정보기술 수용에 관한 실증적 연구 : 영화관 웹사이트를 중심으로 (An Empirical Investigation of IT Adoption: Based on Movie Website)

  • Most of the Information Systems(IS) literature has focused on utilitarian or hedonic Information Technology(IT) to explain and predict IT adoption and use. This study investigates the relationships among individuals' beliefs and intention to use of movie website, which has both utilitarian and hedonic characteristics simultaneously. As a theoretical background, this study adopts Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) and Motivation Theory, in which the former is well-known as a theory of IT adoption and use in IS field, and the latter is famous for a theory of individual's behavior in organizational behavior field. With 153 responses, five hypotheses are tested by using structured equation model. The results show that perceived ease of use positively influences perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment, and that all individuals' beliefs have a positive impact on intention to use of movie web-site. Based upon the study results, movie website's managers and professionals can plan and conduct their courses of action effectively for users' continuous visits on their operating website.

UTAUT2를 응용한 4차 산업 기술수용에 관한 연구: 증강현실(AR)과 드론 서비스를 중심으로 (Technology Acceptance of Industry 4.0 Applying UTAUT2: Focusing on AR and Drone Services)

  • This study analyzed the factors influencing the technology acceptance of the general public in the drones and ARs, one of the key technologies of the industry 4.0. The theoretical basis was the extended unified theory of acceptance and use of technology model(UTAUT2), which uses performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, and hedonic motivation as factors common to both services. The price value factor was excluded considering that most ARs were free, and the perceived risk factors, including privacy, which were not in UTAUT2, were included because they are important factors for ICT technology acceptance. The hypothesis was tested by structure equation model. Social influence and hedonic motivation had a positive(+) effect on intention to use technology. On the other hand, in the case of effort expectancy, neither the AR nor the drone had a significant influence on intention to use technology. Furthermore, performance expectancy had a positive(+) effect on intention to use in AR, but no significant influence was found out in drones. On the contrary, in the case of the facilitating conditions, the influence of the drones was positive (+), but the relation of AR was not investigated. The perceived risk was tested for the negative (-) influence of use intention of AR, but no significant relationship was found out for the drones. Among the significant influencing factors, hedonic motivation was the most powerful factor in AR and drones. Theoretical and practical implications are presented based on these results.

커피 전문점의 인지된 가치가 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향: 실용적, 유희적, 사회적 가치를 중심으로 (Effect of Perceived Value on Customer's Repurchase Intention in a Coffee Chain Context: Focused on Utilitarian, Hedonic, and Social Value)

  • 본 연구에서는 커피 전문점 고객들의 구매 의사 결정 메커니즘에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 고객들의 재구매 의도를 형성하는 주요 선행 요인으로 고객 만족, 인지된 가치, 브랜드 이미지를 고려하였다. 인지된 가치는 다차원 접근법을 바탕으로 실용적 가치, 유희적 가치, 사회적 가치로 구분하여, 각 가치 요인들이 고객들의 구매 의사 결정에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 제안한 연구 모형은 커피 전문점을 자주 방문한 232명의 대학생들을 대상으로 분석하였으며, LISREL을 이용하여 구조방정식 모형을 검증하였다. 연구 분석 결과, 제안한 연구 모형은 재구매 의도 분산의 67%, 고객 만족 분산의 73%를 설명하였다. 고객 만족과 브랜드 이미지는 재구매 의도 형성에 핵심적인 역할을 담당하였다. 그리고 실용적 가치와 유희적 가치는 재구매 의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤지만, 사회적 가치는 재구매 의도에 부정적인 영향을 미쳤다.

