비단열 모세관 접합방법이 증기압축식 냉동사이클 성능에 미치는 영향 해석 (Analysis of Vapor Compression Refrigeration Cycle Performance Depending on Different Joining Method of Non-adiabatic Capillary Tube)

  • 냉동기는 비단열모세관을 채택하여 사용함으로써 사이클의 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다. 비단열모세관은 모세관과 흡입관을 접합함으로써 둘 사이에 열전달이 일어날 수 있도록 한 장치로서 SLHX 라고 부른다. 두 관을 접합하는 방법은 다양하며 이는 사이클의 성능에 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 가장 널리 사용되는 두 가지 접합방법이 냉동사이클에 미치는 영향을 해석하였다. 실험결과 용접형 SLHX의 열저항이 테이프형 SLHX의 열저항 보다 크게 작은 것으로 나타났다. 이를 이용한 사이클해석 결과 용접형 SLHX는 COP 와 냉동능력을 5.09%와 14.77% 향상시키고 테이프형 SLHX는 각각 5.05%와 14.75% 향상시켜 둘 사이의 차이는 매우 작은 것으로 나타났다.

비이온 계면활성제의 마찰 및 열교환효율 저감 특성 연구 (Study on the Drag Reduction and Heat Transfer Efficiency Reduction of the Non-Ionic Surfactant)

  • The drag reduction (DR) and heat transfer efficiency reduction (HTER) of nonionic surfactant according to the fluid velocity, temperature and surfactant concentration were investigated experimentally. For this study, several kinds of new surfactant which contains amine-oxide and betaine were developed. And experimental apparatus equipped with two water storage tanks temperature controlled, pumps, testing pipe network, two flowmeters, two pressure gauges, heat exchanger, and data logging system was built. Results showed that existing alkyl ammonium surfactant (CTAC) had DR of $0.6{\sim}0.8$ for $1,000{\sim}2,000\;ppm$ in fluid temperature of $50{\sim}60^{\circ}C$ and had very low DR in fluid temperature over $70^{\circ}C$. And new amino oxide and betaine surfactant (SAOB) had lower DR in fluid temperature of $50{\sim}60^{\circ}C$ compared with CTAC but in fluid temperature of $70{\sim}80^{\circ}C$ DR was $0.6{\sim}0.8$ for 1$1,000{\sim}2,000\;ppm$.

  • A review on the papers published in the Korean Journal of Solar Energy between 2000 and 2002 has been done. Focus has been put on current status of research in the aspect of Insolation. Solar Collector and Storage System, Solar Heating and Cooling System, Solar Cell and Lighting System, Active and Passive Solar Building, Heat Transfer in Solar Energy and Natural Energy. The conclusions are as follows. 1) Many studies on Insolation were conducted to optimize the usage of Solar Energy. 2) A review of the recent studies on solar thermal shows that there were many papers on solar collector and storage system. However, studies on the HVAC system using solar energy were relatively insufficient. 3) To produce high efficient solar cell. various experimental and numerical papers were published. However studies on control system, solar cell and lighting were seemed to be insufficient. 4) Studies on using solar energy in passive solar buildings were widely carried out, however, studies based on synthetic analysis of buildings and BIPV were insufficient. 5) Studies on heat transfer were mainly about heat exchanger, performance of heat pipe and multi air conditioner. 6) Studies on energy resources except for solar energy, such as hydraulic power and wind power etc. were very few.

