만성 심부전 환자의 스마트폰을 활용한 자가관리에 대한 인식 : 포커스 그룹 인터뷰 적용 (Perceptions regarding smartphone based self-care in patients with chronic heart failure : A focus group interview)

  • 본 연구는 만성 심부전 환자를 대상으로 스마트폰을 활용한 자가관리에 대한 환자의 인식을 파악하고자 스마트폰을 이용하는 만성심부전 환자 11명을 대상으로 질적연구의 한 방법인 포커스 그룹을 이용하였다. 환자는 세 그룹으로 나누어 조사하였고 면담 시 녹취한 자료를 기록하여 내용분석하였다. 그 결과 자가관리에 대한 인식은 자가관리 보조, 일상생활 불편, 혼란스러운 건강정보, 개인정보노출에 대한 두려움이었고, 방해요인은 요금부담, 노화에 따른 사용의 어려움, 사용방법에 대한 이해부족, 부정적 건강신념이었으며, 촉진요인은 이해가 쉬운 건강정보 전달, 의료진과 환자 간 의사소통 채널, 심리사회적지지, 개별화된 건강관리로 범주화 되었다. 그러므로 심부전 환자를 위한 모바일 자가관리 프로그램 개발 시 심부전 환자의 요구도와 선호도에 대한 측면과 스마트폰 활용을 함에 있어 긍정적 혹은 부정적 영향요인을 고려하여 설계하는 데 기초자료를 제공할 것이다.

주장훈련이 간호학생의 주장행동, 문제해결 및 대인관계에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Assertiveness Training on Assertiveness Behavior, Problem Solving Ability, and Interpersonal Relationships of Nursing College Students)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of assertiveness training on assertiveness behavior, problem solving ability, and interpersonal relationships of nursing college students. Methods: A nonequivalent pre- and post-test experimental design was used. This study included 15 subjects in the experimental group, and 15 subjects in the control group, who were sophomore nursing students recruited from Gachon Nursing School located in Inchon City. The experimental group received 8 series of a ready planned and reorganized assertiveness training course, while the control group did not receive any training. The 120 minute training session was held on a weekly basis. The Maan-Whitney U Test was done to identify the changes in scores of assertiveness behavior, problem solving ability, and interpersonal relationships between the experimental and the control groups, after the assertiveness training. The data were collected before and after each part of the assertiveness training. The data collection period was from May 7 to July 10, 2001. Results: 1) The assertiveness behavior scores of the nursing students who participated in the assertiveness training were higher than those of the nursing students who did not participate in the assertiveness training. 2) The self problem solving evaluation scores of the nursing students who received assertiveness training were higher than those of the nursing students who did not receive the training. 3) The interpersonal relationship scores of the nursing students who participated in the assertiveness training were higher than those of the nursing students who did not participate in the assertiveness training. Conclusion: The study results showed that the assertiveness training was effective in promoting assertiveness behavior, problem solving ability, and changes in interpersonal relationships in nursing college students. It is suggested that well designed strategies are needed in the further studies in order to expand and apply the assertiveness training to other nursing student and nurse cohorts.

과학교육에서 융복합 교육에 대한 교사의 인식과 경험 탐색 - 과학교사 포커스 그룹 논의를 중심으로 (Exploring Teachers' Perceptions and Experiences of Convergence Education in Science Education : Based on Focus Group Interviews with Science Teachers)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 학교 과학교육에서 융복합 교육의 실제적인 의미와 수행 방식을 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 과학 교사들의 포커스 그룹 면담법을 이용하였으며, 과학교육의 관점으로부터 교육적 목적과 내용을 통합하는 방식에 대한 과학 교사들의 인식과 실제적인 지식을 도출하였다. 4명의 과학 교사들을 대상으로 한 2차의 포커스 그룹 면담에서는 융복합 교육의 개념, 가능성, 수행, 체계적 지원 등에 대한 내용이 질문되고 논의되었다. 면담의 결과는 질적으로 분석되었으며, 융복합 교육에 대한 교사들의 인식을 다섯 가지 주요 주제로 구분하여 주요 범주로 사용하였다. 이들은 1) 관련 개념과 근거, 2) 내용, 방법 및 평가, 3) 융복합 교육에 적합한 과학교과의 특성, 4) 융복합 교육을 수행하는 데 필요한 교사의 인식과 전문성과 5) 이들을 가능하게 하기 위한 환경적 조건 등이었다. 이로부터 융복합교육을 수행하고 미래 사회를 위해 과학교육을 재정향하는 것과 관련된 개념적이고 실제적인 쟁점들을 논의하였다.

