본 연구는 스마트교육정책의 태동 배경을 밝히고, 스마트교육정책이 가지고 있는 정책적 특징을 분석하여 정책과제와 정책 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 먼저 스마트교육정책은 배분 정책의 유형에 따른 특성을 가지고 있다. 둘째, 스마트교육정책은 다른 정책에 비해 정책의 유형적인 정도(tangibility)가 매우 큰 편이며, 정책 효과(impact)에 대한 검증이 필요한 단계라고 할 수 있다. 셋째 스마트교육정책은 그동안 우리나라에서 1996년부터 추진되어온 교육정보화 종합 발전 방안의 역사적, 맥락적 동질성을 계승한 정책으로 향후 정책 추진에 있어서도 이에 기반한 추진전략이 필요하다. 넷째, 스마트교육정책은급변하는 정책 환경에 발맞추어 정책 추진에 있어서도 큰 폭의 유연성을 확보하여야 할 것이다. 따라서 과학적 정책 설계와 전략적 투자가 이루어져야 하고, 정책 오류 사례 등을 관리하여 향후 정책 설계에 활용할 필요가 있다.

본 연구에서 해석적 관점이란 인간의 행동이나 신념, 역사적 문화적 결과물들에 대한 의미이해에 도달하기 위해서는 역사적 문화적 지식을 토대로 이야기를 나누는 과정이 중요하며 이를 통해 궁극적으로 자기이해에 도달하게 된다는 교육과정의 관점을 의미한다. 개발 교육 과정안은 교육목표, 내용체계, 수업지도안, 교수-학습 자료로 구성된 것을 말한다. 본 연구에서 해석적 관점을 중심으로 가정과교육 의생활 교육과 관련 있는 주요 개념들을 가정(假定)하고 역사 문화적 자료를 토대로 의생활 문화 영역의 교육내용을 구성함으로써 의생활교육 내용의 변화를 시도하였으며 시험적 수업 적용 결과도 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다. 개발한 교육과정안의 장점으로는 학생들은 전통문화를 인식하고 의생활을 통해 자신이 누구인지 어떤 존재인지에 대해 해답을 찾는데 도움이 되었고 교육내용이 새로운 지식으로 인식되었으며 학습 동기 유발에 도움이 되었고 해석적 관점을 중심으로 한 수업내용이 진정한 실천을 위한 반성, 진정한 인식의 도달을 위한 역할을 수행할 수 있다는 것이다. 반면 문제점으로는 가정과교사들 스스로 의생활의 역사적?문화적 자료에 대한 이해와 수업준비에 어려움을 느낄 수 있고 역사와 사회와 더 관련이 있다고 생각한다는 것과 내용체계의 주제에 담을 교수학습 자료에 대한 보다 많은 연구가 필요하다는 것이다.

2005년 도시공원법 개정 이후 국내에는 역사유산의 보전은 물론 도시민의 휴식과 교육을 함께 도모할 수 있는 역사공원이 등장하였다. 이제는 역사공원의 운영 실태를 통해 국내 역사공원의 특성을 알고 그에 따른 제도적 보완을 모색할 때이다. 본 연구는 주요 국가의 역사공원 제도의 특성과 국내 역사공원의 지정 및 조성 경향을 분석하여 역사공원의 기능과 역할을 점검하고 향후 대응 방향을 마련하고자 하였다. 연구는 문헌고찰을 중심으로 하되, 역사공원 현황과 조성 과정을 관계 공무원과 전문가에게 전화 및 이메일로 확인하였다. 연구 결과, 역사자원은 주로 조선시대 유적에 집중되어 있지만 인물, 사건, 장소 등의 유산도 포함되며 근대기 유산도 증가하는 추세를 보였다. 역사공원은 기존도시와 신도시, 대도시와 지방도시 사이에 차이가 있으며 지방도시는 최근 경제 활성화와 정체성 강화를 위한 중요한 자원으로 역사공원을 이용하는 경향을 보였다. 또한, 공원의 종류를 역사공원으로 변경한 경우, 기존 기능과 일부 상충하는 문제가 발생하였다. 국내 역사공원은 역사유산공원, 역사기념공원, 역사주제공원과 역사적공원의 네 가지 유형으로 구분할 수 있었다. 이러한 세부적 유형분류는 향후 역사유산의 보전과 활용을 위한 전략적 토대가 되며 역사공원의 구체적인 운영 방향을 제시하는 기준이 될 수 있다.