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the important factors and efficient strategies concerning Internet marketing. This study contributes to the effect on shopping behavior of Internet consumer applying technology acceptance model(TAM) in the Internet fashion merchandise shopping environment. The areas of study interest are, the perceived hedonic values, the perceived usefulness, the perceived ease of use, attitude toward using in Internet shopping mall and purchase intention of the fashion merchandise. To fulfill this objectives, a survey was conducted from May 20 to June 20 in 2007, and an subject of study is the college students and business man aged from 20s to 30s in purchase experience of the fashion merchandise to Internet shopping malls. Data collected over the Internet, and analyzed the 217 subjects. The empirical studies were summarized as follows. First, the perceived hedonic values, the perceived usefulness, and the perceived ease of use had an effect on attitude toward using in Internet fashion shopping mall. Second, the perceived hedonic values had an effect on the perceived usefulness in Internet fashion shopping mall. Third, the perceived ease of use had an effect on the perceived usefulness in Internet fashion shopping mall. Forth, the attitude toward using had an effect on intention of repurchase in Internet fashion shopping mall.

소비자 충성도 제고를 위한 중국 온라인 쇼핑몰의 차별화된 마케팅전략 수립에 관한 연구 (A Study on Establishing a Differentiated Marketing Strategy for Online Shopping Malls in China to Improve Customer Loyalty)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest the characteristics of online shopping malls and find a way to establish a differentiated marketing Strategy for online shopping malls in China. This study investigated the effect on the loyalty by applying the perceived shopping value (Hedonic Value, Utilitarian Value) of consumers in online shopping malls. In addition, In order to grasp the factors affecting consumer loyalty in online shopping malls, the characteristics of online shopping malls are multidimensional, consisting of product characteristics, recommended quality, benefit services, and community services. In order to obtain the purpose of the study, a questionnaire was surveyed for chinese online shopping experience and the research model was verified through empirical analysis method. Statistical analysis program was used together with SPSS 24.0 and AMOSS 24.0. Looking at the results of the analysis, firstly, the recommended quality and benefit service of online shopping malls are positive for the perceived hedonic value of consumers. The product characteristics and community service were found to have no effect on the hedonic shopping value. Secondly, the product characteristics, recommended quality, benefit service, and community service of online shopping malls on the utilitrian value perceived by consumers were positively affected. Thirdly, the perceived hedonic value has a positive effect on loyalty. Finally, it was confirmed that perceived utilitrian value affects loyalty. Based on the results of this study, a differentiated marketing strategy was established for existing chinese online shopping mall operators and potential new operators as well.

Effects of SNS Characteristics on SNS Engagement and Consumer Brand Engagement

  • Purpose: Social Network Sites(SNS) have been grown up as a public communication channel consumer frequently participate in. Most of food service brands are utilizing social media for advertising recently. As a result of SNS marketing, food service brands anticipate positive outputs from SNS engagement and consumer brand engagement so that we need to verify structural relationship among SNS characteristics, SNS engagement and consumer brand engagement. Research design, data, and methodology: This study identifies that SNS characteristics have effects on SNS engagement and examines relationship between SNS engagement and behavioral engagement. We conceptualize SNS characteristics as information quality, hedonic level and interaction. Furthermore, SNS engagement is composed of SNS participation, positive word of mouth(WOM). In order to verify the purposes of this research, research model and hypotheses were developed. All constructs were measured with multiple items developed and tested in the previous studies. Sample data were collected from 433 online survey panels and analyzed by using SmartPLS 3.2.9. Result: The findings of this research are as follows. First, information quality is positively related with SNS participation. Hedonic level and interaction have impacts on SNS participation and positive WOM respectively. Second, SNS participation has positive effects on positive WOM. Third, both SNS participation and WOM influence behavioral engagement respectively. Conclusions: The implications demonstrate that SNS characteristics such as information quality and hedonic level and interaction exert effects for consumer to participate in SNS brand page. Meanwhile, hedonic level and interaction influence on positive WOM but information quality doesn't. SNS participation and positive WOM affect consumer to engage in specific brand behaviorally as well. Therefore, food service brand marketer is required to manage SNS information quality and hedonic level and interaction among members to encourage SNS participation and positive WOM. As SNS participation and positive WOM increases behavioral engagement of consumer, marketer needs to incentivize SNS participation and look after situation of positive WOM and respond swiftly.

