기본생계비를 위한 식품비 산정에 관한 연구 (Estimated Food Cost to Maintain Basic Living Expenditure)

  • In this study, the food cost for the urban worker's living expenses was estimated for the Korea Labor Union. The urban workers living expenses are minimum of healthy and decency level expenses with allowances for minimum quality of life. Thus, the food cost should be enough for purchasing proper kinds and amount of foods which can supply sufficient nutrient to maintain health and which should reflect current food consumption patterns. To estimate the food cost, the Korean Recommended Dietary Allowances was used to calculate the amount of nutrients which should be supplied. The National nutrition survey and the Food balance sheet, were used to estimate the current consumption patterns for the kind and amount of food. To estimate price for each food item, the market survey was executed in six large cities. Also, to verify the estimated food cost, actual food costs were surveyed. For 5 kinds of model household, dietary allowances were calculated for the each nutrient. Using the Korean food guides, the number of serving for each food group were decided for the model households. In each food group, the amount and kind of foods were decided by the current food consumption pattern. The kind and amount of food were adjusted by the amount of calculated nutrient. When the amount of nutrient was between 90% and 110% of the recommended dietary intake, it was accepted. With these amount and kinds of foods, the food cost were calculated using the market survey. Considering extra expenses for the eating-out and processed foods, extra expenses are added. As a results, for single person family, the estimated food cost was 149,210won per month. For two, three, four and five person family, the estimated food costs were 245,179won, 381,182won, 501,669won and 687,980won per month, respectively. The estimated food cost were lower in the single and two person family than the actual food cost by the survey. The cost for eating-out gave major differences. In the future, to estimate food cost, the food consumption patterns for the different kind of household, sex and age should be studied carefully. Also, the pattern of eating-out should by analyzed.

경기지역 직장인과 학생의 아침식사형태와 쌀 음식의 섭취와 선호 (The Breakfast Type and Rice Preference in students and workers living in Kyeonggi Province, Korea)

  • Breakfast consumption is important for nutritional balance in all population groups. The objective of this study is to seek healthy Korean with continuous traditional breakfast consumption of rice. One thousand participants who go to work or school every morning were selected by stratified method and interviewed by regional home extension workers in 24 cities, Kyeonggi province, Korea. The questions included breakfast eating habits, perceived health status,and food preferences for breakfast. The students (70.5%) were composed with elementary (17.2%), middle school(15.7%), high school(16.5%), and university(21.l%)students. The rest 29.5% were workers. The recognized importance of eating breakfast was negatively correlated with the perceived health status. It means that lowering health status made them recognize the importance of breakfast. Workers had more boiled rice with side dishes for breakfast(58.6%) than students (40.2%). The reasons of selected items for breakfast were habit (28.5%), and health (14.6%). The propensity of convenience and preference was more frequent in male workers than male students. For breakfast, ready-to-eat food (rice-roll or rice ball, retort rice, and fast-food) preferred more in middle & high school students, but boiled rice with side dishes was preferred more in workers. Boiled rice with divers cereals was selected for main dish in workers, however boiled rice only in students if obliged. We suppose the problem in next decade would be skipped breakfast in regular attendance position. For breakfast with ready-to-eat rice or something to eat in short time, students and workers should be educated to those who are too busy to eat breakfast for the enhancement of human resources.

대학생의 전공선택 동기 및 전공만족도가 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Motivation for Major Choice and Satisfaction in Major on the Adaption of university Life among university students)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 대학생활 적응에 전공선택동기 및 전공만족도가 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 대학생의 건강한 대학생활 적응을 돕는 기초자료를 제공하고자 시행하였다. 연구의 대상자는 서울과 충청지역 대학생을 대상으로 편의표집 한 242명으로 하였다. 조사기간은 2015년 10월 13일부터 10월 27일까지이었고, 배부된 250부 중 242부를 최종 분석하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0 for Window 프로그램을 사용하였다. 연구결과, 변수들 간의 상관관계를 보였고, 대학생의 대학생활 적응은 개인적 동기, 사회적 동기 순으로 영향력이 있었고, 전공만족도 중 수업만족도에 의해 영향을 받는 것이 가장 컸다. 설명력은 38%였다. 따라서 대학생의 대학생활 적응도를 높이기 위해서는 수업만족도를 고려한 교수학습 프로그램 개발 및 상담이 필요하다.

