조종실 내의 개방성이 심리적 안전감과 조종 수행 참여도 향상에 주는 영향: 민간 항공 기장과 부기장을 대상으로 (The Effects of Inclusiveness between Team Members on Psychological Safety and Improvement Efforts in a Commercial Airline Cockpit)

  • This study aims at determining psychological elements that influence team coordination between a captain and a first officer in a commercial airline cockpit. It also examines how these elements interact between one another in different team membership settings. It was hypothesized that mutual inclusiveness of differential status among pilots enhances psychological safety and engagement in safety improvement efforts. Survey results based on 254 airline pilots suggest that status (captain, first officer) and mutual inclusiveness (openness between team members) influence psychological safety and mutual inclusiveness moderates the relationship between status and psychological safety. The results also suggest that psychological safety is positively associated with engagement in safety improvement efforts and partially mediates the relationship between mutual inclusiveness and improvement efforts. This study provides insights into antecedents of fostering safety improvement efforts in airline crew teams in which cultural differences and professional hierarchy exist.

  • The facility diagnosis technique of past subjective judged the technical expert and interpreted stably mainly. The facility the periodical civil official becomes indispensability consequently with the law and the system and objectivity inspection which relates with a this and development of diagnosis technique were necessary. Currently the evaluation elements which relate with an inspection and diagnosis technique depended to the subjectivity of each facility quality, data statistics, diagnosis know-how, various circumstance and the technical expert and the evaluation item came to decide. But the evaluation score distribution of marks of each item depended plentifully in data analysis result and experience. The past method is weak in logically because the objection theoretical background and basis are insufficiency. Consequently in order to apply a data analysis result and an experience logically, it used AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method from this research. It is visible with the fact that the application result reconfirmation and complement process will be necessary the technique which is suitable in the multi facility management. Also it is expected with the fact that the application characteristic from the next relation technique will be excellent.

Graded approach to determine the frequency and difficulty of safety culture attributes: The F-D matrix

  • The importance of safety culture has been emphasized to achieve a high level of safety. In this light, a systematic method to more properly deal with safety culture is necessary. Here, a decision-making tool that can apply a graded approach to the analysis of safety culture is proposed, called the F-D matrix, which determines the frequency and the difficulty of safety culture attributes recently defined by the IAEA. A hierarchical model of difficulty contributors was developed as a scoring standard, and its elements were weighted via expert evaluation using the analytic hierarchy process. The frequency of the attributes was derived by analyzing reported events from nuclear power plants in the Republic of Korea. Period-by-period comparisons with the F-D matrix can show trends in the change of the maturity level of an organization's safety culture and help to evaluate the effectiveness of previously implemented measures. In the evaluating the difficulty of the attributes in the recently developed harmonized safety culture model, the difficulties of Trending, Benchmarking, Resilience, and Documentation and Procedures were found to be relatively high, while the difficulties of Conflicts are Resolved, Ownership, Collaboration, and Respect is Evident were found to be relatively low. A case study was conducted with an analysis period of 10 years to attempt to reflect the many changes in safety culture that have been made following the Fukushima accident in March 2011. As a result of comparing two periods following the Fukushima accident, the overall frequency decreased by about 40%, providing evidence for the effects of the various improvements and measures taken following the increased emphasis on safety culture. The proposed F-D matrix provides a new analytical perspective and enables an in-depth analysis of safety culture.

  • The objective of this study is to identify the priority of elements for effective implementation of MES in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises trying to develop into smart factories. For this purpose, the Delphi method and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) mothod are applied. As a result of the study, the cooperation of the members in the supply chain is the most important factor for small and medium-sized enterprises in order to survive in the global competitive environment. Therefore, the enterprises need to make various efforts to create synergies through the technical strength of suppliers and the cooperation in the process of introducing and operating MES.

게임콘텐츠산업정책의 우선순위에 대한 연구 (The Relative Importance and Priority of Game Contents Industry Policy)

  • 본 연구는 게임콘텐츠 관련 전문가들이 지능정보시대에 콘텐츠산업의 변화를 어떻게 인식하고 있고, 콘텐츠산업 정책 중에서 어떤 평가요인에 우선순위를 두고 있는가에 대해 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 계층분석과정을 이용하여 콘텐츠산업 정책 평가요인들의 상대적 중요도와 우선순위를 분석하였다. 분석결과, '콘텐츠 기술역량 강화', '콘텐츠 전문인력 양성', '콘텐츠관련 제도개선', '콘텐츠 이용 및 소비자 안전강화'의 순으로 평가되었으며, 하위항목 분석에서는 '콘텐츠 R&D 체계구축 강화'가 가장 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 전문가집단별 분석에서는 산업계와 정책기관이 '콘텐츠기술역량 강화'를, 학계에서는 '콘텐츠 전문인력 양성'을 중요하게 평가하였다.

정보보안 예산 수립에서 퍼지 AHP의 적용을 통한 위험 비용 분석 (Cost Risk Analysis for Preparing Budgets of Information Security using Fuzzy AHP)

  • Recently, the breakdown of online banking servers and the leakage of customer information give rise to much concern about the security of information systems in financial and banking companies in Korea. The enforcement of security for information system becomes much more important issue than earlier. However, the security reinforcement of information system is restricted by a budget. In addition, the activities' cost to secure information system from threatening are under uncertain circumstances and should be established by a human decision maker who is basically uncertain and vague. Thus, making the budget for information system is exposed to any extent of the risk for these reasons. First, we introduce brief fuzzy set theory and fuzzy AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) methodology. Then, the cost elements that comprise yearly budget are presented and the priorities among the cost elements are calculated by fuzzy AHP. The cost elements that are exposed to risk are evaluated from the both perspectives of the risk impact and risk occurrence possibility which are expressed as linguistic terms. To get information on the risk profiles-pessimistic, most likely, and optimistic-for each cost element, the evaluation is accomplished and the result is presented. At last, the budget ranges-minimum, mode, maximum-for each cost element are estimated with the consideration of the risk profiles.

