고객 중심 기술 중요도 결정 방법 (On How to determine Customer-oriented Technical Importance Ratings : An Evaluative Study)

  • Obtaining and fully understanding the true requirements of customers is hard task. However, successful use of quality function deployment(QFD) depends on capturing customers' requirements and reflecting them during the design of a product. One of common mistakes in QFD is to perform analysis using an inconsistent house of quality(HoQ) chart. This article presents a model for prioritizing customer attributes and design characteristics in order to make a product more attractive to customers. The proposed model modifies the analytic hierarchical process(AHP) with simple pairwise comparison. Our exploration using of QFD identifies how practitioners maintain consistency, whist quantifying HoQ speedily from the customer's perspectives. This paper also identifies and justifies an alternative position on QFD that is supported by statistical examples.

A Semantic Aspect-Based Vector Space Model to Identify the Event Evolution Relationship within Topics

  • Understanding how the topic evolves is an important and challenging task. A topic usually consists of multiple related events, and the accurate identification of event evolution relationship plays an important role in topic evolution analysis. Existing research has used the traditional vector space model to represent the event, which cannot be used to accurately compute the semantic similarity between events. This has led to poor performance in identifying event evolution relationship. This paper suggests constructing a semantic aspect-based vector space model to represent the event: First, use hierarchical Dirichlet process to mine the semantic aspects. Then, construct a semantic aspect-based vector space model according to these aspects. Finally, represent each event as a point and measure the semantic relatedness between events in the space. According to our evaluation experiments, the performance of our proposed technique is promising and significantly outperforms the baseline methods.

이산사건 시스템의 계층적 검증방법론 (Hierarchical Verification Methodology of Discrete Event Systems)

  • 상태폭발문제는 이산사건 시스템 검증과정에서 피하기 어려운 문제로 알려져 있으며, 큰 시스템 해석을 어렵게 만드는 본질적인 요인이다. 본 논문에서는 이산사건 시스템의 무시간 DEVS/DEVS 명세에 대한 계층적인 설계/검증 방법을 제안하여 상태폭발문제를 회피할 수 있는 방법을 보인다. 제안한 방법은 DEVS 상위모델과 DEVS 하위 모델간의 설계/검증 과정을 계층적이면서도 반복적인 방식을 채택하여 검증에 필요한 요소 이외에는 정제 과정을 통하여 없애는 방안이다. 간단한 예제를 통하여 제안된 방법론을 소개하고 있다.

  • Multi-agent robot system is the system which executes by cooperating with each robots and controlling several robots. Capability and function of each robot must be considered for cooperation behavior. Furthermore, it is necessary to analyze the given environment and to replace complex task with some simple tasks. Analysis of the given environment and role assignment for the given tasks are composed of discret event. In this paper, the hierarchical controller for multi-agent robot system using the petri-net state diagram is proposed. The proposed modeling method is implemented for soccer robot system. The effectiveness of proposed modeling method is shown through experiment.

사회복지관 조직풍토 인식이 사회복지사의 전문성에 미치는 영향 (The influence of Organizational Climates on Social Workers' professionalism in Social Welfare Centers)

  • 본 연구는 사회복지관의 사회복지사를 대상으로 기관의 조직풍토에 대한 지각 정도를 측정하고, 사회복지사가 지각한 조직풍토 수준이 전문성에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해서 사회복지관 사회복지사 570명의 자료를 위계적 회귀분석 등을 통해 분석하였다. 사회복지관의 조직풍토가 사회복지사의 전문성에 영향을 주고 있다고 나타난 연구결과는 복지관의 풍토(분위기)를 어떻게 조성하고 관리하느냐에 따라 사회복지사의 전문성이 향상되기도 하며, 혹은 그렇지 못하기도 한다는 것이다. 이러한 조직풍토는 궁극적으로는 클라이언트에게 제공되는 서비스의 질과도 연관된 중요한 요소이기도 하다. 따라서 사회복지관 실정에 맞는 긍정적인 조직풍토를 조성하고 관리하도록 사회복지사와 운영자 모두의 노력이 필요하다.

MIH 서비스를 이용한 고속 NetLMM 프로토콜 (Fast Network based Localized Mobility Management protocol using Media Independent Handover Services)

  • 본 논문에서는 IETF(Internet Engineering Task Force)에서 진행 중인 NetLMM(Network based Localized Mobility Management) WG의 프로토콜을 이용하여 네트워크 기반의 고속 핸드오버 프로토콜을 제안하였다. NetLMM 프로토콜에서 핸드오버 지연을 개선하기 위해 IEEE 802.21 MIHS(Media Independent Handover Services)를 적용하였으며 Fluid Flow Mobility Model을 이용하여 제안하는 Fast NetLMM의 성능을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 Fast NetLMM 프로토콜은 다른 이동성 관리 프로토콜보다 향상된 성능을 보이는 것을 확인하였다.