그라우트 종류와 열교환 파이프 단면에 따른 수직 밀폐형 지중열교환기의 지중 유효열전도도 평가 (Effect of grouts and pipe sections for closed-loop vertical ground heat exchanger on effective ground thermal conductivity)

  • 본 연구에서는 수직 밀폐형 지중열교환기 뒤채움용 그라우트의 종류와 첨가재 종류, 지중열교환기 파이프 단면에 따른 지중열교환기의 성능을 비교 평가하기 위해 현장 시험 시공과 현장 열응답 시험을 수행하였다. 뒤채움용 그라우트재는 벤토나이트와 시멘트를 사용하였으며 첨가제로는 천연규사와 흑연을 적용하였다. 지중열교환기 파이프 단면은 일반적으로 시공되는 U-loop 파이프 단면과 파이프 사이의 열간섭 효과를 최소화 한 3공형 파이프 단면이 적용되었다. 시멘트-천연규사 그라우트재가 벤토나이트-천연규사 그라우트재 보다 큰 지중 유효열전도도를 보이고 흑연을 첨가한 그라우트는 시멘트와 벤토나이트 모두에서 천연규사만 첨가하였을 때 보다 지중 유효열전도도가 높게 나타났다. 3공형 파이프 단면의 경우 단면에 따른 영향을 비교하기 위해 그라우트는 시멘트-천연규사와 벤토나이트-천연규사를 사용하였으며 지중 유효열전도도 측정결과 각각 3.64 W/mK, 3.40 W/mK으로 일반 U-loop 파이프 단면을 사용하였을 때 보다 높게 나타났다.

  • Knowledge of ground thermal properties is most important for the proper design of BHE(borehole heat exchanger) systems. The configure type, pipe size and thermal performance of the BHE is highly dependent on the ground source heatpump system-efficiency and instruction cost. Thermal response tests with mobile measurement devices were developed primarily for in-situ determination of design data for Standing Column Well apply. The main purpose has been to determine in-situ values of effective ground thermal conductivity and thermal resistance, including the effect of ground-water flow and natural convection in the boreholes. The test rig is set up on a some trailer, and contains a sub-circulation pump, a boiler, temperature sensors, flow meter and a data logger for recording the temperature and circulation fluid flow data. A constant heating power is injected into the SCW through the test rig and the resulting temperature change in the SCW is recorded. The recorded temperature data are analysed with a line-source model, which gives the effective in-situ values of rock thermal conductivity and thermal resistance of SCW.

LiBr작동유체 중에서 가스흡수식 냉온수기의 국부부식 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Local Corrosion for Gas Absorption Refrigeration and Hot Water Systems in LiBr-$H_2O$ Working Fluids)

  • Due to the electric power shortage in summer season and regulation of freon refrigerant, the application of gas absorption refrigeration and hot water systems are considerably increasing trend. But, this system consists of condenser, heat exchanger, supply pipe and radiator etc. which are easily corroded by acidity and dissolved oxygen and gases. In result, this system occurs scale attachment and corrosion damage like pitting and crevice corrosion. In this study, electrochemical polarization test of heat exchanger tubing material (copper, aluminium brass, 30% cupronickel(30% Cu-Ni)) was carried out in 60% lithium bromide solution at $95^{\circ}C$. As a result of polarization test, corrosion behavior by impressed potential and local corrosion. such as galvanic corrosion, pitting corrosion behavior, of tubing materials was investigated. The main results obtained are as follows: (1) The effect of pitting and crevice corrosion control of 30% cupronickel in 60% LiBr solution at $95^{\circ}C$ is very excellent. (2) Dissimilar metal corrosion of 30% cupronickel coupling to aluminium bronze is the most sensitive. (3) Current density behavior of tube materials by impressed potential is high in order of copper > aluminium brass > 30% cupronickel.

중간기 수평형 지중열교환기의 성능 검토를 위한 실험적 연구 (A Experimental Study for Horizontal Geothermal Heat Exchanger System Performance during Intermediate Season)

  • The horizontal earth-to-air heat exchanger (HEAHES) thermal performance is excellent on cooling and heating season in hot arid regions was reported. But the HEAHES thermal performance results is difficult to find on intermediate season. This paper was performed full scaled experiment to investigate HEAHES thermal performance on intermediate season (Oct. 10th ~ 12th Nov. 12th). When the air entering to HEAHES is the lowest $2.3^{\circ}C$, outlet air temperature from HEAHES is $15.95^{\circ}C$ through PVC pipe that buried length 60m and depth 3m. When the air entering to HEAHES is the highest $24.8^{\circ}C$, outlet air temperature from HEAHES is $22.05^{\circ}C$. During intermediate season, the HEAHES COP is 2.71 in daytime and 6.53 in evening.

