, even though it promised an aesthetic space relieved of historical determinants. Mary Shelley's The Last Man joined this line of Romantic literature which skeptically questions the millenarian desires of political apocalypse by representing apocalypse without millenium. Using the theme of apocalypse as a tool to investigate the place of human beings in the universe and to test diverse political reform ideas to their fullest potential, the novel diagnoses the ideas of representative political subject as the most problematic aspect of political structure. The notion of subjecthood presupposes a political decision as to who can be counted as subject and this decision, according to the novel, assumed a subject that is "active, free, conscious and willful sovereign," which Raymond embodies in his exemplary body. Against the sovereignty of Raymond is juxtaposed the subaltern subject such as Sybil. The resistance of Sybil to Apollo, another exemplary subject, is the subtext of the novel, which guides the way out of the grim future of humanity. While the plague exemplifies the universalizing ideal with its principle of sovereignty, Sybil and her descendent Lionel practice the unconditional hospitality so that they can renew the community in a way to embrace singularities of individuals.

나관중의 소설 삼국지에 등장하는 인물들에 대한 인간관계 네트워크를 구축하고 분석한 결과, 실제 사회 인간관계 및 사회 네트워크의 특성과 마찬가지로 척도 없는 네트워크 및 계층적 네트워크의 특성을 보여주었다. 지금까지 대부분 네트워크에 관한 연구는 정적인 측면을 중심으로 이루어졌다. 왜냐하면, 네트워크는 고정되어 있는 것이 아니라 시간 및 공간에 따라 다양하게 변화함에도 불구하고 동적인 면을 분석하기 위한 데이터가 충분하지 않기 때문이다. 소설 삼국지는 비교적 짧은 역사 속에서 다양한 등장인물(1,119 노드)과 인물들의 이합집산에 의한 다양한 인간관계(3,604 링크) 연결망을 형성하고 있기 때문에 시간에 따른 동적 네트워크의 분석을 위한 좋은 모델이 될 것이다. 본 연구는 시대적으로 형성되는 네트워크 특성을 분석하고, 주요 등장인물들의 상관관계와 등장인물의 가중치를 분석하여 연결망의 동역학적 특성을 살펴보았다. 따라서 본 연구는 실제 인간관계 및 사회 네트워크나 생명체를 구성하고 있는 분자들의 네트워크에 관한 동역학적 특성을 분석할 수 있는 가능성을 제시하고 있다.
