서울지역 국민학생의 체위 상태와 식생활 양상에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Physical Status of Elementary School Children in Seoul and their Dietary Pattern)

  • Recently, childhood obesity is increasing in Korea mainly due to westernized dietary pattern. The purpose of this study is to investigate diet pattern(habit and behavior), nutritional knowledge and taste favor in normal and obese children. We carried out anthropometries and self questionaire about life style among the 5th-grader in elementary school(88 boys, 102 girls) in Seoul. The results are as follows : Physical conditions are boys’average hight and weight 142.0cm, 37.5kg ; and girls’143.7cm, 35.6kg. BMI are normal group 38.7% and abnormal group 61.3%(obese 24.2% underweight 16.1% overweight 14.0% very underweight 7.0%) A great part of obese children live in apartment house(79.5% of obese children in southern Seoul; 60.2% in northern Seoul). Obese parents have obese children. Diet behavior, diet pattern, food habit and food preferance of children are similar to their parents, especially their mothers. Preferance in taste of children follows in order of hot, sweet and mild. Especially obese children favor sweet taste more than others. The 61% of them are interested in weight control. Their nutritional knowledges are poor(4.9/10). They like more westernized food(hamberger) than korean food(In-jul-me).

돌나물 수집종간 생육특성, 비타민 C 함량 및 항산화 활성 (Growth Chracteristics, Vitamin C Content and Antioxidative Activity among Local Strains of Sedum sarmentosum)

  • 돌나물 수집종간 생육특성과 비타민 C함량 및 항산화활성을 비교하기 위하여, 13 지역종을 포장에 삽목재배하였다. 금산, 부천, 용인, 포천 지역종은 줄기가 가늘고 초장이 길며, 잎은 좁고 긴 타원형으로 다른 지역종들과 형태적 차이를 보였으며, 완주와 군산 지역 종은 초장과 절간장이 짧고, 개화기에도 꽃이 피지 않았다. 비타민 C 함량은 $407.8-434.4mg{\cdot}kg^{-1}$의 범위로 광양, 부안, 완주, 군산 지역종에서 높았으나, 수집종간 유의한 차이는 보이지 않았다. 항산화 활성을 나타내는 전자공여능(EDA)은 생체추출물($45.0{\sim}66.5%$)에서보다 동결건조 추출물($61.3{\sim}66.5%$)에서 높았으며, 광양, 순천, 완도 지역종들이 다른 지역종에 비하여 높은 항산화 활성을 나타내었다. 비타민 C함량 및 항산화 활성은 광양 지역종에서 가장 높았다.

상용차용 HILS기반 능동형 공기현가 시스템의 가상 Components 개발에 관한 연구 (Study on Development of Virtual Components for Active Air Suspension System Based on HILS for Commercial Vehicle)

  • Purpose of this study is to develop virtual components and environment for developing a controller of an Active Air Suspension System in laboratory that slough off existing development environment using real vehicle test. This paper presents an air spring modeling and analysis of air suspension system for a commercial vehicle. Preferentially, It was performed vehicle test for pneumatic system and an air spring for characteristic analysis of system. Each component of an air spring suspension system was developed through emulations and modeling of system for pressure and height sensors in the basis on test results in SILS environment. Non-linear characteristics of air spring are accounted for using the measured data. Also, pressure and volume relations for vehicle hight control is considered. After performance verification of virtual model was performed, we developed virtual environment based on HILS for an Active Air Suspension System. We studied estimation and verification technology for control algorithm that developed.