Trend Analysis of Exercise Content on the Rings Final in the 1st Youth Olympic Games

  • The Youth Olympic Games(YOG) is an international multi-sport event first held in Singapore from August 14 to August 26, 2010. The idea for such an event was introduced by International Olympic Committee(IOC). The Federation of International Gymnastics(2009) designed the Code of Points and regulates for junior gymnastics at this time. The purpose of this study was to give crucial information and adapt to coaches and junior gymnasts at the time of changing code rapidly. For this study, The eight finalists rings exercise at the 1st Youth Olympic Games was recorded using a digital camcoder. The exercise contents analysis of rings was carried out by an experienced international judge using Code of Points(FIG, 2009). The C elements in various difficulties were performed the highest frequency. The elements group I was the most frequently performed in overall difficulties. Moreover, All the gymnasts performed the elements of the Jonasson and Yamawaki in Group I. Therefore, junior gymnasts need to consider Jonasson and Yamawaki elements correctly in elements group I. The 1st ranked ROU(132) gymnast performed high difficulty value for his routine with the highest E score(9.050). The average of D score were 5.125. In the E scores, 8th USA(140) gymnast received the lowest E score of 8.15, 5th MGL(127) gymnasts received the fewer E score of 8.475. Coaches and junior gymnasts should try to increase D score above 5.125 by higher swing elements in Group I and II as well, decrease deduction of elements in exercise contents.

The Difference in Bone metabolism markers and Adipocytokine according to the applying Modern Dance with Osteopenia elderly women

  • 본 연구는 골감소증 노인 여성들을 대상으로 모던댄스 적용에 따른 골대사 지표 및 아디포사이토카인의 변화를 분석하여 골다공증 예방을 위한 효과적인 운동 방법을 제안하는데 있다. 연구의 대상자는 T-score -1.0 ~ -2.5사이 여성노인을 선정하였고, 모던댄스 그룹(n=10), 컨트롤 그룹(n=10)으로 무선 배정했다. 모던댄스는 주3회, 60분씩 12주간 실시하였고 자료 분석은 SPSS를 이용해 이원반복분산분석(two-way repeated measures ANOVA)으로 분석했다. 본 연구 결과 모던댄스 그룹에서 osteocalcin(p<.01), T-score(p<.05)가 유의하게 증가했다. Adiponectin(p<.05)은 모던댄스 그룹에서 유의하게 증가했고, TNF-α(p<.05), IL-6(p<.05)는 모두 모던댄스 그룹에서 유의하게 감소하였다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 보면 모던댄스는 골감소증 노인여성의 골다공증 예방을 위해 효과적인 전략이 될 것으로 사료되며 더불어 신진대사 및 기능 향상에도 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 생각된다.

한의 입원환자분류체계의 중증도 분류방안 연구 (A Study on the Severity Classification in the KDRG-KM (Korean Diagnosis-Related Groups - Korean Medicine))

  • Backgrounds: Inpatient Classification System for Korean Medicine (KDRG-KM) was developed and has been applied for monitoring the costs of KM hospitals. Yet severity of patients' condition is not applied in the KDRG-KM. Objectives: This study aimed to develop the severity classification methods for KDRG-KM and assessed the explanation powers of severity adjusted KDRG-KM. Methods: Clinical experts panel was organized based on the recommendations from 12 clinical societies of Korean Medicine. Two expert panel workshops were held to develop the severity classification options, and the Delphi survey was performed to measure CCL(Complexity and Comorbidity Level) scores. Explanation powers were calculated using the inpatient EDI claim data issued by hospitals and clinics in 2012. Results: Two options for severity classification were deduced based on the severity classification principle in the domestic and foreign DRG systems. The option one is to classify severity groups using CCL and PCCL(Patient Clinical Complexity Level) scores, and the option two is to form a severity group with patients who belonged principal diagnosis-secondary diagnosis combinations which prolonged length of stay. All two options enhanced explanation powers less than 1%. For third option, patients who received certain treatments for severe conditions were grouped into severity group. The treatment expense of the severity group was significantly higher than that of other patients groups. Conclusions: Applying the severity classifications using principal diagnosis and secondary diagnoses can advance the KDRG-KM for genuine KM hospitalization. More practically, including patients with procedures for severe conditions in a severity group needs to be considered.

