수학학습 이론의 효과 고찰 (A Study on the Effectiveness of Mathematics-Learning Theory)

  • 수학교육의 본질과 목표에 부합하는 교수-학습을 하기 위해서 Gagn'e의 학습 위계론, Piaget의 인지발달론, Bruner의 인지경로이론, Skemp의 범례제시 학습 이론 가운데 현장 수학과 교실 수업과 밀접한 관련이 있는 부분을 수학과 교수-학습에 적용해 보고 그 효과를 고찰해 본다. 이 연구의 결과는 첫째, 논리적인 계통성이 뚜렷한 수학과 학습을 학습위계에 따른 학습과제 분석표를 교사들이 작성하여 현장 수업에 활용하는 것이 미흡하였고, 둘째, 인지발달론에 따른 수학적 보존개념 형성시기에 적합한 개인차를 고려한 수학학습 지도는 효과적이었으며, 셋째 수학적인 개념을 조작${\rightarrow}$영상${\rightarrow}$상징의 인지경로에 따른 학습지도는 학업성취에 긍정적인 효과가 있었고, 넷째, 범례제시를 통한 개념형성 학습은 새로운 수학적인 개념을 쉽게 이해하고 학습의 흥미도와 자신감을 높여주고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

간호조직에서 직무특성이 간호사의 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 - 성격특성의 조절효과를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Influence of Job Characteristics Perceived by Nurses on Their Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment : Focusing on Moderating Effect of Individual Personality Characteristics)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of job characteristics on the nurses' the moderating effect of locus of control on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment and relationship between job characteristics and attitude. The sample for this study consisted of 594 nurses from 8 university hospitals. Factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha analysis, multiple regression analysis and hierarchical multiple regression analysis were used for the statistical methods. The results of this study were found that (1) autonomy among 5 core job characteristics showed positive influence on job satisfaction, (2) task significance and autonomy among 5 core job characteristics had positive influence on organizational commitment, (3) the internals of locus of control moderated the effect of job characteristics on nurses' job satisfaction, and (4) internals and externals of locus of control moderated the effect of job characteristics on nurses' organizational commitment.

사회적 지원과 부모 효능감이 어머니의 유아교육기관 부모참여에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Social support and Self-efficacy for Parenting Task on the Maternal Involvement of Early Childhood Education)

  • 본 연구에서는 유아교육기관에 재원하고 있는 유아를 둔 어머니들을 대상으로 사회적 지원과 부모 효능감이 유아교육 부모참여에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보고 부모 효능감이 사회적 지원과 부모참여에 매개효과가 있는지 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니 181명이었으며 회귀분석을 사용해 분석하였다. 연구결과 자녀의 학업적 성취에 대한 효능감, 사회적 기술 증진 및 여가에 대한 효능감과 남편의 지원이 유아교육기관 부모참여에 영향을 미치는 예측변인으로 나타났다. 또, 어머니의 부모 효능감은 사회적 지원과 부모참여의 관계에서 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

집단적 요인과 개인적 요인이 갈등관리유형 선호에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (An Effect of the Group and Personal Factors on the Preference of the Conflict Handling Styles)

  • This study is to categorize five types of conflict handling styles that employees can take when conflict occurs. The five types are integrating, avoiding, dominating, obliging, and compromising. I found these factors that explain conflicts handling styles divided them into organizational structure, task group functioning and need styles and how certain factors explain different kinds of conflict handling styles without other factors. To measure conflict handling styles, this study used the scale of conflict style devised Rahim. Data were collected by the survey method from employees engaged in the service industry located Seoul, the Province of Gyeonggi, and the Province of Gangwon. In addition, in order to prove my hypothesis, I used hierarchical regression analysis method to find the pure explanation that each factors have without multicollinearity. According to the study's result, in a person's type of needs, if the need for achievement is high, they prefer integrating style. In contrast, if the need for achievement is low, they prefer avoiding style. Also, if the need for affiliation is high, the employees prefer compromising style. But if the need for affiliation is low and the need for dominance is high, the employees favor dominating style. However, in task group functioning, group homogeneity, group cohesiveness, and group goal clarity are high, or the confidence in peers and management is high, the employees prefer obliging style to other conflicts handling styles. As well as if group homogeneity, group cohesiveness, and group goal clarity are high, it was found that they prefer compromising style. Also, if the role conflict that is related to organizational structure is serious, employees prefer obliging style, but they have weakenss in explanation. To sum up these results, if the employees have obliging style that shows lack of concerns over themselves and at the same time, have high concerns to others, is affected by task group or organization. And we can infer that the other conflicts handling styles are effected by personal characteristic.