식물의 온도 완화효과에 관한 기초적 연구 (A Quantitative Study on the Effect of Temperature Control by a Shade Tree and the Lawn Area)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of temperature control by a shade tree and the lawn area. In this investigation, we find out that artificial-lawn, concerte, and exposed soil are more higher temperature than covered with plant materials. The results of the measurement may to summerized as follows; 1) Low-temperature effects of zoysia japonica is more controlled by condition of growth than leaf length of grass. Surface temperature make 0.7$^{\circ}C$ difference between long grass (15cm), and short grass (5cm), but make 5$^{\circ}C$ difference between good growth grass (230/10$\textrm{cm}^2$) and bad growth grass (80/10$\textrm{cm}^2$). 2) The surface temperature of the lawn area is 40.5$^{\circ}C$ lower on a maxinum than that of the artificial lawn (July 28, 1985). During the day of summer, shade area under the shade tree is 0.9$^{\circ}C$ lower then lawn area surface temperature, 6.9$^{\circ}C$ lower than bad growth lawn, 10.3$^{\circ}C$ lower than exposed soil, and 18$^{\circ}C$ lower than concrete surface temperature. 3) Natural irrigation effect on the surface temperature fluctuation. But this effect is changed by compositions of ground materials and time-lapse. 4) Sunny day is more effective than cloud day. 5) In summer season, surface temperature make a difference compare to temperature of 0.5-1.5m height from ground : Surface temperature is 3.4$^{\circ}C$ lower at the lawn area (11 a.m.), 4.2$^{\circ}C$ lower at the shade area the shade tree, 12.7$^{\circ}C$ higher at the concrete area (3p.m.), 38.8$^{\circ}C$ higher at the artificial lawn (2p.m.) 6) According to compositions of ground materials and season have specific vertical temperature distribution curve. 7) In summer season, temperature distribution of 0.5-1.5m hight at the shade tree is 4.8-5.7$^{\circ}C$ lower than concrete area (noon-3p.m.)

상수지조의 벌채정도와 신초의 발육과의 관계 (Relation between the growth of mulberry shoots and various sizes of cut down mulberry branch in Spring)

  • 춘기발아전에 지조를 각각 선단벌채, 조장의 1/3, $\frac{1}{2}$, 2/3 벌채하여 발아 생장하는 신아의 발육상황을 조사하였다. (1) 지조를 벌채하면 불발아비율이 대체적으로 감소하여 무처리구의 반이하로 되는 것인데 1/3 벌채구가 가장 그 비율이 적어진다. 그리고 또 지조를 벌채하면 불발아는 지조의 하반부에 집중한다. (2) 지조를 벌채하여도 발아를 촉진시키는 일은 없고 도리어 약간 늦어지는 경향이 있는 것 같지마는 발아후의 개엽속도는 매우 빨라져서 탈순에서부터 제 5개엽기까지의 소요일수는 무처리구의 16일에 비하여 벌채 각구는 7~9일이며 그 중 가장 빠른 것은 2/3벌채구의 7일이다. (3) 지조를 벌채하면 신아의 발육을 촉진시켜서 5월 5일부터 6월 10일까지 45일간의 생장량이 무처리구의 34cm에 비하여 벌채각구는 그 1.6~2.5배나 생장하여 가장 생장량이 큰 것이 2/3벌채구의 83cm이다. 그리고 벌채각구는 생장속도도 무처리구에 비하여 빠르다. (4) 엽수의 증가비율은 무처리구에 비하여 벌채각구가 약간 많기는 하지만 그 차는 그리 크지 않다. (5) 신아의 총생장량은 무처리구에 비하여 벌채각구가 현저하게 많으며 2/3벌채구는 생장계적아수가 벌채각구중에서 가장 적지만은 1아의 평균아장이 가장 길다. (6) 신소삽목의 삽수를 되도록 빨리 채취하기 위해서는 조장의 2/3정도를 벌채하는 것이 적당할 것 같다.

해상사격장 선박분포 특성 분석을 통한 해상안전 개선방안에 대한 연구 (Study on the Method to Improve a Maritime Safety by Analysing the Distribution Characteristics of the Ships on Marine Firing Range)

  • Ahn-heung Proving Ground(APG) of Agency for Defense Development(ADD) is the only weapon test site which has been performing firing tests for many kinds of missile, artillery and ammunition. APG has been performing the firing tests of so many times every year. The tests related to missiles, artillery and ammunitions cover 80% among the quantity of annual test events. The target area of many kinds of missile, artillery and ammunition is on the sea. Therefore, APG has its marine firing ranges which were approved by the ministry of Defense. Both weapons and ships can run into each other on the sea. APG has to monitor and detect the positions of the ships in the specific dangerous zone on the sea. The positions of the ships are detected by Scanter 2001 radar and GPS100 detection radar. Evading the time period when the ships appear very often on the sea may be a good solution to keep the maritime safety. And evading the place where the ships appear very often on the sea may be a good solution as well. This paper is to analyze the ships' distribution characteristics of marine firing range, which are to raise the efficiency of many kinds firing tests which have been performed in APG of ADD. Ship distribution data from February 2014 to December 2016 were used in this paper. Ship distribution was analyzed with monthly data, seasonal data and etc. The number of the ships in approved sea area is higher in the morning than in the afternoon, and in fall than other seasons, and from August to November, and below 0.5 m in the hight of wave. Using the these conditions, we can raise the test efficiency of many kinds firing tests and guarantee maritime safety. The number of the ships in approved sea area is entirely unrelated to visibility of the sea. The time period when the number of the ships are high on the sea is morning. The season when the number of the ships are comparatively high on the sea is fall. APG of ADD could raise the efficiency of the firing tests and improve the maritime safety, using the analysis results of the characteristics on the ship distribution.

