This paper explores the concept and historic context of appropriate technology to provide the academic community with better understanding, insights, current trends, and finally, implications for engineering education. To do that, a rigorous literature survey has been carried out. The result supports that the appropriate technology concept will meet present tasks of engineering education, which calls on policy development and further studies.

연변지역은 문화 역사적으로 한국뿐만 아니라 중국에 있어서도 관심 지역이다. 연변지역에 대한 문화 역사적 연구는 많지만 유적 지도화에 대한 연구는 찾아보기 힘들다. 본 연구에서는 구글어스 영상을 이용하여 연변지역의 문화 역사 유적을 지도화하고 공간적 특징을 분석하고자 하였다. 석기시대부터 청나라까지 시기별로 문화 역사 유적 분포도를 제작하였다. 지도화 기호체계는 사기별로 색상기호와 유형별 기호를 제작하였다. 지도화 결과 연변지역에는 다른 시기와 비교해 발해와 요 금나라의 유적이 많은 비중을 차지하였다. 특히 고구려, 발해, 요 금나라의 유적은 시 공간적 누층구조를 보였다. 분포특정은 초기에 분지지역과 하천지역에 위치해 있었고, 역사시기 이후에는 구릉과 산지지역으로 이동하였다. 연구결과는 문화 역사 유적 관련 후속연구에 정보를 제공해 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 매장문화재 보존형 역사공원의 설계 여건으로서 관련 법규와 제도를 고찰한 후, 비지정문화재를 보존조치한 능곡선사유적공원, 안산신길역사공원, 용죽역사공원에 대한 사례 연구를 진행하여 설계 양상을 도출하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 역사공원 관련 법규에 따르면 유적지의 보존과 활용을 동시에 만족시켜야 하고, 역사관련시설공간, 광장, 휴게공간, 운동공간, 교육문화공간, 편익공간을 도입할 수 있다. 둘째, 매장문화재의 보존만 강조한 공간구성과 동선 체계에 의해서 유구보존공간과 기능적 공간들이 격리되고, 주변 토지이용을 고려한 이용행태를 수용하지 않아서 역사공원의 효용성이 적었다. 셋째, 건축적 방식의 노출 현지보존, 움집 재현, 복토 현지보존 후 철쭉이나 석재로 수혈주거지 위치를 표시하는 소극적 유구보존방식과 관람 위주의 활용으로 인하여 역사공원의 정체성이 약했다. 넷째, 이용자 접근을 막는 울타리가 유구의 체험을 방해하고, 노출된 유구의 상부를 보호하는 수직 구조물이 역사공원의 경관을 압도하였다. 다섯째, 매장문화재 정보를 전달하는 안내판에 전문용어 위주의 텍스트와 발굴 사진만 제시하여 유구 공간을 이해하기 어려웠다.

This study purpose is the consideration of the processing evolution historic of the Educational Facilities 20s century at the grand view in the region Ile-de-France. Specially, by thepart of Educational Politic, Urban Geographic and the Urban Planning. This study purpose is to take a data base and study direction on 'A study of the role educational facility in the urban development'. So I was arrived these conclusions, First, the educational politic of the france was aimed for the democratization of the education and the popularization. After execution of the decentralization in the 1986, high school facilities was more popularized. Second, in the view point of the urban geographic, before 1975 years, high school facilities in the region ile-de-france was unbalanced in the situation regional and in the division social on the urban space. But after law of the Decentralization(1986) in the France, by effort of the regional conseil has take the regional balance. Third, high school facility has a potential force as a center of the development of the city. Forth, the facility has a possibility potential for a working of the important role in the urbanization. specially, the movement of population, the augment prix of the terrain, appartement and the division social in the urban space. as element that important relation with a development of the city.

Tourist Psychological Capacity (TPC) is an important issue of the Tourism Capacity research. We gained the tourist satisfaction through the questionnaire investigation in Mount Tai Scenic Area and obtained the tourist satisfaction function using SPSS17.0 regression analysis method. Then we got the best psychological capacity of tourists with the Marginal Satisfaction Method. Finally we verified the influencing factors on TPC. The study found that the best TPC of Mount Tai Scenic Area is 10323 persons; Female shows lower TPC than male. Moreover, female satisfaction is more easily influenced by visitors' number increasing than male satisfaction; TPC plays negative correlation with the increasing of age. Teenagers and adults have no much difference in TPC, but the seniors present a relatively lower TPC than other; The higher education, the smaller TPC.