철도 안전성숙모델 개발 및 평가절차 방안 (The Development of a Railway Safety Maturity Model and Estimate Procedures)

  • 안전한 철도운영환경을 조성하기 위해 개정된 철도안전법은 사고예방 및 사전적 철도안전관리를 위해 철도종합안전관리체계 구축 및 안전승인 심사 제도를 필요로 하고 있다. 그러나 아무리 좋은 제도와 시스템이 있어도 조직 내에 적절한 수준의 안전문화가 정착되지 않고서는 그러한 제도와 안전관리체계가 성공적으로 자리 잡기 어렵다. 국내 철도분야의 안전문화성숙을 측정할 수 있는 모델과 방법론이 부재한 상황에서 본 연구는 안전문화 성숙을 평가할 수 있는 모델과 그 절차를 검토하고 국내 철도운영환경에 적합한 안전요소 위계 설정과 적절한 설문구성 방법 및 통계적 절차를 제시 하였다. 향후 이러한 절차를 활용한 철도안전문화 성숙 평가 결과는 2014년부터 시행될 철도안전운영 사전승인제도와 결합하여 취약한 안전문화 분야와 그에 적절한 처방을 찾는데 기여할 것이다.

항공안전감독 점검 요소 우선순위 결정에 관한 연구 (A Study on Priority of Aviation Safety Oversight Inspection Elements)

  • The International Civil Aviation Organization(ICAO) recently established the Global Aviation Safety Plan(GASP) for national aviation safety management, along with the enactment of Annex 19, Safety Management System(SMS). ICAO require the establishment of the 'States Safety Programs(SSP)' for countries with excellent safety evaluation, including Korea, and the establishment of aviation safety supervision systems for all Contracting States by 2017 under the enactment of ICAO Annex 19. Required. The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport has continuously invested in R&D to secure such aviation safety systematically, and is making efforts to develop and disseminate related technologies by establishing long-term R&D roadmaps. A study on aviation safety supervision among the system-based aviation safety supervision support technology development R&D project, which is underway as part of the aviation safety technology development project of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. We conducted a study to see if this methodology logically guarantees reasonableness.

계층화분석 및 엔트로피 가중치 산정 방법에 따른 농업가뭄재해 취약성 평가 (Evaluation of Agricultural Drought Disaster Vulnerability Using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Entropy Weighting Method)

  • Recent drought events in the South Korea and the magnitude of drought losses indicate the continuing vulnerability of the agricultural drought. Various studies have been performed on drought hazard assessment at the regional scales, but until recently, drought management has been response oriented with little attention to mitigation and preparedness. A vulnerability assessment is introduced in order to preemptively respond to agricultural drought and to predict the occurrence of drought. This paper presents a method for spatial, Geographic Information Systems-based assessment of agricultural drought vulnerability in South Korea. It was hypothesized that the key 14 items that define agricultural drought vulnerability were meteorological, agricultural reservoir, social, and adaptability factors. Also, this study is to analyze agricultural drought vulnerability by comparing vulnerability assessment according to weighting method. The weight of the evaluation elements is expressed through the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), which includes subjective elements such as surveys, and the Entropy method using attribute information of the evaluation items. The agricultural drought vulnerability map was created through development of a numerical weighting scheme to evaluate the drought potential of the classes within each factor. This vulnerability assessment is calculated the vulnerability index based on the weight, and analyze the vulnerable map from 2015 to 2019. The identification of agricultural drought vulnerability is an essential step in addressing the issue of drought vulnerability in the South Korea and can lead to mitigation-oriented drought management and supports government policymaking.

AHP분석을 통한 도로터널의 취약요소 발굴에 관한 연구 (Study on Discovery of Vulnerable Factors in Road Tunnels through AHP Analysis)

  • 1995년 시설물의 안전관리에 관한 특별법 제정 이후 주기적으로 시설물을 점검 및 진단하고 그 결과에 따라 보수·보강 등 안전조치를 의무화하였다. 이와 같이 점검 및 진단이 법에 의해 체계적으로 수행된 지 22년이 지났지만 그 결과만 물리적으로 쌓일 뿐 아직까지 이를 통한 데이터기반의 통계분석은 시행되지 못한 현실이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 도로터널 점검 및 진단 결과를 DB화하고 이를 통해 구조형식별(NATM, ASSM) 취약요소를 발굴하고 효율적인 개선방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 본 연구대상 시설물은 45개의 1종 도로터널 시설물의 76회 정밀안전진단 보고서를 분석하였다. 취약요소를 도출하기 위한 DB 항목은 준공연도, 공법 등 기본현황과 정밀안전진단 세부지침 상의 손상항목으로 구분하여 선정하였다. 또한, 해당분야 전문가를 통해 AHP분석을 별도로 실시하여 손상간 상관분석을 실시하였다. 손상의 빈도와 정도, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)분석결과의 가중치를 반영한 취약요소 우선순위 산정결과, ASSM 및 NATM의 주요 취약요소는 라이닝 두께부족, 배면공동, 균열, 누수로 분석되었다. NATM은 박락, 철근노출이 취약요소이며, ASSM은 재료분리, 망상균열이 취약요소로 분석되었다. 또한, NATM의 경우 각 요소간의 상관성이 낮은 반면 ASSM의 경우 요소 간의 상호 상관성이 높고 유기적으로 연결되어 있는 것으로 분석되었다.