간척지 자생 버드나무의 NaCl 농도별 생육반응 (Effects of NaCl Concentration on the Growth of Native Willow Species Collected in a Coastal Reclaimed Land)

  • 본 연구는 간척지에 자생하는 버드나무 (Salix koreensis Anderson)를 대상으로 염분에 대한 내성의 범위를 조사하기 위해 수행되었다. 간척지에서 선발된 버드나무 6개체의 가지를 잘라 온실에서 삽목하여 2개월이 경과한 다음부터 NaCl 0.1%, 0.5%, 1.0% 용액과 지하수를 1개월간 관수하면서 재배하였다. 0.1% 및 지하수 처리구에서 전체 묘목의 생존율은 100%인 반면 0.5% 및 1.0% 처리구에서는 각각 73.2% 및 58.8%로 감소하였다. 0.1%와 지하수 처리구간의 묘고와 근원경 생장은 차이를 보이지 않았고 엽수는 실험기간동안 꾸준히 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 반면 0.5% 및 1.0% 처리구에서 묘고 생장은 지하수 처리구에 비해 각각 43.8% 및 88.9% 감소하였다. 0.5% 및 1.0% 처리구 묘목의 잎은 스트레스로 갈변하고 조기 낙엽되었다. 본 연구에 사용된 버드나무는 온실에서의 NaCl 처리결과 해안간척지에서 자생하는 개체임에도 불구하고 일반 임지에서 자생하는 버드나무보다 염분에 대한 내성 능력이 크지는 않은 것으로 추정된다.

전작(前作)으로서 녹비작물(綠肥作物)인 자운영(紫雲英)(Astragulas sinicus L.)재배(栽培)가 후작물(後作物)인 벼 생육(生育)에 미치는 영향(影響) (Effects of Pre-cultivation of Chines Milk Vetch (Astragulas sinicus L.) on Rice Growth and Development)

  • 녹비(綠肥) 사료작물(飼料作物)인 자운영(紫雲英)을 전작물(前作物)로 재배(栽培)했을 경우 후작물(後作物)인 벼에 있어서 생육(生育) 및 수량(收量) 구성요소(構成要素)에 미치는 영향(影響)을 알고자 본 실험(實驗)을 실시하였다. 본(本) 실험(實驗)을 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 1. 생육시기(生育時期)에 따른 벼 초장(草長) 유효분얼기(有效分蘖期)를 제외한 다음의 전(全) 시기(時期)에서 표준시비구(標準施肥區)보다 컸으며 그 중 자운영 지상부(地上部)+질소시비구(窒素施肥區)에서 가장 크게 나타났다. 2. 벼의 분얼수(分蘖數)에서는 결실기에 자운영전체(紫雲英全體)(지상부(地上部)+지하부(地下部))+질소시비구(窒素施肥區)에서 13.9개로 가장 많았으며, 실제 이용성이 높은 자운영전체(지상부+지하부)처리구에서 10.5개로 표준시비구(標準施肥區)의 8.7개보다 더 많았다. 3. 생육시기(生育時期)에 따른 벼 엽록소함량(葉綠素含量)은 표준시비구(標準施肥區)보다 자운영(紫雲英)을 녹비(綠肥)로 이용한 구(區)에서 많은 함량(含量)을 보였다. 4. 생육시기(生育時期)에 따른 벼 엽면적(葉面積) 변화(變化)는 최대(最大) 분얼기(分蘖期)에서 가장 높았으며 특히 자운영전체(지상부+지하부)+질소시비구에서 표준시비구의 $356cm^2$보다 약 2배가 넘는 $784cm^2$을 나타내었다. 5. 주당(株當) 이삭수(數), 이삭당 영화수(潁花數), 등숙률(登熟率), 그리고 천립중(千粒重) 모두 자운영을 녹비(綠肥)로 이용한 구(區)에서 표준시비구보다 높은 결과를 나타냈다. 그리고 이용(利用) 가능성이 높은 자운영 전체(지상부+지하부)처리구에서 표준시비구보다 월등히 높았으며 특히 등숙율(登熟率)에서 94.9%을 나타냈다.