The purpose of this study is to reveal the development process of modern repair systems in the Korean peninsula. Sasungjeon, one of the main buildings of Jangansa temple located in Geumgangsan, was repaired from 1941 to 1944. It was the very last restoration work of historic wooden architecture performed during the Japanese colonial era. This work was delayed multiple times because of insufficient materials and human resources. The Bureau of Education(學務局), which was in charge of repair work, understood that the problems of the repair system and suggested reorganizing the system as a solution. This study examined the repair work of Sasungjeon as a background of the bureau's suggestion and considered this suggestion as an attempt to transform the repair system.

수학의 여러 분야 가운데 패러독스가 가장 풍부한 분야는 확률 통계 영역이다. 이것은 역사적으로 확률 통계 이론의 전개 과정에서 지난 시기 동안 연구자들이 직관과 상식에 의해 참이라고 믿고 있었지만 그 사이에는 감춰져 있던 다양한 패러독스들이 존재했으며, 이 패러독스들을 수학자들이 밝히고 수학적으로 해결해 나가면서 현재의 형식적 체계에 이르게 되었음을 시사하는 것이다. 학교 수학에서 확률 통계 영역의 교수 학습 자료로 적절하게 활용할 수 있는 역사적 패러독스들은 그 당시 현실적 맥락의 도입에 따른 학생의 흥미와 관심을 불러일으킬 수 있으며, 또한 교실 수업에서 역사 발생적 원리에 따라 패러독스를 제기하고 해결하고자 고민한 수학자들의 수학적 사고를 엿볼 수 있는 타당한 교수 학습 자료이다. 더불어 확률 통계 영역에서 역사적 패러독스를 활용하는 교실 수업은 형식적이고 연역적인 학교 수학을 학생의 발견적 형성적인 측면을 강조하는 수학으로 변화하게 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 확률 통계 영역의 형식화 과정에서 발생한 역사적인 패러독스들 중에서 중 고등학교 확률 통계 수업에 활용할 수 있는 패러독스들에 대해서 알아보고, 또한 이 패러독스들을 교실 수업에 활용할 수 있는 구체적인 방안에 대해서 논해보고자 한다.

Debt and credit problems in Korea have been escalated during the past decade. The number of people with debt and credit problems is in its historic high. In May 2008, about 2.48 million debtors are officially classified as bad debtors and 7.20 million people have low credit scores. People with low credit scores are in disadvantageous situation in the financial market thus their financial transactions and activities are limited. In 2004, Korean government introduced various credit rehabilitation programs. However, most of these problems are remedial in nature and preventive programs such as credit counseling and debtor education are lacking. The purpose of this review is to examine US credit counseling and debtor education programs to obtain insights for preventive credit program developments in Korea. The review focused on programs offered through National Foundation for Credit Counseling, Jump Start, and Cooperative Extension Services from two large land grant Universities. From the program review suggestions and recommendations for educational contents, program and educator developments, and program quality control were discussed.

여행의 형태가 정적인 자원보다는 동적이고 체험적이고 가족형으로 변화하는 추세에 따라 축제가 매우 선호되고 있다. 특히 역사적 사건, 시대, 인물을 주제로 개최되는 역사체험축제는 자녀를 둔 가족이 교육과 체험을 동시에 경험할 수 있어서 인기가 높다. 축제의 평가는 현재의 문제점을 진단하고 개선안을 도출하기 위한 절차로서 축제의 발전에 중요한 역할을 한다. 축제를 평가하는 방법 중 중요도-실행도 분석(Importance-Performance Analysis)은 만족도와 같은 단일 기준의 평가가 아니라 중요도와 실행도를 동시에 평가하고, 복잡한 통계기법이나 전문용어가 없어도 도표를 이용하여 가시적으로 문제점을 판단할 수 있기 때문에 일선 축제 담당자에게 유용한 도구가 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서 연천전곡리 구석기축제를 대상으로 중요도-실행도 분석을 실행한 결과 '음식의 독특함', '휴게시설', '기타 편의시설', '위생', '혼잡도' 등이 집중 영역에 포함되었다. 따라서 축제의 발전을 위해서 독특한 음식을 개발하고, 휴게시설과 기타 편의시설을 확충하고, 위생에 신경을 쓰고, 혼잡도는 낮출 수 있도록 노력해야 하겠다.