업무편향적 기술변화에 따른 지역노동시장에서의 일자리 구조 변화와 임금 프리미엄 영향요인 (Task-Biased Technological Change, Occupational Structural Change, and Wage Premium in Local Labor Market Areas, Korea)

  • 본 연구는 2010년부터 2020년까지 우리나라 지역노동시장권을 대상으로 업무 특성에 따른 직종 집단간 고용구조의 변화를 살펴보고, 임금 프리미엄에 미치는 영향요인을 분석하는 데에 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 분석은 크게 세 단계로 이루어진다. 첫째, 한국직업정보시스템의 『재직자조사』 원자료의 직종별 업무 특성 자료에 대해 탐색적 요인분석을 수행한 다음, 비단순반복 업무지수를 산출하여 일자리를 유형화한다. 둘째, 『인구총조사』원시 자료와『한국노동패널조사』자료를 결합해 개인 수준 및 지역 수준 자료를 구축한 다음, 2010년부터 2020년까지 직종별 고용 분포 변화를 분석한다. 셋째, 위계적 선형모형을 활용해 직종 집단별 임금 프리미엄에 영향을 미치는 개인 및 지역 수준 요인을 실증 분석한다. 분석 결과에 따르면, 2010년 이후 비단순반복 업무지수가 높은 직종의 고용비중은 계속해서 증가했으며, 대도시 지역노동시장에서 지배적인 고용구조를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 도시화경제로 인한 집적경제 외부효과는 비단순반복 업무를 주로 요구하는 직업에 종사하는 임금근로자에게 유의한 임금 프리미엄을 제공하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 지역노동시장 맥락에 따른 일자리 구조의 전환과 임금불평등의 양상을 실증 분석함으로써 지역노동시장의 불평등과 양극화 완화를 위한 정책 대안 마련에 시사점을 제공하고자 했다.

과업집단의 특성 및 욕구와 역할반응 사이의 관계에 대한 연구 - 호텔종업원의 개인성격을 중심으로 - (A Study on The Relationship between Task Group Functioning and Role Conflict - The Personality of The Hotel Employee -)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze how the task group functioning and need styles have influence on role conflict and role ambiguity as the employee's personality engaged in the service industry such as a hotel. This study uses the hierarchical regression analysis method. Data were collected by the survey method from employees engaged in the service industry such as a hotel located Seoul, the Province of Gyeonggi, and the Province of Gangwon. The study result shows that to the employees in the type A and type X styles, the task group functioning and need styles are not significantly related to the role conflict. But to the employees in the type B style, the task group functioning and need styles are significantly related to the role conflict. And the result shows that to the employees in the type B style, the lower the faith in peers and management, the more the role conflict occur. On the other hand, the study result shows that to the employees in the type A styles, the task group functioning is significantly related to the role ambiguity. And to the employees in the type B style, the higher the faith in peers and management, the more the role ambiguity occur. On the contrary, to the employees in the type X style, need styles are significantly related to the role ambiguity. But to the employees in the type X style, the higher the need for achievement, the more the role ambiguity occur. On the other hand, the study result shows that to the employees in the type B styles, the task group functioning and need styles are significantly related to the role ambiguity. And to the employees in the type B style, the higher the need for achievement, the more the role ambiguity occur or the lower the confidence in peers and management, the more the role ambiguity occur. Although this study provides several managerial implications, this study has some limitations. Specifically data were collected from only the hotel industry in Seoul, the Province of Gyeonggi, and the Province of Gangwon. In spite of the limitations, the study results could be used valuably in case of the personnel managers which manage the employees under the conflict situations.

타워크레인 사고 위험 지각에 영향을 미치는 위험 요인에 관한 연구(타워크레인 업무유형의 조절효과를 중심으로) (A study on risk factors having effect on perception of tower crane incident risk)

  • Construction sites have gradually become bigger and bigger according to Korea economic growth. Also use of tower crane and other heavy equipment has been increased. The increased use of heavy equipment like tower crane is leading to fatality incident. This study will verify hazards to influence tower crane incident through structural and positive verification and find which hazard influence incident risk. The result of this study is as follows. First, while there is a significant difference between safety managers and tower crane operators for working environment, safety management, personal manage among risk factors, we can not find any evidence on the difference in perception of tower crane incident risk between them. Second, task manage risk and personal manage risk has a significant positive effect on perception of tower crane incident risk. Third, while site environment risk has a significant positive moderating effect of task type between risk factors and perception of tower crane incident risk, personal environment risk has a significant negative moderating effect between them.

간호사의 환자만족 지향태도에 영향을 미치는 직무관련 요인 (Factors Affecting Willingness to Satisfy Patients among Nurses in Hospitals)

  • Background : Willingness to satisfy patients(WSP) among nurses is essential to promoting patient satisfaction which is a critical component in the quality of health care and its outcomes. This study was carried out to empirically find out the affecting factors of WSP among nurses in hospital settings. Methods : The model contains seven job relating determinants and two intervening variables as follows: i) job relating variables of professional status, task requirements, pay, physician-nurse interaction, nurse-nurse interaction, organizational policies, and autonomy, ii) intervening variables of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Data were collected from 205 nurses in two general hospitals owned by one foundation located in Pusan, Korea, using a structured and self-administered questionnaire. Results : The major results were as follows: First, the results of ANOVA on WPS by personal characteristics showed a statistically significant relationships between WPS and hierarchical orders(p<.01) ana tenure(p<.10). Comparing with the lower orders and shorter tenure, the higher orders and the longer tenure showed better WPS. Second, the results of simple correlation analysis between WPS and determinants and intervening variables showed the following variables, in order of importance, were statistically significant(p<.01): work satisfaction(+), organizational commitment(+), task requirements(+), nurse-interaction(+), professional status(+), physician-nurse interaction(+). Third, the results of path analysis showed that two intervening variables of job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and three determinants of task requirements, professional status, and nurse-nurse interaction had a positively significant direct effect to WPS. Conclusion : The results suggest that nurses who are more satisfied with task requirements, status, nurse-nurse interaction, overall job satisfaction, and organizational commitment, will behave in ways that patients find more satisfied.