교합장애에 의한 백서 하악골의 형태적 변화에 관한 실험적 연구 (AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE MORPHOLOGIC CHANGES OF RAT MANDIBLE FOLLOWING OCCLUSAL INTERFERENCE)

  • The occlusal interference during adolescent period makes some effects on growth and development and morphological changes. And so, if we could predict the the timing and results of orthodontic treatment who have occlusal interference during adolescent period, it may be helpful for diagnosis and treatment planning of orthodontic treatment. For about those, the purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of the posterolateral displacement by the metal casting crown with inclined pathway on the mandibular condyle and morphologic changes of mandible in the rat. The experimental animals were thirty six Sprague-Dawley male rats of 8 weeks old. Eight of them was used as control group, and experimental group 1 ( continuous appliance wearing group ) was composed of sixteen and experimental group 2 ( appliance removal group after worn the appliances during 3 months ) was composed of remaining twelve. The animals of experimental grouop 1 were sacrificed after 1, 2, 3, 6 months from beginning of the experiment and experimental group 2 were sacrificed 1, 2, 3 months after removal of the appliance from worn the appliance during 3 months. Both of mandible and temporomandibular joint were observed histologically and radiologically. The results were as follows : 1. In experimental group 1, the mandibular length and lower posterior height were decreased with experimental period, while the lower anterior height was increased, and the curvature of lower incisors and lingual inclination of anterior alveolar bone were profound as compared with control group. 2. In experimental group 1, both of the thickness of the condylar cartilage were thinned in the posterosuperior region, and this phenomenon was more prominent on right than left in 3-Mo experimental period and both sides were marked thinned in 6-Mo experimental period. 3. In experimental group 2, the lower anterior height was low and lower posterior height was high as compared with experimental group 1, and the curvature of lower incisors and lingual inclination of anterior alveolar bone were recovered to control group. 4. In experimental group 2, both of the thickness of the condylar cartilage were thickened in the posterosuperior region, and this phenomenon was more prominent with experimental period. 5. In experimental group 2, the mandibular length was short, lower anterior height was hight, the curvature of lower incisors were profound, and in histologically, both of the thickness of the condylar cartilage were thickened in the posterosuperior region as compared with control group. As shown above, the occlusal interfemce affected the condylar cartilage, curvature of lower incisor, inclination of anterior alveolar bone, mandibular length, and anterior and posterior height. When the interference was removed, significant recover was found in condylar cartilage, mandibular length, and posterior height. Although no significance was found, other items of measurement showed trends for recovery.

수소화물에 의한 이방성재료의 소형펀치(SP) 크리프 열화거동 (SP Creep Degradation of Anisotropic Materials by the Hydride)

  • 본 연구는 이방성 재료인 Zr-2.5%Nb가 수소화물을 함유할 때, 고온 크리프 거동 특성을 규명하고자 한다. 이를 위해 50 ppm, 100 ppm, 200 ppm의 수소화물을 장입한 Zr 합금을 이방성의 영향을 최소화하고 실제 하중 조건인 2축 응력을 구현하기 위해서 $300^{\circ}C$에서 SP 크리프 시험을 행하였다. 이 시험을 통해 SP 크리프 곡선을 얻었으며, 각각의 시험편의 경향을 비교하였다. 50, 100 ppm의 경우에는 수소화물에 의한 고온 크리프의 열화 거동을 확연히 구분할 수 있었다. 반면에 200 ppm의 경우에는 크리프의 열화가 발생하지 않았다. 이런 사실은 SP 크리프 상수와 응력지수의 비교에 의해서도 확인할 수 있었다. 50 ppm과 100 ppm의 경우에는 크리프 상수가 감소하고, 응력지수는 증가하는 것으로부터 Zr 합금의 열화를 확인할 수 있으나, 반면에 200 ppm의 경우에는 크리프 상수가 도리어 증가하고, 응력지수는 감소하였다. 이런 사실로부터 수소화물이 Zr 합금의 고온 크리프 거동의 특성을 좌우하는 매우 중요한 인자임을 확인하였다.