부모의 스포츠양육 목적 및 성공기대, 과제가치가 엘리트선수 지원행위에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Parents' Sports Parenting Objectives, Achievement Expectancy, and Task Values on Supporting Behavior for Elite Athletes)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 부모와 관련된 배경적 요인, 목적, 기대 및 가치가 자녀지원행위에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 가구소득, 자녀의 성취수준, 부모의 스포츠양육 목적, 성취기대, 과제가치 변인에 따른 부모지원비용, 부모지원시간의 영향관계를 단순회귀분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 가구소득과 정체성 목적은 자녀지원시간에 유의한 영향을 미치고, 가구소득은 자녀지원비용에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 성취기대는 가구소득의 자녀지원비용에 대한 정적인 조절효과를 나타냈고, 유용성 가치는 소득, 관계적 목적의 자녀지원비용에 대한 정적인 조절효과를 나타냈다. 이 연구는 엘리트스포츠에서 부모의 자녀지원행위를 이해하기 위한 정량적 근거를 제공했다는 의의가 있다.

GRA를 이용한 물류센터 입지선정문제 (Location Selection of Distribution Centers by Using Grey Relational Analysis)

  • Location selection of distribution centers is a crucial task for logistics operators and key decision makers of an organization. This is a multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) process which includes both quantitative and qualitative criteria. In order to propose an optimized location selection model, this research suggests a hierarchical group of evaluation criteria : 5 major criteria with 15 sub-criteria. The MCDM approach presented in this research, by integrating Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), tends to rectify the overall quality and uncertainty of the values of evaluation criteria. An example of a location selection case in Korea is illustrated in this study to show the effectiveness of this method.

문제해결자의 정신용량과 문제의 요구정신용량이 문제해결에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Mental Capacity and Mental Demand on Problem Solving)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of mental capacity and mental demand on problem solving. Two kinds of tests were used for this study. One was FIT 752 test which required general knowledge, the other was Ohm's law test which required domain specific knowledge. The items of each test had the same logical structure and content knowledge but had different sizes of mental demand. The results of the study were summarized as follows: As mental demand of the items increased, the success rates decreased. The analysis of the hierarchical relation among items was that items with large mental demand were higher than those with small demand or at least the same level. According to the results, mental of an item was a significant factor affecting solving the problem. Effect of mental capacity on problem solving was different according to the kind of required knowledge to solve. Mental capacity was a significant factor affecting solving the FIT 752 task which required general knowledge. On the contary, solving the task which required domain specific knowledge, the results were different depending on subjects' chunk size. The results of problem solving of the groups which had small chunk size were that mental capacity was appeared a significant factor. However, results of problem solving of groups which had large chunk size were that mental capacity was not.

