전력선 통신 기술을 활용한 변압기 및 전력선로 추적 방법 개발에 관한 연구 (Study about Power Transformer and Lines Tracing Method based on Power Line Communication Technology)

  • 도심에서 배전선로는 지중과 가공 선로의 구성, 연가, 건물과 나무로 인한 시야 방해로 추적하기가 어렵다. 이러한 3상 4선식 배전계통에서 특정 수용가가 어떤 변압기 또는 어떤 배전선로로부터 공급되는지를 결정하는 것이 현장의 전기 기술자에게 어려운 문제다. 배전선로의 부하 평형등을 위해 선로의 정확한 추적기술이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 소전력 고주파 신호를 사용하는 전력선 통신을 활용한 식별 방법을 제안한다. 배전선로에 고주파 전력 신호를 주입하여 분석 한 결과 고주파 신호는 배전선 및 변압기에서 전달을 억제하게 된다. 이러한 제안된 전송제한 방법을 사용하여 변압기도 식별하고 배전선로도 식별하고자 한다. 배전계통에서 전력선 통신 신호의 전달 특성을 분석하기 위한 변압기, 3상 선로, 부하 등에 대한 시뮬레이션 해석 모델을 기술한다. 그리고 시스템은 전력선 통신 모듈을 바탕으로 송수신기로 구성된다. 이론적 개념을 검증하기 위해서 일반 상업용 건물에서 실험이 행하여진다. 또한 MATLAB 시뮬링크를 사용하여 개념에 대한 이해를 위한 시뮬레이션이 수행된다.

보염기에 의해 안정되는 난류확산화염의 연소특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Combustion Characteristics of Turbulent Diffusion Flame Stabilized by Bluff Body)

  • The flame stabilization and the combustion characteristics of diffusion flame formed in the wake of a cylindrical bluff body with fuel injection are studied. With the turbulence generator, the flame stability limits and ion currents were measured and analyzed. The results from this experimental study are summarized as follows. The region with highest average value of ion currents in the middle of flame is moved to the upstream side by the turbulent components of main stream. The flame mass with partially active reaction is moved fast for uniform flow and turbulence generator G3, but the flame mass with relatively slow reaction is moved slowly for turbulence generator G1. If the turbulence generator with strong turbulent component is installed, the turbulent time scale is increased with movement from main stream side to recirculation zone as well as the flame stability limits is deteriorated. Though the special dominant frequency is not appeared in the eddy which exists in flame, high frequency characteristics are appeared in uniform flow and turbulence generator G3, and low frequency characteristics are appeared in uniform flow, turbulence generator G3 and G1.

  • This paper is concerned with the fabrication of (Fe,Co)-Si-B amorphous magneto-strictive wire which attracts strong attention as a new sensor material. First, we put the ingot of (Fe$\sub$1-x/Co$\sub$x/)$\sub$77/Si$\sub$8/B$\sub$15/ composition into quartz tube. Then, under the condition of 400MHz and 8kW, we melt and mix the in-got in the high frequency induction furnance. After that, we obtain the magnetostrictive wire of 100∼150$\mu\textrm{m}$ in diameter by injection and rapid quenching within the high rotating water. Finally, we find that the wire is under the amorphous state.

  • This paper describes a field orientation control of an induction motor without any speed transducer and proposes a wide-range speed control strategy with the field orientation algorithm. The difference at impedances between the direct and quadrature axis at the injected signal is used for the sensorless field orientation control. But this algorithm has some limitations and should be supported by other method at high speed. In this paper, a sensorless speed control at an induction motor for wide speed range operation is proposed. The proposed algorithm is verified by experimental results.