The Impact of Food Service Franchisee's Customer-oriented Activities on Hedonic, and Utilitarian Values and Loyalty

  • Purpose - As the competition in the foodservice franchise industry and the market becomes fierce and the entry barrier is lowered, the foodservice franchisor and franchisees strive to increase their competitive advantage in the market. Therefore, the franchisor and franchisees use experience management strategies to enhance the positive experiences of customers visiting the stores. In this regard, this study examines the effects of customer-oriented activities (physical-, social-, health-, and service-oriented activities) on utilitarian and hedonic values, and loyalty using stimulus-organism-response (S-O-R) model and value-expectancy theory. Research design, data, methodology - The data were collected from panels of online survey company, who visited a foodservice franchisee within last month. The survey was conducted for about 15 days from March 7, 2019 to March 21, 2019, and about 3,500 e-mails and messages were distributed to ask for the survey. A total 412 responded and completed the questionnaires. Of the 412 completed questionaires, 12 were discarded due to missing and misinformation data and 400 were retained for further data analysis. Results --The results showed that social oriented activities, health oriented activities, and service oriented activities had positive effects on hedonic value, while physical oriented activities did not have a significant effect on hedonic value. Health oriented activities and service oriented activities had positive effects on utilitarian value, while physical oriented activities and social oriented activities had no significant effects on utilitarian value. Hedonic and utilitarian values also have a positive effect on loyalty. Conclusions - First, food service franchises should provide services and menus in consideration of the health of customers. When a customer visits the store, franchisee should provide more health-oriented food or materials and clean and comfortable conditions so as not to threaten the health of the customer. Second, the food service franchise must build a service-oriented system. Foodservice franchisor need to provide continuous service training not only to the franchisees, but also to the employees of the franchisees. Third, franchise should design a store where customers can form social exchanges through providing various information exchange to customers and making the store as a local community center.

모바일 개인방송 시청 요인 분석: HMSAM 모델을 중심으로 (Analysis on the Viewing Intention of Mobile Personal Broadcasting by using Hedonic-Motivation System Adoption Model)

  • 모바일 기술과 비디오 스트리밍 기술이 발달하고 미디어 플랫폼이 다변화 되면서 '페이스북 라이브', '아프리카 TV'와 같은 모바일 개인방송은 기존 IT 시스템과는 다른 수용 패턴을 보이고 있다. 모바일 개인방송 시청 요인에는 오락적 동기가 가장 큰 비중을 차지하므로 기존의 외재적, 생산적 동기 중심의 시스템 수용 이론으로는 연구의 한계가 있다고 판단하였다. 이에 본 연구는 오락적 동기 시스템 수용 분석에 특화된 HMSAM(Hedonic-Motivation System Adoption Model)을 이론적 틀로 활용하여 모바일 개인방송 시청자의 수용 요인에 어떠한 오락적 동기가 작용하는지 실증적으로 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 변인에는 즐거움(Joy), 시간 흐름 미인지(Temporal Dissociation), 현실도피감(Escapism), 몰입(Focused Immersion)과 같은 내재적 동기가 포함되었다. 또한 인지된 사용 용이성(Perceived Ease of Use), 인지된 유용성(Perceived Usefulness), 시청 의도(Intention to Watch) 변인도 포함되었다. 연구 분석은 Multi-indicator 모형의 구조방정식을 통하여 변수들 간의 인과관계와 유의성을 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 모바일 개인방송 시청의 즐거움은 시간 흐름 미인지, 현실도피감, 인지된 사용 용이성과 긍정적(+)인 관계를 맺고, 시청의도와 몰입에도 긍정적(+)인 영향을 주었다. 현실도피감 역시 몰입에 긍정적(+)인 영향을 주었다. 본 연구는 오락적 동기 시스템 수용에 대한 최신 연구인 HMSAM 모델을 이론적 틀로 활용하여 모바일 개인방송 시청 요인들을 새롭게 분석하였다는 점에 의의가 있다. 향후 재미와 오락의 개념을 더 세분화하고, 미디어의 능동적 수용과 수동적 수용을 추가적으로 살펴본다면 더욱 발전된 후속 연구가 진행될 수 있을 것이다.