대학병원 중환자실 간호사의 전문직 삶의 질 영향요인 (Factors Influencing Professional Quality of Life in Intensive Care Unit Nurses of University Hospitals)

  • Purpose : This study aimed to identify the factors influencing the professional quality of life of intensive care unit (ICU) nurses working in university hospitals. Methods : A survey was conducted on 171 ICU nurses in university hospitals in B City, South Korea. This study used the Professional Quality of Life instrument, which consists of three subscales, namely, compassion satisfaction, burnout, and secondary traumatic stress. Data were analyzed using stepwise multiple regression analysis. Results : Compassion satisfaction was influenced by resilience, ICU job satisfaction, and innovation-oriented culture, and these variables explained 37.1% of the variance in compassion satisfaction. Burnout was influenced by resilience, a hierarchy-oriented culture, and ICU job satisfaction, and these variables explained 42.9% of the variance in burnout. Secondary traumatic stress was influenced by a task-oriented culture and resilience, and these variables explained 12.5% of the variance in secondary traumatic stress. Conclusion : These findings suggest the importance of improving resilience and job satisfaction to enhance the professional quality of life in ICU nurses. Moreover, creating an innovation-oriented culture rather than a hierarchical and task-oriented culture can effectively improve the professional quality of life of ICU nurses.

Cross-architecture Binary Function Similarity Detection based on Composite Feature Model

  • Recent studies have shown that the neural network-based binary code similarity detection technology performs well in vulnerability mining, plagiarism detection, and malicious code analysis. However, existing cross-architecture methods still suffer from insufficient feature characterization and low discrimination accuracy. To address these issues, this paper proposes a cross-architecture binary function similarity detection method based on composite feature model (SDCFM). Firstly, the binary function is converted into vector representation according to the proposed composite feature model, which is composed of instruction statistical features, control flow graph structural features, and application program interface calling behavioral features. Then, the composite features are embedded by the proposed hierarchical embedding network based on a graph neural network. In which, the block-level features and the function-level features are processed separately and finally fused into the embedding. In addition, to make the trained model more accurate and stable, our method utilizes the embeddings of predecessor nodes to modify the node embedding in the iterative updating process of the graph neural network. To assess the effectiveness of composite feature model, we contrast SDCFM with the state of art method on benchmark datasets. The experimental results show that SDCFM has good performance both on the area under the curve in the binary function similarity detection task and the vulnerable candidate function ranking in vulnerability search task.

IPv6 네트워크에서 계층적 이동성 관리의 성능향상 방안 (A Performance Enhancement Scheme of Hierarchical Mobility Management in IPv6 Networks)

  • 최근 이동통신 기술이 급격히 발달함에 따라 이동 중에도 언제 어디서나 인터넷에 접속하여 통신하기를 원하는 사용자들이 증가하고 있다. Hierarchical Mobile IPv6 (HMIPv6)는 기존의 Mene IPv6 (MIPv6)에서 발생되는 긴 핸드오버 지연, 시그날링 오버헤드 등의 문제점을 개선시키기 위하여 Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF)에 의해 제안되었다. HMIPv6는 Mobility Anchor Point (MAP)라는 새로운 개체를 도입하여 MAP 도메인 내에서의 마이크로 이동성을 지원하기 위한 방법이다. 그러나 HMIPv6는 MAP 도메인 내에서의 이동성 지원에서는 좋은 성능을 보이지만 사용자가 MAP 도메인 간을 이동하는 매크로 이동성의 경우 MIPv6에 비하여 더 큰 지연시간이 발생한다. 그 이유는 HMIPv6에서 도메인 간 핸드오버가 발견하게 되면 Mobile Node (MN)은 두 개의 주소를 생성하고 생성된 주소를 각각 Home Agent (HA)와 MAP에 등록하여야 하기 때문이다. 우리는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 도메인 간 핸드오버가 발생하더라도 한 개의 주소만을 생성하여 따른 핸드오버를 지원할 수 있는 방안을 제안한다. 제안방안에서는 MAP가 관리하는 MN의 수가 감소하게 되고 패킷을 인터셉트하기 위한 proxy Neighbor Discovery Protocol (NDP)를 수행하지 않아도 되기 때문에 MAP 및 MAP도메인의 부하가 감소하게 된다. 우리는 시뮬레이션 및 수식분석을 통하여 제안방안의 성능을 HMIPv6와 비교하여 분석하였다.