Picosecond Mid-Infrared 3.8 ㎛ MgO:PPLN Optical Parametric Oscillator Laser with High Peak Power

  • In this study, a compact, picosecond, mid-infrared 3.8 ㎛ MgO:PPLN optical parametric oscillator (OPO) laser output with high peak power is realized using a master oscillator power amplifier (MOPA) 1 ㎛ solid-state laser seeded by a picosecond fiber laser as the pump source. The pump source was a 50 MHz and 10 ps fiber seed source. After AOM pulse selection and two-stage solid-state amplification, a 1,064 nm laser output with a repetition frequency of 1-2 MHz, pulse width of 9.5 ps, and a maximum average power of 20 W was achieved. Furthermore, a compact short cavity with a unsynchronized pump is adopted through the design of an OPO cavity structure. When the injection pump power was 15 W and the repetition frequency was 1 MHz, the average output power of idler light was 1.19 W, and the corresponding peak power was 119 kW. The optical conversion efficiency was 7.93%. When the repetition frequency was increased to 2 MHz, the average output power of idler light was 1.63 W, the corresponding peak power was 81.5 kW, and the optical conversion efficiency was 10.87%. At the same time, the output wavelength was measured at 3,806 nm, and the beam quality was MX2 = 3.21 and MY2 = 3.34.

13 GHz CMOS 주파수 합성기와 체배기를 이용한 77 GHz 레이더 송신기 설계 (Design of 77 GHz Radar Transmitter Using 13 GHz CMOS Frequency Synthesizer and Multiplier)

  • 본 논문에서는 77 GHz 차량용 레이더 시스템에 필요한 레이더 송신기를 설계하였다. 130 nm RF CMOS 공정을 이용하여 설계한 13 GHz 주파수 합성기로 6 체배기를 내장한 상용의 화합물 전력 증폭기를 구동하여 77 GHz 송신 신호를 발생시켰다. 13 GHz 주파수 합성기는 6 체배용 전력 증폭기를 구동하기 위해 4 dBm 출력을 내는 주입 잠금 버퍼를 내장하고 있다. 제작한 77 GHz 레이더 송신기 모듈은 주파수 조정 범위 내에서 출력 전력이 최소 13.99 dBm이고, 중심 주파수 대비 기준 스퍼의 크기는 -36.45 dBc이다. 또한, 76.5 GHz 중심 주파수의 1 MHz 오프셋에서 -81 dBc/Hz의 위상 잡음 특성을 보인다.

경유의 윤활특성 (Lubricating Characteristics of Diesel Fuel)

  • The reduction of sulfur content in the diesel fuel has caused the poor lubricity of diesel fuel in the distributor type injection pumps of diesel engines that use the diesel for lubrication of their moving parts. To investigate the reason for poor lubricity of low sulfur diesel fuels, the wear scar diameters by HFRR (High Frequency Reciprocating Rig) were measured on the diesel fuels from Korean markets and the results were compared with their physical and chemical properties. Also, the lubricity change and the improvement effects on lubricity additives for the ultra low sulfur diesel fuel, were made experimentally, that will be regulated to a maximum of 0.005 wt% from about 2005 were evaluated. As a result, a good correlation was found between the wear scar diameter and the polyaromatic compound which includes heterocyclic compound in the diesel fuel. It was also found that the content of polyaromatic compound including heterocyclic compound was affected by the amount of desulfurization treatment fraction. And the lubricity additives with ester base were more effective than that with acid base on the ultra low sulfur diesel fuel. Therefore, it is suggested that the factors affecting the lubricity stated above should be taken into account to improve the lubricity property of the diesel fuel in the refining process.