손위생 교육프로그램이 간호대학생의 손위생 지식, 손위생 인식, 비강 내 황색포도알균 집락 및 손위생 이행에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of the Hand Hygiene Education Program on Hand Hygiene Knowledge, Hand Hygiene Perception, Nasal Staphylococcus aureus Colonization and Hand Hygiene Adherence in Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to test the effect of the Hand Hygiene Education Program on hand hygiene knowledge, hand hygiene perception, nasal Staphylococcus aureus colonization and hand hygiene adherence in nursing students. Methods: A non-equivalent pre-post test of quasi-experimental design was used. 87 second grade nursing students participated in the study with 43 in the experimental group and 44 in the control group. We used the Hand Hygiene Education Program which was held 5 times over 5 weeks, taking 60 minutes per session. For the analysis, descriptive statistics, chi test, and t-test were used for statical analysis with SPSS 19.0. Results: There were significant increases in hand hygiene knowledge (p=.004) and hand hygiene adherence (p=.002) and there was a significant decrease in nasal Staphylococcus aureus colonization (p=.026) in the experimental group compared to the control group. However, hand hygiene perception (p=.543) was not significantly changed. Conclusion: Findings of this study suggest that the Hand Hygiene Education Program may be effective in enhancing hand hygiene knowledge and hand hygiene adherence. Also this program was effective in reducing nasal Staphylococcus aureus colonization in nursing students. Further studies are needed to evaluate the effects of the Hand Hygiene Education Program on hand hygiene perception in nursing students.

Cr-Mo 저합금강의 진공침탄 공정 압력 및 질소 첨가 비율에 따른 경화깊이 균일도 및 표면 특성 효과 (Effect of process pressure and nitrogen addition ratio on the uniformity of hardening depth and surface properties of Cr-Mo low alloy steel in vacuum carburizing)

  • The effects of carburizing pressure and gas ratio on vacuum carburizing properties (uniformity and surface characteristics) have been studied through the analyses of carbon concentration, hardness, surface color, surface roughness and type of carbon bonding. AISI 4115 steel specimens were carburized with various pressures (1, 5, and 10 Torr) at different locations (P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, and P6) inside a furnace held at 950 ℃. Since the carburizing pressure represents the density of the carburizing gas, it plays an important role in improving the carburizing uniformity according to locations in the furnace. As the carburizing pressure increased, the carburizing uniformity according to the sample location was improved, but the surface of the carburized specimen was discolored due to the residual acetylene gas, which does not contribute to the carburizing reaction. Therefore, the carburizing uniformity and surface discoloration have been improved by injecting acetylene gas (carburizing gas) and nitrogen gas (non-reactive gas) in a specific ratio.

젠탱글 활용 미술치료가 평생교육센터 이용 발달장애인의 주의집중력에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Using Zentangle Art Therapy on Improving the Attention Span of People with Developmental Disabilities in Lifelong Education Center)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 평생교육센터 이용 발달장애인을 대상으로 잰탱글 활용 미술치료가 발달장애인의 주의집중력에 미치는 효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구대상은 K시 D대내 평생교육센터 이용 발달장애인 19명으로 실험집단인 젠탱글 활용 미술치료 집단에 9명, 통제집단 대상자가 10명 배정하였다. 연구도구는 실험집단의 경우, 3.5X3.5인치의 종이카드, 다양한 색상의 데코마카, 젠탱글 시범카드를 준비하였으며, 효과 측정도구로는 주의력 및 뇌파 측정을 위한 FAIR검사와 MindwaveMobile (MWM)기기를 사용하였다. 2018년 10월부터 12월까지 회기당 30분씩, 총 15회기동안 프로그램을 진행한 결과, 통제집단에 비해 젠탱글 활용 미술치료를 실시한 실험집단에서 주의 집중력이 유의하게 증가된 것으로 나타났다.

장애아동 아버지의 가족탄력성 증진 프로그램 효과성 연구 (Study on Effectiveness of Family Resilience Program for Fathers of Children with disability)

  • 본 연구는 장애아동 아버지의 양육참여와 양육행동, 장애자녀에 대한 태도 및 친밀감을 향상시킬 수 있는 가족탄력성 증진 프로그램을 개발하고 적용하여 그 효과성을 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 프로그램은 가족탄력성의 개념을 기반으로 하위요인인 신념체계, 조직패턴, 의사소통과정을 포함하는 내용으로 구성하였고, 서울소재 복지관의 초등학생 장애자녀를 둔 아버지를 대상으로 주 1회 매 2시간씩, 총 7회기로 진행되었다. 연구결과, 통제집단은 결과에 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았지만 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단 아버지들은 양육참여 정도와 장애자녀에 대한 태도에서 유의미한 향상을 보였다. 따라서 가족탄력성 증진 프로그램을 통해 장애아동 아버지들이 적극적으로 양육에 참여하게 되고 장애자녀에 대해 긍정적으로 인식하게 되었음을 보여줌으로써 가족탄력성 프로그램의 효과성을 입증하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 장애아동 아버지에 대한 사회복지 실천현장에서의 개입 방안에 대한 함의를 제언하였다.