미술품 가격 추정에 있어서의 예술적 가치의 의의: 경매와 비경매 시장의 비교 (Artistic Value and Art Price: A Comparison between Auction and Non-auction Markets)

  • 기존의 미술품 가격 추정 모델에서는 자료의 한계상 주로 경매 시장에서의 미술가격을 기준으로 헤도닉 모형을 제시해 왔다. 본 논문에서는 미술품이 거래되는 시장으로서 경매 시장 뿐만 아니라 비경매 시장도 포함된 미술시가 데이터를 이용하여 두 시장의 차이에 대해 살펴보았다. 특히 기존의 헤도닉 모델들이 미술품 가격에 대해 작가 요소, 미술품 요소 등 객관적이고 정량적인 헤도닉 요인만을 통해 미술품 가격 추정을 한 반면, 본 연구에서는 예술적 가치라는 주관적이고 정성적인 요인을 추가하여 과연 이 요인의 추가가 미술가격 추정 모델의 설명력을 높여 주는가에 대해 살펴보았다. 그 결과 경매와 비경매 시장으로 구분하지 않은 경우에는 순수한 헤도닉 가격 추정 모델과 그 모델에 예술적 가치 요인을 추가한 가격 추정 모델 사이에 유의한 차이를 발견할 수 없었으나, 경매와 비경매 시장으로 구분한 경우에는 비경매 시장의 매매에 있어서 예술적 가치 요인이 추가된 가격 추정 모델에서 유의적으로 실제 매매가격과 더 일치하는 가격 추정치를 발견할 수 있었다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 기존의 미술가격 추정 헤도닉 모델에 예술적 가치라는 주관적인 요인을 포함시켰을 때에 미술품 거래 시장의 형태에 따라 차별적으로 모델의 설명력 향상이 발생할 수 있다는 것을 보여줌으로써 미술품 가격 결정 분야의 연구에 기여한다.

지가형성요인의 다수준 종단 분석 (A Multi-level Longitudinal Analysis of the Land Price Determinants)

  • 본 연구는 부동산 가격 추정을 위해 자주 활용되는 헤도닉 가격모형(Hedonic Pricing Model)에서의 설명변수, 즉 지가형성요인의 선별 중요성에 대해 기술하고, 이러한 지가형성요인 및 그 효과가 시간의 경과에 따라 어떻게 변화하는지 실증적으로 검토하였다. 전주시를 사례 지역으로 하여 17년간 반복 측정된 표준지 공시지가를 분석 대상으로 하였으며, 자료가 가지는 포섭구조(nested structure) 및 종단성(longitudinal characteristics)을 고려하여 3개 수준으로 구성된 다수준모형(multi-level model)을 설정하여 적합 정도를 평가하였다. 지가형성요인은 공시지가 산정시 활용되는 헤도닉 가격모형의 일종인 비준표(比準表)에 포함된 항목을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 분석 결과, 17년간의 지가 변동 추세는 전주시 세부지역별로 상승 또는 하락하는 등 지역마다 다른 추이를 보였으며, 따라서 종단효과의 모델 반영이 필요함이 확인되었다. 또한 일반적으로 중요하다고 여겨지는 지가형성요인 중 유의하지 않은 요인이 발견되었으며, 특정 시점에서 영향력이 상당히 큰 것으로 판명된 지가형성요인도 시간의 경과에 따라 그 영향력이 약해지는가 하면, 반대로 지가에 미치는 영향력이 초기에는 미약하였으나 점차 뚜렷해지는 요인이 파악되었다. 향후 헤도닉 모형 적용시 이러한 지가형성요인의 동태성을 모델의 구성요소로 고려할 경우 보다 정확한 가격 추정이 가능해질 것이다.