초·중·고등학교 영양교사의 영양교육 실태와 교육 요구도 (Status and Need Assessment on Nutrition & Dietary Life Education among Nutrition Teachers in Elementary, Middle and High Schools)

  • Objectives: This study was conducted to investigate the status and need for nutrition and dietary life education among nutrition teachers at schools. These characteristics were analyzed if they were different between elementary schools and middle-high schools. Methods: Subjects were 151 nutrition teachers from 70 elementary schools, 41 middle schools and 40 high schools in 17 cities nationwide selected by two-stage stratified cluster sampling process. Survey questionnaires included the items on general characteristics, status and need assessment for nutrition and dietary life education. Chi-square test or t-test was used for data analysis by school groups. Results: Nutrition education was implemented at 65.7% of elementary schools and 51.9% of middle-high schools. Nutrition education was mainly performed in 'discretionary activities extracurricular activities' at elementary school and through 'newsletters, school homepage, foodservice bulletin board' at middle-high school (p<0.001). The most needed topic for nutrition education in nutrition teachers was 'healthy dietary habits and table manners' and this was not significantly different by school groups. Responses on adequate frequency (p<0.01), methods used for nutrition education (p<001), materials for nutrition education (p<0.001), information sources for nutrition education (p<0.001) were significantly different by school groups. Major tasks for activating nutrition education included 'securing the time for implementing nutrition education by reducing work loads' and 'developing standardized nutrition education materials' in schools. Conclusions: Nutrition education at schools might be activated by improving working conditions of nutrition teachers and developing the practical programs that reflect the needs of nutrition teachers.

노인의 스트레스 요인과 대처방안에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing Old People's Stress and Coping with It)

  • This study was conducted to analyze factors influencing old people's stress and coping with it. The subjects of this study were 1186 people who lived in 6 cities. The data were collected from September, 2003 to March, 2003. The result of this study can be summarized as follow. 1. 14.3% of the respondents was in good health, while 30.6% of them was not in good health. 11.0% of them had good eyesight and 22.2% had a good sense of hearing. 12.0% of them had good teeth. 2. The level of coping with stress was 59.9 points on the basis 100 points. The level of coping with it actively was highest, while the level of coping with it passively was lowest. 3. Factors which influenced old people's stress were job health condition, leisure activity, smoking, hearing ability, and regular exercise. 4. Factors which affected coping with stress were gender, having meals regularly, smoking, job, vigor, preference of foods, and average pocket money per month. As shown in the above results, the level of old people's stress factors and coping with it were significantly low in the groups of low education level, having less pocket money, living alone, being in bad health, having weak eyesight, having bad sense of hearing, having bad teeth, low satisfaction level with leisure, and having no health behavior. Therefore, the method of decreasing stress factors and coping with it should be developed. The government and related organizations must make great efforts to improve old people's quality of life and increase healthy life expectancy.

지속 가능한(Sustainable) 도시발전을 위한 방범환경설계(CPTED)의 전략과 향후 과제 (The Strategy and Prospects of CPTED for Sustainable Urban Development)

  • 본 논문에서는 지속 가능한 도시개발과 범죄예방전략과의 상호 연관성을 중심으로 논의한다. 건강 안전도시에 따른 지속 가능한 도시발전에는 규제라는 이미지, 혹은 개인의 건강과 지역사회 안전에 실질적인 위협이 되는 범죄 및 범죄 두려움에 대한 합법적 통제라는 이미지를 내포하고 있다. 도시설계자들은 도시 환경에 대하여 지속 가능한 도시발전에 대한 개념을 인식하고 이를 실제 범죄예방전략으로 적용하려는 노력을 시도하고 있다. 많은 도시설계자들은 도시 환경의 개선을 통해 범죄 발생 및 범죄에 대한 두려움을 감소시켜 줄 수 있는 가능성에 대하여 연구하여 왔으며, 이에 대한 선행연구의 결과들은 방범환경설계(CPTED)의 적용을 통한 범죄 및 범죄 두려움 저감에 대한 구체적인 내용들을 보여주고 있다. 본 논문에서는 최근 우리나라에서 활발히 논의되고 도시관리 측면에서 적용되고 있는 범죄예방전략의 하나인 CPTED가 보다 더 안전하고 지속 가능한 도시사회를 만드는데 유용한 전략이 되기 위하여 필요한 정책적 대안을 제시하고자 한다.

50세 이상 중년 및 노인의 건강행위 요인에 따른 영양위험 연구 (Health-Related Behavioral Factors Associated with Nutritional Risks in Korean Aged 50 years and Over)