마이크로 T자형 합류지점에서 기체 및 액체의 주입 방법이 기포 및 액체 슬러그 생성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Gas- and Liquid-injection Methods on Formation of Bubble and Liquid Slug at Merging Micro T-junction)

  • 본 논문에서는 $600{\times}600{\mu}m$ 사각 마이크로 채널에서 T자형 합류지점에서의 기체 및 액체의 주입방법이 기포 및 액체 슬러그의 생성에 미치는 영향을 실험을 통해 살펴보았다. 실험 유체로는 질소와 물을 사용하였으며, 액체 및 기체 겉보기 속도는 각각 0.05 - 1 m/s, 0.1 - 1 m/s 의 범위로 테일러 유동이 나타나는 구간에서 데이터를 얻었다. 기포 길이, 액체 슬러그 길이, 기포 속도 그리고 기포 생성 빈도를 고속 카메라를 사용하여 이미지 분석을 통해 측정하였다. 유사한 입구 겉보기 속도 조건에서, T-자형 합류지점의 main channel에 기체를 주입하는 방법(T_gas-liquid)이 액체를 주입하는 방법(T_liquid-gas)보다 기포와 액체 슬러그의 길이가 길었고 기포 생성 빈도는 낮았다. 한편, 두 주입방법에서 기포 속도는 유사하게 나타났다. T_liquid-gas 주입방법의 기존 예측 상관식은 T_gas-liquid 주입방법의 기포 길이, 기포 속도, 액체 슬러그 길이, 기포 생성 빈도 실험데이터를 각각 ~24 %, ~9 %, ~39 %, ~55 %로 예측하였다.

비타민 D 고용량 주사로 인한 심한 고칼슘혈증 발생 1예 (High dose vitamin D injection induced severe hypercalcemia)

  • Hypercalcemia is often seen in patients, but most of them showed mild to moderate hypercalcemia. The severe hypercalcemia with a blood calcium level of 14.0 mg/dL or more is known to be associated mainly with malignant tumors. Because this is emergency status, most clinicians tried to decrease serum calcium level to near normal range to improve symptoms related to hypercalcemia. A 71-year-old female patient visited the emergency room with dizziness and general weakness. Her serum calcium level was very high (15.6 mg/dL), but serum PTH, 25-OH vitamin D, and PTH related peptide were normal. We can exclude hyperparathyroidism, familial hypocalciuric hypercalcemia, other connective tissue diseases, and hypercalcemia due to malignant tumors as a cause of severe hypercalcemia. Conclusively, we diagnosed as severe hypercalcemia due to high-dose vitamin D injections treated one week ago. High dose vitamin D injections have recently been shown to increase the frequency of prescription as the various causes and the clinicians needed to carefully monitor the serum calcium levels in the patients after treating with high dose vitamin D.

A Simulation Study of a Chopping System for Extracting a Pulsed Beam from a Cyclotron

  • Cyclotron-accelerated ion beams are used for various researches, such as nuclear physics, nuclear chemistry, biotechnology, and material sciences including radio-isotope production. Recently considerable applications are asked to the cyclotron development undertaken to meet user requirements of various ions'energies, intensities, and their pulsed beams. For instance, a cocktail beam acceleration technique rapidly changing the ion species and energies was developed to irradiating integrated circuit chips. Also a chopping system in a cyclotron injection line is considered for producing a pulsed ion beam with a relatively long period compared with that generated by the resonance frequency. For the research in neutron time-of-flight measurement, a single-pulsed beam with a repetition interval of the order of mili-seconds or longer is necessary to have a good resolution and to remove background events. In this paper a feasibility of pulsed beam with an external ion source is simulated by adopting a combination system of a chopper accompanying with a bunching stage in the injection line and an additional chopper after the exit of the cyclotron in order to produce beam pulses with a range of $1{\mu}s{\sim}1ms$ periods from a resonance RF cycle. The pulseperiod will be adjusted by chopping the number of beam bunches from the injected pulses in the injection line. However, the longer pulses will have reduced number of beam pulses and sacrificed beam currents. Because the beam users need an intense single pulsed beam, a careful tuning of the acceleration phase and a high-intense external ion source are necessary to achieve an intense single-pulsed beam from the cyclotron. It is essential to strictly match the acceleration phase of injected beams in the central region of the cyclotron to improve its efficiency. An effect of space charge at each pulse from the ion source will be also considered.