금릉(金陵)대학교는 중화민국 시기 (1912-1949) 영화교육, 영화과학, 영화제작, 방송 등 많은 분야에서 대표적인 교육기관이었다. 금릉대학교에서 비록 독립적인 애니메이션 학과가 생겼던 것은 아니지만 애니메이션 과정이 개설되어, 이론 연구, 애니메이션 제작과 보급이 진행되어 애니메이션 발전에 있어 중요한 역사적인 역할을 하며 중국 애니메이션 교육의 시작을 알렸다. 본 연구는 민국 시기 금릉대학교를 중심으로 진행된 초기 애니메이션 교육 현황에 대한 역사적 분석을 진행하였다. 또한, 동시에 거시적 교육과 미시적 교육의 관점을 통해 당시의 학과 발전과 외부 교육 관념의 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 중화민국 시기 금릉대학교에서 진행된 애니메이션 교육의 발전과정을 정리하고, 초기 애니메이션 교육 연구의 시작점에 대한 이론적 연구를 진행하여 중국 초기 애니메이션 교육의 의미와 그것이 가진 가치를 재발견하고자 한다.

In this article, the author's intent is to begin a conversation centered on the question: How was the integration of digital technology into elementary mathematics classrooms framed? In the first part of the discussion, the author provides a historical perspective of the development of theoretical perspectives of the integration of digital technology in learning mathematics. Then, the author describes three theoretical perspectives of the role of digital technology in mathematics education: microworlds, instrumental genesis, and semiotic mediation. Last, based on three different theoretical perspectives, the author concludes the article by asking the reader to think differently.

Family life education and marriage enrichment are seen as a rapidly developing new approach for serving marriages and families in Korea. This paper compares and contrasts the concept of marriage enrichment & family life education. Especially historical development theoretical orientation and ethics process methods and techniques of marriage enrichment are critically reviewed. The direction of future research theoretical and practical implications are added.

During the 20th century, the secondary school mathematics teaching in China had been developing from the an old-style private school form with individual instruction to classroom teaching with Chinese characteristics, which experienced three stages of development; the stage for the formation of modern teaching system (1902-1949), the stage for development (1950-1976), and the stage for innovation (1977-2000). The characteristics and journey for the transformation will exert great for reference and effects for the reform of secondary school mathematics teaching nowadays.

Despite the importance of how the premedical education curriculum is organized, the basic direction of the curriculum has not been evaluated at a fundamental level. In order to explore the basic directions of the premedical education curriculum, this study examined medical education as a university education, the historical basis of premedical education, and the direction of the premedical education curriculum. Historically, as medical education was incorporated into the university education system, premedical education developed based on basic science and liberal arts education. Accordingly, the direction of the premedical education curriculum began to split into two approaches: one believing in a basic science-based education intended to serve as the foundation of medical training, and the other believing in a liberal arts-based education intended to cultivate the qualities of a doctor. In recent years, however, the binary division in the direction of premedical education has ceased to exist, and the paradigm has now shifted to an agreement that premedical education must cultivate the basic scientific competence required for learning medical knowledge as well as the social qualities that a doctor should have, which are cultivated through the liberal arts. Furthermore, it has been asserted that the direction of premedical education should move toward the qualities that will be required in the future. With the fourth industrial revolution underway, the role of doctors is now being re-examined. This means that today's medical education must change in a future-oriented way, and the direction of the premedical education curriculum must be on the same page.

Purpose - This study sought to discuss definitions of organizational culture taking into consideration different views, and the historical and philosophical elements of organizational culture. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - This paper is a relatively conceptual study that has attempted to define organizational culture, a topic that has been debated among scholars and practitioners. Various studies in the literature related to organizational culture have been reviewed in an effort to reduce the complexities and ambiguities in definitions of organizational culture. Results -This study summarized and synthesized different studies related to organizational culture, and identified the main streams for defining organizational culture as being from the historical and philosophical elements of organizational culture. Conclusions -The concept of organizational culture continues to be an important factor affecting organizational effectiveness and initiating organizational development. However, the definition of organizational culture has not been well-established. In this sense, this paper seems to be significant and meaningful as it attempts to define organizational culture from different perspectives.

In this paper, we analyze the scientific inquiries type on Almanac and Historical Astronomy asked through the Q&A service in Korea Astronomy and Science Institute(KASI) webpage with the aid of scientific inquiries analysis methods. We also study the contents of the questions. Specifically, we have created statistics of questions and inquiries, and have developed categories to analyze the characteristics of questions with regard to their cognitive aspects. Each question is categorized as either of the two elements based on their recognitive aspect: science knowledge or science study. Each element also has sub-categories that help the reader understand the characteristics of the questions. For the analysis, we used the sample consisting of questions collected from April, 2005 to June, 2007. Through this study, we achieved a better understanding of the questions in the area of Almanac and Historical Astronomy asked in the Q&A service. Throughout this study, we find that the need of questions in the area of Almanac and Historical Astronomy are increasing with time, and the overall quality of the questions is getting improved. As we expect that the number of people using our Q&A service will increase and that the questions will get more difficult to answer, development of improved contents is required.