  • Undernutrition could be a significant deterrent to healthy aging and could negatively affect health outcomes in elderly. This study aimed to assess health-related factors which are associated with nutritional risks in middle-aged and elderly individuals by a cross-sectional study. Interviews were conducted with 2660 subjects (847 males, 1813 females), aged 50 years and over, in 15 cities in Korea. Data on food intake were obtained through a validated semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaires. Nutritional status were analyzed according to health-related factors including cigarette smoking, alcohol drinking, exercise, stress and depression level. Less regular exercise was associated with a higher likelihood of a poor nutrition [odds ratio (OR) 1.94; 95% confidence intervals (CI) 1.43-2.65] of middle-aged and elderly male subjects. Cigarette smoking (OR 1.84; 95% CI 1.24-2.71), less exercise (OR 2.58; 95% CI 2.07-3.21), stress (OR 1.73; 95% CI 1.36-2.22), and depression (OR 1.34, 95% CI 1.08-1.67) of middle-aged and elderly female subjects was associated with a higher likelihood of a poor nutrition. The results of the multiple regression analysis showed that less exercise proved to be the strongest predictors for the poor nutrition, followed by stress, smoking, and depression (model $R^2= 9.0%$). It suggests that guidance to promote regular exercise, to quit smoking, to minimize stress and depression level might help to improve nutritional status of middle-aged and elderly in Korea. These findings also suggest that having recommendable health behaviors are beneficial to the good nutrition of subjects aged 50 years and over.

빗물 집수 및 저장 시스템 개선과 수질 분석 모니터링 (A Study on the Rainwater Quality Monitoring and the Improvement, Collection and Storage System)

  • 빗물 활용은 건전한 물 순환 개념에서 중요하며, 신도시 개발 등으로 증가되는 불투수면의 증대에 따른 영향을 해소시키는 방법 중의 하나가 되므로 빗물 처리 시스템의 개선을 통한 수질 개선 방안을 연구하였다. 대전서남부지구의 개발 전 빗물 유출계수는 0.40이었으나 개발 후의 유출계수는 0.59로 산정되었다. 필터를 통과한 우수의 Cu, As, Cr, Fe, Mn 등 중금속 함량은 지하수의 중금속 함량보다 양호하였으며, 집수된 빗물의 수질은 경도, 과망간산칼륨소비량, 염소이온, 증발잔류물, 황산이온, 질산성질소 등의 항목에서는 지하수의 수질보다 양호한 것을 보여 주었으며, 중수도 수질기준을 충족시키는 것으로 확인되었다. 100일 이상 장기 저장 시에도 화장실 용수, 조경 용수 등으로 적합하였다. 종전의 빗물집수 시스템에 덮개가 있는 gutter 설치, 적합한 필터 사용 및 저장조의 지하설치 등으로 시스템을 개선하면 집수되는 수질을 100일 정도 양호하게 유지할 수 있는 것을 확인하였다.

대학생의 SNS 중독 및 대학생활 스트레스가 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Intoxication in SNS and Stress of university life on the Adaption of university Life among university students)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 대학생활 적응에 SNS 중독 및 대학생활 스트레스가 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 대학생의 건강한 대학생활 적응을 돕는 기초자료를 제공하고자 시행하였다. 연구의 대상자는 서울과 충청지역 대학생을 대상으로 편의표집 한 213명으로 하였다. 조사기간은 2014년 10월 6일부터 10월 17일까지이었고, 배부된 235부 중 213부를 최종 분석하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0 for Window 프로그램을 사용하였다. 연구결과, 변수들 간의 상관관계를 보였고, 대학생의 대학생활 적응은 SNS 및 대학생활 스트레스에 의해 영향을 받는 것이 확인되었으며 그 중에서도 학업문제가 가장 영향력이 컸다. 따라서 대학생의 대학생활 적응도를 높이기 위해서는 학업만족도를 고려한 프로그램 개발 및 상담이 필요하다.

중국 현대 상업건축 실내 공간의 문화적 표현특성에 대한 사례연구 (A Case Study on the Characteristics of Cultural Expression in Contemporary Commercial Architecture Design in China)

  • 본 논문은 문화적 표현특성을 기초로, 중국 6개 최대 도시의 대표적인 현대 상업건축 공간 사례에 대해 비교분석을 진행한 것이다. 본 논문에서는 중국 현대 상업용 건물의 실내공간 문화가 지속 가능한 발전을 이루기를 기대한다. 6개 사례를 각각 문화의 전통성, 지역성, 대중성, 기술성, 생태성 5가지 관점에서 분석했고 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문화의 전통성은 상업건축의 실내공간에서 구체적인 지역의 전통적 요소를 중시하도록 요구한다. 둘째, 문화의 지역성은 상업건축의 실내공간이 있는 곳의 경제발전 정도, 역사적 내막, 지리적 환경조건, 기후 등 사회와 자연환경 요인과 밀접하게 연관되어 있다. 셋째, 문화의 대중성은 상업건축의 실내공간을 통해 대중문화의 통합화, 레저화, 오락화, 기호화를 나타낸다. 넷째, 문화의 기술성은 현지의 문화성을 가진 시공 방법, 구조 형식, 재료를 상업건축 실내공간에 통합하는 것이다. 다섯째, 문화의 생태성은 상업건축의 실내공간에 식물을 배치하고, 건강하고 쾌적하며 안전한 환경을 만드는 것이다.