병렬 U형 현장타설 에너지파일의 열교환 효율 및 적용성 평가 (Evaluation of Heat Exchange Efficiency and Applicability for Parallel U-type Cast-in-place Energy Pile)

  • 에너지파일은 기존의 수직밀폐형 지중열교환기를 경제적으로 대체할 수 있는 새로운 형태의 지중열교환기이다. 즉, 에너지파일은 건물의 기초 구조물과 지중열교환기의 역할을 동시에 수행하는 에너지 구조체로서, 말뚝 기초 내부에 열교환 파이프를 삽입하고 파이프를 통해 유체를 순환시켜 지반과의 열교환을 유도한다. 본 연구에서는 병렬 U형(5쌍, 8쌍, 10쌍)의 열교환 파이프를 대구경 현장타설 에너지파일에 삽입하여, 3본의 에너지파일을 실규모로 시공하였다. 또한 현장 열응답 시험(In-situ thermal response tests, TRTs)을 수행하고 시공된 현장타설 에너지파일과의 열교환 효율을 비교하기 위하여 30m 깊이의 수직밀폐형 지중열교환기를 별도로 시공하였다. 병렬 U형 현장타설 에너지파일에 대해서는 냉난방 부하를 인공적으로 주입하는 열교환 성능 평가시험을 수행하여 열교환 성능(heat exchange rate)을 평가하였다. 마지막으로 현장타설 에너지파일의 적용성 평가를 위해 산정된 상대 열교환 효율(relative heat exchange efficiency) 및 열교환 성능을 선행 연구 결과와 비교하였으며, 본 연구에서 시공된 현장타설 에너지파일은 안정적이고 효율적인 열성능을 보이는 것으로 나타났다.

기액 2상 유동에서 합지관에서의 압력강하에 대한 해석 (Analysis of Pressure Drop for Combining Junctions in Gas-Liquid Two-Phase Flows)

  • An experimental study and a modeling are peformed to investigate the pressure drop of combining junctions in two-phase flows. Experiments on tripod geometry used in a condenser or an evaporator, are conducted with inlet mass fluxes from 200 to$ 400 kg/m^2$s, and pipe diameters of 7 m and 9.52 m. The working fluid is R22. The result shows that the pressure drop increases as the quality does, but the effect of the increase of the pressure decreases when the diameter of a pipe increases. When the mass flux increases, the pressure drop linearly does. Furthermore, when the pipe diameter decreases, the pressure drop has a quadratic increase.

2단 응축 히트펌프 온수시스템의 사이클 해석 및 성능분석 (Performance of Heat Pump Water Heater with Dual Condenser)

  • The heat pump water heater developed in this research consisted of one evaporator, one compressor, 1st condenser, 2nd condenser, one expansion valve, one water tank, one recirculation circuit and etc. The performance of heat pump water heater was tested and analyzed. The quantities of output water changed linearly from 2380 to $660{\ell}/h$, and the output water temperature changed curvedly from 29.9 to $44.5^{\circ}C$ when the opening rate of recirculation valve changed from 0 to 100%. The COP of heat pump water heater increased from 3.0 to 3.8 when the quantities of output water changed from 660 to $2380{\ell}/h$. When the temperature distributions of water tank were measured during 50 minutes after turning on the heat pump, the temperature stratification by the level appeared apparently. When the inlet water temperature changed from 30 to$50^{\circ}C$, the output energy of heat pump hardly changed. The surface area of double pipe heat exchanger changed from 0.429 to $6.254m^2$ when the compressor capacity increased from 1.0 to 50.0 PS.
